I had placed an order for Samsung battery Grand Duos I9082 on 18/03/2015 vide order number OD[protected]. the same was delivered to me on 29/03/2015. however the battery was damaged or it was chipped off on one side. I installed in my mobile and tried to charge. it wasnt getting charge, so i requested for the return of product on 2/04/2015. when the person came to pick up the battery he said the contents doesnt match with thier instructions hence he will not collect the same. he told me to get in touch with the customer care. after i called up customer care, and giving them the necessary details of serial number etc., they informed me that the battery is not what i had ordered and they will arrange for pick up. again when the pick up guy came he didnt collected stating that the contents doesnt match. also they have now rejected my refund. i have been placing several orders with flipkart, but this is first time i have been cheated. i have lost complete faith in this site now, as we will never be sure as to what we will receive.

    10 days ago I had purchased lenovo a7000. But the battery backup is too bad its working for only 10-14 hours but they mentioned that it works for 39 hours on 2G .And phone is heating so fast.When phone talking outside voice is not clear. "Recent Tab" is not working properly.

      have order 3nos of Lenovo A6000 & get mobile on 28.04.2015 As per company policy within 30days same shall be replaced if there is problem in phone Out of 3nos piece in one piece following error has start 1) On 10th of april 2015 android is not working & error has come.as per flipkart representative I have done factory setup . phone start working with anderoid .but I have loose so many data which is required 2) Also on 12th april 2015 I am not able to see name of contact person in contact list. When I have restart my piece same is shown but again get vanished & some times it will again showing 3) Phone is get heated it is not possible to use phone when it gets heated flipkart people sending sms that consutmer representative will call but every statement saying sorry & tommorow will call almost 1month is over & there 30days notice is over is this complian is workable or not pleas help For you kind information I have given full payment of all 3nos without getting any disscount Waiting your reply on urgent basis Also flipkart do not return that piece will return in 30dyas while booking if any problem Regards Surya prakash pandey Contact number – [protected]

        I had ordered theLaptop (HP Probook 440G2). When I received open the box, I was wondering currently has a blinking light on the Power button. It blinks about every second. EvenWhen I took thebattery out, it still keeps blinking. Please replace it give me new one. Please do it on urgent basis because my work its hamper for all these pathetic services.                 Dear, Form last couple of weeks i feels that Filpkart service standard is coming down...i am sorry to say that but my last two product experience & its resolutions by your customer executive was force me to keep that impression. I am staying at reliance township ( reliance greens ) 30 kms away from the jamnagar city . Here almost more than 5000 people are staying & all are use through to do online shopping because of time concern & location limitations. Here is the list of my two orders in April 2015 OD[protected] Digiflip Pro XT811 TabletDigiflip Pro XT811 Tablet Color: Space Blue Qty: 1 Rs. 6749 OFFERS: 2 OD[protected] Globalite Wings Ace Walking ShoesGlobalite Wings Ace Walking Shoes Color: Black White Size: 9 Qty: 1 Rs. 339 OFFERS: 2 In globalite size 9 is smaller than regular 9 numbers size of other brands like Fila & Reebok that i am using . I had requested for refund so your customer representative giving option that i will courier it back from my side than only they will revert money back I explained him that i dont have to time to tarvel 60 kms just for courier your product, requested to arrange pick from your side & after 6 calls after 1 week i got resolution on the cost of almost 120 minutes of investment. Now come two second order of Digiflip Pro XT811 Tablet i received it on last Thursday ( 23rd of april ) after 24 hrs observation i made complain that TAB was switching on/off without any reason several of times & also get heated from back. So i got text that it will be assisted by technical team on 26th april . Attended call on sunday morning & they understand that its required replacement of TAB but again same problem they can not able to pick up from Pin-361140/42 . I don understand on same place you are able to deliver the product comfortably but not able to pick it back. Here lots of young engineers are leaving in township & they are use through ordering products from online sites. Amazon, E bay & Snap deal able to pick up product back from same address why flip-kart not able to do that. I feel E bay was by far the best in consumer complain resolutions. Now as per morning conversations flip kart will revert with solution within 24 hrs & i am hoping for best solution . If replacement of tablet will done by Flipkart still i am not sure that replaced tablet will work without any difficulties or not . And again any problem in Tablet will take my one more week for resolutions ...same pick up issues & same unenlightened behavior . Really guys improve your service .                   I have purchased xiaomi REDMI NOTE 4G, from flipkart on 6/01/2015, after 2 months of purchase i have seen yellow patch at the bottom of the screen and i went to service centre at janakpuri delhi, the same was serviced and screen was changed at that time, and phone was OK, it was serviced on 21/03/2015. after 10 days again the same problem came in my phone, and i have called flipkart customer care, where i was attended by Mr.irfan, this was so rude to me that he said we gave warrenty of only 1 months after that we dont care about the same i have asked what to be done next he said i cant do any thing, then agian i asked him if he cannot do any thing let me talk to his senior, then also he said my senior is busy he cant talk to you right now, So this is the worst experience of my Life with flipkart, i frequently make purchases from flipkart but if this kind of service id there i have to think twice before making purchase from here.

                    Hi, I have have Rs 699 in my wallet but when try using it Error:-Wallet payment option is only available for orders where WS Retail is the sole seller.                       I had ordered Khadi Travel Kit on Flipkart, order no OD[protected] . The Item was out for delivery on 26th April at 8.07 am(3rd attempt) and on the same time the shipment got cancelled. I got the message from EKart on 26th April at 9.08 am as 'Item will be delivered by today' . How come the courier service cancels within minute? Now Flipkart will refund the charges but what about the time I need to shop the same item at 11th hour to travel. This is very Ridiculous. There should some provision to contact customer from flipkart service before cancelling the shipment

                        Hi, I have purchased Philips 32PFL3738 81 cm (32) LED TV on 20th April, 2015. My ORDER ID is - OD[protected]. As usual flipkart delivered it on Friday on 24th April, 2015 as per schedule. Next day on 25th April at 9 a.m. I received message stating - "We have allotted your call to Engineer Satish- ([protected], [protected]), pls provide him this code XXXXXX" only after satisfactory job completion. Your complain ID is - XXX give this to service center if they call you from 2 hours from now." After this neither Philips service center not this so called engineer Mr Satish called me back. I tried to contact Mr Satish but he just confirmed about the order and gave commitment which did not bothered about. Now My question is who is responsible for the installation and demo of product ?? If I do it my own then these so called servicemen may say 'NO warranty for product since we have not installed it.' I want my TV to be installed / wall mount by service engineer in time.

                          I bought a Digiflip Tab wide Order No. OD[protected] and just after 1 month it stopped working. When visited to the Authorised service centre, they told that the Mother Board is defective. It is lying since 21st March with the service center (more than a month) and lodging 4 (FOUR) complaint directly to Flipkart through Mail and Call, I am not getting resolution. I visited multiple times to the Flipkart Service centre and everytime they said that we do not have the mother board and whenever it will come, we will inform you. Now after calling to Call centre today, Flipkart is communicating that this product and the Service Center does not belong to us and we are not liable for anything in this regard. By this forum, may I get my amount to be refund from Flipkart as I am fed-up with the services of Flipkart. M Iqbal

Hence i called flipkart reavrding same. They again promised me that they would give a free installation.                                 Book being delivered after a week. on delivery date When I cal the person whose contact detail is given says he is busy with another customer Today so he will deliver tomorrow such a bad response though he is near my house. Since one week waiting for a book but atleast on delivery date it must be delivered not making the customer wait for your convenience.such a bad service... thinking to cancel the order

                                      Dear Sir, My name is Santosh Kumar Singh. i had ordered three items. there was a call yesterday for delivery and i told them respoectfully that no one is at my home so kindly deliver my items after 6.30 PM and the person told "OK". Today (25/04/2015) again delivery man call for delivery and again i told same reason but he told sir, it is too late for delivery. and also told that if you do not want this material i will return. i told him look i can only receive that items after 6.30 PM so plz delivered, if you can not able to deliver after 6.30 PM then you can return. So, my complaint is why they did not my ordered items if they told first time and suppose if someone do not present that time or want to change delivery time and agreed then again why not delivered.
