sir, i bought a jack parrot mobile skin for my mobile, sony xperia m2 dual. i am getting continously defected product even after replacement. the product is very much different from the one shown in the flipkart app. sir request you to give me cashback, or coupon, so that i could buy another item in place of that, i had complain about this yesterday i.e. 5/07/2015 also just after the dilivery.

    I have purchased lenovo a6000 plus on 18 june 2015 from flipkart, my order id: - od[protected], invoice no : # blr_wfld[protected]. I have a serious issue regarding my phone as i am not able to use it convincingly as it gets switched off any time by its own i can not switch on the mobile by power button i need to remove the battery from the handset and reinsert it again to switch on my mobile and all this happens when i am in middle of my work. . I had given the complaint to flipkart online and then arranged a call with the technical person, who told me to reset the phone which idid but of no use then they told me to do the hard reset option but that to did not help my cause so i gave one more return request they gave a call back and did some smartcheck over the phone and told me to call up customer care. But did not assure me my free replacement which i am deserving as the product is defective, as per flipkart i am liable for 30 days free replacement warranty

      Hi, I baught a phone (Lenovo A7000), order id OD[protected]. after few days i found lots of issues with the phone and i immediately contacted Flipkart. i was told that concern team will contact me at a certain day and time and on that day i got message that they told me they will reach me next day and again it went to next day. Finally after 4 days i got a call from them and they found the issue with the phone and agreed to make a replacement for the same. i waited almost 3 more days but nobody came for the replacement, i again contacted flipkart they said they cannot arrange a pick and asked to to courier it to their warehouse. i went to lots of courier and no one was ready to take it. i told the same to flipkart and they said they will update me soon. i got a email from flipkart that your problem will be solved by[protected] and next day another email saying problem will be solved by[protected] and next day it went to[protected] and then[protected] and then[protected] and finally it went to[protected]. 6 emails from flipkart for 6 days consecutive days just to delay the process. Finally, i lost my patience and contact flipkart. i had argument with someone at flipkart for an hour (person told me that they weren't working on it as a high priority which made me think that Flipkart doesn't even care for customer's issues unless customer has lost his patience and furious). after all discussion i agreed on pick arranged for me on[protected]. i just asked him to send me the email for confirmation and he said he has sent the mail. i still didn't get it. may be that mail is on vacation. Next day i called flipkart again since i didn't get the email, the person from flipkart told me that it didn't reach you because its weekend now. How foolish it is? today morning again i contacted flipkart and asked for the update since there was no pick up or any update from Flipkart. i was asking customer care executive at flipkart for the update instead of replying me he was reading some emails, i dont know why? may be Flipkart doesn't care for customer. I learnt few things from Flipkart now. 1. Flipkart doesn't care if there is any problem arises after sale is done. 2. A customer needs to call flipkart at least 20 times and 20 days to remind them about the issue. 3. after 20 days flipkart wakes up and keep the issue at high priority 4. once anything is on high priority means ignore it. 5. Flipkart doesn't care 6. Flipkart - The trouble maker. Finally, i went to Flipkart's Corporate office in banaglore and then my request as processed and i got a neew phone in 7-8 days. next day i realised that the new phone is even worst than the old one. it didn't even last for a day and i called flipkart again and told the same. i got a feeling taht they have sent a defective piece and i lost all trust for flipkart and asked them for a refund instead of replacement and they agreed that if technical team finds a issue with phone there will be a refund and technical team spoke to me and said since there is a problem with the phone we'll refund your money. after they without notifying me they shipped a new phone which will be delivered to me in next few days. i don;t know how they took decisions on my behalf. i never authorised anybody in flipkart to do so. I'm completely tired and exhausted of the lies by flipkart. Please help

        I have bought Lenovo A6000 Plus from flipkart and It was delivered by 2nd July 2015. After picking the product once I tried to use this Phone, It was getting heat just within 10-15 Mins. When I used and found heavy heating issue with the phone and Battery backup. believe me ! Heating issue is that much We cant take it in hand like Its going to burn.I have read some of customers reviews They also written same things. As I spoken with the flipkart team They said that their Tech Support team will contact to me within 24 Hours. I got call from your tech support He was very hurry to disconnect the call and He was not interested to listen my query He was just like completing his call target for his job instead of helping to customers' issue. I was following to flipkart team last 4 days but no one was responding me properly. As I spoken with the flipkart team that I want to return this product and I really dont want this product anymore and I want my money back. After all Next couple of hours I got a call from Tech Support and He make me downloaded a Application Smart Check for Trouble Shooting. As per their system my Phone is normal and product can not be returned.It was like me They are making me fool. A Customer is facing from last 4 days and He just like has done the crime by purchasing product from flipkart. End of the point They are not accepting at all. He was routed to service center. Service center visiting is not my resolution If I would need to go service center so Why should I purchase from flipkart. I have bough new Phone, there is no need to go service centre. I have paid for 7499rs/ I need replacement or money back. Thank you for considering my concern an I hope will get better resolution from you.

          I ordered for a MI4 64 GB phone through FlipKart details as below :- Order ID : OD[protected] Seller : WS Retail Order Date : 11 May, 2015 4:46 PM Amount Paid : Rs. 22089 Gifted it to my brother and for initial 2 week it worked quite OK without any issues ( May be Phone was just used to receive and make calls as it was a new handset and one requires time to get a hang of it ) Also phone getting heated up while charging was considered as a normal thing as it happens with many other companies handsets. Well although its been more than a month now here are all the problems listed below which were just getting accumulated despite of all the various updates being done as suggested by Xiaomi and can't really go forward with this as the phone has turned out to be next to useless device in the pocket. 1. I can't hear a person when you make / answer a call 2. I can't just the headset anymore 3. can't listen to music if its not played on the speaker mode 4. Phone getting heated up while charging is a serious thing now just hoping it doesn't burst because it gets heated up so bad can't even carry it along with bare hands. 5. Other than wats app nothing else gets updated while using packet data be it gmail facebook or anyother app. Please help out as to what could be done to sort this out as earliest as possible.

          Tried reaching customer on "[protected]" and there was no response. Customer has reported about issue with the device post replacement period. So sent e-mail to customer asking to visit service center for further assistance and closing the complaint.

            Dear Sir, I am VISHNU G N from Bangalore. On June 4th 2015. I purchased some bed spreads in Naaptol company by online. I didn't like that Items, Next day I called Naaptol delivery boy and I returned that Item.That Naaptol company in Noida near Delhi Branch. I don't know one person named by Deepak he called me " I am Deepak calling from Naaptol please tell your ATM Debit card, c v v number we returned your amount through your Bank" I trusted him and I disclosed my ATM Debit Card Details and including One Time Password number. Immediately I aware about OTP Number disclose to him and I went nearest ATM kiosk I withdraw all my amount. In that ATM Withdrawal slip shows Rs-8888/- transfer to Mobikwik. Immediately I recalled the same Mobile number, he switched off his mobile. That mobile number I linked and verified with Truecaller app that shows "DEEPAK FLIPKART" from Delhi metro telecom circle. So I am a middle class person Rs-8888/- is big amount for me, so kindly verify this Mobile number is belonging to your Flipkart staff from Delhi metro telecom circle? Mob- (91 [protected]) Sir kindly help me, this type of cyber criminals are very danger to keeping in your India's Big online Flipkart company.               I have purchased moto g 2nd gen on 25 march, it has got problem of charging and got battery replaced once, after 15 days got same problem and getting struck, and touch problem and service center people told mother board problem and they are replaced, they are insisting to take mobile which is serviced. But i requested them for replacement or money return. Till now it is pending with them.

              Please do needful in this regards for reference if am providing details.

                I had purchased HTC mobile 616 desire from flipkart on 27/5 /2015 .It is in company warranty for 12 months. I have taken it on my friends name Rachna Niak. First 10/12 days mobile was working properly but on 2nd week of June it's display became blank nothing was seen only white light was seen. So I went to HTC service center and showed my mobile they checked the mobile and told me that it has hardware problem so you go to the shop along with the mobile and Bill and ask him for replacement I told them that I have taken mobile from flipkart and showed them the bill. They saw the bill and told me that we don't give warranty for any electronic things purchased from any online or flipkart.So I called up to flipkart customer care number and told them what all happened with me .They told me your complaint has been registered and till 5th of July yours problem will be solved but yet nothing has happened .I had again called up them today they told me it will take few days more. Sir I request you to see in this matter soon and help me

                  When i have checked lenovo a6000 on flipkart it was showing that it will be delivered on 11th july. I have caterogically chosen 5th july to place this order to gift it to my father as his bday was on 11th july. Till the time i have done the payment it showed delivery date as 11th july. After payment was processed i have received sms from flipkart that it will be delivered on 18th july due to inavoidable reason. This is completely unacceptable, i want the phone on 11th july otherwise there is no point. order no. Is OD[protected] After checking the app it says that it is out of stock and hence cant deliver on time. Why it dint showed before i made the payment???? This seems to be intentional. I want the order as promised. This is clearly wrong comittment done.

                    I ordered a book related to competition from flipkart. But I got an old edition of that book which has no use in preparation for competition. When I requested for a new edition or to return my money, they denied my request by saying that I got what I ordered. I paid Rs.366 for that useless product and got cheated from flipkart.                       I tried to buy a JBL T250SI On-the-ear Headphone form WS Retailer on 22nd june through Flipkart's android app. When i tried to pay with online banking the confirmation from bank showing that the transaction is successful was shown but the app showed that the transaction failed. First i thought glitch in the network caused it and i tried to order the product 2nd time. But the same result. The product cost is 579. In summary i lost my 1158 rupees. I contacted my bank and they told me that the money is transferred from their end.So i contacted the flipkart customer care for 2 to 3 times and they told me that the amount will be refunded within 1st July 5 Pm and now it is 5 July and still no sign of refund.

                            FIrst I ordered mobile on 22nd June "Asus Zenfone -2 " after receiving the mobile After charging it to full battery, used it for couple of hours and the battery drained completely I raised a complaint the support guy was arrogant and closed the issue without resolving. Raised a complaint again, they promised for the replacement after checking through their "smartapp" application. I got a message saying it would be delivered before 2nd July, and from June 30th till July 3rd I started receiving the message saying it will be delivered today with delivery guy phone number. I called him lot of times but no response I called the customer care again on 04th July, just to find that they tried to deliver and I was not available. That is really a false information as I gave my office address in first instance so that I do not miss these guys and second I did not have anyone called me Today 5th July they called me again as I complained they said they will reschedule the replacement of phone. FLIPKART is getting low on standards every day, Be honest FLIPKART,

                                  I made a purchase( OD[protected] through flipkart for Moto G2. After charging my credit card, they cancelled the order stating that they cannot meet high demand! If they don't have inventory why was the order placed? Here is the copy of the email message "However, due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel the following items in your Order." When I called up customer service they told me a different story. They say the order was cancelled because they were not able to verify the mobile number. Although they could send first an oder confirmation sms and later a cancellation sms to the mobile number, they could not verify the number! Even if they could not, why was this not communicated in the cancellation message? Now I have to wait 10 days to get refund. Why was I charged when there was no product? Isn't this fraud? This sounds very fishy and fraudulent.

                                    I have booked kitchen essential topepot 5pcs set with ut lids vide order no od[protected]. . I wanted the item with lids. When i was searching i found kalash bfbpc3, the specification reads that "
                                    " with lid" it read yes. . So i have ordered the item viide order no od[protected] and received the same but without lids. I have complained. My incident id is[protected] on 29 / 06 / 15. With a request to forward the lids. So far no action taken to forward lids. Someone to day phoned on the no given for item delivery sake that the lids are included. I have ordered the item only to get the set with lids thoroughly seeing the specification
                                    Now my grievance is that the item is useless without lids. Kindly advice on further course. My contact no [protected]

                                      I purchased sony zultrafor rs12600 from flipkart on big app shopping days, The expected delivery was 3rd of july but the product was out for delivery on 30th june at that time Iwas not available at my place so I mailed to flipkart as well as contacted to courier service partner e kart logistics and I rescheduled the delivery date on 4th of july but I got msg of product cancellation on 2nd of july.I contacted to flipkart as well as their courier partner but they it is rejected now and though it is avaiable at hub the product cant be delivered and if I want the product nowthen I have to pay the current amount of the productwhich is 20500rs. The courier srvice even did not give any kind of msg or notification after 30th june and they say the product is scanned daily so it shows out for delivery 3 timed and so theproduct got canceellled automaticallyby the system itself.Then why they rescheduled the delivery date and why they did not inform me before cancellation.

                                        Ive purchased a lenovo A6000 plus from ur site. The box of the phone shows Lenovo A6000 plus but the phone shows the model number as lenovo A6000 and not Lenovo A6000 plus. The company has sold lenovo A6000 in new packing of lenovo A6000 plus or what. Why does the phone shows model number as Lenovo A6000. Please kindly refund my money for false n fraudulent sale.
