The worst service ever faced with flipkart this time. OD[protected] today i placed the order, before that two executives have misguided me regarding the product, but but i got clear information from senior persons. The first mistake from flipkart CS team. and the conversation was wrongly mentioned in their record as i asked them to help, actually i called them regarding complaint, not help. the 2nd mistake from flipkart CS. The price of the product is so diff within 1 hour of my order. When i contacted their CS, - 1st person - customer service executive provided me complete wrong info, 2nd Govind - Floor supervisor started ordering me to shut my complaint, and after my continuous insist, he transferred the call to Sasi - Asst.Manager he was so rude and refused to give my refund as per original mode. And everyone behaved with me in a very wrong manner, i was refused to get service properly from Flipkart, Flipkart gave me a mental frustration and they have taken my money and refunded it without asking me to flipkart wallet. When i asked about the refund mode, i was forced to buy from their website again to use my own money in the form of flipkart wallet. I suggested all you guys not to buy anything from fraud flipkart.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Closing the case as the issue is resolved.

Phone gets hang many a times in a day.

When we use the camera the totally display
gets completely blank.

messaging default swipe works very slow.

There is a over heating issue during the
mobile is in use.
5.When ever i receive a call the phone automatically starts the torch
.
Again we raised an another compliant they said me to update MIUI to 6.4.2.9 but
since from 5 days it kept updating through good WIFI connection but the
connection got broked after the update o[censored]p to 75MB, However
I got fed up with the issues held on the phone since from day one, hence I completely
dissatisfied with the phone and requesting you to refund the complete amount or
replace the new one.
