I have ordered the Lakme silk forever eyeliner on 22nd June 2015, after getting the broken product after a week or so, i have asked for the replacement and this is the day i.e[protected], i have not received my fresh product.
If i ask customer care they say, you cancel ur product and the money will come into the wallet or wait for next 8-10 days for fresh delivery
.May i please ask why would i choose flipkart if i can get the product from my nearby store. If this is the status of flipkart i am sorry to say, i will put up a complaint into consumer forum.
This is an example of poor services of flipkart, i will never recommend flipkart to anyone now on.
But or the happy endings kindly deliver my product because i have invest appox 400 Rs and an extended period of 3 weeks.
