i have purchased a A/C and they have delivered and sent there engineers for installation...the installation is not done properly...they have drilled a large hole on wall ...they have not fit the pipes properly and also they have kept the compressor machine without any support ...i have raised this issue 3 month back with them...complaint 2 times but they are not taking any action regarding this...please help me to get rid out of this...will be thakful...

      hi i have ordered a laptop(hp15-g009ax) on 15 june 2015 n i received it in 20 june . after receiving i found any problems in the laptop that the laptop was not original it just had an hp tag but it was assembled by flipkart. in hp site it is mentioned that the harddisk is 500 gb but flipkart was giving 1 tb. n i also found that the keyboard quality and the cabinet of the laptop was of very poor quality . i felt like i was cheated very badly. it took me 3 yrs to buy a laptop n after buying it from flipkart i am feeling really bad because i have tried to cantact them they dont give a proper response. so i am thinking to file a case against flipkart.

        I ordered Whirlpool washing machine on May 27th 2015 on flipkart.com, and flipkart delivered the product on Jun 1st 2015, order number OD[protected]. Flipkart mentioned on their webpage that they will get the installation and demo done with in 72 hours of the delivery. But they haven't send anyone for installation/demo even after 15 days of delivery. I was not able to open the package as product is heavy and may get dent if I try to open. I told the same to flipkart, flipkart said their installation/demo team will come and open the package, but they have not come. Everytime I emailed/called flipkart customer support they said they will get installation done in 2-3 business days, they give ETA. But they never followed ETA they gave. They have done this more than 5 times. I got frustrated, on Jun 16th I initiated product return process, on the same day flipkart agreed for that and said they will arrange a person for the pickup of the product. Again as usual they have not come, they did not pickup the product. I emailed them on Jun 22nd, again they said the same "will resolve in 1 business day", again they did not appear. On Jun 24th I have sent them mail asking about their bad service, but no response from them. I called Flipkart on Jun 25th, they said they will arrange product pickup for return. But on Jun 26th they have cancelled my return request without any resolution and without informing me even. I called them asked them, they said return request was cancelled my mistake and they will arrange product pickup for return by end of the day. But no response from them. I have again raised return request. Its a big cheating. Flipkart making me to cry. They have taken my money, I am unable to use the product, neither able to use my money to buy something. Flipkart not taking the product for return, not refunding my money. Kindly help me as soon as possible.

So apologized for the inconvenience and also informed him that we have already initiated refund on 18th Jun, 2015 and requested to check with his bank. Also, requested him to share the card statement if refund is not reflecting.Customer agreed, So closing the complaint.

            24000 mobile with no physical damage dead within 1 year+, motorola saying warranty expired so pay RS.15000 for repairs. Please register case against flipkart for selling such cheap products that without physical damage the costliest product bought in market is dead. I want complete refund for same.

                Order ID: OD[protected] Items) Seller: GLOBALINFO Order Date: 7 June, 2015 8:12 PM Amount Paid: Rs. 35149 through EMI I ordered and paid online for a Sony Playstation 4 from Flipkart on 7th June 2015. Flipkart promised to deliver on or before 13th June. However on 11th June, i noticed that the seller GLOBAL INFO had not even bothered to pack the product (i was tracking the product). I wrote to [protected]@flipkart and brought it to their attention..i requested them to make sure i received the product on time as i had already ordered a few games..which i needed to check as they only had a 7 day replacement guarantee I received a mail assuring me they would contact the seller and it would be taken care of. However on 13th June, there was no movement on that front. I called Flipkart customer service..and they apologised for the delay. The executive assured me i would receive the product the next day..he even asked me to stay at home till 3pm. I asked him to repeat it thrice..and he promised me that i would receive it on time I called them again in the evening on 14th June..and to my shock, i was told it hadn't even been shipped yet! I spoke to the supervisor, Mr Vinay and complained that i had been blatantly lied to by the customer executive. He dismissively told me there was nothing they could do from their end and asked me to write to [protected]@flipkart.com. I had no choice but to send them another email..i was told that the product would be shipped in 2-3 days.. The next day i received another unpleasant surprise and i received a mail saying the seller had sent a defective product..so they could not ship it! They asked me to wait for another couple of days while they resolved this. I had no choice and i was forced to wait..On 17th June, i was informed that they had shipped a replacement and i would receive it soon. On 20th June i finally received the product..A full week after the promised date..But to my shock, i found out that the box's seal was broken..The contents haphazardly arranged inside..there was no Sony India warranty..(which comes with every Playstation)..There was no Bill, Invoice etc either.. It didn't even look like a genuine product I was incensed and i called Flipkart again..I had received the product after a delay of 7 days..and that too a defective one. The supervisor apologised yet again..and said he would send another replacement..this time he would ensure personally that i would receive the genuine product.I was angry..i had no choice but to accept Finally, the courier arrived yesterday on 25th June..to finally deliver the Playstation i had ordered..and to pick up the defective product..Imagine my shock when they handed me a small parcel (only big enough for a book) and insisted it was a PlayStation!!! I called Flipkart and i was rudely informed, this was not their fault...but the seller 'Global Info'. There was nothing they do about it..and the best they could do was refund my money..but i wouldn't be compensated for the bank charges (as i had paid by EMI) So to summarise, i PAID for a product...3 weeks have gone by and the seller has sent me 3 FAKE Products..Yet Flipkart insists they are not responsible for it. Let me remind you please, i bought the product from Flipkart, not the seller directly. The same product costs more than 3k extra now..so not only have i not received the product, they expect me to spend 3k extra and buy it again! Not to speak of dozens of emails calls etc..and wasted money on the games i bought...and pay bank charges for the cancellation through no fault of mine The customer agent Mohammed Asif informed me coldly that there is nothing else they can do..and i was free to do 'Whatever it is i can' So Flipkart has cheated me by sending me fake, damaged items after i have already paid..and now tells me 'Do whatever you can'. I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years..and chose to buy from Flipkart inspite of getting a cheaper price elsewhere..and this is how they treat customers

                    i have already registered complaint about moto g 1st gen on yesterday.today one person calling from [protected] and he says we r calling from filpkart and asking some debit card number deails and so and so .but amout is debited in my account .now immediately refund my debited amound and also the moble amout. pls take immediate action for that .if not moved that that problem i will take the law action(civil & criminal) on your filpkart

                      Dear sir/mAm, I ordered my Micromax canvas nitro A311 from flipkart on 11.06.2015 .IT reached to me around 15.06.2015. BT after 3-4 to days while using it I came to know that it is over heating..And the applications stop by itself saying application is not responding. Nw tell me wht to do. .. Do something, I paid money for it.. You should had done fair with me.. Rather than doing cheap things... Iam attaching the copy of the invoice voucher. Either replace my phone or repair it, I don't knw what to do .Do something.. Thank You, Jobin David,

                        S/M, I did online transaction for buying ASUS Zenfone 2 on 20th June 2015. I did payment by Internet Banking facility of Federal Bank. While doing online payment i got one message showing that Payment Failed. Transaction ID is TX[protected]. When i called customer care of Flipkart.com (toll free number), they doesn't attend the call till now..even they not providing any mail id in their site for further information or queries.                           I had brought Lenovo A7000 from flipkart. now the problem is that the contact names are not coming properly. if i get a call it shows another persons name (Incorrect caller identification). after the cal end if i check in call log the contact name comes correct. Most of the time the call end option is not been viewed for out going calls. (No sign of call end) before also i had complaint for the same issue and again its coming.

                                I have purchased a Moto E (6, 999/-) mobile through Flipkart.The seller was WS Retail.Always the loud speaker turned ON & OFF frequently, so I am not able to call or receive the calls.It is in warranty period.Please do not buy any product through flipkart they are cheating people in the name of 24/7 customer care service.

                                  my phone number is [protected]. i lives in tuticorin .I bought a moto g 1 st gen mobile phone in your filpkart as on oct 2014 but used only 8 months, now its not working .i called your filpkart tollfree numbers they give some service centers near by tuticorin & tirunelveli . but centre is not avaliable there .mobile is more important for my job. Also, I will be waiting for a new mobile phone which you will send to me for replacement of the damaged one. To prove that it is still in warranty time, provided by law. I know that you understand my position and hope you handle this situation with care. I will be waiting for an answer from you soon.
