Sir,
I ordered a Iphone11 (White, 64 GB) Mobile Phone in Flipkart vide order No. OD[[protected]] on 10 Oct 2022 paid full payment of Rs.33769/- through Credit Card payment. The assured date of delivery of said item given by Flipkart was 12 Oct 2022. My order is not delivered by Flipkart since long and it is sent to wrong places again and again at their own instead of sending it to my registered address i.e. House no 1972, Sec 8, faridabad(121006).
I am repeatedly making complaints in their customer care and every time, they are giving false assurance that the item will be delivered before the assured date of delivery, if not, surely on the assured date, so I will have to wait till then. However, even after my repeated requests and complaints made through mail, customer care no fruitful action is taken by Flipkart. Time to time, they extend date of delivery. The second assured date was 15/10/2022, the third was 16/10/2022, the forthe date was 18/10/2022 but till date, Flipkart did not deliver my order. even when i am calling again they are not responding my call and cut my call and giving the false statements. I have talked with no of executives i.e Kusum, Rajat, Shubham, Amar and many more everyone is giving false statement.
When asking their customer care, to my astonishment, they replied that Ekart Courier does not have any customer care service nor contact number & e-mail id, so I cannot contact directly their courier service.
Flipkart is sending my ordered item to wrong place even after my request/compliant well in advance that the order be sent to the right address at least this time. This shows their irresponsible and inefficient customer care services and false assurance.
I am deeply depressed and suffered mental harassment and loss of time caused by Flipkart.
In view of the above, my humble requests are that:-
Please provide my order as per commitment with compensatation.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
