I bought Flipkart Perfect Homes Opus Engineered Wood Queen Box Bed which have 1 year warranty, within one year bed get fungal from everywhere.
at 1 /10/2022 I register complain in flipkart at very next day technician came to my home and check the condition and make the request that the bed is manufacturing fault (return id-[protected]) then at 07/10/2022 request automatically cancel. After again I raise the issue on same day and again same process done (return id-[protected]) in this complain they accept refund request and say ones bed is picked within next day we initiate the refund to your account and give me the pickup time 14/10/2022.but they didn't pick, after that I again raise complain they say at 19/10/2022 will picked definitely but they didn't picked and again extend time to 21/10/2022 again they didn't picked and now they give 22/10/2022.
Four-time flipkart residual my pickup date, now its 21 day onward my bed is disassembled, and I am sleeping on ground because my money is stolen by flipkart
flipcard took my money in hold illegally, I wanted my refund as early as possible or otherwise I will file a case on flipkart or putting my money on hold illegally
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
