I had ordered Onelus One on 24th June. As a part of the freebie offer, I got the charger along. However, the charger was not working(while the package was sealed and everything seemed to be original), so I placed a replacement request. After a 5-6 days, it was replaced and once again I got another faulty non-working useless cheap charger from you. So, again I called your executive and complained regarding the matter. He GUARANTEED to me that the next charger would be 100% ORIGINAL and working. But, once again you did what you are famous for(selling cheap, useless, non working products at higher prices than MRP). For the third time, I got another useless charger. I talked to the head of the concerned department and now he has said that the next would be okay. For the past 20-25 days, I have been just doing this and am not been able to use my phone due to your cheap fake products. And what about the guarantee? What compensation you would give me for wasting my precious time and money. You have given 100s of reasons not to shop from you. I was one of your loyal customers who ordered things on a weekly basis but thanks for showing me your real side. I would not ever ever forever shop from your site in near future and would not recommend it either to any one. I will harass you for what you have done to me and make you famous out there. However, you do not need popularity, you are already known for it. After giving stones instead of phone to many people, you are proceeding in the right direction. Keep it up. Keep selling fake products to your customers. I assure that you will be one of the worst sites in the world if you continue doing that(I guess that is your dream). And by the way, I want a working charger and COMPENSATION in the form of a gift voucher or anything for what you have done. I am not going to spare you cheats!!

I faced the exact same problem with my order which i placed on 22nd July and order still not received in spite of several call made to flipkart. Everyday morning they are saying order is out for delivery and by end of date they update order couldn't be delivered. This is really pathetic service and no one in customer support able to help on this. they do not have any internal process or escalation to manager the order which delayed or not delivered on time. With such a big brand name this is a really big loophole.
