Order ID. OD[protected] Back Cover for Moto G (2nd Generation) The cover was paid online(prepaid) but the delivery guy today (17th June 2015) fought and took money again claiming it's not paid. He claimed he's been told to collect money. This is not done. You can not cheat customers like this.

Spoke to customer and he complains stating that delivery executive had collected money from the customer before delivering the product even though it was a pre-paid order. However, customer confirmed that the same executive had returned the next day and handed over the amount back to customer's mother with an apology. So closing the complaint as the issue stands resolved.

    Please go through the order no. OD[protected] placed by me recently on 5th of June for FAST TRAX PRIME CASUAL SHOES. I paid Rs.375/- for this product. When checked the price labelled on the product, after getting delivered the product, I found it to be Rs.350/- only. I strongly condemn this kind of practices and want first your explanation, before reaching To a conclusion. Shailendra Jain

      Product:imak back cover for htc desire 816 Order id: OD[protected] Seller:Morelife Technologies Private Limited, vardhan house, chabi gate, kashmere gate, new delhi, 110006 I ordered a back cover for HTC desire816 in flipkart and got it delivered on 17th june 2015. Problem is that the images of the case which was shown in the website was not at all matching with the delivered item. The case was not fitting my phone properly. Coming to the quality issues, the case is priced at rs.799/- at which I got it for 158/-after discount. The quality of the product is veryy worst.i hav never seen such a worst case in my life. It is not even a 20 rupees worth product.i can tear that case easily like a paper. It is the minimum responsibility of flipkart to ensure the quality of the item is worth enough for that price and i wonder why such a big e-commerce website sell such a footpath item putting at a huge amount of money(799).They are just fooling customers by displaying different images of the product. This is my second complaint on flipkart.First complaint for my product is not resolved yet. please ensure flipkart doesn't sell such a worst quality items.

      Tried calling customer and it was not reachable. Customer had complained that the product received is of low quality and the specifications of the product does not match with the image shown online. It is found that we have already taken a request for return & RVP is done. Also, refund is in process. So closing the complaint as the issue stands resolved.
      Flipkart is selling many duplicate items by putting them at a high price.

          Invoice number: #MUM_BHI_01L[protected] dated[protected] and order ID: OD[protected], an Air conditioner has been delivered on[protected]. The installation team for the same has not yet arrived for installation of the AC. I had purchased another AC from flipkart which was delivered on[protected]. The installation team sent was unskilled and inexperienced and the installation was not done satisfactorily. Now, for the second AC whose details are mentioned above, the installation has not been done so far(1 month and 11 days from the date of delivery).             FlipKart has the most pathetic and non-functional Customer Support and Services Departments. These departments are filled by sweet talking non functional people who knows how to say just one thing: "We are working on your issue and it will be resolved by tomorrow". This tomorrow just never comes. I had purchased an LG air conditioner from FlipKart on May 25, 2015 and wad delivered to me on June 2, 2015. I got messages from FlipKart Services on the same day, Tuesday, June 2 that Installation has been scheduled and will be done in 3 business days. I got a call from their service engineer on Friday, June 5 to inform me that they will come to my place on Saturday June 6 for the installation. Nobody turned up. All day long I tried calling the service engineer on the phone number from which I had received the call, but nobody picked up the phone. Now, on Monday, June 8, I received an email from FlipKart Customer Service that they have cancelled the Installation Service ticket as I have refused to pay additional work charges for the installation!!! Surprised by this mail, I called up FlipKart Customer Service to tell them the fact that their service engineer never showed up and what he has reported - or what you claim is a big fat lie. As usual, I got a very apologetic, sweet talking lady on the phone who promised me she is extremely sorry for this and she is raising a new service ticket. She promised that she is escalating the matter and my air conditioner will be installed on the next day. After a while, I got another email from them saying - "We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 10 Jun, 6:30 PM". Since then, I have been trying to constantly call them and send emails to them. My emails remain unanswered and on phone, I always get an answer - "We are very sorry and the service will definitely be complete by 'TOMORROW'". Well, TOMORROW never comes The air conditioner is lying in my living room since 15 days now. If I open it myself or try to get it installed by someone else, who will take responsibility if something is wrong in the package I have received? What if the delivered air conditioner is faulty? FlipKart will simply raise their hands and say we are not responsible. My money and space is blocked since all these days and I could not use the air conditioner during the really hot days here in Ahmedabad when it is really required. Will FlipKart take any responsibility for this? I have fianlly written to them that I will now have to go to Consumer Court against them and if FlipKart does not set things right, I definitely will. Friends, please share this message as much as you can so that all FlipKart Customers knows what kind of an organization they are dealing with.

              i have purchase HTC Desire 826 from flipkart .The product is faulty. its get over heated within 5 minutes o[censored]se over call or internet. Its getting hot just like you cannot hold that mobile in hand. i raise complaint and call flipkart 8 to 10 times but they are saying its normal that battery tempreture is 45 degree but i am not comfortable with this and its risky to use such overheating phone so i want my refund as soon as possible from them my oerder no is OD[protected] and i want action againt this website.

                  Hi Team, I am a regular user of flipkart and on 22 April i purchased a pair of shoes from of Vans from flipkart. Its been only 45 days and the shoes got torn from the sides and even the pasting of the shoes got loose. I called the customer care of flipkart to raise my concern but got lame response and i even called in the customer care of Vans and they told me that the shoes have 3 month warranty and they can be replaced anytime from the place you bought. So i want a strict action to be taken by flipkart and replace my shoes ASAP, failing this would result in logging a complaint in CONSUMER PORTAL. Yours Frustrated User, Sahil Bansal

                  Spoke to customer on "[protected]" on and he says that the shoes ordered got torn after using for 2 months and hence he wanted to return it. So informed customer that will not be able to take a return as it is post replacement period and manufacturer does not offer any warranty on this item and closing the complaint.

Customer had complained stating that he ordered for (Magic Surya K 103 1.5 L Electric Kettle) for Rs.619/- +50 shipping. However, the product delivered was only Rs.340/- on the item box. It is found that we have already provided the difference amount to customer's wallet[protected]. So closing the case as the issue stands resolved.

                      Flipkart - Shame on you and your service !!! I have been a loyal customer of flipkart over the last couple of years.. But what i have faced this time what i have experienced is completely "Unprofessional and unacceptable" I ordered this handset on 6th of june and used the faster delivery option by paying a premium of 90 and got it delivered on 7th June. Within the first 5 days of delivery, we understood that the product we have received is definitely faulty and defective. The phone does not have 1 or 2 problems but has only problem areas. The following are the defects in this phone: - Phone is super slow and takes 30 seconds to swipe from one app to another; tapping on a single application takes more than 25-30 seconds to wait.. Swyping on texts take like forever.. It is super slow and definitely has some hardware/software issue. - It gets stuck and does not work for minutes at a stretch - The display is distorted and the wallpaper gets topsy turvy; you can see static on screen every now and then - Worst touch ever; it seems somebody has used the phone before and returned it. you have to tap cou-ple of times to get it working - Battery drains in no time and there is an excessive heating issue as well. There are so many issues in this new phone that there is no second thought that the handset delivered is FAULTY and defective... PERIOD !!! I WANT TO GET THIS PHONE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY otherwise all the damn promises and replacement claims Flipkart is making are simply FUTILE AND MARKETING GIMMICK !!! To top it all, once i made the relevant complaint to replace the product - i got a call from customer care to reset the product once again and to download the application smartchk - Also i was told that i will be sent a text which will have timelines for next call and i ll be provided pin for the application.. But to my surprise, all that was farce on phone to delay the process longer and i was mailed today by Flipkart that my " Complaint and return request stands rejected as the matter has been resolved between buyer and seller"...WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN AND HOW ???????? I NEVER GAVE MY CONSENT ON THE SAME, AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PHONE ... FLIPKART TEAM, Stop this business and shut the shop if you are handling your loyal customers this way by luring them into confidence and then rejecting their genuine requests.. I WANT AN UPDATE NOW ON MY CASE, IF POSSIBLE

                            i cancelled product sony MDR-EX15LP Wired airphones on 6/06/2015.on the time i got message to get refund on 15 june 2015. i did not get refund 577 rupees. I called to flipcart customer care twice .as per their words we can refund money at the end of the today oherwise you will make complient to flipkart. i had been waiting today but i did not got refund money.The order OD[protected]. that why gave a complient to you.

                              I ordered xiaomi redmi 2 on 5th June 2015.. Today it's 16yh June 2015 I still didn't receive my order. I only got my confirmation msg from flip kart after that I never received any delivery msZ. I even tried to reach courier company and was calling RED EXpress courier from 11th June daily and each day they are saying they will deliver my order same day but yet again they never did. I even asked them for the branch address in dehradun to get my order by myself but the address they provided is not correct. Today 16th June which was the supposed last day of delivery mentioned by flipkart I called flipkart and Red express twice for the order delivery and they denied to deliver my order. I totally wasted my time and efforts by making calls each day to both of these companies. This is highly intolerable act by Red Express and Flipkart.

                                    I ordered a VU LED TV on 25 may the said it will come with free installation it was delivered to my place on 3rd of june the promise me to get it installed by 6th june when i contacted them they just said due to sum technical delay it will be installed on 7june again after not getting contacted by them when i registered a complain they promised me for the 9th june but on 9th after registering another complain they postponed it till 12th june first of all their customer support is pathetic and they don't even know how to talk to a customer i will give a big zero to their customer support but on 12th morning i got a mail saying it will be done by 14th noon i waited till 15th but nobody came i registered another complain on 15 now they are saying that they will help me by 17th afternoon, why you promise if you can't even provide services. dont ever buy any big products from FLIPKART.COM they are fraud, they are cheaters once you are done with their payments they don't bother about you and your products.                                       Hi, I have order a Videocon TV on 8th June 2015 which was delivered on 11th June 2015. But the TV doesn't match to the specification mentioned on flipkart website. I have ordered this TV for model no - VJU40FH0HXAF whereas the delivered model is VJU40FH09XAF. I have specifically order this TV for the special feature of DDB but according to installation guy it was not the TV which I have ordered. As well as the warranty mentioned is also not correct, as per website TV comes with 3 years warranty in which 2 years is extended warranty. But a per the warranty card the two year warranty is valid for the purchase took place in between 15th may 2014 to 31st October 2014, hence the extended warranty is not valid for my TV. I want the TV and warranty as per specifications mentioned on Flipkart website or else I will move to Consumer forum.
