    hi, i placed an order for a suitcase (NOVEX PCZ25424BLUE Check-in Luggage - 24). Unfortunately flipkart sent me bad quality stuff. which is not even worth Rs 3800. I have sent email to them to change it on 14/06/2015. They excepted my refund request. They picked that suitcase on 15/06/2015 BUT THEY HAVE NOT REFUND MY MONEY YET . As per there mail refund supposed to happen on 22/06/2015. I really feel cheated as a consumer. This is not the first time that I have ordered something online. But i am aghast at this irresponsible behavior of FLIPKART. I would like to get a full refund AS SOON As possible..

    Spoke to customer and got to know that RVP is done and also informed her that we have already refunded Rs.3,800/- back to source. Customer agreed to check and also requested her to send an e-mail with the bank statement( PDF ) if refund is not reflecting. So closing the case.

      REGARDING YOUR FAKE SALE I deeply regret to say that Flipkart running a fake sale campaign 22-24th June. I am trying to order a micromax nitro mobile from two days but its saying that the service is temporarily disabled in my area.(I have tried the pincodes of most of the cities in UP) Then what's the use of your sale.Why you are running a fake sale and wasting the time of customers ????? Kindly resolve this issue by evening or I will complain about your fake sale to the govt athorities.

              Hi, This is regarding a call i made today at 20:18 Hours today 22nd June 2015 to the Flipkart Customer Care. To begin with, I was pretty taken aback at how complicated it was to get the Customer care number on the website. I kept getting sent through online help menus. While i understand that those are there for Self Help, it was extremely inconveniencing to find that there was no real help on what I was looking for. Getting back to the actual complaint, I called the customer care number [protected] to get some more clarity on the way ring sizes are measured on the site. According to the self help menu on the site, it says that we should measure the circumference of the finger in order to get the size in mm and then tally that with the chart. The circumference was 55mm. according to the chart, there is no measurement available for 55mm. It goes upto a maximum of 27mm. So I called up the customer care to get a bit of clarification on this, to which i was told that "we cannot help you on this, as we have some issues with our tools" When I expressed my concern again, I was told that "this is something you have to check on the website and find out yourself." When i mentioned that the website was unclear on its instructions, I was told again that there is nothing they can do. When I asked for a supervisor, the agent refused and said even the supervisor cannot help. So I went on to ask what is the issue they are facing that is not allowing her to help me? She said that the site is not working for them. Which I found hard to believe. So that led me to ask the question, if the site is not working for you, how do you expect the customer to get the information? To which she replied that the issue should be resolved in 2 hours try calling us after 2 hours. The name of the Agent as was told to me was Gurpreet Kaur. This was totally unacceptable Customer Service from one of the top ecommerce markets today and was a real turn off from all the previous good experiences I have faced with the company.

                  I got one mobile from flipcart may 12th(redmi 2).but ihave problem in that mobile .i.e its get switched off when i put it in charging.after that its not getting switch on by using switch on button.after remove and fit only its get 'on'.can I able to change this either by the same model or get some other brand mobile with exceeding this amount.please clarify.

                    MY ORDER ID- OD[protected] Order Date: 18 June, 2015 2:30 PM Amount Paid: Rs. 15119 through EMI Purchased 1 MI4 Phone on 18 June 2015 from flipkart and recieved the same on 19 June 2015 and this is to inform that i am not satisfied with the quality of the product as it is having heating issue that you can burn your cheeks while doing charging and taking over phone and the camera quality is not good moreover it has been purchased on the occasion of my father's birthday but it doesn't fulfill his requirement . I want that the product amount is to be initiated on my account (I want return not replacement). I want you people to take lessons from your competitor snapdeal.com. Waiting for a Fast process revert from your side for maintaining a friendly relation. I would recommend people to not buy anything from Flipkart for showing such a bad customer experience because on your return panel you are showing only replacement and not return but it is clearly mention on your return policy that if you dont like a product you can get a easy return. this means you people are fooling us my not telling a truth of operating such a fake sites. I want immediate return of this worst product with a full amount to be processed on my bank account.

So I paid through Bank of Maharashtra debit card. But I didn't get 10% off on it. Please reply me ASAP with this issue. Otherwise I will cancel the order I bought this product for Rs.302./-.                         I purchased an lg led tv from flipkart on 30/4/15 due to shifting i postponed the installation. Now 15 days ago they are telling me to wait every two days, and from two days ago they are telling me to wait 4hours withing four hours ur installation will be done and now i am hearing this for the 5th time and its out of my mind . They are totally faking customer service and will not buy any product further in future.

                          Hi, I have purchased Micromax 42C0050UHD 106 cm (42) LED TV from flipkart Order ID - OD[protected] on 04 April 2015. During online purchasing, flipkart promised that it should be delivery by 2-3 days. But they did not deliver on time and finally received on 12 April 2015. Problem start from here:- According to flipkart, they need to come for the installation and demo through authorized service engineer at my convenience and they need to solve this within 3 business days of delivery of the TV. I have send 10 mails till date (from 13 April to 22 June) for installation. Flipkart just gives date for installation and never completes his promises on date. I have also called his more than 5 times, i heard below mug up response:- "Your issue will be resolved in 4 hours " 4 hours becomes 80 days now and no one came to my house for installation. I can't go for cancellation of this item because i have already exceeded 1 month period. I have lost my patience. I really don;t know i should do now.                             I have bought a TATA Swatch water purifier with order no OD[protected]. This water purifier got delivered on 12th june and installed at my home on 15th June. On 17th June I have booked a complaint to TATA Swatch water purifier that the Water Purifier is faulty and have leakages in its tape and also having lots of wastage of water un-necessarily. Since 17th June till today i.e. 22nd June I have made 4 calls to customer care but getting no solution to it. My question is why Flipcart is not ensuring the quality of its product before selling it to the customer. If I would have bought it from any shop/agency I could have returned the product as of now. Once the product is being delivered to customer's door, flipcart responsibility gets over. Is it a courier agency or a online shopping company. Now, I dont know what to do with the product which cost me more than 15k.

                              Hello there I purchased Lenove think-pad X240 ultra portable (serial no – TYPE 20AM-A1XM00 S/N PF-00VPKB 14/03) from Flipcart for the amount of 45490/- The device specification says it has precision backbit keyboard, 2 GB graphic card and 500 GB hard disk. Extremely disappointed when received the shipment on 19 jun 15. Flowing items are missing or less in configuration The device has GB 256 GB hard drive instead of 500 GB No precision backlit keyboaard No graphic memory. (2 GB intel graphics) It’s a deal of good manner hence I would expecting a genuen solution from your side. As spoken to you I will wait till 25 june 15 before taking any legitimate action.                                   The problem is that it is not working (Showing "hdd has bad sectors") . I see that it is within warranty period (3 yrs) . Now as mentioned in the invoice, i contacted the email - id for "madhu it junction" mentioning all the details. But, they are completely ignoring this.

                                  As i am supposed to get the warranty, please look into this issue asap.

                                    Product : 183CYa 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC purchase date : 30/05/2015 serial nos :: 4511697H15B010660 & 4551662A15B012484 Installed by : Jeeves ( nominated by Flipkart ) Flipkart Incident ID :[protected] &[protected] the Indoor unit was giving 2 problems 1) water leakage in indoor unit 2) Lourves not operating fully. when compaint eaised with Voltas, they mantained that this was due to a "Installation mistake", BUT since the installation was done by a NON AUTHORISED person so warranty "not valid". finally after a payment of Rs. 400/- they registered the serial nos. Flipkar has nto responded to my mails and complains. it seems they just done't care and are sure that single consumers like me can't do a damn.

                                    Customer complains that post installation noticed there is water leakage and when he had escalated the issue to the brand ( Voltas ), they had confirmed that it is due to improper installation. Customer says that Flipkart is the cause for it and wants a repair service appointment to be scheduled on priority to have the unit fixed. It is found that customer is frequently interacted with us and he is unhappy as there is a lot of delay and false timelines promised.
                                    flipkart sucks dude. Go for Amazon. I had similar bad experiences as well. After that i did shopping only on amazon. So far purchased goods worth more than rs.10, 000. very positive experience on amazon. very good customer service.

                                        Sir/Madam, As you may be aware that as a regular customer, since the last year I had procured many items through Flipkart and I am gradually gaining confidence on Flipkart. However, this time I have got a setback in procuring a “Tempered Glass” for my mobile phone through Flipkart last week. The details are as under:- Order Id. OD[protected] Order date: 13.06.2015, 02:44 PM Invoice No. 5AE 15062015 Invoice date:[protected] Date of delivery:[protected]. Item procured: Professional Tempered SNo32 Screen Guard for Sony XperiaZ1, Compact/Temered-Glass-Xperia-Z1 Mini (Amount: Rs.249/-). Seller: Aggarwal Enterprises, B-1 Kunwar Singh Nagar, Nangloi, Deli-110041. Problem: The Tempered Glass supply is not compatible with Sony XperiaZ1 Compact. Since the Tempered Glass covered the sensor of the screen, the resultant problem was that, after its application over the screen, on every outgoing/incoming call the screen became black-out. This problem was detected by the authorised Sony Service Centre at Laxmi Nagar. According to their advice, when the Tempered Glass was dismantled from the mobile screen, the problem was over instantly and the mobile phone started working well in making outgoing/incoming calls. Request for immediate action: (i) Since the Tempered Glass supplied is not compatible with Sony Xperia Z1 Compact it implies that I have been cheated by the supplier through Flipkart in this deal. Therefore this Tempered Glass may be replaced immediately by a proper Temped Glass for this mobile. (ii) Suitable action may be taken against the supplier Company so that other consumers may not be cheated in future sales.

                                        Spoke to customer and got to know that he ordered for (Professional Tempered SN032 Screen Guard for Sony Xperia Z1 Compact) and the one delivered was of wrong specifications because of which he was unable to make or receive calls as the screen went blank. Customer had visited the service center and fixed it and then got to know it was because sensor was covered because of the screen. It is found that we have already arranged for a replacement and customer wants to see the replacement and then decide accordingly to replace it or retain the one that is already fixed with the help of ASC. So closing the case.
