After that I Check this Product Review, I saw a Review written by "chandra" on 23/04/2014, that the Company Change her Wrong Size Item. For That I am Confuse, why Company Refuse to Change My Item, because the different between My & her Item is only a colors, others are same. My Item Id. OD[protected] . OD[protected]) and Reebok Classics Ers 1500 Running Shoes (Order no. OD[protected]) as on 4 July 2014 and today I called on [protected] which is Flipkart service care number, they told me that your order has been cancelled without informing me and they lied that order cannot be delivered in your area but at that time flipkart service man was standing outside IMT Campus for others delivery from where I called and yes one of person called me and he was blaming me unnecessarily about misbehavior. So kindly do the needful. Waiting for your responses...

      There is a Flipkart Students scheme running for the students. I am a student at NIT Allahabad, so I have applied for it. I got a mail saying "Hi, Your details have been received by us. Our team shall verify your details and communicate via an email the status of your membership within 3 business days. Thank you for registering" Three days past, No reply. I mailed [protected]@flipkart.com but they did not respond. Then I mailed customer-care and was asked to wait for 24 hours. I waited but still no reply. I again mailed the customer care, then they told me to wait 1-2 business days. It was 6 days already. I mailed the customer care again that I am tired of waiting. I got a reply, "Hi Dhruv, I apologize for the delay in responding to your concern.I would like to inform that our concern team will working on your issue with high priority. We have already re-notified the concern team to update your issue. I understand how disappointed you are as you have not get any update from the concern team as of now and even I would have felt the same if I was in your place. I request your kind cooperation and patience in this regard." This was the final time, I decided to wait another day, but still no good. They are only fooling us. The scheme gets over on 15th July, and they are waiting for the scheme to get over. This is very bad marketing. When they say 3 business days, they should mean it.                 Had posted this earlier on facebook, copying it here What the hell is goin on Flipkart? My fourth order has been cancelled and refunded in just 2 days!OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected] was even shipped, it reached Pune and was then cancelled. I'm a flpkart first customer...what sort of third class customer service is this?? One of the other orders was for a moto that I placed over the phone, even that was cancelled. If you've noticed, I haven't placed these orders for myself but they are for office colleagues and relatives who do not shop online. This has been extremely frustrating and I demand an explanation for this stupid behaviour. Update 1- ordered a hard drive and a moto e which got delivered. But after that another pen drive order was cancelled- OD[protected]

                  i have order for Maxxlite PBK0021 Power bank of 4000 mAh and i have received totally different product which capacity is 2600 mAh when i asked for the replacement on customer care as per them the product is not in stock and when i checked the same on their website it is available. flipkart is cheating customer like us and given fake offers of any products so request you to please take some serious action....

                    Hi, my name is Abhinav and my friend ordered a hand blender from Flipkart. The registered number with the order is [protected] and her name is Manmeen Bakshi. I was not aware that my friend had ordered a hand blender and when my friend was not at home, the delivery guy came. I informed him that as my friend was not at home, could you please deliver the hand blender at a later time or tomorrow (which other online shopping websites do) to which he said that 'WE ARE NOT THE SERVANTS OF YOUR FATHER' (HUM TUMHARE BAAP KE NAUKAR NAHI HAIN) and rejected my order.
                    His name was Vikram and on asking his number, he again said that 'I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE, DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO'. Is this what Flipkart is?? Is this the kind of customer service you provide to your customers?? This was my first time with Flipkart and will be my last. I am also going to share this experience with my friends and family so that they should also be aware about the customer service that Flipkart delivers. I am really disappointed and not a happy customer at all.

                        Dear Sir, I bought a lenovo K900 Mobile from flipkart.The seller of the mobile is WS retailer. My Order No: OD[protected].After some days I found some more technical problem & requested for the replacement.But the seller provided me an used mobile. So I returned that through courier to the seller immediately & informed to flipkart. I already mailed many times regarding this problem. but still there is no response from the seller as well as from flipkart.As I ve requested for a replacement of the Lenovo K900 mobile as I am facing problem in battery Backup. It sad to say today I received the parcel from the courier & opened it infront of the courier boy. I found that the product was a second hand mobile. WS retailer is providing the worst products, & second hand products.To day morning I contacted the customer care regarding the problem, buts there was no response & previously also I complained regarding the WS retailer but still there is no action taken against WS retailer.The seller is harassing the customers.                           Dear Sir, As per my record I purchased the product on 7/5/2014. After some day I was having some software problem. So I applied for replacement on 20/5/2014. Then I received the product on 25/5/2014. Then I was having the battery problem in the 2nd mobile. So once again I complained & applied for replacement on 22/6/2014. So how now you just define me that how 30 days replacement guarantee has been crossed? Even if Flipkart has arranged a 2nd replacement also & the product also was in old condition . But today I received a mail from Flipkart That my seller’s 30 day replacement guarantee has been crossed. I am also asking for refund but they are not refunding my amount. This is the way you are harassing the costumers. It seems that you are providing such type of poor service to the customers. Proper action should be taken against this so that this type of nonsense matter should not take place in future.


                          As I ve complained many times to the Complaints forms, but still there is no response & no action is taken against this. Its my kind request to provide me a brand new mobile or pls refund my amount.

                          Its my humble request to refund my amount as soon as possible.

                            I ordered a pendrive with Order Id:- OD[protected] and this Order has been cancelled by Flipkart Members without asking me and they are informing me a night before the day the product had to be delivered. I wanted this pendrive urgent by monday but by placing a fresh order the Flipkart Members are not able to deliver it. So i would like to register this complaint against The Flipkart Authority for the inconvenience provided to me and i will not be satisifed by any type of apologies from Flipkart for this complaint.                                 I have ordered Galaxy grand2 on[protected]. I received the device on[protected] when I checked the basic functionality, I got issue with it's brightness. Whenever I set the brightness bar to minimum the device screen goes black after which I could not do any operation further. Minimizing the brightness bar to minimum make the screen go completely black. I had great difficulty in bring the brightness back to normal. I have registered the complaint against this issue. Next day the seller called me and asked me about the problem and accepted that it is a genuine problem. But I got message and mail from Flipkart that “We regret to inform that seller has disapproved you return request for Samsung… in the order OD[protected]. Please check your email for more detail…..” I was surprised when I came to know that Flipkart’s seller has disapproved the request even though seller person has accepted that problem is genuine he assured me that device will be replaced with new one. When I approached Flipkart again and again then only the problem got solved. Device got replaced on[protected] I got disappointed when I checked the device on the next day. the device has new major issues, first one is communication issue not getting proper and stable signal on the device. GPRS internet connectivity is too slow compared to earlier device I am using Idea 2G connection for using internet GPRS data on previous device it was working fine but on this device it is not working. I also tried Vodafone 2G SIM for checking the same issue, but nothing happened. I approached my service provider (Idea/Vodafone) to confirm if there is any issue with their network they replied that there is no issue with their network they advised check or change you device. Another issue is display issue whenever I rotated the device into horizontally the keypad area is flickering some times. I have called Flipkart many time regarding this issue but Flipkart is not able to resolve the issue accept giving assurance that they will resolve the issue, even not calling me back. Yesterday day before Yesterday and today Flipkart's customer care execute told that technical team will call me but they did not call. I have purchased the device for use but due to Flipkart's seller's faulty device I am not able to use it. I requested to Flipkart that please replace faulty device with new one or refund the money back. They are not listening anymore. Please do the needful ... Regards Birendra Singh

Problem: Power. Hence computer is not getting ON. This problem had been made by me so many times by now and this were the responses which I had received; 1. My phone was switched off, when called by the technical services department ( though my phone is never off) 2. The date of first complaint was falsely stated 3. Customer service centre address is provided. 4. Solution had been sent to the email address. (Nothing as such happened. Only customer feedback emails were received. )

                                    I have ordered a Dell Vostro 2520 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Ubuntu) (Grey) in flipkart, and it got cancelled by the company without any prior notice and this is happening for 3 rd time with the same item.when i contacted the customer care, got a worst reply that vendor cannot deliver the product in my address.I am seeing lot of products delivered in the same address by flipkart and the same vendor.

                                    This is the worst experience i have faced with flipkart and my doubt here is, if they dont have the capability to deliver the product in the given address, why they want to take my payment and process it and later refund?

                                    I was so much worried with this, from flipkart as im very much in need of a laptop now.
