I have purchased Lenovo A6000 Smartphone by flipkart.com on 11 march 2015. but my phone is not working properly. Many issue are facing my phone ie. Heating problem charging problem. Also flipkart.com provide 28 days replacement guarantee. I have complained to flipkart.com to 4-April-2015 but flipkart does not give proper response.I am fed up this product.mostly this phone is heating in my pocket or table without use any application or function. flipkart team without my approval, status is resolved. WAO FLIPKART TEAM. VERY BAD RESPONSE

Spoke to customer and got to know that the handset received was defective and was getting heated up. Also, when checked found that we have already arranged for a replacement and it will soon be delivered by 13th Mar 2015, informed the status and closing the case.

From the day order was delivered to me, i called the company every day, and every day i used to get same message that Mr... will come and pick your order by 7:00 pm but nobody has come to pick up the order.         I have raised compaint that product qas marked as delivered but i have not received it yet 2 days passed and no reponse from customer service griveence and when called with customer service they are directly disconnecting my call its happened atleast 14 times now,
        They are neither cancelling nor refunding my money ane asking me to wait for atleat 5 days to resolve it, as a customer why i should i suffer with your techinical problems its shows loophole in yoir system and also no action taken on delivery boy who called me to deliver it and updated comments as delivered without actually delivering product, nor that number is reacharble was not direct number called via e kart number.

        Plz help in resolving asap

          Order ID : OD[protected] I had ordered redmi2 nd it delivered me on[protected]. The phone started giving both software and hardware problem. I was totally unsatisfied with the product and raised the REFUND request. They tell dt they can give only replacement. How can they impose when i am totally unhappy with the product. I don t want replacement, i want only refund (at least in f-wallet).

          Spoke to customer and he says that the handset has both hardware & software issue and the hangs. So provided customer with basic T/S steps and also helped him with the service center details to upgrade the software. So closing the case.

            I ordered ucb shoe three pair it was a deal of the day and I got a confirm mail and message . Actually I was having a talk with them that why I wasn't able to order the blue color shoe and they said its a technical issue and then I ordered the red one . After some time I tried to order the blue one, no luck. But there I saw my previous order was canceled and on asking them they say you didn't confirmed the order saying( I didn't picked the call, but I didn't got any ). Now the say we have taken a complaint and till know no progress and not able to order the blue one from the app . What type of app is it, which is having so much of problem and worst customer care. Mind it this is the first the say they called you to confirm the order but I have ordered about fifty product didn't got any call for conformation. This is surely cheating, I have mailed them with screenshot of the product (blue shoe not adding to cart) let's see what the do . But surely not going to rely on them again as I was ordering it to gift some body and know I was fully stuck at the middle of the road.                 Flipkart Fraud!!! Hi Everyone, I have bought a Moto E phone from flipkart, which is in 30 days return policy. I have found some issue like Heating, Battery backup problem while playing game & listing music, so I make request to return it. In return I got call from flipkart executive said that you should update some of the software, used once completely to finish the battery and then charge it full. If you got the same problem we will return it. So I did that and after 3 days I call on their customer care number they again take my request and send me one link of samrtcheck to download with message their technical expert will call me. He called me ask me to open software clean it all cache & everything then he checkout device performance and replied me that sir there is no problem in the set, so we can’t return it. In other way he is telling I am telling lie that it does not battery backup & it is getting very during regular use like while playing Game & if continuously listing songs. Now just tell me their technical expert has called me between 1:00pm to 3:00pm at that time I am in office so I am not playing game as well not using music section and about the battery backup I used to connect it all the time with my Laptop as it has very poor battery backup. So how would he decide that I am telling lie to them. I think now these days Flipkart has no good services like before May be they earned a lot do not require more. That why are delivering such services.

                        After experiencing very good service and prompt delivery I ordered a Weighing Machine online from Flipkart. The product was supplied by ZEOMRK INDIA vide order Id: OD[protected] and was delivered on 04.04.15. The weighing machine as given in the information brouchure is not getting Switched ON after tapping on the screen. Every time the button has to be switched of and ON again to use this scale which is very irritating and time consuming. I wont mind to go for a higher range product against replacement of this product. Awaiting for positive reply to resolve this issue.

                          First thing first, I really HAD lot of respect on Flipkart's delivery model and quality. But… I ordered MDR XB400 headphone on 29th March. I received a Duplicate Chinese product and not a genuine original SONY product. I have an original one so that I could make it that it was a duplicate one. People who have not seen this product would have been cheated for sure. Because it has been replicated very cleverly. Immediately I raised a complaint for replacement, and the Flipkart executive Madhuri has apologized and accepted for a replacement request, and agreed to replace the original product on or before 10th April. This replacement request was raised on 2nd April. From 2nd April, I couldn’t see any changes in the status of the product in the Flipkart website, and so I called Flipkart executive Rahul on 7th April to check the status. He again convinced me and promised me that the product will be delivered as said on 10th April. But when I have been checking the status of the delivery today (8th April), it has shown that the replacement request has been cancelled without any notice to me. I called again Flipkart executive Taufik, and he again said the same dialogues (I think they have been given a script to read) and confirmed that the product (ORIGINAL) will be delivered on or before 16th April. It’s been nearly a month that I am waiting for a genuine SONY MDR XB400 headphone from Flipkart, and these guys are cheating the common people by sending duplicate products. Common people like me not buying the products in the shops, just want to save Rs.300 or 500 bucks. But if Flipkart does like this??? It’s better to buy the products in the shops itself.                             I have purchased a nike basketball shoes Rs 4500 and the sole of the shoe came out in just 3 months I have gone to nike shoe they refused to take the shoe and flipkart is saying I will not take or replace as it is more than 90 days I have raised my complaints before 90 days but my complaints were forwarded by flipkart everyday thus my warranty was more than 90 days. If they cannot replace it at least they should take and get it replace for me

                              I am highly disappointed with the fraud done by one of this most trustful online shopping website"Flipkart.com". I was fooled by purchasing lenovo mobile order no- OD[protected] which was in sealed packed condition and was written brandnew, but once i started this mobile i found some photos clicked around 6 months back that was of the date 7th Nov 2014, these photos are already saved in photo album. Also invoice is missing with this packing of mobile, and when i asked cc person for invoice i was assured that i will get that within 24 hours. Now my point is how could you sold a used mobile to customer by saying brand new and in sealed condition? Who gave you right for this fraud? That means you send fake invoice to your customer for the purchase of goodsWho gave you right for this customer harassment ?                                 Order Id: OD[protected]Speed Post: AD[protected]INHi. I placed this order on Monday 30th March 2015 for Microsoft Lumia 435. I was informed 07th April delivery date due to Good Friday. On given date I was waiting for call from flipkart, however nothing happened. Then I called back to customer service and they told me that my product is in Noida, Sector-62 postoffice and I need to collect or they can deliver it on 10th April. Today 08/04/2015 I went to post office and they told me that my product sent back to flipkart. I called on customer service, a lady answered my call and she was unable to provide me any details. She put me on hold several times. In last she said that my product sent back to warehouse and I need to replace this order. I placed this order with credit card emi option. When I asked for refund she was unable to give me any update. I asked for manager and she put me on hold for more then 10mins. That was a blank hold without any notification. Finally I hung up the call. I WANT THIS ISSUE TO BE SORTOUT ASAP. I WANT MY PRODUCT DELIVER ON GIVEN ADDRESS IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE ITS NOT FIRST TIME WHEN I PLACED ORDER ON FLIPKART. ONLY DIFFERENCE IS, I PAID FIRST IN THIS ORDER. I WANT IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THIS COMPLAINT.

TILL DATE THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE FIRM. HOW CAN HE BE SO IRRESPONSIBLE AND CALLOUS TOWARDS CONSUMER RIGHTS. MAY BE I HAVE NOT INFORMED U DUE TO LACK OF PROPER PROCEDURE OF REPLACING BUT THAT DOESNOT STOP THE MENTIONED FIRM FROM RESPONDING SINCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN PICKED UP FRO UNIQUE FASHION BY FLIPCART. KINDLY REVERT ON TOP PRIORITY TO AVOID ANY FURTHER LEGAL HASSLES.                                     Hi, I was trying to buy Prestige Deluxe plus mini HandiRed 3.3 Ltrrs.. Pressure cooker. The MRP of the cooker is 1560 and after 8% discount it is Rs.1429 and delivery charges is 140. And if we want to buy it the total cost comes to be Rs. 1569. What kind of discount is this where the cost of purchase is more than the MRP. If you are saying that it includes the delivery charges, please make sure than the discount amount is more. I would like to raise a complaint against it as the discount is just an eye wash. Regards Shanmugam

                                      My Moto E2 second generation produces excessive amount of heat from the day i started to use. I couldn't keep near my ears to attend the calls neither could use mobile freely due to heat. Kindly please make me replacement of this handset with good one.

                                        Hi, We are customer associate who each and every one working for flip kart truly and hole heatedly and creating the good name for our Chennai hub and to flipkart.But we have little doubt about the salary which directly provided by flip kart to customer associate and not getting proper payslip and not getting proper response about the salary mainly from the in charge so kindly take a step on this and be a favour to C.A
