I placed an order on 13 october and the expected date of delivery was 28 octber. When I tracked the shipment, since 26 october it showed expecting at nearest hub. When I called on 3rd of november they told me to cancel the order and place the order again as if I dont have any other work to do. I wnt you to take immediate and strict against flipkart and I wnt my product to be delivered in 1-2 days.

    I placed an order of sun glasses of brand Beqube Aviator Sunglasses, on flipkart on 26th oct 2015. The estimated delivery is 30th oct 2015. I didnt receive the product even on 2nd Nov 2015. so i called the Flipkart support and inquired about this and asked to delivery before 4th Nov. then I received a msg stating that my product has been cancelled on 3rd nov 2015. And again i called up the support regarding this they are saying that i've requested for the cancellation. I was literally waiting for this product, im staying in bangalore just for this product. Flipkart made me wait for a week and they now fooled me.

    Spoke to customer and informed him that got cancelled due to technical reason and asked him to place a fresh order, but customer was not ready and was irate for the same and informed us that henceforth he won't purchase from flipkart. However, I assured him that it won't happened in future order, customer disconnected the call. Hence, closing the case.

      I have ordered a product from Flipkart on 21st oct, 2015 and it was supposed to get delivered on 2nd Nov, 2015. Neither I have received my product neither I got any notification from the e-commerce company. After numerous calls to the customer service, I got to know they have cancelled my order without my permission. First, the customer service people don't know how to behave with the customers. 2, They are rude and misbehave with the customers 3. Without my consent, they have canceled my product 4. When asked they don't know how and when I will get the product 5. They want me to replay for a fresh order and no concern of returning my old payment

              I ordered an ampere 13000 mah power bank from flipkart but I found in the package that there is no warranty card so how will I use the warranty if there is no warranty card in it .The product must be replaced as per the warranty if anything happens to it

                    I ordered the above mobile on 26th October 2015 and received delivery on 29th October, 2015. On activating the handset I was faced with operating system errors and registered a complain on 30th October 2015 for return and replacement of defective hand set. I received a call from their Rep on 1st November to inquire what the problem is and explained accordingly the issues with the hand set. He instructed me to download an app Smartchk and stated that a Rep will contact me the next day. On 2nd November a Rep Mr. Dayanand contacted me and briefly for 2 mins. gave me some instructions to disable some application. I requested him to call back in case the problem is not resolved. I received no follow up call and my operating system on the mobile is not resolved. I subsequently received a message stating my request for return / replacement is rejected. I need an explanation as to how my request is rejected despite hand set being defective and no explanation. I now request for a refund as the service provided is not as promised and very disappointed. I have attached photographs of Operating system error (pop ups that keep appearing). Also invoice copy and request reject for ready reference.

                        Hello, My Name is Clinton located in bangalore. I placed an order for 2 tv from flipkart 32inch and 40inch vu tv. It was delivered to me on october 15th morning. After 4-5 days I faced a issue with hdmi ports and contacted vu support and they sent an executive and he checked and stated ports are gone manufacture defect contact flipkart and take a replacement. Immediately I contacted flipkart and agent told me that within 2 days it will hand to hand exchange for replacement tv. Then after 2days I called another agent told that once dey pick the unit, once it reach warehouse it will take 2 business days... Then after 2days I called anorher agent stated that once they pick the unit it will take 5days I even agreed for that. But finally 2 and a half week over no one came to pick the unit. In between agents and managers of flipkart when ever I speak to and inform the issue they will send m a email but in the email the message will be replacement for 32inch tv, I used call the next day and tell its not 32inch tv it was 40inch tv. They will cancel the claim and create a calim again send a email for 32inch tv and everyday same issue. As they are not doing there work correctly. I spoke to a manager on 27th and he promised me that tv will be picked before mid night 12, no call or no one came. Next I spoke to another manager and he stated that before 28th mid night will pick the unit again no response. Next day I spoke to another manager I stated same answer and still no response. Finally I got frustrated and informed if the tv is not picked up by midnight 12 of november 1st I want a different tv which I select or compensation of 2lakhs. After telling this information all the managers promised the pick.up will be done before mid night 12, no response again. I have all the wrong email and messages which they sent and the call recoredings. Now as it is more than time frame, I informed flipkart I dont need a replacement tv or refund. I stated I need a different tv which I select or compensation of 2laksh and a manager stated she will arrange a call back within 4 hours and still now not even a single call. Either I need 2 lakhs compensation or a different tv which I select. Or company should be shut down forever. Flipkart is taking customers as grant and playing a fool with us, as I am calling flipkart everyday and I speak 3-4hours everyday dont I have a better work. If this issue is not take serious action next I am gone pull media into this and make things worst to flipkart. Regards, Clinton

                          I have ordered ifb microwave oven conventional 23ltr from flipkart on 14th October 2015. my order number is OD[protected]. the delivery promised date is 22nd October 2015. but by some reason flipkart couldn't able to deliver it and given tracking number is also wrong so I call customer support they told me that your product will deliver in next 5 days.after 5 days again product is not delivered so I again call, they told please give me next 5 day. I wait next 5 days.again same problem.so I call customer service support they have told that we are not able resolve your issue so kindly cancel your product and we will refund it back your amount 7649 so I told they send another same product .they told that price of that same product is high of 9499 so if you want that product back please pay more 1850 and you will get your product. so I told them that if ypu not able to resolve my issue then ypu should have told me that please cancel your product .why are you giving fake promise of next 2days... so finally I cancelled my oder on 27th October 2015 and they have accepted my request of canceling oder and refund also accepted but on present date I didn't get my refund back. so I again called customer service they again told me that your issue of refund will be resolved in next 5 business days.KINDLY PLEASE REFUND MY AMOUNT. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART

                          I will make sure that I will not buy anything from flipkart via bank cards and I will also make sure that my relatives won't buy any items from flipkart. Amazon is way better than flipkart regarding refund.

                              Above is the logistics report provided by flipkart.. I had ordered moto x play on 15th october, 2015. It was supposed to be delivered on 29th october, 2015

                              According to logistics report, it arrived in pune on 20th october, then it went to prabhat road hub, which is 4 - 5 km away from my place, on 21st october.

                              Dont know why it was sent to pune sort facility where it took 7 days to reach. It reached pune sort facility on 29th from where for no reason it was shipped to pimpri, which is around 20km from my place.

                              Again the status showed expected at dhankawdi, 1 km away from my place, but it was not recieved here and sent back to sort facility. Now it show the item is expected at hadapsar, which is 6 - 7 km away from place.

                              In the meanwhile i called flipkart customer care on 30th october and asked about the status as i needed to go to my home town for diwali. They assured me i will get the delivery on 2nd november.

                              Today is the deadline ended and i had to cancell my bookings for 2nd time.

                              The logistics report they provide is misleading and seems false and thier delivery promise is defaulted for 2nd time..

                                Refund issue of order : OD[protected] Till so far i have dropped you many email but till date i am not getting any positive response from flipkart, i just getting new dates to resolve my issue. For flipkart top management info(like sachin and sales team) : I am longly connect with flipkart but this time my experience is not good with flipkart due to that i will never do any shopping on flipkart or also not suggest any other person to do that also. Flipkart can talk about great success but in my concern i am giving only 1/10 to flipkart in respect of customer support and its refund system. My Issue : I make a order on 14 oct and then cancelled the order on same day and asked the customer support to revert my money into my bank account, then they said me that they will resolve my issue till 26 10PM but on 26 i will get response that they will give me new date for 28 oct 5PM. But till date i dont get my money, then they ask that they will give me my refund in next 24 hours, but that time flipkart have another failure and give me new time to 2 Nov 5PM and now i got again new date of 6Nov. I am totally frusteted with flipkart and completly dishappy with them. Every time they give me new Incident ID and not giving me response of previous one.                                     ​ I ordered this phone on 15th Oct, 2015 for Rs.17500/- which was an offer price (the original price of the product is 20000/-) and was promised that the product will be delivered by 28th October. The delivery came to my place on 25th Oct (without any communication with me) and since I was out of station (due to Dusshera), I could not accept order. The courier services did not attempt to deliver it again even once and straightaway returned the order. Neither did they call me to reschedule the delivery. I called Flipkart Customer Care on 27th Oct asking about the order and they said that they have initiated a request to reattempt the delivery with the courier service and I will receive the product within 24hrs. When I called the courier service after 48hrs to ask about the product, they said no such request has been provided to them and if they receive that request they will immediately reattempt delivery. When I called Flipkart again, I was, once again, reassured that the request for reattempt delivery is there and I will get the product within 24hrs. They also reassured me that this issue will be completely resolved till November 1. On Nov 1, I receive a text alert which demanded time till Nov 3 to resolve the issue. And then today, November 2, out of the blue I receive a message which says that your Cancellation request has been initiated and your product has been cancelled. They asked me to re-order the product and if I do that, I get that product for Rs.2500 more than the price I ordered initially.

                                    Flipkart asked me to order the same phone again and they deducted Rs.2500 from their backend. Though it did cause some delay but was finally resolved

                                      I raised a return request for lenovo 6000 plus which was having display problem. First day a lady called and spoke in harsh way. And asked me to install so many app to check for the problem. but in commanding way. i said am not using that phone, but she was telling without using phone how you are picking the call so and so.. i was using different phone.. Then i said i do not want a defect phone even if you repair it and if later problem comes, am the person to suffer and i will not be able to return it that time.. she didnt agree and she asked me to install that app and also reset the phone.. but still phoen didnt work..by the time she disapproved my return request and again i raised a request.. next day another guy called and asked me to open the smart check app.. I dont know what is smart check app.. he was treating me cheap way... and ordering me to perform some actions on phoen.. really disappointed with flipkart service.. i wont go with flipkart hereafter...
