At 3 PM they showed buy now option but its not a hyperlink and with in 1 sec it showed out of stock. there should be enough time to buy the product. please let us know when is the next flash sale.     Similar to above incidence I was registered 1 week back for lenovo k3 note at 2 45 pm I loged to flipkart and waited It showed coming soon till 2 59 pm and at sharp 3 pm It was out of stock I think such sale from these websites are fake

      OD[protected] this is my order ID register mail id is [protected]@gmail.com So my complain is you guys including your manager Punit and Syed and mail reply from Silvester and Rohit V have given me fake promise dates of 7th and 8th july 2015 for the pick of the wrong delivered product has not been done. Your manager Mr. Syed putted false allegation against me saying that we don't deliver different product for second time. On that issue i was said him to ask your ekart delivery boy Ajay mohite how saw the different shoe in the Puma box as the box was open and he is aware of the whole matter. The false dates and promises which you provided. 1. On 6th July i got mail saying we will pick your product up on 7th july. 2. On 7th July i got sms saying we willcall 7.30pm on 8th july. 3. On 7th July i got sms again saying we will call by 8.30 on 8th july. 4. On 8th July i got sms saying we will call you by 12pm on 9th of july. 5. On 8th july i got sms again saying we will call you by 10 am on 11th july. 6. On 8th july i got sms again saying we will call you by 8.30 pm on 10th of july. 7. On 8th July i got sms again saying we will call you by 1.30 pm on 09th july. (just now i got this) MAY I KNOW WHY Are YOU GUYS FOOLING AROUND WITH ME ?

      TODAY THE I GOT A CALL FROM FLIPKART NUMBER [protected] HE SAID ME THE PICK UP WILL BE DONE TODAY ITSELF WHEN I SAID HIM THIS I AM HEARING SINCE LAST 4 DAYS HE SAID WE WILL CALL YOU IN 10 MINS AND CUTTED THE CALL AND SENT ME A MSG AGAIN SAID THEY WILL CALL ME ON 10 JUL 10.30 AM
      HERE ARE LIST OF DATE AND TIME THEY HAVE GIVEN ME


      The false dates and promises which you provided.
      1. On 6th July i got mail saying we will pick your product up on 7th july.
      2. On 7th July i got sms saying we willcall 7.30pm on 8th july.
      3. On 7th July i got sms again saying we will call by 8.30 on 8th july.
      4. On 8th July i got sms saying we will call you by 12pm on 9th of july.
      5. On 8th july i got sms again saying we will call you by 10 am on 11th july.
      6. On 8th july i got sms again saying we will call you by 8.30 pm on 10th of july.
      7. On 8th July i got sms again saying we will call you by 1.30 pm on 09th july.
      8. ON 9TH JULY I GOT SMS SAYING WE WILL CALL YOU BY 9.30am on 10th july.
      9. ON 9TH JULY AGAIN I GOT SMS SAYING WE WILL CALL YOU BY 10.30AM ON 10TH JULY

        Hi, I Plan to buy Lenovo K3. From 1 week back itself they keep registration i register also but no use of registration its waste of time.The sale starts at 3 PM at Jul 07th-2015.but am waiting form 2.45 PM itself.           Worst ever the service. Got a phone Huawei Honor 4C' with Order number OD[protected] Placed a return request after noticing i got a manufactural defect phone . Spoke to customer care twice and last arrived at conclusion the return policy team is there for not taking the defecting pieces back instead wasting valuable time of the customers. While the phone is idle with some background system applications running the phone is drained by 4 % in just 20 minutes . Temparature is 34% while idle. Think of while at playing games how it will be. This is sic that the representative referred to move to Customer Care center. Never had a such a worst experience as of the holy FLIPKART customer service. The Problem is clearly visible but no response on the issues instead saying google play is running on background . Let the person / representative know Android phone have play store on the background.

            Order No:[protected]: Order Placed on 2nd July, 2015 for 5 Yoga Mats. Received only ONE on 7th July 2015, when price for all 5 Yoga Mats taken. Flipkart is turning out to be a fraud or not, I dont know, but it is difficult to believe this experience when I have been a loyal customer to the Company. I am not buying anything now from Flipkart. This company is loosing out and needs to meet its own set quality few years back. I also want either the remaining four yoga mats, or the complete money back. FLIPKART, you have increased our troubles, instead of making our lives easy.

              Spoke to customer he told he had sent back the product through Fedex courier hence checked with website the shipment is delivered to our wear house. Informed customer replacement cant be processed because he's return abuser, however refund can be processed to customer flipkart wallet account also informed about courier charges.

                I had ordered Avon SImply Delicate Soothing From Flipkart of 4 quantities but i received the delivery of only 1 quantity. Whereas Flipkart has charged me Rs. 832/- for 4 quantity. I gave a call to Customer Care but they are not taking my matter seriously and delaying this issue and asking me to give a call after half an hour or 1 hour.                     I had booked a Intex Aqua smart phone on 6th July 2015 and I paid Rs.90/- extra for fast delivery within 24 hours. Your Staff did not deliver the material in the right time and finally I had to go to the branch office near West of Chord road and decided to collect it from them. I told them that since the delivery is late from them and since I have come personally to collect the material, they should leave the delivery charges for Rs.90/- . But your staffs were too much arrogant and irresponsible that they in stead told me that if I want the material I should pay the full charges including the delivery charges and then take the mobile phone or else cancel the order. My query is if they are talking to their Clients in such sort of a manner, then I am sorry to say that this will be the last and final purchase of mine from Flipkart and I will also provide negative remarks to others also that Flipkart is not good. Now, I am giving you the option that if you want us not to speak bad about your company, then kindly apologize and accept your mistake as your staffs has lied to us.

                      ‪#‎flipkart‬ -Never using flipkart again.. Because they don't deliver as promised.. Me and my Fiance ordered the One plus one on an exchange scheme 15 days back, we got a mail saying delivery date 9 July, we were out of town as my fiance had a surgery and was hospitalised, we got a call saying our phones have arrived, we requested Ekart to deliver on the 9th as we would be back in town then, despite our phone request where they clearly said yes they would deliver on 9th and us scheduling our delivery online. Ekart sent us a message on my phone that it would deliver on 9th but randomly i get a mail saying they refunded our money and are refusing to provide a solution, I would anyday go to Amazon they are so much better at Customer service, NEVER TRUST FLIPKART!

                        Dear Concern, I am writing this letter in an unfortunate manner after being suffered so much of frustration and annoyance by your customer care and service center services regarding replacement of my faulty Xiomi Mi4i (Order Id -OD[protected], Invoice date- 28th may 2015 Mobile IMEI No- [protected] ) that was delivered to me on May 2015. It has severe overheating problem along with camera and speaker troubles. I had registered the complaint with customer care on which they simply ran some troubleshoot system and closed the complaint with a message. However nor the problem was solved and neither they asked the feedback to know if the problem was actually solved on the customer end. Once again I registered the complaint and the same process was repeated again and again several times for whole one month . Later on they told me to take the phone to service center in order to replace it on the spot. However Chandigarh service center refused with a reply that phone is not replaced there and just offered to change the camera. Once again I reported all the matter to customer care. This time they asked to collect some DOA letter from service center. Now, again Chandigarh service centre is replying that they do not issue any kind of DOA.he issued only delivery challan (Attached find pfa..) Nobody is paying any heed and the process is lingered as it is. Till date I couldn’t replace my defected phone and feeling harassed and exhausted by such an irresponsible and unfortunate services of flip-kart. This has made me reluctant to buy any other product from the website in future. Therefore I request you to resolve this issue without further causing any inconvenience and wastage of my time.                         Spoke to customer he told the issue is resolved by providing replacement hence closing the case.
                        That chinese bans which are just fooling us indians and we are just getting fooled by their cheap price marketing tactics.
                        Brand* should be banned
                        This is in reference to the previous mail regarding replacement of my faulty Xiomi Mi4i ( Order Id -OD[protected]

                        Invoice date- 28 th may 2015 Mobile IMEI No- [protected] ). After so much delay of a month and so much

                        request, my faulty phone was replaced on 12th july, 2015 by another phone. Unfortunately, adding up to my annoyance this phone too has serious battery charging issues. Again I had made request to replace this phone handled being not is which customer care. They are merely asking to run some troubleshoot program that they ran earlier also which did not fetch any results and unnecessarily lingered

                        entire episode for a long time and kept me waiting with frustration. I am finally done with all this and can’t keep on requesting again and again. Therefore, finally I request you to take the phone back and refund all my money with no further delay

                          My order number is OD[protected] Date of order 30.06.2015 invoice date 30.06.2015 date of delivery 7.07.2015 seller name - Raginishop item - Nj Fabric self design bollywood jacquard sari I had ordered two sari on the date of order as stated above. I have received the order today. On opening the pack I found out that only one sari is couriered to me. The sari couriered is also not as per the display in flipkart site. I have made payment for two sari of Rs. 1360.00. I would like to return the one sari I have got and get refund of Rs. 1360 as soon as possible.

                                  dear flipkart, me and brother have account on flipkart and we do shop on it. we have shop a few of products and got the service that can be call wow...!!!. every product was genuine and the delivery was superb got with in 48 hrs of order. it was the flipkart's service that incline me toward flipkart. but my last order Redmi note 4g order on 2 july for my friend to gift. this time too i was expecting within 48 hrs, nearly 125 hrs and the product is still in shipping. it was to be gifted on 7 th july and still its nowhere. i have recommend flipkart to many of my friends. but this time it has left me with bitter experience. now it is embarrassment for me in front of my friend. its not that flipkart is the most lower price offering site but its their service which use to be the best. about my order now it has been mention that in site that delivery in two business day and flipkart advantage and i was confident enough that it will deliver with in 48 hrs... now on-awards i will think before shop on flipkart.

                                    I brought Iphone 5S couple of days ago and in that volume button is not working its getting hang sometimes and caller voice is also not coming properly. it was my first experience with flipkart, its very pathetic as per branding i am very much surprise that flipkart is providing this kind of worst service to the customers.                                       r/sir, i orderd an phone on 26 june and picked up at 2 july 2015 but the phone and its acessories is not good.It gets heated so i requested a return for the product . They gave me tech support and told me to follow some steps but the issue is not resolved yet.                                       Spoke to customer, he told he needs call back right now and the phone is having heating problem and needs replacement, he told the executives who are calling are not responding and not resolving the problem . He needs call back with resolution. Mail sent internally for call back.

                                        I have purchased Micromax Nitro A311 mobile from flipkart. I received mobile with defective quality display or Camera.Picture is blured in zooming.But they are not giving even good answer and not accepting product for replacement and tell me to contact customer care.Why should i go to customer care ?I have used same model of mobile in past and its picture quality was good. I have very bad experience with flipkart purchase. Pls.do something in this matter.
