Hi,
i am facing the same issue with moto x play.I was promised to deliver moto x play by 5th dec and now the date has been shifted to 10th dec.The status for my order id-OD[protected] and is still in approved status.Had it been on Cash on deliver process i am pretty sure the order would have arrived by now.As i am writing this complaint, i have a gut feeling that flipkart will fail to deliver my product on time or worse they would not even deliver it.And whoever is responding to the comments above, mind it --DO NOT GIVE FALSE REASSURANCE regarding the delivery.its better to SUE you all than writing this whole lot of things which wouldnt get to your brains.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer, contact number is in switched off. Hence we will do follow up.
Just got a call from flipkart in relation with the mail you have forwarded to them. They are still not providing me the refund/replacement and are saying the same thing that they have deactivated(freeze) my account and hence won't provide me any solution. They are still forcing me to use the same used product they have provided to me.
Please look into the matter and help me with the same.
