      Hi, I am using this Flipkart account since a very long time. I am unable to update my registered mobile number which is lost since two years ago. Everytime I'm trying to update my mobile number it sends OTP to both my current number and old number which is lost and probably deactivated by now but my registered email id is still active. I've been a good customer of Flipkart but I'm facing trouble now due to this difficult process set up by Flipkart. I have already submitted a complaint but the issue was not resolved. I want to resolve this issue asap.

        I have repayment the Flipkart pay later bill before due date but it's not showing on Flipkart. The amount has deducted from my account Paid at 8:19 pm, 4 Nov 2022 Bank reference I'd [protected] Order I'd [protected]. I have attached screenshot as a proof of payment.
        Loan Number 57526001 Service Provider IDFC First Bank Ltd . I have registered complaint at Flipkart and idfc bank on 4th November but they are not providing any resolution. They have deactivate my account. And I am continuously getting overdue message despite of repayment before due date and it's effecting my credit score.

              I had ordered an iphone 13 mini through Flipkart on Sept 24th 2022. It had been working fine till last week when it suddenly blacked out. The device has been in the Apple diagnosis and service centre for the last week. Today, I received a call saying that the product is defective and has third party modifications and they cant repair it as its not an original product.

                Hi, 2 days back my Flipkart account is deactivated and one message came on my WhatsApp that my account is deactivated. And I am login to my account it is shown that account is inactive. After a day one mail came from Flipkart that I ordered apple airpods and they told me to pay 2k every month as emi. But i didn't ordered any thing. Next day afternoon call came from Flipkart and they told me that conformation call that you ordered apple airpods and I said to them that my account is hacked by someone don't delivery any products even though they delivered to them how is it possible.. and now they are asking me to pay that amount. I called to customer care and told what is done.they are telling me that wait for a period of time out higher authorities will handle but no reply from them. so how can I pay that much of amount without buying any thing. Why Flipkart is doing like this. Pls help me

                  I have ordered 9 grocery products and received delivery on 22nd October 2022. I received delivery of only 4 out of 9 items. When refund requests were raised by flipkart team, the refunds were not processed and they raised cancellation requests. Due to many requests raised by them, my account was blocked by Flipkart. When my refund will be credited and when my account will be unblocked by flipkart are two main concerns for me.The photo attached is reply from Flipkart in which there are no proper details .                     I purchased a mobile from FLIPKART on 05th September 2021 and I opted for FLIPKART SMART UPGRADE PLAN. Under the plan I got an option to pay Rs. 6000 after an year.

                    Due to some financial reasons I could not pay after one year and on 31st October I got a system update and after installing it my mobile got locked. I somehow managed and paid immediately the balance amount of Rs. 6000 at 11.17 PM.

                    I raised a complaint that time only and I was told to wait for 4 hours for phone to unlock and then 24 hours then 72 hours and it is 8th November 2022 today and my phone is still locked.

                    I have shared my mobile's locked screenshot with FLIPKART already along with payment proof and transaction id. I was promised to provide a resolution to unlock my mobile by 7th November 2022.

                    FLIPKART has failed its commitment for resolution many times and it is humiliating for me. I feel that it is happening to me purposely.

                    Date of resolution by FLIPKART:- 07th November 2022

                    This is a very inhuman and sadist action by FLIPKART and they seem to be enjoying and not giving the solution.

                    Several emails + Calls +Tweet and then got call from Social Media team and back end it got resolved then. It took 15 Days which is not acceptable. Finally phone got unlocked on 14th Nov 2022 at night. But still the FLIPKART SMART UPGRADE PLAN status is pending dues, hoping that they change it to PAID and that my phone doesn't get locked again.

But today was 8th November but i didn't get any resolve from Flipkart. Kindly requested to company that approve my replacement request as soon as possible.

                        I have an account with you on the same email address with mobile number [protected] which was abruptly blocked on[protected] evening.
                        I have placed one order of about 12 items and another one of 31 grocery items with this account on[protected] .

                        Out of the 12 miscellaneous items, 4 items were wrongly delivered items ie., products delivered were not the ones I had ordered. Out of these 4 items, 2 were delivered on[protected] for which I registered my complain on[protected] afternoon immediately after receiving the wrong items, ie., on the same day before my account was closed, for which the customer care said that my complaint will be resolved within 48 to 72 hours. Meanwhile i started getting the delivery of the remaining items, out of them, there was a problem of 2 more wrong items delivered by the seller, e.g., I had ordered a brown color bag instead I got a BRICK RED COLOR BAG and so on.

                        Anyways again I called customer care for it but they could not take my complaint for the same and said that they can not access my account as it has been permanently blocked by the backend team and said to contact here for my complaints.

                        NOW GET THE PICK-UP ARRANGED FOR THE 4 WRONG MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS MENTIONED BELOW AND ONE GROCERY STORE ITEM, "GROUNDNUT" HALF KG 2 PACKETS WHICH HAVE FUNGAL INFECTION AND ALSO CREDIT MY 388 UNUSED SUPERCOINS TO MY OTHER ACCOUNT WITH NUMBER [protected].

                        LIST IS AS FOLLOWS-

                        A) Campus ladies shoe (1 pair) . Complain about which already made on[protected]
                        INSTEAD OF LACES SHOE, SELLER HAS SENT VELCRO SHOE PAIR

                        B) Action shoe (2 pairs) complaint made in[protected]. SELLER SENT IT IN FLIPKART CARTOON PACK, NOT THE ORIGINAL COMPANY PACK BOX BECAUSE OF WHICH THE PICK-UP BOY REFUSED TO TAKE THE PICK-UP AND SAID TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE SAME AND I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY AFTER HE REFUSED TO TAKE THOSE SHOES ON THAT GROUND ON[protected] AFTERNOON ITSELF.

                        C) Ladies purse (1) which I ORDERED OF BROWN COLOR BUT RECEIVED RED COLOR PURSE INSTEAD.
                        SINCE THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON[protected], SO I COULD NOT REGISTER RETURN NEITHER MYSELF NOR BY CUSTOMER CARE AS THEY SAID THAT THEY ARE ALSO NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT AS IT WAS BLOCKED BY YOU PEOPLE.

                        D) One grocery store item ie., raw groundnuts, 2 half kg packets were rotten ie., received with fungus infection.

                        REGRETS AND QUESTION ASKED BY FLIPKART-

                        1- IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR SO CALLED " PLUS MEMBERS "
                        .
                        2- YOU SHOULD HAVE
                        GIVEN A NOTIFICATION AT LEAST ONCE AQ EARLIER BEFORE OR MAY BE WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS PLACING THE ORDER STATING THAT YOUR ACCOUNT COULD BE BLOCKED IF MORE RETURNS ARE MADE. MOREOVER, IT'S YOUR SELLER'S FAULT MAXIMUM TIMES WHENEVER THERE IS ANY RETURN MADE BY CUSTOMER WHEN EITHER WRONG/DIFFERENT ITEM IS SENT BY THE SELLER.

                        LOOKING FOR A QUICK AND FAST RESPONSE FROM FLIPKART AS ALREADY ONE MONTH HAVE PASSES BY.

                          This is again a Gentle Reminder. I have still not received a valid response from your end that why the account was blocked, since my products are damaged . I have all the pics uploaded as well with evidences . I need urgent action to be taken on this, what about my ongoing orders? Is there anyone who can actually resolve this issue? I have already posted the concern on linkedin and twitter and now I will make sure that this is highlighted with the tag name of your company on other strong platforms as well. there was no communication done from my side, not even a single proof was asked from me to justify that I am wrong here, just because the no. of returns are high. I have no information about my money in the wallet, no information regarding the ongoing orders. No information for damaged products which I have as proof. This is very very pathetic. I will not leave you guys like this torturing me and making fool of me. I will proceed to higher authorities to the extent where I can. This is very very worst service!!!

                          I NEED SOMEONE TO CALL ME RIGHT NOW AND ASSIST ME IN THIS CASE . I AM TORTURED BY YOU GUYS SINCE LAST 15 DAYS. YOU PEOPLE HAVE NO VALUE FOR CUSTOMER'S TIME. THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE CUTTING THE CALL WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION AND KEEPING THE CALL ON HOLD!!! I WILL ATTACH ALL THESE COMMUNICATIONS NOW ON FACEBOOK PAGE AS WELL AS THE NEXT STEP. i WILL MAKE SURE YOUR COMPANY SUFFERS WITH A BAD TAG NAME IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY PEACE OF MIND IS HARMED MY MONEY IS HARMED. I AM INVESTING TIME IN MEANINGLESS TALKS WITH YOU GUYS.

                                I have ordered products worth fifty thousand rupees from big billion sale offered by flipka in the month of September 2022. Many products shared were different from the ones ordered or missing item like if i ordered 2 luggage bags only one was received and other missing item. Due to to this i was trying to raise complaints to flipkart but unfortunately they have blocked my account without any reasoning and without support. My most of the orders were prepaid and yet not dispatched being 20 days now, neither i am able to raise any complaint via mail or phone as they are me as block account.
                                It definitely seems that sale is indeed made to defraud customer. Kindly help me get justice in this regard.

                                  I have ordered one computer table and I received it on 12 Nov in damaged condition so on the same day i made a customer support complaint for replacement as I don’t able to see replacement option in my oder details as product delivery status was not changed and after making 2-3 complaint it got changed on 20Nov so i just raised replacement request till then i am daily raising a complaint and talking to customer support team but they simply saying sry for inconvenience just wait for 48hrs ur problem will be resolved but its been almost 1 month till yet i didn’t get my replaced order I contacted to seller as well and share all the info regarding damaged part he is also making fool just saying wait 2-3 days every time when i trying to reach them flipkart promised me max by 8th nov ur prob will resolved any how but now also they asking for 14th Nov time is this joke or what.
                                  Very disappointed with this kind of pathetic service provided by Flipkart i never bought any product in future with 3rd class site. When i called to customer care and asked them to transfer my call to ur senior escalation team member so they simply said we don’t have permission to transfer call i do have phone recording of it. What a fraud service provider Flipkart is.

                                    I purchased two quantity of GM 3060 Spike guard in single order on 3/11/2022 but both were of old stock (2019) and had clear signs of being used products (scratches on body). Therefore I placed return request for them and recieved an email on 3/11/2022 9.45pm, which showed both products to be returned under single return id[protected] on 4/11/2022. I followed the instructions and returned them together. But the refund has been granted only for 1 quantity.
                                    Later the agent had again visited (6/11/2022) to collect the second product under return id[protected] but since I had already given them together on 4/11/2022 under[protected] according to email, I had nothing with me. Flipkart's technical bug caused all this erroneous email instructions and then separate return request generated for second product. The refund is not given for the remaining 1 quantity even after collecting them together.
                                    Why should a customer lose money on 1 product after following instructions clearly and returning both products?

                                        Flipkart auto cancelled my return order pickup after the return window was closed after delaying the pickup and the return window was closed. Since 16 October, they are saying that I will get response in 24 hrs but nothing happens.I am fed up .
