I have ordered a sleg9 m10 Bluetooth headset in 27.09.2022 in Flipkart. I received the said product on 05.10.2022 but I found defect that product on same time after receive. I requested Flipkart to return the product and refund my money. I requested many times but they didn't resolve my issue.

      Hi Team, I ordered 5 gm Gold coin on 22sep.2022 prepaid. and on 21st Oct.2022 as I checked my order has been cancelled . I Didn't cancel this order and without my confirmation how they can cancel my order after 1 month, when I purchase this item total cost of Gold was Rs. 24020 . while today its cost is Rs. 27955 . so if i purchase this item who will pay differential amount approx.[protected]

      they Used my 24020 approx 1 month and now deny for delivery. I also called customer care of flipcart but they did not respond me properly.
      even they are saying put a fresh order while item is not available on their site .

      so please provide compensation of my loss around 5000 and penalty Rs 5000 towards flipcart for cancel this order without my confirmation and they disturbed me mantelly

        Money of Rs.12055 debited from my account from Flipkart without any reason, kindly refund the amount debited, i didn't approve that transaction but somehow when I checked there was decrease in my account balance, there was this unauthorised debit by Flipkart. It stresses me out to see these transactions.

              I used to flipkart games from time to time and earn up to 9479.Today i found out that it has dissapeared from my account.It says "reclaimed due to fraudulent activity" and flipkart also banned me from playing all their games saying "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions".What fraudulent activity are you talking about here, earning supercoins fairly by playing games?.

                I have placed an order OD[protected] on 23rd sept which was suppose to be delivered by 8th Oct but today is 21st oct and it is still not delivered. And there is no tracking update after 30th sept. everytime I call customer care they say I will get an update in 24-48 hr but I never get an update.

                  I have a flipkart account which i have been trying to login time to time, but always it's wrong password and in otp option it says it's unavailable.

                  I only use one number so can't change it.
                  And flipkart signup system not letting me signing up using an email account.

                    I ordered a shoe from Flipkart. As there is size issue with the item, I raised a return request regarding that. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. Why the verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart?

                      I had purchased a LUMINOUS Zelio+1100 V2 Inverter_RC 24000 Battery_Trolley Tubular Inverter Battery during big billion days with order id-OD[protected]. But i did not received thus product on 27th oct 2022. I had put cancel request to at the time of delivery request but the seller is not agree to cancel this order and said I am not authorized person to cancel this order. I have contacted the customer care for more than 20 times. Still i haven't got any solution rather than fake assurances and dates. I request to you please cancel this order and my refund so please help me immediately and solve my problem of cancel request immediately today as soon as possible.I have tired of waiting so Long.

                            My Flipkart account has been blocked by Flipkart. They cited unusual number of return as a reason for blocking account. I was unaware of any such policy. Atleast they must warn me about policy. However I contacted Flipkart and apologise for fault done unknowingly by me. I repeated requested them to unblock my account. How they can block my account without any warning. First they should tell me about the policy. If I have committed mistake there must a way to solve the problem but they are doing nothing.

                              I was ordered crihase adidas shoes but it can not delivered my order in given date and also extend date. My order also placed in my nearest hub navsari but I can track my order and display " out for delivery (pincode mismatched)". I was order KOBO bench on my same address and it was delivered. My address can not mismatch. So I will request for my order delivery as soon as possible.

                                  I purchased a Motorola edge 30 ultra 128 GB variant on 22nd September 2022. It was supposed to get delivered on 4th October 2022. But it was delayed and rescheduled to delivery for 9th October and again shifted to 13th October since then they are asking for 24 hours and 48 hours for solving the issue and today is 20th October still they are asking for 24 hours more resolution. And there is no tracking for this product, it only says shipped on October 3rd thereafter no tracking for this product.

                                  Flipkart's delivery partner for this product is Delhivery Prepaid.
                                  Shipment ID: FDSP[protected].

                                  One of Flipkart's senior executives created an incident ID on 19th October 2022 mentioning all the details that happened regarding this product.

                                  I've been contacting Flipkart customer service since 7th October. and with Flipkart's social media
                                  (Twitter) team since 15th October. I have already completed 30 calls overall still there is no resolution.

                                  If the product is lost they should send me a replacement and solve the missing item internally. Instead of doing that they are making me suffer by not solving the issue.

                                  Flipkart's Social media team suggested canceling the order and re-book the product but the issue is - I purchased this mobile on its 1st sale the selling price is 54, 999 /- I used a Flipkart Axis bank card and got a flat 1000 /- discount and I'm a Flipkart plus member so I have used 407 coins as well so the cost is now 53621 /- and I have a cashback offer on the card of 5% for this 53621 /- which is 2681.05 /- which will be settled in my credit card billing statement. So the effective price is 50, 939.96 /-.

                                  The problem here is the selling price now for the 128 GB variant is 59, 999 /- and there are some other bank offers so after that I'll be getting this product for 56, 999 /-. This is simply a 6000 /- loss and they are not willing to bare this.

                                  Neither they are sending me a replacement for the lost product with their delivery partner nor they are finding it or giving me the loss of pay 6000 /- as a Flipkart voucher so that I can buy this product again for the same price. On top of this, they are wasting my time and it's giving me a lot of stress. Kindly take some serious action and do the needful justice to my issue.

                                    I have bought some products from Flipkart on the Big Billion day sale with SBI card which has a 10% discount. All i received were products which had minor scratches/ which were returned by other customers. The biggest scam is i got a product which is fully tampered with and not working properly. When I tried to return they are telling the 10% discount applied to all other items will be deducted, which means i won't get anything if i return the product! Why return option you have kept then ? That return is the exact reason why people trust people, this is nothing less than a scam

                                        I've been waiting since 23rd September for this item to be delivered, however it missed first expected delivery date which was 7th Oct, then it missed 13th October which was second expected delivery date, now I was told to wait as there was a pending resolution on the ticket which was raised but I've had no updates on that, i want my order to be delivered, EVEN THE TRACKING NUMBER IS INCORRECT.
