i have ordered a (JBL T250SI On the Ear) product through mobile application via netbanking. At the same time purchasing done, but i am not get any confirmation mail or sms, and also amount debited from my account on 16 june 2015 rs only 639, Till tody (20-june -) not get any information or track facility in my my wallet, But in web my order still in cart, there show place order,
i have compalint this issue on 16-june 2015 through mobile ([protected]), there have replay on mail this issue will be tracked and resolved on very soon, but no have any update plz update my order status my flipcart application registration mobile number is ([protected] )

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer disconnected the call..and there was no order details provided.. As the order was placed on 16th Jun, 2015, we request you to wait for 8 business days for the amount to be put back to his account as per banking standards .
