Its just 30 days old and Sim 2 slot of my phone is disabled on Moto G 2 black. Its just 30 day since i bought it via Flipkart. Am not sure why this problem with network voice break and and SIM. I used dual sim for a month it was all fine all of a sudden sim 2 is disabled and not working. I am currently using Sim in Sim 1 slot of Moto G, I tried testing the sim it works fine in Sim 1. I have tried this a lot of micro sim cards, result same, Sim 2 slot remains in disabled mode always.     i was received a lenovo vibe x2 from flipkart, , and i was face lot of problm with that mobile so flipkart will replace my mobile, , , at the time of replacing the mobile i was called to customer care of flipkart and one of the executer his name is santosh he told me that sir you will receive the battery backup case with your mobile but i didnt receive that, , then again i gave a complaint then one of the executer will call me his name is (ohmed) he talk very rashly with me, , , and told me that no sir we will not provide any battery backup case to you, if you want we will arrange a call back to you but still i didnt receive any call from flipkart, , , what kind of service is providing by flipkart, , , i need my battery backup cover other wise i raise a complaint against the flipkart in consumer court...

          I bought an mi note from flipkart. When I received it I found that the camera was not working. I called them the very first day. I was told that I will receive a call next day. They called only once & that was too very short call. I missed it & they rescheduled me for next day. Same thing happened again. After three days I was finally able to receive the call & the guy called me asked about the issue. Then he told me that I will receive another call within 24 hours. I haven't received any call after that. It has been really bad experience. I can't understand that why do I need to wait for so many days & why a person calls me just to say that I will receive another call.

          My phone no is [protected]. It has been really bad experience with flipkart. Please do something if you can.
          I ordered HP pavillion P204TX on 4-4-2015. It got delivered to me the very next day (best first time delivery service indeed). But i found it defective so i requested them to replace it as they had promised 30 days replacement guaranty. I lodged the return request on 6-4-2015. I explained my position to their customer service representative and in return he assured me that all my issues will be resolved by 10th of April. So i waited for them. But trust me, since that day, they have been just postponing things. They will just say " our product specialist will call you to resolve your issues" but nobody cares to call. Its the worst customer service i have ever seen.
          I bought it for INR 45500 and i wont let it go that easily.
          My order no:OD[protected]. It is really a good product. I got this product with full excitement. Just on the second day, it was not indicating the charging light (RED). So i didn't know that it is charging or not. So I opted for replacement almost 10 days back. But still waiting. No response from FLIPKART. I am dialing following up with flipkart executives but no help. Daily they use to say that I will get a call within 24 hrs. But almost 10 days passed, I didn't get at least missed call from them.

          So my suggestion is product is very good and please DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART.

            I bought MotoG 2nd generation on 13th March, 2015 Order No. - OD[protected] . However the product delivered by WS Retail is defective. After a week the handset started to give problems. The battery drained from 80% to 30% in a matter of couple of minutes. Also while listening to music, suddenly the music stops and restarts again. WS Retails is not willing to provide a new handset, though they are giving suggestions like music problem cannot be resolved and asked me to reboot my mobile every day to resolve the battery problem. Who on earth nowadays reboots it's mobile fone on a daily basis. So clearly they are not willing to refund the defective product. Now coming to Flipkart, whom I had trusted the most and bought several things from them, one novice customer care guy - Sachin Yadav(he gave me this name, not sure it's authenticity), doesn't know anything about replacement kept me on hold for 15 mins, and when i asked him to give the fone to his superior, strangely the reply is that his superior is busy. It’s understood they are not going to heed to my problems. Now as already a friend cautioned me about Flipkart and asked me to go for Amazon instead, I am not going to go for Flipkart any more. My bad. Does anybody knows how to escalate this issues to the top executives. This may happen with anybody. Just a matter of time.

            Spoke to customer on '[protected]' and she says that the handset delivered is defective and there is no audio quality and there is frequent interruption while playing music as gets stopped for few minutes. Customer has already tried all possible T/S steps that we have offered and the problem with the phone is still not fixed. Escalated the issue to concerned team and will close the case after the issue is resolved.

                      I bought one Lenovo A6000 through Flipkart.com flash sale on january 2015. And the set has been delivered to me very next day.For 3 week of the usage everything was fine but after that the phone started to behave strangely. Battery is not withstanding even 6 hrs of charging (even though each and every application is closed, no net connection, purely IDLE condition) moreover it takes more than 4-5 hrs for complete charging the phone from the charger which company has provided in Kit, also the phone gets so much heated from the above portion that it hard to hold it. I think, this is a faulty set that flipkart.com delivered to me and Please take necessary action to replace my smart phone.

                        Order Number -- OD[protected] I bought this phone yesterday and within 2 hours it started heating @40 degree. The customer care of flip-kart said to arrange call today from product team which will try to resolve this issue, I got a blank call, nobody was speaking and I disconnected the phone. When I called customer care again today for finding out why I did not get any call they told I disconnected the call from flip-kart. I don't understand, what a ideal person would do if he gets a call and nobody speaks for first 30-35 seconds, they told me to call back again in 24 hours, keeping my finger crossed that I would talk to right person. Today I finally got a call again got disconnected, I have to call customer care again, and this time they asked me to trouble shoot the phone. I have reset the phone as per customer care, while I was talking to him in first 5-6 minutes, the phone heats up to 39 degree with factory setting only. Even they are saying we cannot replace this as the temp is under 45 degree, They asked me to visit Lenovo customer care. I am extremely unhappy the way these guys are talking. If you take a new phone and can't even talk, as the temp on the phone will go to 38-39 within few minutes the body literally heats like you are going to get sunstroke, then what is the meaning of phone. Please take return or replace this phone.

                          Sir, I bought 'LENOVO a6000' mobile phone on 12/3/15 from Flipkart. Since the device is getting heated excessively, I complained to Flipkart. First blindly they rejected. After persuading I was asked to download an app- Smartcheck to diagnose the overheating problem. Further I was told to activate this app Technical Section would contact me and provide a PIN on 3/4/15 at 9 PM. But no one called me. Next it was scheduled for 4/4/15 at 9PM. Again there was no call from Flipkart. Next date was for 5/4/15 at 10 AM. They disappointed me third time. For this lapse the excuse Flipkart gave was that they tried to contact me and my telephone route was busy. This is a big lie as always at the appointed schedule I made myself available and waiting for the call and was close to landline as well as mobile phone. He says that his handset gets heated up and T/S Steps were of no help to him. So apologized for the inconvenience and assured him he will get a call today.

                          Hi this is baji iwas brought a mobile from flipkart that one is looking wise very nice and also OS operating also nice.while am using internet service inthat mobile was genarates heated and at the same time charging also fall down like as early as possible, so i was click the return option in my flipkart acount that time one of the person call to me from technichieon team he say just install the app smartchk than iwas download app install that in that app it show enter the pin for activation the app and that person tolds me install that than after iwill call back with in halfenhour then they never call to me at the entire day and message me i'll call u at tomarrow at 10am like that he message me at that time one lady person call me she says dail the one code and check the battery power cosumtion in some degrees and i check that code it not workon in my mobile and the same way those guys message me ill call you at next at that time am unable to recieve the call so i dn't need those all things i need to return the product and refund the money to my account thats it.

                            As i can see the case the replacement has been created on 06/04/2015 and the promised date is 09/04/2015 so it will be delivered on or before delivery date so it stands resolved.

                              on 2nd april 2015, i bought a tablet(dell venue 8 cellular 16 gb) with order id OD[protected]...the problem is with its flickering screen which happens quite often...and sometimes it even gets freezed..it unfreezes only after restarting... pls respond asap.

                                    Dear Team, I had booked a mobile headset Order ID OD[protected] on dated 27th March-2015 but still didn't receive the mobile set. Why it is not received on time as i got the message it will be deliver on 4th April-2015. even on site is showing wrong. Please see the screen shot for your reference. I don't know I need refund of this amount as well headset for delay for this services. I will raise a complaint against you on consumer court as non delivery of product on time.                                     And in Hurry, Burry do not blame the good organizations.

                                    You have got the brain. Got give you everything but, at least 25 percent people mis-use it.

                                    It is said you will come to value only if you come across bad things. Then only you will come to know about Good organizations.

                                    FLIPKART is the number one ecommerce site in India. At least only after experiencing Flipkart people are coming, Purchasing again and again. And check their turn over and growth. This is only because of the good service.

                                    AGAIN I am not from FLIPKART - Not even from the city where Flipkart is there.

                                    But, after seeing your complaint I am surprised to see that. You said you want money as well as free item. ONLY because due to some delay in delivery.

                                    What do you say.IF some cheater company like ASKMEBAZAAR.COM
                                    Which is very tiny website but, still cheating most of the people.

                                    I ordered item on 28th Jan, 2015
                                    And today is 5th April, 2015

                                    Till now I have send at least 25 emails. Called 25 times. SPEND lot of time. And more important I spent Rs.500 on STD Calls.
                                    Because, these fraud fellows even do not have toll free number.

                                    That too education, well knowledge person like me facing issue. Then imagine the condition of other normal people.

                                    I spoke with supervisors
                                    Even manager
                                    Everytime I call I simply need to explain each and everything again and again. They even don't have account system.
                                    And everytime they are just wasting time. 4 times I was given wrong coupon. That too paid coupons. That never work.

                                    And this is 100% genuine case

                                    I have even registered complaint from various websites.
                                    Nothing works.

                                    I am already prepared to lodge a case. And complaint even forwarded with Noida and Delhi Police.

                                    So, my suggestion is FLIPKART is very good website.
                                    having toll free number.
                                    Prompt response from customer care.
                                    Genuine of the genuine website.

                                    Delay can happen sometimes due to delivery person ill or issue with particular parcel due to local government etc.
                                    What do you say. India Speedpost. The government courier company itself take 25 days to deliver one of my parcel.
                                    Do you file a case against government?

                                    Here issues can occur at Flipkart only due to some unavoidable circumstances.

                                    Whereas if you would have complained against FRAUD and Cheater fellows like Askmebazaar.com one can understand.

                                    What would you do. if you are customer who spent too many hours that too very angry with customer care.
                                    And issue not resolved from Jan to April??

                                      It is strange to see when you order items from some Sellers on Flipkart the delivery charges also multiplies when the delivery is made together. As an illustration if "a Soap Combo Pack" costs Rs. 230/- with delivery charges of Rs. 50/- and if number of Combo Packs you order is increased say to 2 or 3 the delivery charges also changes to Rs. 100/- or Rs. 150/- resp. The above order will be delivered together than why additional delivery charges? When called Flipkart Customer Care they say its Sellers discretion. The policy itself looks wrong. The same seller should not charge extra when quantity is increased, Kindly look into matter
