I am Birendra. I have ordered Galaxy grand2 on[protected]. I received the device on[protected] but when I checked the basic functionality, I got issue with it's brightness. Whenever I set the brightness bar to minimum the device screen goes black after which I could not do any operation further. Minimizing the brightness bar to minimum make the screen go completely black. I had great difficulty in bring the brightness back to normal. I have registered the complaint against this issue. Next day the seller called me and asked me about the problem and accepted that it is a genuine problem. But I got message and mail from
Flipkart that “We regret to inform that seller has disapproved you return request for
Samsung… in the order OD[protected]. Please check your email for more detail…..” I was surprised when I came to know that
Flipkart’s seller has disapproved the request even though seller
person has accepted that problem is genuine he assured me that device will be replaced with new one. When I approached
Flipkart again and again then only the problem got solved.
Device got replaced on[protected] I got disappointed when I checked the device on the next day. device has new major issues, first one is communication issue not getting proper and stable signal on the device. GPRS internet connectivity is too slow compared to earlier device I am using Idea 2G connection for using internet GPRS data on previous device it was working fine but on this device it is not working. I also tried
Vodafone 2G SIM for checking the same issue, but nothing happened. I approached my service provider (Idea/
Vodafone) to confirm if there is any issue with their network they replied that there is no issue with their network they advised check or change you device. Another issue is display issue whenever I rotated the device into horizontally the keypad area is flickering some times.
I have called
Flipkart many time regarding this issue but
Flipkart is not able to resolve the issue accept giving assurance that they will resolve the issue, even not calling me back. Yesterday day before Yesterday and today
Flipkart's customer care execute told that technical team will call me but they did not call. I kept this device as I received it. I have purchased the device for using but due to
Flipkart's seller's fault I am not able to use it. Now I trying to approach
Flipkart to get resolution customer care
person is replying we will get back to you soon. But they are just giving assurance doing nothing.
I request to
Flipkart that please replace it with new one device or refund my money on my wallet I will purchase the device from some other seller. I will be thankful to you.
