I ordered one bean bag from flipkart..and after 2 weeks this is the reply i am getting - We've just been informed that Sais XXL Bean Bag With Bean Filling in your order OD[protected] is unavailable with the seller - SainathEnterprise. As there is no clear date when the Seller will have it back in stock, we understand any further delay wouldn't be ideal. So we've gone ahead and cancelled the item. The amount of Rs. 560.00 will be refunded back to your bank account/card in the next Tuesday, 15 Dec'15.

    I had purchased a Tatwam men solid top and Pyjama vide my order no. OD[protected]. The order sheet states that 30 days exchange is allowed. The Tatwamnightwear replacement guarantee states replacement is possible. But when we contacted Flipkart for replacement, they have refused exchange of product. The size of the item was not fitting and therefore I had requested for the replacement immediately. But Flipkart has refused to replace the same. The Flipkart website does not have any policy of complaint redressal. There is no contact no. or email ID on their web site to take complaints from customer. The company is giving false claims on their order booking sheet.

      This letter is in regards with the Order-Id OD[protected] i.e for Moto X Play. There are scratches on the bezels of my phone and I had reported for the same with your concerned team. I'm still under the Flipkart 30 days return policy but still the flipkart concerned team says that they had freeze my account([protected]@gmail.com) due to multiple replacement and hence are not giving me any solution. I had gone with the replacement because I was having problem with the phone and not as an hobby to do so. I had mentioned about the problem with their concerned team whenever I went with the replacement. Their concerned team never informed me that if I go with the replacement they will freeze my account. They freeze my account saying that it is under their policy but are nor ready to disclose where this policy's are mentioned I had paid the amount for the brand new phone and not for the used(Second Hand ) phone. I expected for a best support from their team but it was the worst ever experience. I hope I can get the solution from the consumer complaints. Please look into matter and help me with the same.

      Just got a call from flipkart in relation with the mail you have forwarded to them. They are still not providing me the refund/replacement and are saying the same thing that they have deactivated(freeze) my account and hence won't provide me any solution. They are still forcing me to use the same used product they have provided to me.

      Please look into the matter and help me with the same.

              Hi, i am facing the same issue with moto x play.I was promised to deliver moto x play by 5th dec and now the date has been shifted to 10th dec.The status for my order id-OD[protected] and is still in approved status.Had it been on Cash on deliver process i am pretty sure the order would have arrived by now.As i am writing this complaint, i have a gut feeling that flipkart will fail to deliver my product on time or worse they would not even deliver it.And whoever is responding to the comments above, mind it --DO NOT GIVE FALSE REASSURANCE regarding the delivery.its better to SUE you all than writing this whole lot of things which wouldnt get to your brains.

                  I ordered phone from flipkart and my order id is OD[protected]. While placing the order I choose the option of fast delivery(delivery by Sunday) with extra charges of 60 rps. But the phone didn't arrived on Sunday.. daahh.. poor customer service but that was tolerant till that point. on next day the delivery guys arrived with phone and asked us to pay those extra charges. The amount was less but it was unfair to ask for those extra...

                  It was really a horrible surprise for me to know that they are going to take 9 days to deliver a product. I bout MotoG mobile and couldn't see the expected delivery time because I was in anticipation of 2 to 3 days delivery. Flipkart has become a sucker. They sell their loyalty for few extra bucks. and they are exploiter by selling exclusive prod.

                      Product Details-Dell Inspiron 15 3521 Laptop Cost of Laptop- Rs 35990.00 Date of Order place-23/11/2015 Date of Delivery-26/11/2015 Expired Warantty-20/07/2015 I placed a Laptop on 23/11/2015 (Dell Inspiron 15 3521 Laptop) of Rs 35990.00 and it was delivered on 26th Nov 2015. Next Day I called to Dell Customer Support where I was informed by the support team that your warranty period has been expired and you will not get any support from dell until and unless your warranty period gets updated So I called Flip kart to update my warranty period so they told me that your Issue will be resolved in 24 Hours. Next Day the issue was not resolved so again i called to flip kart for the same issue now this time they give me 72 hours to resolved my issue but still after three days issue was not resolved. So every day when i called to flip kart a new executive pick up the call and every time they gave me a new date to resolve the issue. I also apply for returned but they kept on saying the same thing it will get resolved in 24 hours So now 10 Days has been gone and my returned period is also expired(10 Days replacement period). I think they delivered me second hand product . So i am help less because they are not responding to my issue.I think i am cheated by Flip Kart of Rs 35990 I am attaching the snap shot of warranty period . please Help me.

                        Delivery person called me over the phone and tells me that he wants me to come to his location and pick this item. He speaks very rudely and says he is doing me a favor. Then he tell me the item can get damaged and this would be my responsibility when I said I cannot come to his location. When I told him no such thing will happen, no damage, and I will not come and pick this item as this is service of FLIPKART, he hangs the call. Kerala people have an attitude to being with in their blood. Living in USA and other metros around India, its sad to see the justification of Kerala Delivery people. Phone number he called my from [protected]. Now I have wasted my time and I don't even know if this item would be delivered. If this is the way FLIPKART has their delivery team in place in other cities of KERALA then they need to rethink or change the delivery companies they deal with.                                 No They are not ready to listen. Within few days o[censored]sage, once I charge the Phone, the battery is getting drained very fast, even within one hour o[censored]sage, Also the phone gets heated so that I cannot bring anywhere near my ear to attend a call. This is a faulty set that flipkart.com delivered to me and Please take necessary action to replace my smart phone. Also they gave flipkart advantage for bad seller like this.


                                Dont go for FLIPKART. . . .
