Hi I ordered a mobile Moto E( 1st GEN) on 2nd april and received the product on 04th april. The product which i received had a complaint loudspeaker not working, audio is not playing and the ringer is not working. On 6th april i called flipkart to report the issue, almost 7 days they are checking for the issue but still its not been resolved. Really worst services i ever had like this. When ever i called to flipkart the same story they are saying. I dont no when the issue will get resloved????????? Thanks, Vinoth [protected]

    I ordered motoG2 on 21 Dec 2014 and it was delivered on 7th of january 2015 at my homeplace Rewa(M.P).on 12th of April suddenly my phone stopped responding.its touch is not working propoerly.i cnt reset my phone i cnt took out the battery.Its in warrenty now.so I want to get my product replaced bt the company as soon as possible

      Hi i bought koloredge backcover from flipkart on 1 march 2015 which was delivered on 4th march for Rs. 400. But it has a very bad quality and got broken down in a month. I want say flipkart has started now fooling people with bad products and i have bought many things before too. But now flipkart has disappointed me and i want my money back. You are looters flipkart.         I bought a fully defective cellphone from flipcart which is not working properly. Model no.; Moto G2 IMEI No; [protected] FK Order ID; OD[protected] The cellphone had been also checked by company engineer by 7/4/2015. And many times I call customer care number, every they said that "we will call you tomorow", but no calls are come to my phone from them. Before 12 days on 1/4/2015 I ordered the replacement order.

          I have placed a oder lenovo A600 mobile on 1 april with order id OD[protected]. I am already payment for this order through debit card, however the expected delivery date was 10 april, till now i am not received the mobile, i called 11 april then they lodged a complaint and provide me a delivery date 13 april. Then i again called 12 th april to know my delivery status, they informed me that the item will be deliver on 15 april. I am not satisfied with the delivery system of flipcart and aware all to avoid flipcart .

            This is with reference to the Return issue for the Micromax canvas Hue mobile phone (Return ID[protected] which we ordered from Flipkart on 6th April, 2015 but had to request for a return on the very next day (i.e.8th April) of receiving the phone due to various technical defects in the phone . We were assured of assistance for the return by 10th April, which didnt happen and the said assistance call was rescheduled to 11th April by 5.40pm, which again didnt happen and has now been rescheduled to 12th April by 7pm. We didnt receive any cal from them on 12th April too and upon calling at their Customer care got the same reply of waiting for another 24 hours before their technical team connects with us. It is indeed sad to see Flipkart show such a dismal operation process after so many years of experience and success in India, and that too with us who have been loyal to your esteemed company from the past so many years(which is also visible from all our purchases from your website, the total amount crossing Rs.1 lakh). We also paid an extra Rs.90 for an express 1 day delivery for this product, which we duly received but was defective which violates the buyer-seller agreement. We initially requested for a replacement rather than a straight return for this said defective item as we wanted to continue our purchase relationship with Flipkart. But this dismal incident has forced us to relook at our decision. Our place of residence i.e.Mumbai should have also ensured a quick return process (bring the financial capital of India), but everything now looks in vain after this sad incident. Kindly arrange to look into this matter at the highest priority before we lose all our faith in this India e commerce behemoth.

              I have bought a tablet from the flipkart.It was digiflip pro ET701 and ordered on 20th December 2014 and delivered on 28th December 2014. It was not working from 6th Febuary 2015 not likely to use.Display was working and battery was not tuning on.As per customer care of flipkart we gave the tab to the service centre at Borivali on work order No. ZRV/FK/14/00008 work order date 11th febuary 2015 serial no.TABDWGBMGMTRYGF. It is not repaired service centre says part is not send by the company.So plzzz help us!!!

                I purchased a redmi note 4g.but it is a faulty item..it has sim card issue..to i complaint to exchange it with a new model.but flipkart did not change it.and they are giving me times everyday but doing nothing..they each day give me 24hours.nd cancel my exchange complaints...when you sell a faulty item you should change it...but they are doing nothing.plz change it.

                  Tracking order no. FMPC [protected] I ordered for Samsung batteryEB535151 VU Galaxy Advance i9070 . The covering letter on the parcel also shows the same number but inside the parcel the product delivered is. EB425161 LU. This is the bad experience I have ever came across.i have asked the delivery man to take return the item and return the amount. He has yet to do the same.                     Order no- OD[protected]. Return id[protected] I bought a new moto g2 phone from flipkart on 31.03.2015. I started facing audio speaker problem from the very first day. I have to switch on and switch off my phone everytime when I wanted 2 make a call.as the problem continued for 5 days. I registered my complaint with flipkart on 06.04.2015 for replacement device. I registered my complaint but since then they are giving excuses and showing no interest in resolving my issue, as I am facing serious problem with handset I want replacement of the same at the earliest.

                        I bought Honor 4x mobile and it is the worst mobile. Its battery backup is too low. Its battery heats up like hell. You can’t walk comfortably with a phone at 45 degree. In their product description they promised so many things and delivered only few of them. When i requested to refund, they denied as if they never sold it from their store. I swear, they buy cheap mobile phones from the local vendors and distributors and mark up the price. And this tax they simply transfer to the buyers and pocket their money and behave very irresponsibly. I have never been more disappointed in an ecommerce company. It simply took my money for granted and forced me to go to consumer court. I will suggest all the new buyers to beware of their child like behaviour. They just don’t care.

                          This is the poor service from Flipkart that I had experienced. I had ordered for 6 pieces of SNB white Face masks Order number OD:[protected]. When i got the product delivered today i.e 10/04/2015, noticed that there was only one piece in the box which is unacceptable. I immediately called customer support and got an answer stating that the products will be delivered before 20th April which unacceptable, I had ordered because we have an event on 15th April, Is there any higher escalation point of contact.                             I have purchased a motog2 mobile on flipkart website.the mobile battery condition is very weak.it is draining.i made a call to the customer care and your technician checked it through smrtchck app and saying that there is no problem on my mobile.Since i am facing the same problem. Again i made a complaint on this issue but your response is very poor.So, i want to make a notice about this issue.please do replacement of my mobile .I am not at all satisfied with this.

                              I have placed an order on march 31 2015 on BOOKMARKIT OFFER.nearlY 7 books have been ordred.only single book was ordered till this day.today I have got message that the ordered was cancelled.when I made a call to the flip kart customer care he has told that USER had made cancelled request.BUT I HAVE NOT EVEN DONE ANYTHING.one of the customer care told me that due to some technical issues it had happen so.ok I consider for one time, but all most all the products were cancelled without any intimation.                                 Hello, I have ordered a Wildcraft Backpack from Flipkart and paid through NETBANKING. After one week, i got call from the courier person for the delivery of product. Due to my absence, i requested him to deliver the next day. Also, i told him i will be able to collect it from courier office if possible. But he told no problem sir, we will deliver it tomorrow. But on the day evening, i got SMS from flipkart saying that the order has been cancelled and amount will be refunded. This is really unacceptable and the product should not have been cancelled without buyer acceptance. My order id is OD[protected] . I want only my product not the refund. I want to file a complaint and get this resolved. If this is not going to happen, am 100% sure this will be my last transaction with flipkart. Thanks, Saravanan E

                                      i have purchased mi4 on date 4/4/15 and product delivered me on 8/4/15. i initiated the request for return on 9/4/15 and today i got a call from flipkart telling that my product will not be taken back.this fraud company want me to take product forcefuly which has cost of Rs 22999. i dont want that this fraud company fraud with other people in the future and i m sure i m not going to purchaed anything else from this site who writes easy return policy but dont do anything after that just want to have money by making fraud.

                                        I have ordered a Lenovo A6000 from Flipkart(order number- OD[protected] at date. It’s not even a week past that I purchased the product and its proving a faulty one. I have experienced heating issue with the device and in spite of several complaints no action is taken yet.
                                        The temperature goes up to 43 degrees even when the device is ideal and no applications running in background. I have raised the concern to Flipkart support team and they advised me to clear the phone memory and moving all the data to SD card. After all the complaints and troubleshooting the concern remains the same, I keep on contacting them every day but no resolution so far. Flipkart is just fooling around and issues are unresolved.
                                        Adding more to my problems the battery is whooping and am not even able to take a call for 10 minutes, do I need to carry a charger all the time?
                                        The support team members are making me install unnecessary apps to check the device as if the customer is not experiencing any issues, and their response is – ‘maximum temperature for an android phone is 45 degrees so this cannot be accepted as a defect’. Though the battery has clearly mentioned maximum temperature is 45 degrees, Is Flipkart waiting for the battery to burst out? I also the screenshots indicating the temp at 45 degree Celsius and phone showing a prompt message to remove the battery as its over temperature.

                                        It has been a very bad experience and I feel cheated with the laid back response. It would be great if you take some action to refund against this purchase rather than saying sorry for inconvenience as escalating the same issue in several complaints is very annoying.

So informed customer to get an acknowledgement from the service center if proven defective, will arrange for replacement. Customer agreed. So closing the case.
