I purchased two quantity of GM 3060 Spike guard in single order on 3/11/2022 but both were of old stock (2019) and had clear signs of being used products (scratches on body). Therefore I placed return request for them and recieved an email on 3/11/2022 9.45pm, which showed both products to be returned under single return id[protected] on 4/11/2022. I followed the instructions and returned them together. But the refund has been granted only for 1 quantity.
Later the agent had again visited (6/11/2022) to collect the second product under return id[protected] but since I had already given them together on 4/11/2022 under[protected] according to email, I had nothing with me. Flipkart's technical bug caused all this erroneous email instructions and then separate return request generated for second product. The refund is not given for the remaining 1 quantity even after collecting them together.
Why should a customer lose money on 1 product after following instructions clearly and returning both products?

    Such a liar you are.
    I have never cancelled this order.
    You failed to deliver it for the last three weeks and now to put your failure and deficiency on our shoulder, you are falsely and shamelessly telling that we have cancelled the order. Submit the proof of our cancellation. Never seen such a cheater and shameless people like you.

      Flipkart auto cancelled my return order pickup after the return window was closed after delaying the pickup and the return window was closed. Since 16 October, they are saying that I will get response in 24 hrs but nothing happens.I am fed up .

        I have ordered a jeans from flipkart on 13.10.2022 via Order ID OD[protected] for Rs. 3229 and received on 18.10.2022 after opening the parcel i found that instead of jeans there is old shirt, I made a complaint on flipkart at the very same moment regarding the same and they asked me to wait for few days. On 20.10.2022 they have accepted the replacement request and placed a new order for the same. On 29.10.2022 replacement has to be done but the Ekart logistics-FNPP[protected] delivery partner refused to exchange the product and gave me the reason hat i dont have such information for the replacement and you have to talk to flipkart customer care and he went back, at the same moment i called customer support and informed them the same and again they asked me to wait for 3-4 working days On the same day in the evening time i receieved a message from flipkart that your replacement is done and other product is delivered to you, but in actual delivery boy refused to do that and no such activity was done and again i contacted flipkart and informed the same and they told me to wait for other 3 days but there is no resolution done by there team and since then i have made multiple complaints but there is no response from flipkart and i am fooled by them of Rs. 3229.00, I am in such a bad trauma after being fooled by them This fraud is majorly done by delivery boy and flipkart seller

          I ordered two computer RAM modules, worth 10.5k each (thus total 21k). Both arrived at same time and one of the box had a stone nicely packed in a newspaper and the other had some junk. Contacted Flipkart for this fraud and received no help. They just seem to ignore me and hope that I will forget this after a few days

            Order confirm down 18th October 2022.
            It is 7th November 2022 today.
            Three weeks elapsed away.
            Not delivered yet.
            For the last two weeks, Flipkart says-it will be delivered in a day or two.
            And for the last two weels their a day or two has not expired.
            What a deterioting efficiency Flipkart has developed towards customers to prosper in India.
            How much trouble, trauma and waste of time this Flipkart is causing to us. Who is responsible?
            Obviously the arrogant and adamant attitude of Flipkart.
            Look at the attached screenshot PDF copy of the order status, a laughing stock of Flipkart.
            It says- shipped on 21st October and out for delivery on 31st October. But still not yet delivered till 7 November.
            If such a Flipkart is dragged to the consumer court for purposeful persistent harassment, they will be slapped by the consumer court with heavy compensation and penalty of ₹ 50, 000.

              Hi,

              We are Flipkart seller based in Moradabad 244001 (U.P)

              We are enrolled in Both flipkart Hubs Small And large but no one picking up orders from past one month we are raising Complaints But no resolution Provided To us.

              Please check our Mail as follows-
              Firstly They delay the inquiry and pickup time crosses and no one comes than close the ticket stating order is cancelled by the buyer . Lakhs of orders are being cancelled like this. We are on the verge of closing business our employees are loosing jobs We have taken loan for inventory why you people not resolving the issue.
              1.We are in big problem no one is providing resolution.
              2.Customer support is giving false resolution and closing our tickets.
              3.No pickups are being done from small hub and large hub.
              4.Daily we are raising complaint sometimes they close saying all orders are already picked however they are in our premises.
              5.Lakhs of value orders have been cancelled due to this from past 25 days.
              6.We have raised several inquiry regarding this. IN[protected] latest.
              7.Old= IN[protected] IN[protected] IN[protected] All of them being closed stating order cancelled or already picked up.
              8.We are already enrolled for large hub and small hub however no orders are being picked up by any of them.
              9.We have requested for third party courier enrollment but they are saying you cannot opt for that as your 244001 pincode has large and small hub.
              10.We have taken loan on our inventory please help us sir you are our last hope.
              11.We are loosing business our employees will be jobless.

                Hi Team,

                My payment for smart upgrade plan was due, for which my phone got locked and I did not receive any notification for the payment as well.

                I raised this concern with the customer care on 4th Nov where they had assured that my issue will be resolved maximum by 7th Nov.

                I have already made the payment which has already crossed more than 72hrs and my phone is still locked. I have tried reaching the customer care more than 10times and my issue has not yet resolved.

                This is really affecting me a lot and I have explained this to the customer care Team each time I have contacted them but thus far my issue has not yet been resolved.

                Please assist.

                  I ordered study table on 7th November order id is OD[protected] delivered on 22nd November.installation should happen on 23rd November or next day but it not happened because of installation service not available in my delivery address .to fix the issue i have contact flipkart multiple(nearly 20 times to finish the installation .

                  6 to 7 technician contacted me but all are different district so they have cancled all the times, so i decided this process hectic and they are not going to install at all.

                  again contacted flipkart for return and refund inc[protected].after one day technician called for uninstallation (without installation how they are going to uninstall?) and he is also different district soo uninstallation also not going happened today return canceled.
                  called care today again they have submitted return request with uninstallation but sure it will not going to complete because.

                  not sure how they are going to resolve my issue.without technician

                  Finally i need to return this item with refund .

                      Ordered Oneplus Nord CE 2 Lite Mobile through flipkart marketplace amount of 20028. delivery boy called me morning to deliver my product but he comes to deini after 6pm finally takes cash and delivered my orders. While I opened my percel using unboxing footage I found there completely empty box seald item completely missing flipkart seller scam with me.

                      I am 4 years to go continuously Shopping from flipkart never faced this kind of issue Erlier in my purshace Life. this time very much upset and struggle.

                      I raised return request on application but still not received refund amount.

                        In the month of October 2021, I booked a round trip flight for 13 jan -17 jan 2022 BANGALORE TO PORT BLAIR & VICE-VERSA via flipkart. Full amount was paid through my sbi credit card.
                        The return flight was cancelled by indigo airlines 1 day prior to journey i.e., 16th Jan 2022. I received the credit shell certificate on 20 January 2022 via email from indigo airlines.
                        In may 2022 when I tried to book my upcoming flight through that credit shell, it was'nt successful so I called indigo airlines customer care, they told we already transferred full amount to flipkart, so i emailed and call to flipkart customer care multiple times even cross-checked with my bank also.
                        I called flipkart customer care then they assured me my full refund of
                        Rs.10236 will be process to my sbi credit card(original payment source) within 5-7 days. but Money wasn't reflected in my account. The same follow up procedure is On till today.

                        They asked to share the bank statements, email proofs from the bank that they haven't received the money in original source etc., we shared with them to verify but no fruitful revert from the Team.
                        Later they asked to share the alternate bank account details to process the money but nothing received till 7th nov.

                        I had several email and phone conversation with them but they still not refunded my money yet, it has been about more than 11 months.

                        now flipkart customer care team is not responding to my emails.

                        please take appropriate action against the flipkart for this wrong practice.

                        i emailed all required things such as bank statements and SBI credit card confirmation that did not received any amount of Rs.10356 for this particular date and transaction number, flipkart should check with their account team and SBI Credit card company and sort this all as soon as possible. unless i have to knock the Consumer Court door.

                            SirI have purchased 2 products worth 30, 000+ from flipkart. They sent me damaged products. I am called and asked them to exchange to refund. Since a week now there is no resolution/rejected without any verification from them. I am salaried person and such amount is big for me. I belive you can help me. Please help I am in mental stress.

                                In the picture, You can clearly see the seller has tried to replicate the original front cover and the printed replica doesn't fit the case properly and the game disk also he has tried to do the same. It was not even stuck properly though and Ofcourse the game doesn’t work. In the middle you can see paper crushes. I have told Flipkart people. But they are saying the product is non returnable. Hence making a complaint

                                  Hi, myself Karunakar Reddy Patlolla.
                                  I have an issue with Flipkart pay later option which is, I have a pre-approved pay later amount of 25000 which I didn't used till date. But it was reflecting as a personal loan in my Cibil Report in the name of IDFC FIRST BANK.

                                  As I didn't used any of the Flipkart pay later amount still was showing as I have used the amount and paying 149 rupees every month. And this 149 rupee installment was not paid in the month of August 2022, that is the reason my Cibil score has decreased by 83 points.

                                  So, I raised an issue on this with Flipkart and they said it will be resolved by November 3rd initially, then postponed to November 4th, Now the status is showing as unresolved.

                                  There is no proper response from Flipkart when I tried to contact them.

                                  I need a proper response from Flipkart about the Flipkart pay later amount which is reflecting as a personal loan in name of IDFC First Bank in my Cibil report as soon as possible.

                                      I got a flipkart paylater service on Nov 2021..I paid All my dues within on time and without delay..
                                      In recent some days my CIBIL Score was decreased slowly...when i went to check for my loan details in IDFC, It shows one of the loan which i got from Flipkart is not paid on Time for JULY 2022 AND AUGUST 2022...
                                      When i communicated to flipkart service, they told that our higher officials will contact me in next 3 days and sure they will resolve my issue..
                                      Its been 12 days from saying that and 30 days far i registered complaint..

                                      They just told they will resolve the issue..but really they didnt.. They just told for namesake..

                                      Due to this my all of cibil services blocked..Ex Bajaj Finserv and many more.

                                      I will attach the image for ur reference.
