We have ordered products on 26th oct 2022, delivery date is on 29th oct 2022. We have occasion on 1st nov 2022 karnataka Rajotsava so we ordered this product. Couple of times we reached the Customer care they said we will reslove the issue we will inform the delivery partner they will delivery soon. 31st today I got message your order has been cancelled. This is too much everytime flipkart will do this for me this time i am raising/sharing this kind of issues now. Mentally it's been irritation. And now we need to go for purchase for new products. Please tell them not to repeat like this or fine them. So they will work properly going forward customer care not even bother if we call them. They disconnect or they keep us hold then disconnect.

    No end to arrogant attitude of flipkart humiliating customers.

    Our grievance stands as follows-

    Still after our warning your courier man again insisted with arrogance to pay first and then only he will handover the parcel to us. And when we contacted your Flipkart customer care people on the return call your person too head shown the same dadagiri asking us to pay first then only delivery can be made. So it is evidence that not only courier people but Flipkart people also involved in this dadagiri humility us and consequently we are forward in the matter to the consumer court for Rs 1 lakh composition for all the harassment humiliation wasting our time due to your adamancy totally punishable under the consumer protection act entirely at your risk cost and consequencies which make a legal note of.

      Dear team,
      I am a seller on flipkart and I am writing this mail at the last when i am totally frustrated with your team and sees no way of getting out of the problems facing due to your team.
      Your pickup staff person (Satender, Contact no.- [protected]). This person is neither co-operative nor they deliver our returns to us. Most of the returns we receive are either damaged and wrong products in them. Even in the cancelled orders we are receiving wrong products that shows that they are thieving our products.
      Also there was a FIR lodged by other sellers on Ekart staff but no solution was provided.
      And moreover these they do not have any time of pickup, some times they come at 2pm, sometimes 3pm, 7pm and even 8pm too. So i also request team to take some stable action because we are suffering due to your manpower issue. If you do not have proper arrangement then you should be atleast co-operative atleast. but your team is like harassing sellers due to their mis-managements.
      So i request team to reach us on
      with some proper solution on pickup and our return issue too.
      I am also attaching a video proof of one of the courier boy(Aashu) who did stamped for the all the orders that he has to return us by himself and did not deliver us many of our orders as he stamped for all of them by himself making us a big loss.

          I have placed 3 different orders with Flipkart for grocery items, all of which were scheduled to be delivered on 26th October.
          On the day of delivery, I was matching my items with the one that delivery agent was handing over and found the products to be missing and even the count wasn't matching wherein I have ordered 50 items and received only 46.
          Then the delivery agent confirmed that he has information for only 2 orders and that he doesn't have details of 2nd order.
          Post delivery, agent has also sent delivery feedback link for only 2 orders.
          Despite stating all these to Flipkart on the very same of delivery, Flipkart hasn't intervened and didn't bother to consider my request on a serious note.
          Flipkart is just playing smart here and is not investigating despite I've asked them to look out for evidence from seller that all items were delivered successfully.
          Whereas I have 2 evidences - firstly, telephonic conversation with delivery agent where he confirmed having only 2 orders with him and also feedback message link.
          Flipkart doesn't have any quality gate in place to mitigate these kind of issues as the orders were not sealed while in transit and were delivered in free form without any sealed package.

Till the date they haven't delivered the product and when I asked them to cancel the order they are not doing the same also. I have called them 10 times. They are saying Same thing since 15 days.                   I ordered a Shanbagh Book of Pharmacology from Flipkart on 12 May 2022 and got the book. But after some days i found out that the book is of very bad and cheap print and paper.                           They promised to deliver on 30th October 2022. Customer Support Executive talked very rudely and said sir ho jayenga. But at 7 pm they shamelessly denied to deliver and said it will be delivered on 31st This is now happening with every other order.

                            I placed an order (Order ID #OD[protected] with Flipkart on 18th Sep 2022 consisting of 20 grocery items, of which only 1 item was delivered successfully. I have been following up with Flipkart continuously, but every time a different representative picks up the call and assures that the order will be canceled within 24 hours, but it never happens. I'm also unable to cancel the order through their website/app, which Flipkart states as a technical issue. I am being disturbed continuously by the Flipkart team calling 3 times a day (50+ times total) without any resolution.

                            I want Flipkart to cancel my order and refund the money ASAP.

                              I ordered a ‘Jabra Talk 25SE Bluetooth headset’ from flipkart from account with mobile no [protected].I received a defective product with poor sound quality so I raised a replacement request.Company rejected my request 3 times and I have to raise it again and again before finally issuing a replacement.But the replaced product was also a defective and an used one.It has rust in its charging port, damaged charging port, pairing issues and poor sound quality. I raised for a return and refund request and 2 technician visits have been completed and company closes my request after every visit and I have to raise it again and again . I want company to return this product and issue me a refund.

                                I already paid for a product via gpay and while delivering the product the delivery guy took cash from my home. Even after more then 20 days of filing complaint even here, flipkart replied that they don't care where I lodged a complaint they won't refund me.

                                  I had placed an order amount of Rs.5468 with Order ID - OD[protected] from Flipkart on 23rd September 2022 which was supposed to deliver on 4th October 2022. But it didn't get delivered on that day.Then I called customer support. When asked about my order, he said, "there is a slight delay in delivery, so wait a day or two. You will get your order."Then I waited for 2 days still my order was not delivered to me.Again I called customer support and they told me that your maximum waiting period is on 10th October then you will get your order by 10th October.I didn't get my order even on 10th October so that's why I got my order canceled on 11th October morning by calling customer support. On 11th October Flipkart Customer support said, " your order is not available for cancellation, but so many times your delivery date has been changed due to delay in delivery so I am proceeding for cancellation."On the same day at night around 10:00PM, I get a call from a delivery person. to deliver, but I refused them because in the morning I Cancelled the order.Then I get a call on 13th October from seller and he said that they had got their product return and processing for refund.Then I called Flipkart customer support, told them, "I got a call from the seller and they told that they are processing for refund."But Flipkart customer support told me that in their system my order is not yet cancelled.If you have received any such call from seller then I am processing your order cancellation. You will get refund in 2 to 4 days. I waited for 4 days still I did not get my refund, so I looked in Flipkart application and there was no such cancellation showing in that too. It was showing, "your item has been shipped."Then on 18th October again I called Flipkart customer support and told them everything that still showing my order has been shipped.After a lot of debate with him, he said, " it is fine. I am canceling your order. you will get your refund in 2 to 4 days."It has been a month today by doing this every time but I have not got my money back yet.Whenever I talk to Flipkart customer support, they say that your money will be returned in 2 days You wait for 2 days. Every time those people say that wait for 2 days, Wait 3 days, but the money is not returned at all.

                                    After the order, they said wait for 10 days to get the delivery. We waited. Payment term selected was COD. Cash on delivery. But at the time of delivery, the demand dead cash before delivery otherwise they will take away the parcel. What humiliation. Dadagiri and gundagardi. Whe refused to bow down before there search gundagardi. They took away the parcel. Never found such type of dadagiri with any other online seller. We buy hundreds of items every now and then through online shopping but have never seen such arrogant people like Flipkart demanding money first and then only to hand over the parcel. What sort of dirty mentality Flipkart had shown. And to add more worst mentality what they have done-on there app they had written, order cancelled as per our request. Water liar and cheater Flipkart has become.

Instead of delivering the required item, they said-wait for another 10 days. So there is no value of customers time. We place the order because we need certain item and we suffer when Flipkart delays it on fake excuses. How deteriorating services have become of Flipkart.
                                    Another feather in their prestige. They do not respond to our grievances. They do not have value and dishonour even the prime minister Modi port of CP gram PG portal and therefore do not respond to the grievances forwarded by prime minister portal.
                                    So nasty dirty complete arrogance, gundagardi and dadagiri this Flipkart has earned to do business or to suck blood of customers?
                                    Being constraint we are taking the matter to the consumer court demanding Rs one lakh compensation for their all such illegal activities and harassment causing hell of trauma and waste of our valuable time, punishable under the consumer protection act.

                                      Courior boy deliver me the package at 6.21 p.m when there was dark outside in the street and no streetlight at 6.21 p.m. He poses as he is in very much hurry and he asked me the otp when he searches the packet in his bag and even before delivery of package. I provide him the OTP in good faith as he was in hurry and usually no such type of act was done to me before. He handover the package to me in the street and immediately go back on his motorbike while I was just checking the delivered package. Then I saw that there was a minor cut on outer plastic packet on which cello tape was affixed and that is not much visible. When I opened the packet then I opened the Malabar white box packing. I was shocked to see that there was No coins in the box. Box was empty and there was only Invoice of Malabr for 10+5 = 15 Gms. Gold Coins. Immediately I contacted the flipkart customer care and narrated the whole episode and fraud to Madam Shivani. She booked my complaint and issue me my Complaint No. IN[protected] DT.29.10.2022 AT 6.50 P.M.
                                      Now I am waiting for my Refund.

                                        Today it was the Flipkart escalation, social media team who cancelled my exchange.Since the seller could not deliver the exchange product on 28th of October.After cancelling she said they were working on it. And i will getting my refund.Then how come my account get blocked?
                                        And moreover I didn't received the product on Friday so I wanted a refund return and my account got blocked.
                                        I received a wrong product also.
                                        I was promised to get my refund for that also after the pickup of the wrong product.
                                        Even the lady told today, that my sweatshirt will be also picked and give refund from the social media team.
                                        Then after she cancelled how come my account get blocked?
                                        Kindly unblock my account.
                                        I bra of rs 604 wrong product and a sweatshirt of rs 648 which i didn't receive exchange.Now tell me is this my fault? If I don't receive my money and if my account is not unblocked i have to do suicide because for me 604rs and 648rs matters a lot.
