‎I placed a order on 30th june of MAC retro matte 3g (relentlessly red). Order id OD[protected]‎. I received my order yesterday. And to my surprise what I got was just the box of the lipstick with no lipstick in it. I call the customer care support last night but he didn't helped me. Do whats needs to be done.

    It was mentioned to me that the order was cancelled as despite several attempts we could deliver the concerned order Once I received call ([protected]) from delivery boy I was not in a position to answer .So I called back .Where he told me that he had reached different location in Thane still I offered to meet him The said he will meet tomorrow .I gave a time after 4pm(6th July 2015), which he failed to turn up and didn't call. Further I called on same number on Sunday multiple times but I never received call back till now.On Monday I received a call ([protected]) from another delivery boy as there was no one at my place I called back .Who told me he shall provide me my order on Tuesday afternoon. The reason that no one was at my residence as my mother goes for dialysis thrice a week (Monday, Thursday, Saturday) Also I would like to mention that they came and called me rather would informed and come And when on Monday the executive came, a caretaker opened the door and asked him to wait for half hour he replied that he will turn on Tuesday(7/7/2014) If you can give a justice that's fine or I need to escalate to competent authority

      Spoke to customer on and he complains stating that his charger is not working. So apologized for the inconvenience and requested him to visit the service center ti fix it as it is post replacement period. Customer agreed, so sent e-mail sharing ASC details and closing the complaint.

        Flipkart, Shipping tracking ID FMPP[protected]. 1st of all you deliver wrong material then you guys send your delivery boy with the replacement but he just takes our initial telling it will be delivered by 24 hrs. It has been like nearly 10 days but we have not received the replacement. Poor management and 0/10 rating for customer satisfaction.

          I had ordered Onelus One on 24th June. As a part of the freebie offer, I got the charger along. However, the charger was not working(while the package was sealed and everything seemed to be original), so I placed a replacement request. After a 5-6 days, it was replaced and once again I got another faulty non-working useless cheap charger from you. So, again I called your executive and complained regarding the matter. He GUARANTEED to me that the next charger would be 100% ORIGINAL and working. But, once again you did what you are famous for(selling cheap, useless, non working products at higher prices than MRP). For the third time, I got another useless charger. I talked to the head of the concerned department and now he has said that the next would be okay. For the past 20-25 days, I have been just doing this and am not been able to use my phone due to your cheap fake products. And what about the guarantee? What compensation you would give me for wasting my precious time and money. You have given 100s of reasons not to shop from you. I was one of your loyal customers who ordered things on a weekly basis but thanks for showing me your real side. I would not ever ever forever shop from your site in near future and would not recommend it either to any one. I will harass you for what you have done to me and make you famous out there. However, you do not need popularity, you are already known for it. After giving stones instead of phone to many people, you are proceeding in the right direction. Keep it up. Keep selling fake products to your customers. I assure that you will be one of the worst sites in the world if you continue doing that(I guess that is your dream). And by the way, I want a working charger and COMPENSATION in the form of a gift voucher or anything for what you have done. I am not going to spare you cheats!!

            Subject: complaint against the product Dell Inspiron 5000 series and the flipcart service Respected sir, I'm Claude Dsouza filing this complaint against the product dell Inspiron 5000 series that I recently bought from flipcart. I bought the laptop for an urgent need to do my college project. But the laptop overheated from day. The apps too shut down suddenly. Immediately I filed a request for refund. I received a message from flipcart saying that the service will take proceed with the request. But it actually didn't give any respond for a week. After a week someone calls from service center to fix the issues. The instructor asked me to update to windows 8.1 and install bios. I did but it didn't work that way. Then I filed a complaint for a second time for which I received a message saying that they will replace the product on July 5th. But they didn't keep up their word. Because of the bad service and bad product piece, my assignments were delayed which affected the grades. I really need an answer. Consider, the issues and provide me a refund. I don't want a replacement. I would rather shop it onsite. Thank you.

              I ordered ( Order Id : OD[protected] One Plus One mobile for Rs. 16548 on 22nd June 15. This mobile received at chembur hub on 2nd Jul 15. On 3rd Jul I got a message from Flipkart that your mobile is out for delivery & will be delivered to you before 7pm. But I did not received my mobile and I got one more message at night from flipkart that your delivery has been rescheduled to 4th Jul 15. Again on next day 4th jul 15 in the morning I got a delivery message from flipkart and at night I received same delivery rescheduled message. Same thing happened on Monday 6th Jul 15. Since Friday 3rd Jul 15 I called at least 15-20 times to flipkart customer care to find out the reason behind undelivery of mobile and they was saying reason has not been mentioned by courier Dept. but we will again arrange delivery of your mobile and you will get you mobile in next 3 working days before 9th jul 15. But suddenly on 6th jul 15 at 11.55 PM I received a message saying despite of several attempts we could not reach you to deliver your order.We have cancelled your order and we request you to place your order again with correct details but in reality nobody from flipkart came for delivery to my place as there was always a family member present at home in my absence. I very sure that flipkart is lying to me if required I will check the CCTV footage of my bldg.Now customer executive are saying you will have to reorder your mobile with current price which is Rs.21998. Also I have received the charger of this mobile on 1st Jul 15 on same address so how can they couldn't reached to me while delivering the mobile. I request you to kindly deliver my mobile on same price Rs 16548.

              I faced the exact same problem with my order which i placed on 22nd July and order still not received in spite of several call made to flipkart. Everyday morning they are saying order is out for delivery and by end of date they update order couldn't be delivered. This is really pathetic service and no one in customer support able to help on this. they do not have any internal process or escalation to manager the order which delayed or not delivered on time. With such a big brand name this is a really big loophole.

                Hi I ordered xiomi note 4g n received on Saturday. On starting the phone it was lagging so I switched off the phone and gave it full charge as I thought it might help. On switching the phone on it was slow but I was able to install few apps. Then suddenly all the apps started crashing starting with Watsapp. By Sunday evening most of the apps were not working. And on the fateful Monday morning the phone wouldn't restart only. the flipkart doesn't take any complaint seriously and I want it to be dealt on serious n urgent note.

                  Ordered a book on Flipkart through retailer WS Retail which is controlled by Flipkart. Within hours the purchase was cancelled and now hear that the refund will take one week. Is keeping the customers money for a week a new and fraudulent revenue stream for Flipkart? They now say that the book is unavailable with the seller but it is still displayed on the site. Is this a way to get people interested and earn money through automated cancellation. Thought that this was an Innovative Indian site that we can be proud of but appears to have become just another repository for MBAs capable of nothing other than manipulating the consumer

                    Hi Team, Faulty ipad mini 16gb Product(order id: OD[protected] was sold to me at 15200 INR under Biggest App Day Banner. I have asked for replacement, but flipkart executive saying that there is no stock available with the seller, hence only refund can happen. Now the same product is available for 17500 INR. Concern: 1. Who will compensate for the loss i had because of this faulty product? 2. Why cant replacement be arranged ? 3. Why should i pay more for the same product now? 4. Other sites were selling at similar price but i chose flipkart because i thought customer service is good. I made a BIG MISTAKE on BIGGEST APP DAY.

                      Sir, I orderd a Karpine Scr-1081 Matte Screen guard for dell venue 8 with Order. ID OD[protected] When I got the product it was bent and not fit to be used as screen guard So I ordered for replacement on 27 june. But ever since that day they message me telling you will get the replacement today, but we were unable to deliver. This has been hapening for 10 days and counting. I end up waiting a whole day for a replacement which never arrives. After every failed attempt they say sorry, We will try again tommorrow, which they fail again. There is a possibility that they don't want to replace my item at all. They mayJust want to, pass the 30 day replacement policy date.So, that they are no longer liable for replacement. And consumers like me end up exploited botg financialy and mentally by them. Such I kind of behaviour is unacceptable And strict measures are required. Shivam Sangar

                        This is to bring your kind attention that I have purchased one Lenova Mobile phone to my cousin. First time the payment window shows that the transaction not completed and amount will be returned two or three business days and Rs.6999/- was debited from my account on 23 May 2015 towards Flipkart . The UTR number for the mentioned transaction was 17661795, but as per Flipkart the amount was not received by them. I made another payment to them my from wifes' account and this amount was received by them and got the product delivered.

                        I ordered redmi note 4 on 30th by cod, today a message came about prepaid transaction and i paid using pnb card.
                        Money got deducted but payment was unsuccessful according to Flipkart.
                        Lets see if they refund fast.

                        Same thing happened to me too. I tried to order a Samsung On5 phone. the transaction failed, but the money was deducted from the account. At first they told that the money will be credited within 8 business hours, now they are asking me to send a bank statement. I'm gonna wait 'til tomorrow... let;s see if they refund the amount.

First time amount Rs.12, 485/- was deducted from my andhra bank account, but it shows as failure transaction. Again i paid ;through same account . This time ;transaction was successful. My bank statement shows, same amount two times debited.

                        The Transaction reference : IB/PAYU/[protected]IPD0301/[protected] .

                        I complained to customer care, later they mailed me this will be resolved. Till, today it is not resolved.

                        I ordered redmi note 5 pro today.. I approve otp.. once but it showed booking failed but money was debited from pnb they said it will be refunded.. and second time i ordered it was again debited with 15000 rps.. and order was successful..

                        Same problem happened me too. 3.9.2018 I was ordered ASUS ZENFONE MAX PRO M1 . I choosed cash on delivery then I got the message that the order was confirmed will expected to deliver product on 5.9.2018 . Later I decided to make payment through online I made payment through bank and I got the message the amount Rs.10, 999 is deducted from my account but the message from flipkart says that the payment was not successful. later I contacted flipkart they asked me they will refund the amount before 6.9.2018.I don't know why they taking such time for making repayment . Hoping that they will provide refund quickly. Let see what happens...

                            Date:-27June'2015 Order ID: OD[protected] Product: Lenovo A6000 Plus I ordered the product after checking the product specification carefully(Attached Snap for reference). When i received the product a part called headset was missing, after consult with Flipkart representative i found that they provide wrong information and also try to selling the missing product to me. Please help me as this kind of activity practices by Flip kart for long time and i am the victim for this the second time.

                              i bought amardeep charging light 15 days ago and it started to leak oil since the very next day i purchased it and flipkart is saying that the term is over for replacement.. they are saying to bangalore for warranty and i live in hyderabad and the cost of ticket is 1000 for bangalore ... this is my complaint and please do solve it

                                  I bought Moto g2 through flipkart vide order no OD[protected] and invoice no BLR_JIG_[protected] dated 26th oct 2014. The phone is still under warranty and now the phone is not working properly. The phone gets switched off any time by itself and after that it doesnot start easily. I got the same checked with authorised service centre in Janakpuri delhi. They said the problem is with power button and same is not available in separate whole motherboard needs to be replaced. I request you to kindly get the problem resolved by either getting my phone repaired or get it replaced.

                                    I received Xiomi MIPAD which Wifi not working (poor connection ) & also Google Play Store not working at all. I asked to replace my Xiomi MIPAD or refund my money back. flipkart & their technical team is not responding and delaying for solutions for the same. They are saying to visit Xiomi service centre for solution, why should I visit service centre on the next day of received faulty product (Xiomi MIpad) from flip kart. I want replacement of product or my money back

                                      I ordered for a Mi4i 16 GB phone through FlipKart details as below :- Order ID : OD[protected] Seller : WS Retail Order Date : 2nd July, 2015 5:28 PM Amount Paid : Rs.13089 My compliant is battery space mentioned on the website and on the actual product delivered are different website spec of battery is 3120mAh and product delivered with 3030mAh. Another complaint is that I have 3g data plan and I am not getting 3g speed it is alwas showing me "You are offline". Please suggest.

                                        While making payment online in Flipkart site is asking for the Details of Credit card alongwith the CVV to save. Although they are making comments that its a secure one but just only for fast order which may take a minute or two to enter need not to be make compulsory to enter. Does they take responsibility over there also that in case of any fraud Flipkart is solely responsiblle.
