So from being a loyal consumer and advocate of your site ... My recent experience has made me decide to NEVER use your site again!! You launched a sale on app.. I downloaded the app .. I spend hours searching and selecting ... Paying in a hurry so it would not go out of stock and then you tell me after 10 days that conveniently don't have it!! What about honouring your word??!!. The stuff you've sent is the "not on offer" ones that I wouldn't have bought otherwise!! Everything has been cancelled ! So if you did this nonsense to a 1000 customers only ... Your cash flow problems would be resolved! Good show Flipkart! #abandonflipkart #poorservice #liars

    This is Thiyagarajan from thanjavur tamilnadu. I had placed an order on 27 june 2015. Order id is OD[protected] and tracking id is[protected]. My shipment is dispatched to ecom express prepaid service. They never contacted me but while tracking its showing that buyer is out of reach so shipment is returned to shipper. I have paid for my shipment and delivery.

    Spoke with the customer as he is saying that he has received a call from the executive and he was asking about the address and on checking the records he found that the shipment got [protected]@Ponnappa- Kindly check why the shipment is not delivered to the customer as in the status it was showing customer was out of station but customer is saying that he was not out of station.

      I Ordered A Micromax Canvas Knight Cameo A290 On Sat, 23rd May'15 And I Configured Two Issues. The First Being That The Phone's Back Button Light Was Not Lighting Up. I Tried A Lot To Fix It And Even Tried To Reboot The Device But But The Problem Still Exists.         Despite my immediate purchase (sharp 5pm IST) and immediate payment along with immediate confirmation of acceptance of my order and payment receipt - FK have cancelled my order unilaterally!. No reasons have been given except "technical" issues. My bank and credit card has been charged with the amount of Rs 12, 999/- Complaint lodged with FK...I keep getting standard reply "technical issues" ... [Incident:[protected]]

          I buy IFB washing machine Online from FLIPCART and delivered on 15 June 2015. I was following from last 15 days for installation/demo of washing machine via email/call. Every time the gv commitment but till date issue is not resolved. So many call and Emails done.

          Box is still pack and i dont know actually is der washing machine in box or not??

          I trust on Brand IFB, thats why i buy.

          Hope you will understand the seriousness of the issue and resolve on priority..

            I have bought Lenovo A7000 from flipkart and the phone touch is not working properly. I have called several times and asked them for the problem. Every time they are saying that they will arrange a call but I'm not able to speak with them due to disturbance. They are not taking the pain to call again.

                  Complaint about my handset before 1 month with repeated hanging, rebooting, heating and fast battery drain issue and 1 of your officials said that they will run a code then it will run normally, it worked for 4 more dayz and than again the same issues continued after that i complained minimum 4 times and there are no hearings to my problems, shall i approach media for Flipkart's such service now we are totally dissapointed and they say that no problms will be entertained, is this my fault or companys fault, they must hav replaced it on my 1st complaint why did they run a code just to take me out of their 1 month returning policy my whole family is angry with what the service flipkart has provided to us, is this what we expected 23rd May-Recieved My product 18th June-1st complaint made 23rd June-2nd complaint made 25th June-3rd complaint made 26th June-4th complaint made 1st July -5th complaint made 4th July -6th complaint made order id:OD[protected] email id:[protected]@gmail.com Contact No:[protected] i just want my cellphone to get replaced or my cash back

                      Hi Team, I ordered Mi4i mobile and it got deliver to my address on 06/25/2015. Order Id: OD[protected]. On the same day i came to know that the product which i have receive is a defective product as it gets heated within one minute o[censored]sage. On the same night i requested for return the package. The product can not keep near to my ear and there is 100% chance that it can get burst any time. However i received a call from the representative, he asked me to download one app so that flipkart team can check the temperature of my mobile one line. I am very much astonished by the fact that here use of this mobile will lead to risk to my life, but still flipkart team is asking to use that device in order to check the temperature. It just like bomb I am handling in my hand. It can blast anytime. The heating level is so high which could lead to permanent hearing loss. As suggested by the flipkart technical team advisor, I have updated the mobile and also did reset. however the problem is still persist. I can not use this cell phone as it get heated so badly. I would like know why flipkart give fake 30 days replacement guaranty when they do not want to provide the same. I am really frustrated and felling like suicide now a day. If any thing happen to me due to this frustration flipkart will be responsible for the same. please help me to get refund from the fake flipkart company. Thanks, Hemant

                      The issue is not resolved yet. They are real cheater and do not want to provide replacement at any condition. Flipkart is playing with consumer right by doing fake advertising.

                      The phone also have many more issue as call gets disconnected while speaking and screen get blurred while using. The phone does not work as expected.
                      However flipkart is still not ready to replace the product.

                      Please help me to get replacement.
                      The complaint is not resolved yet.. i am so frustrated with customer services and i thing flipkart is torching me by providing me this mobile.
                      Flipkart is again playing smart with me, they are announcing that the issue has been resolved however in reality they are just cheating with me. My experienced with of shopping with flipkart is just like eating .
                      I would not suggest to bye even underwear from flipkart.
                      Becasue of fipkart like company, people across the world does not trust on india company and feel us substandard.

(full charged battery last only 4 hours on standby). 3. no visibility at all of contacts. i have complaint the same problem on 21 june. but till now no solution has been provided. flipkart not even called me single time. what i got is just mental torture from them. also despite waiting so long i have not been called till date. so kindly see the same and provide me solution. also please mail me regarding the same. Now what i only want is my money back. so kindly give me my refund as soon as possible because i have suffered a lot from flipkart. My only and only option left is to take help from consumer court. also mental harrasment is done so filling the same case against flipkart. they have no ethical value for their customers. regards [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com

                            @24th jun has order my product Delivery date has 30 jun 2015, 30jun & 31 july no one called me for delivery purpose. But delivery person has mention customer not able to reach. how can it possible without calling your delivery person how can i respons. wurst delivery if order cash and delivery product should reach tomorrow only, if we paid befor getting product it must happen like this

                              HI. I ordered an hp laptop Order ID - OD[protected] on 19th june 2015 and received it on 26 th june 2015. To my surprise the laptop is not working at all and is a defective peice. Flipkart says it has a 10 day replacement guarantee. I have been requseting to replace it as it still falls under the replacement time period and flipkart's return policy. But it seems no action has been taken by flipkart to resolve the issue. They keep telling me that have patience and we will call you in next 24 hours but nobody calls.
                              I never expected this type of service from flipkart. It is really dissapointing. I have been a regular user of flipkart but it seems I am done with it for good.
                              I am gonna write in every public portal about it till the issue is resolved. Its been a week now since i received the laptop and i have not been able to use it at all.
                              Flipkart is losing its trust in customers and its valuable customers.
                              I again request you ypu to look into this matter or i will have to go to consumers court.

But when I called customer service & asked for the status, she ms.aaisha who simply cancelled the order & said you order has been cancelled now if you want reorder the same again this is the way they are cheating the customer when I see the rate in the app it showing more than that I was booked. But no one has replied properly to my query. Flipkart is growing in its business so this kind of cheating is easy for them & covering all public by showing several offer but foolish public easily going back with flipkart even though they have cheated. For five days flipkart has holding my money & cancelling the order

                                    Hello, I have ordered a Philips juicer mixer via flipcart in month of November 2014 on occasion of diwali. Its real unfortunate that its not even 1 yr since my purchase and the product stopped working yesterday 03/07/2014 suddenly.

                                    The product seems absolutely fine from outside and no wear tear has been caused. There is so issue with power machine inside. Its real unfortunate to experience such inconvenience form a brand like Philips. If this is the service i will make i don't order anything from Flipcart.

                                      We have purchased a phillips trimmer vide order no OD[protected] on 9 june15 and the product is delivered on 17 june15. To our surprise the trimmer is not even started and is completely defective product. While booking order flipkart stated it is under 30 day return policy. But when we called flipkart care on 11 day to return they said it is under 10 day return policy only. We were never appraised about the same in the site or in our invoice. We feel like cheated and request flipkart to replace the defective product

My order no is as per above and expected delivery date was 2nd july 2015. message came to me for deliver product up to 7pm but not delivered that time. i had called to courier person he said " i have your produt and i am on the way for delivering to you" but after 24 hour of expected date they not delivered the item. more than 3 time i called to customer care they gave me wrong information every time. when 1st call they said "you will get it second day of expected date" 2nd call they said "you wait up to 7pm (3rd july 2015) you will get" 3rd call they said "your order is cancel and product is return because your address is not valid. I dont know how is possible because pincode was ok for delivering item and i had called to courier person and give them address too.. and more than 20 called to them but no answer.

                                        Tried reaching customer on "[protected]" and there was no response. So sent e-mail to customer asking for alternate number and convenient time for assistance, also informing him that the shipment is out for delivery today.
