    I had buyed laptop battery from flipkart thinking that is original but after some days my laptop mother board damaged due to high voltage from battery. Flipkart gave me warranty I had visited Dell service Centre they said it is a duplicate battery due to that my laptop mother board damaged and costs 13, 000 for repair index.php. and I had contacted flipkart from some days they called me and said they will arrrange 3000 rupees for 13, 000 mother board..         Hi, I am Anil Raj. Please refer my order mentioned in the subject line. The email used in anil.raj.[protected]@gmail.com. My phone gets dead every now and then. At time the display hangs up without me even using it. I asked for a replacement around 2 weeks back and I got a lot of support calls from flipkart. But none of them were able to resolve my problem. Then all of a sudden, flipkart rejected my claim without any genuine reason. I mean how can you reject my claim when the problem is not resolved. Now the phone is not working properly and I am again raising a return request. Please don't harass me and process a replacement/refund. I am fed up with the way my case is being handled by flipkart. I will go to consumer court if flipkart don't pay heed to my multiple request.

          Hi, Good Morning... This is Sampath, Actually i bought Red mi Note 4g Threw flip kart on 02nd April... I used that phone one day... when i am placing a call that time it is too much heated, i have raise the request they said On 15th we will solve the issue, 16th i called they said 18th, 18th i called they said 22nd, 22nd Night 10PM again i make a call to customer care they said 23rd .. Today i made a call they are saying 25th-Apr... I don't know why they taking too much time... Today(23rd April) i called flip kart customer care and asked the problem they are saying after 45 Degrees only they treated as Very HEAT, Otherwise it's normal heat only... It may not reach 45 degrees temperature then automatically we will reject that request, They are thinking in this way... After 35 Degrees we can't talk or use phone... Flip kart guys said that below 45 is not a issue, did you use this? " I know what exactly facing the problem it's to difficult to talk at least 20 min in my hand set. Kindly understand the problem and revert my money.

            I was bought a Micromax Unite 2 A106 with 8 GB ROM mobile through your Flipkart on 20-March-2015.

            Now, My mobile was REVERSELY CHARGING using my Original Micromax Charger.

            Just one month ago this problem may be arise in my above said Micromax Unite 2 A106.

            Hence I request your goodself kindly replace the mobile under Warranty slot.

              I have purchased fastrack watch form flipkart after 4 months i got some problem with that watch i went to fastrack service center they said we not giving service for online products then i rise a query to flipkart they are token 20 days time finally i got solution in andhrapradesh fastrack authorised service centers are available in hyderabad only two centers apart from those two none of don't have fastrack authorisation.seller warrenty means it applicable in any fastrack service centers.In my view it is not an issue but many people don't know about seller warranty.

                I have purchased Nikon D5200 and Nokia 220 with flip kart last month since the product is defective i asked replacement for both product but they told me that they can send replacement for Nokia 220 and they will provide refund after picking the prodcut from my end . i told the flipkart executive to scheduled pick for DSLr on monday since i was on outof station but the executive scheduled the call on the same day . hence the cancle the request without my knowdledge again did the same thing on monday . i got replacement for Nokia which is agian a defective product . i have paid 37 tousand to flip kart but i am unable to use the prodcut . is this the way flipkart works ... i have 13 mins call recording with flipkart padmanaban [protected]

I received a message on22/4/2015 the detailed message is ( we could not complete todays deliverey of "xpert commondo 6 white shoe" in your flipcart order. we call u shortly to provide further assistance.) at 9:30am I went EKART office, danavaipeta rajahmundry at 22/4/2015 evening 4:00 pm. I did not received any call from ECART office. when I went the ekart offfice the employees said the product is return. With out any intimation or any call how can the product is returned same day.                       flipcart product expert confirmed the complaint. they also informed that the item will replaced before 22nd april 2015. still the item not replaced. now the flipcart demands resent the item to their warehouse first, after that only they can consider the replacement. and also the coustoumer care excutive anand sarma behave badly through mobile phone conversation. please replace the phone.

                        Hi, I have a raised a case with Flipkart for the replacement of the Mobile Honor 4x which I have purchased a week ago. From the very beginning I am facing Issues with Battery, Heating, Receiver and finally the phone Is completely dead. I Have already raised two cases and those are closed from your end after giving some troubleshooting steps which never worked. I have raised a new case yesterday April 21st as mobile is completely dead and the support Person told that the technical team will be contacting me at 22nd April 8.15 PM. But I did not got the call and when I called they are replying that the case is not updated, and I will be getting the call back on 24th April i.e. two days later. I do not know why there is a delay in getting back to me and the support is not responding in a proper way. I have already waited for many days and again it is scheduled for two days later which is not bearable from my end as I am no able to use the Phone for the repeated Issues. i need some Immediate response on this and i need the technical team to contact me ASAP and i do not want to try anymore Trouble shooting Steps and i need replacement. If replacement will also going to take more time in the same way you are handling case then i need refund.Kindly assign some one to pick the case immediately and give proper response. I am really frustrated with the service u are providing.

                            I made a paymentof Rs 858 on 24.03.2015 towards flipkart for purachsing 2 samsung mobile covers.And due to return of a product, Rs 399 should have been refunded to my account, which as per flipkart, is credited successfully to my debit card, but unfortunately is not credited to my account. Its over one month but no one is helping. When i raise an issue with bank, they are saying as no transtion is there we cannot help. Flipkart is saying refund has beedn successfully done.                               i have ordered a bluetooth headset (lg HBS-730 Bluetooth Headset) for 1090 from flipkart and paid a money by net banking and after a week i got a message that by some issues seller has cancelled your order sorry for inconvineance we will rfund your money back in 7 working days to bank account and when i saw the availability of the product i saw it was available and its current price was 1999 so seller has cancelled the product which was about to be shipped. my question is? how can one cancel the product once ordered and even paid money just because its market price now was increased its totally against the laws once ordered and paid money the product belongs to customer seller has no right to cancel its just a courier to be received and this is cheating by giving offers and cancelling when its its price increased. order id-OD[protected] [protected]@gmail.com

So informed customer to visit the service center for further assistance as it is post the replacement period. Customer agreed and hence provided ASC address and closing the case.

                                  we received a return request from flipkart after a 10 day return policy - we denied the return but your team insisted us to replace the same and claim spf today the ekart team arrived with the parcel in such a horrible condition that no vendor would accept the shipment - 1 the original box in which the shipment was sent it missing 2 the shipment has no cover bubble wrap or thermocol inside 3 the shipment was loosely packed which is obvious that it is totally damaged in transit 4 there is no care taken for the return the ekart team just dumped it into the store we have attached an image of the same

                                  we have 2 complaints where we have insisted not to accept return as there is an onsite service from the manufacturer as it doesnt come under the replacement policy -- but there was no response from your team and the return was accepted and they didnt cancel the replacement order.

                                    Hi all,

                                    I purchased a Philips 32PFL3738 81 cm (32) LED TV on 14th April (order Id- OD[protected]. It was delivered on 16th but we found it faulty and asked for a return immediately. They accepted it and promised that it will be resolved in 2 business days but it did not happened. I requested them again they said it will be resolved till 21st but it did not happened. I again called them and they said concerned team is working on it and you'll receive a call within next 24 hours that also not happened. Now again They are even to telling why this order of replacement is stuck, what they are working on, they have just given another date 25th April. I'm sure they will again not deliver it on that day also and will offer another date. Payment has been already made through credit card EMI option.

                                    I'm really frustrated and upset with this kind of behavior with a customer. Please take some strict actions so that they should deliver the product ASAP

                                    Spoke to customer on '[protected]' and informed him that we will try and deliver the product by 27th Apr 2015 as per the update from the concerned team. Customer wants it before the timeline promised, informed him we cannot assure on that but will try to get it done on priority basis. Customer agreed for the same.
                                    Thanks for your response. Till now I see the Item is not pack yet. 23rd has gone almost. don't know how you can deliver it before the committed deadline. If you pack the Item by tommorow it will reach me by 26th. I hope this time its not a fake promise and I'll get the desired result on time
                                    No positive response from flipkart even after consumer complaint.

                                      My order ID is OD[protected] I ordered Samsung Galaxy S5 from flipkart. The box sealed was open already and new seal was paste on it. Also i do not got any warranty card and user book inside the box. While using the phone i saw that inside the phone’s settings the phone was having the serial of Samsung SM-G900A which is an AT&T version and on the phone’s box it was written Samsung SM-G900H which is an Indian Version. Also when I look the phones’s box there was another sticker was paste with over an original sticker. I have used the used the phone for 3 days and thrown the upper packing that is of flipkart in dustbin and i have complain this about in flipkart for taking this product. On 21 april 2015 there was the call from flipkart and they were not listening to my issue. They were just saying that there is only difference in bandwidth between AT&T and indian version and also they say that it is fine to use AT&T version. They have rejected my replacement.                                         my order no is : OD[protected] I received a different product from the seller. I called the customer care and wanted to raise a refund request. but without even listening to me the operator raised a replacement request and cut the call. i called again and asked for refund but he asked me since replacement is already raised, it will take at lest 24 hours to place a refund request and he asked me to wait for a confirmation message from flipkart that suppose to come before 24hrs. 24hrs is already passed and I did not receive any message nor email also there is no update in my flipkart profil. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and refund the amount. the name of the flipkart agents that i talked are... First i takled with Mr. Parikhit Bhuyan, after he cut the call, Second time, the call was picked up Mr. Ankit Yadav, if they are telling the names correctly.
