Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered Lenovo A6000 Plus mobile on date 22 june 2015 with prepaid option and paid Rs 6999 online. The order ID generated was OD[protected]. I got the package on 29 july 15 around 1:30 PM and opened it with a video shoot (my usual habit). I was really shocked and surprised when a saw magazine coming out of the box instead of expected mobile. Immediately I registered complaint on toll free number [protected] around 1:49 PM and twice on 9:18 PM as well. Customer care executive gave a some default answer to wait for 24 hours and mentioned that a replace or refund will be initiated but nothing happened afterwards. I called them more than 5 times but miserably I got the same answer to wait for 24 hrs. I am so disappointed now and feeling that this was my biggest mistake to order something online. I am attaching some snapshots of the box that I received and if you want video proof of same I can provide that as well. Kindly provide me deadline for resolution of this matter or initiate refund or replacement for the same. Regards Yogesh kumar

    I have ordered the Lakme silk forever eyeliner on 22nd June 2015, after getting the broken product after a week or so, i have asked for the replacement and this is the day i.e[protected], i have not received my fresh product. If i ask customer care they say, you cancel ur product and the money will come into the wallet or wait for next 8-10 days for fresh delivery .May i please ask why would i choose flipkart if i can get the product from my nearby store. If this is the status of flipkart i am sorry to say, i will put up a complaint into consumer forum. This is an example of poor services of flipkart, i will never recommend flipkart to anyone now on. But or the happy endings kindly deliver my product because i have invest appox 400 Rs and an extended period of 3 weeks. Thanks.

        Filpkart delivery man called me at 12.45 pm and asked for the address. As he told me his location, he was 100 meters away from the delivery address. I guided him to the location properly and he also said that now he knows the address and will come in 5 mins. It's 2.55 pm and I'm still waiting for him to come. I called him to tell the address again after 1 hour (in case he missed the address), I heard few people laughing with him in background and he didn't respond properly and when I asked what time he is going to deliver my package he just cut the call.

            I have purchased this Moto 2G mobile through flipkart which is having netwrok coverage problem. On checking with local authourised Moto mobile service center, it took 7 days and saying that the issue of poor mobile network due to SIM slot. The SIM slot also under demand hence they returned the mobile. Can some one do from Flipkart where I have purchased this mobile in online. Pl do something otherwise I would like to return the same.

              I had ordered a xiaomi mi4i from flipkart.After some days i found some hardware problems(speaker distortion) so i asked for replacement since the seleer had flipkart advantage.They rejected my request 2 times without my knowledge and 3rd time they said that my period to make replacement request is over but my first 2 request was under that period.Kindly help me.The product delivered was on 6th june and i got an email on 4th july that my request was rejected

                In just 4 days o[censored]sage, my new lenovo a6000 plus has started heating badly. The battery is draining very fast, from 100 % to 15 % in 2 hours .As per the guidance of a Flipkart executive, I even uninstalled all the normal apps including WhatsApp, uc browser, Facebook, etc. And reseted the phone to factory mode and then again updated the ui version but still the phone is overheating and the battery is draining very badly.

                  Hello I would like to say you that i purchased mobile moto e 2nd gen from flipkart.com on 6-3-2015 by payment of rs 6999 throuth net banking. First time i received the product so the device make problem and company successfully replaced but second time the product mobile also create same problem and i send my product to flipkart.com warehouse delhi on[protected] and company send me the book in place of my mobile. when i open the box there is no mobile in box but a folded book is present there and when i call to customer care of flipkart then the senior is not talk to me and dont register my complaint and give me answer about the fraud of the company. Sir kindly take action about the company fraud that he send me the bill of mobile and send me book.

                    Hi, I Plan to buy Lenovo K3. From 1 week back itself they keep registration i register also but no use of registration its waste of time.The sale starts at 3 PM at Jul 08th-2015.but am waiting form 2.45 PM itself. At 3 PM they showed buy now option but its not a hyperlink. then i refresh with in 1 sec but its showing out of stock, After that I contact your customer care they are saying there is no stock.this incident making me a bad impression about purchasing products from flipkart.

                          I am chaithrashree M Swamy, i had made an order for Noise Back Cover for Micromax canvas nitro A311 for Rs.558 on 22 jun 2015 afterwards i recieved the item on 26th jun 2015. Then on 28th jun 2015 i returned the same item for some quality issues, later i received a message item has recieved refunding of money will be done in 10 working days.                             This is with reference to my order no. OD[protected] of mi4i mobile that I bought and I found some technical issue in that and wanted to replace it but it seems that all the executives and other technical staff are bunch of crooks and it also seems that the policies of flipkart is to make customer fool. Where is the 30 days replacement guarantee. it is just a saying there are so many ifs and buts in the process. I suggest all the buyers of the flipkart to beware of the hidden policies of the company. I strongly demand from the flipkart to refund my hard earned money and don't cheat customers with fake products and hidden policies. Totally arrogant and unskilled customer service.

                              I booked a motomo gold back case but upon receiving the material I found that the case was damaged.I found a crack at the bottom right of the case, back side all the three corner were hardly pressed and also damaged found at the top right of the same so kindly escalate this issue and settle the claim immediately.

                                  A LAPTOP Was ordered 10 days before and reached on 5 th day from the Order Date.
                                  The laptop was a defect one. The complaint was noted and called back to Customer Care,
                                  But the person replied with no Responsibility.                                       Spoke to customer, very irate. He is escalating this issue from last three days and not getting any response. Product is in still approve status. Customer wants the compensation for delay in delivery and wants to talk to senior(Manager) as i denied to give compenmsation. This is gift for his wife on her birthday. Informed him that we will check and provide the resolution at the earliest time.
