My experience with flip kart is not less then any nightmare. I bought 3 product from flipkart on 15th june 2015, which was sutra decore analog dia wall clock and 2 rbj 1000mil oil dispense. I received first only one oil despenser, while i ordered 2 and i was also charged for 2 but till now no refund done, second i recieved sutra dia wall clock, when i recieved that product it was no ware similar to product displayed in website. I callled first to flip kart call center and one lady attained me and informed that it is not possible to return product on first place, you need to replace, i tried my best to explain her that i want to return but she was just not ready to listen me. At last i got agreed for replacement. Today is 9 july, approx 3 weeks no replacement done yet, in these 3 weeks i called more then 5 times to flipkart callcenter but everytime once i explained my issue, some or other way, executive disconnected my call. Lastly one of the representative said that my refund for rs 475 (One rjb oil dispenser, which was not delivered) initiated long back, but till now i didn't received bank refund. Again i called flipkart call center for sutra dia analog wall clock, one lady representative named"priyanka"told me that my replacement is already initiated, so it is not possible to return that product now, she was not only arrogent and rude moreover she disconnected my call too. I again called flipkart call center and again explained everything to a diggerent representative, he said before 7 pm tonite my replacement product will be delivered, it is now 7. 00 pm but no one delivered that replacement product nor i got any call from delivery boy, i also received one sms about delivery boy contact details, but when i called in that number, number was switched off.
I really regrate why i bought product from flipkart, i am harresed and moreover my money is stuck. I am feeling like cheated and wanted to take help from local police. You guys are fraud and hopeless. I will try and make sure to to let everybody knows what happened to me, so that no one else will face same situation.

I placed an order on flipkart on 9th April, Initial delivery date they mentioned while placing the order was 11th to 13th of May. So I thought let's wait for a month even though I paid the actual amount of the product in INR is Rs.22990.
As I didn't get any update till 3rd of May, I reached out to the Flipkart customer care who confirmed me that It will be delivered on the promised delivery date.
Yesterday when I logged in to the App, to my surprise the delivery date has been modified to 31st of may with out any intimation. Immediately I called up the flipkart customer care to ask them to check on this un-intimated update of delivery date which is almost 1 month delayed.
Non of the customer care executive is ready to accept that it is a mistake from flipkart that the product delivery has been delayed by 1 month.
I am really surprised that how come they take 2 months to deliver a product to Tier one city like Hyderabad .When I asked there is no proper response or any kind o[censored]pdates on the delivery date nor they are ready to cancel the order.
These guys are simply making fool out of the people who believe online shopping is hassle free. I completely lost trust and suggest my fellow consumers to consider this (FlipKart.com) e-Com website for any purchase.

Please don't order stuff from flipkart if you need them urgently. Other online websites like myntra and Amazon are much better in terms of delivery. Atleast they deliver on expected date and don't change the date a day before. Flipkart, you are loosing your loyal customers.
I had ordered Honor Mediapad with them last week, ie, on their so-called grand festival sale, Saturday 13th, 2018, with a delivery date of Tuesday, 23rd, 2018, but not shipped until now and their tracking system is also useless, not showing anything.
