I am an author and looked into selling my books through Flipkart. Being in Australia, it turned out that this was not viable. So I politely pointed this out to Flipkart and asked them to remove me from their files. This initial request was over a year ago and after it was ignored, I asked them several times to take me off their mailing list. Each time, I get a "thank you for reaching out to us" response, with a promise that someone will get back to me. My requests that they stop emailing me - and sometimes they do this on a daily basis - have changed over time from courteous to using bold and large typing to demand that they leave me alone. And still the harrassment continues. Is there any way you can make them stop? Thanks and regards, Jennifer Hanning

What do you mean you cannot find the order details!? There is no order - just a reasonably polite request that you stop harassing me with your marketplace emails.
You have my name - please do a search in your mailing list and delete my details. This is all I ask - for about the 50th time! I don't wish to hear from you again. Am I making myself clear? Thank you. JH
... and I just received my daily harassment email from Flipkart!
And just got another one. How do I make this stop, apart from deleting my email address and having to inform 100s of people of my new one?

    I had ordered a Red Me smart phone via order no.[protected]. I received the phone on 10th of July 15. On using it for 3 days, the phone started to malfunction and on investigation, I realised that the phone is a copy of Red Me. I had ordered the phone because my colleague has a Red Me phone and I liked it. When I compared the features of my phone with him, I found that my device name is Dior and his is Red Me. His version is MIUI 6.5.4.0, the same is missing in my phone. I also shared this with the expert and he confirmed that the phone I received from you is not the one I had ordered. I had bought the phone for Idd festival which is on Saturday 18/07/2015 and am really disappointed by you people and feel cheated. I request you to please solve this problem at the earliest and get in touch me soon.       Dear Sir I had purchased a videocon mobile from flipkart but now my mobile phone which i purchased from flipkart yet not working properly last three-four month. and i find the service centre in delhi may 2015 and i submitted the handset their in june 2015 after 7-8 days they told me that the IMEI no. of your handset is wrong mentioned in the this Invoice. so you can change the invoice where you purchase then we will repair it. on 23/6/15 i complain on flipkart but till date i didn't get any suitable response from them.           Please note that with respect to the order ID : OD[protected], the item with the description "Pampers Pants Diaper M Size (Medium) 60 Pads - 2 No.s", has been ordered online on Flipkart logisctics on[protected], with the registered email id: [protected]@bhelhyd.co.in. The item was delivered at the address provided during order placement. However, in the parcel only 1 No. of the ordered item has been delivered. So apologized for the inconvenience and we also see that a refund for missing quantity is initiated back to customer's account. Customer is aware about the same, Hence informed TAT & closing the complaint.

            Flipkart team, I was successful in buying a Lenovo K3 note handset through the 1st flash sale. The order ID is mentioned in the subject. I have been very keen to receive this handset and this was the reason that I had invested 1 hr during the flash sale day to ensure I am successful in securing the handset. There was a problem with the pin code I had entered while booking the handset & I had had a chat with customer care executive & conveyed him the corrected address with right pin code: Jacobs Engineering India Pvt Ltd, Building no 7 (104), Near universal exchange, Millennium Business Park, sector 2, Mahape, Mumbai Pin code: 400710 The executive promised me that he has escalated the issue & the order will be delivered to me in 48hrs (see attached files). However on 13/07/15 I received a mail from Flipkart.com stating they have initiated the cancellation process for my order. I do not want to cancel my order & I want to receive my product. Please stop the cancellation procedure immediately & please redeliever the item (Lenovo K3 Note) as soon as possible at my corrected address as provided above.

            Unable to reach customer on his primary number provided and we see that the shipment was marked "courier returned" and we have arranged for re-shipment and it is in approved status. So closing the case as the issue stands resolved.

                Flipkart team, I was sucessful in buying a Lenovo K3 note handset through the 1st flash sale. The order ID is mentioned in the subject. I have been very keen to receive this handset and this was the reason that I had invested 1 hr during the flash sale day to ensure I am successful in securing the handset. To my utmost surprise I receive the below email from Flipkart stating that it has been cancelled. I immediately called up Flipkart and spoke to Mr. Champak and Mr. Sudhakar. I was shocked to hear from them when they say that I had cancelled the order online. I have ABSOLUTELY not cancelled the order online as well as on phone and am extremely disappointed and surprised at the below email. I have been waiting patiently and was more than willing to even accept a delay in delivery. The initial delivery date given to me was 11th July which was revised to 15th July. I am fine with it and reiterate that I have not cancelled the order. I do not need any apologies and strongly request you to ensure the handset is delivered to me. Please understand it was a surprise birthday present to someone and if the handset is not delivered to me, I will lose the faith and confidence in Flipkart, FOREVER, thinking that a manipulative game has been played here wherein, despite I have not initiated any cancellation request, Flipkart claims it has been initiated by me. It may not matter much to Flipkart losing a customer like me, but shall make it a point to share my experience to all social media sites and blogs within the startup and PE fraternity creating an awareness about manipulatively passing the buck on customer's head, with all evidences. It is surely not a threatening statement, just a polite comment from a disappointed customer. I'm just hoping you will ensure not make me lose faith in Flipkart avoiding this unfair means to shatter a consumer confidence, especially when an emotional element is associated with it and restore my confidence in Flipkart as an ethical online portal.                   I've brought a huawei honor holly from flipkart on 24th june 2015 which is delivered to me on 3rd july. There is a offer with that phone is i'll get a 1000 rs store credit and there was no terms that this offer is not valid for cod. Now your representative told me that this offer is not valid for cod. And every time i called flipkart customer care they told me different reasons for it.

                    I have purchased a New HTC E9+ Plus Mobile from Flipkart .com of Rs.34, 999/- on[protected] Firstly i have paid extra for their express next day delivery. but i have received the mobile after 2 days. When i have asked to return to refund my extra monEy, they "DENIED". After receiving the mobile, the mobile charger was found not working - DEFECTIVE. I went to HTC service as per Suggested by Flipkart Customer care person 2 times. But HTC service center has DENIED to take the mobile as it was purchased from FLIPKART & NOT FROM A DEALER. When i have highlighted the Issue with FLIPKART customer care person on the same day[protected] they told me that i will resolve the issue by[protected]. On[protected], i received a call from FLIPKART executive stating that FLIPKART WILL TAKE BACK THE MOBILE WITH IN 3 DAY & REFUND ME THE MONEY AFTER 8 WORKING DAYS IN MY ACCOUNT. . I HAVE ALREADY PAID HUGE AMOUNT ON TEMPERED GLASS & BACK COVER FOR THE MOBILE. ALSO IT IS A BIG HARASSMENT FOR ME AFTER BUYING SUCH PREMIUM PHONE. I AM FACING A BIG HARASSMENT FOR LAST 20 DAYS & UNABLE TO USE TO PROPERLY FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID A HUGE AMOUNT. HIGHLY RECOMMENCED NOT TO PURCHASE FROM FLIPKART.

                        ONE OF THE WORST AFTER SALES support i have ever seen is from FLIPKART...They have irresponsible people in their customer support team. Either i have been FRAUD by flipkart or they dont have a proper support team who updates any info. The worst part is they are trying to avoid the customer by calling a dead number which has been notified everytime i called. I have bought a phone nearly a month and has not been able to use it properly for a stretch of even a week. I REGRET DEALING WITH FLIPKART and will never buy or would ever encourage anyone buying anything from flipkart. Return ID: 23977531

                          Flipkart is cheating customers by placing dummy sellers, in house seller(WS Retail) giving the most lucrative rates on the great APP day Sale, I had ordered an item Product: Bosch GSB 500 RE Kit Power & Hand Tool Kit Order ID: OD[protected] On App day Sale 23rd June on direct payment and I received an acknowledgement that the Order is Confirmed and the same will be delivered by 2nd July 2015 then I received a regret update and it mentioned that it will be delivered by 7th July 2015 then the next update says it will be delivered by 11th July 2015. However during these days there has been 17 Communications asking for status and only reply I recieved are. as follows " I am sorry that the delivery of your order has been delayed due to some unforeseen circumstances. I will request to seller to speed up the process for you. I will surely try my maximum and see what best can be done from my end to arrange for a delivery as soon as possible." "Your order has been already approved and the same is currently being processed by the seller?WS Retail? and will be delivered to you on or before July 11, 2015." "I would like to inform you that your above order is currently being processed by the seller WS Retail and is expected to be delivered to you by July 11, 2015." "We’ll get back with an update in the next 24 hours and make sure that your issue is resolved by July 10, 2015 at 3.00 PM." After waiting for 21 days for the product. They say there is a logistics issue and hence cannot procure and deliver the material however WS Retail has sold the product on-line till 9th July 2015, infact I have details of an Order processed on 3rd July 2015 at a Cost of Rs. 3300 /- Today 13th July 2015 they are asking me to cancel the product and they will return the money in Flipkart Wallet. Again Flipkart Wallet is nothing but the in-house wallet that can be used only to buy products from WS Retail their inhouse seller. This is a very nice way of looting people and then making them buy rubbish products from their seller "WS Retail" This is called "ORGANIZED LOOTING" Flipkart are nothing but turning out to becoming the THUGS of E-COMMERCE business. If Flipkart and its Seller WS Retail has been so true and the I say that as you have used by money for 21 days you need to return my money with interest. Special Note: I have written directly to Mr. Sachin & Binny Bansal but they are simply not interested as they have a bigger things to do.

                            we bought a mobile on 25.06.2015, but the mobile was very heating and not charged. e already complaint to flipkart they told that product take return back. but now they told it was not approved for return. that mobile was continuesly heating we cant hold at pocket and cant speak to hold at ear. i dont want this mobile if not responding the flipkart i will go to legally

                              I ordered Moto-G 2nd generation having order Id- OD[protected] which was ordered on 25th may 2015 and was delivered which was delivered by 2nd June 2015 at pin code-282002 and the product was defective. First of all the company i.e Flipkart denied the pick-up from the delivery address so I had arranged the pick-up from a different pin code i.e. 122015 which was so delayed that it happened on 28th June. I was told that the replacement will be delivered in 4 business days. But later without any information my replacement was cancelled. After contacting countless number of times I was just told that their technical team will contact me, I was just given dates after dates. The last date they gave was 12th July 8:30 p.m. after which I was not even contacted by flipkart in any way. They just keep sending msgs of calling me later but are not solving the issue. I am fed up due to their unprofessional behaviour.                                   Sirs, I am really upset on buying Redmi Note 4G from Flipkart. Recently, the Phone was not charging due to some connector problem. I personally went to Redmi Service Centre at Malad (West) who refused to change connector despite the fact that the phone was under warranty. Also, even when I was ready to pay Rs. 650/- for replacement of connector, Service Centre Representative told me that it will take minimum one week to replace the connector. I feel cheated not only by Redmi but also by reputed organization like Flipkart who is promoting the product.                                       This is bringing to your notice that we are booked SAMSUNG GURU MUSIC 2 SB-B310E Mobile at flipkart.com. we received the same item on 1-7-2015 but there is no earphones in that box. There is hand sent problem and we approached local SAMSUNG service center they are checked the product in online and they are saying that this is not the origindal product of SAMSUNG mobile this is fake mobile. Our mobile seller is DEEP WORLD, OPP. SHIVAKRUTI, DANDIA BAZAR CHAR RASTA, DANDIA BAZAR, VADODARA -390001 Kindly advice me what i have to do at the ealiest. We are believed flipakart.com for good and original products but you cheat me.

                                        from last 3-4 days i am getting messages from flipkart that your so and so product is ready to ship and will be delivered soon but i havent order anything. i have not ordered anything with flipkart since two months still i am getting these messages. i dont know if somebody else is using my phone number in the order section or its some technical issue at your point. kindly solve this. thank you
