Sir i have booked my sparks sandal and my order no isOD[protected] On Friday I got call from your delivery boy at 5:53pm so I told him that once u reach my home just call me so that if no one is there and I will arrange something... But he didn't called me..after that I called at 6:02 pm within 10 min...so he told me that since no was there he left away...so now I will come after half an hour...and after that when I called him at 7:30 he told that he will call me after 2 min..and again after that I called him at 8:00 so he told that now he will come tomorrow 12:00 and next day when I called him at 12:45 so he says that I have to deliver some urgent product so now I will come at 2:00 so then I told him that now u don't bring. Because u don't have any respect for someone time..so he is like...fine u can do whatever u wanna do..and he disconnected my call..and since today I have not received my product.. I had called your customers Care number.. But they didn't booked my complaint... So now what option i have ...?

Spoke to customer and he told the delivery boy did not deliver the shipment due to customer was not available, the deliver boy called the customer and told different times for delivery how ever at last FE told he cant deliver the shipment and got cancelled, apologized for the inconvenience caused and asked customer to place fresh order.

So now what option i have ...?

      Company cancelled the order without any intimation. I have orderd a Lenovo 6000+ phone in discount rate. My order No was OD[protected]. After 4 days of the order suddenly I got a mail that my order has been cancelled. And the order cancelled by courier Co. due to shipment damaged . I don't know how come a courier company can cancel any third party order. And they can not provide any replacement. The customer care person suggest to forget that earlier order and book a fresh order in normal rate. Now my question is how could I know that the discount offer which company has offered earlier is not fake?

      Spoke to customer and informed him the reason why his order was not delivered. So apologized for the inconvenience and requested him to place a fresh order. However, customer is not happy with the resolution as he placed an order with Rs.500/- discount. So informed customer that we will not be able to do any price adjustment and closing the complaint.

        As per our telephonic discussion on Saturday 12:00 pm, I restored my phone and still there is only around 8 GB of space available for my use. As per your website, it mentions that 10 GB o[censored]ser space is available but I am getting only 8 and rest 2 GB is for the standard OS + google apps. Now when you say 10 GB is available for the user, that certainly means that I should get 10 GB of space for my personal usage which is NOT the case here. This is not something which I have expected and this phone is not serving my purpose. So I request you to help me and take actions here. I could see 2 options: - I can go for 32 GB model and would pay the difference. - If that is something which you cannot do, I certainly would ask for the refund. Request your speedy response on this issue.

          Dear Sir / Ma'am Very good morning, This is shivam katiyar from allahabad, I had placed order through Flipkart for Redmi 2 mobile phone on my office address (My order id is OD[protected] and return id is 21417959 contact no is [protected] mail id is [protected]@gmail.com ) on 8 June15 and I get that mobile phone on 11 June15 . the mobile phone is not working correctly microphone of that mobile was not working when i received that after that i called the customer care they told me to replacement and said we send you new phone when you will send your phone on our banglore ware house and i had sent that on 15 June 15 and they received that phone 17 June15 but, till date i didn't get any information of my phone and the customer center is unable to provide any information about my phone and when i ask for the order status they tell me that your consignment is in dispatching process from last 20 days and today 29 june15 .When i called yesterday (28/06/2015) customer care she told me that your phone has been shipped but they don't have any tracking no shipment no of my phone how can it is possible and i am waiting for my phone last 20 days. They are giving me different date for resolve my issue . Please look into this matter plzzzzzz Thanking you

            I had ordered A6000Plus on 24th June during Big Sale at Flipkart. Order ID was OD[protected]. Flipkart canceled my order saying that they tried to call me 2 times and I was not available, hence they cancelled my order. Point here is that I had made the payment using debit card and it was not COD. Why my order got canceled if I was not available for order verification. Now due to this same product which was available 6300 to me, now same is available on 7500. This was the very bad experience with Flipkart and Customer Care is not able to help anything and they have the simple answer nothing can be done. I will recommend to buy from Flipkart as they don't listen to the cutomers once the order is placed and all decision are taken by Flipkart.

              On 26th i have place an order for a smart phone for lava win 1 +memory card item code 0d[protected] which i received today on 29th june -15 worst thing is delivery boy he came & call me with visal i told him that first when u come you should wish to the customer he dint told any thing i gave him full amount after which he took my sign in delivery chalan then he told me that for every one i will talk like this only this is my style he started behaving like a druket when i told him to speak calmly he told me i[censored] want to complain go ahead i don't care for this company and he told me that he is from delivery.Com i want to ask flip-cart this is the way [protected]. (Very disappointing by this guys attitude i was regular customer but i promise i will not shop any thing in my life in flipcart even all this incident i have watsapp to my freinds will post in f. B.                 I had ordered two Slimfit trousers through online portal, Flipkart.com The seller is Vaibhav Enterprises. order ID OD[protected] dated 19 may, 2015. It has been a month since I received the product and after the first wash, the cloth shruk too much and its color blemished in parts. This is not the product I expected it to be as they promised on the website. Also, the material/ Product is not the same as depicted on the Flipkart portal.                 Tried reaching customer on "[protected]" and there was no response, So sent e-mail to customer asking for alternate number and convenient time and also informing him that we will not be able to take a return as the product has crossed the replacement period and closing the complaint.

                    Order ID: OD[protected] Product:Blue Star 3HW18JB1 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC I bought BLUESTAR AC from flipkart. The tricky part here is only flipkart needs to install the product NOT BLUESTAR. If I get it installed by others warranty will be void. I have been trying to get my AC installed from last one month. I was not aware that it will be such a pain to get it done by FLIPKART. I Raised installation request on 13th JUN then I called at least 10 times, everyday to followup that request no use. Every time I hear same answer from flipkart agent that it will be done by 24 hours. When I called on 22nd I heard new reply saying earlier installation request was closed without installation being done. I had to raise new request. I got a message saying it will be done in before 25th and then i got another message saying it will be done by 27th, but neither of them was done.

                            I had purchased two mobile phone one is on june 23rd and another one on june 24th both order includes a Lenovo phone but the flipkart admin cancelled the order which is made on 24th which is disappointed me. I had ordered the phone because I got Rs. 500 + 10% offer one payment.But I missed one phone also 1200 loss if i buy same mobile now. Hence I decided not to buy on flipkart anymore. Very pathetic

                              I have purchased 2 mobile phone of motorola MOTOE 2nd generation on 16th june 2015 vide order number OD[protected] and under product code VH44099 [protected] and [protected] respectively. But very unfortunate to state that both the set is not been working properly in just four to five days of the receiving of the product. One of the set get overheated and switched off and not been able to get started. Another set having the problem of continuous hang and get switch off inspite of full battery charged. Kindly look into the matter and replaced my both the sets immediately since it not been over 30 days old. MY contact number is [protected] inform me accordingly and sort the matter on urgent basis.

                                      Hi, I have purchased a mobile Mi4i from flipkart on 8 May, 2015(Order# OD[protected]. I found it to be malfunctioning. I asked for the replacement and it was initiated. The replaced product was again faulty. When I asked them to replace it, initially they tried to bluff me saying its the mobile feature. When I said I am an IT guy please stop giving that crap and accept its a bug, they asked me to visit the service centre. Firstly I have purchased a new product why should I be going to the service center. When I visited the service center, the Mi personnel agreed it to be a faulty product and asked me to get it returned. He never made any update in the system to acknowledge the same. When I asked flipkart to return the money as even the replaced product is faulty. They are not ready to do so. They are arranging for a replacement. I am fine with it as long as the product is functioning well. My question being a customer is: This will be the third replaced product. In case this is also faulty, they will again not accept it and ask me to visit service center. Am I bound to waste a day visiting service center and get a confirmation that the product is faulty and still I do not get my money back. I am really harassed by flipkart to visit the service center again and again and still they do not refund my hard earned money. I agree it may be their policy not to refund the money, but it should not be the same in case the customer has been getting the faulty product repeatedly. There should be a limit to it, after which customer should be liable to get a refund. I strongly look forward to get my problem reach the concerned person and strict action be taken. Thanks, Ankit

                                        Through Flipkart I have ordered 2 nos of bike cover on 22nd Jun-15 & on 26th Jun-15 I have received the consignment. but when I open the cover there was only 1 nos of bike cover is there. In Invoice quantity written 2nos, but physically it was 1 nos only. When I have received there was no damage, tear mark was there. it means there as some mistake happened from packing area. Please refer some photo atatched. So I request please plan to send another pending Bike cover as soon as possible for which I have paid.
