Dear Sir/Madam, I have applied 3 Coverage Filp Cover for Huawei Honor Holly on 04/02/2015 and I have already paid of Rs. 597/- through my credit card but I have received only one (1) cover on 06/02/2015. So let me know why you have not delivered my completed order whereas I have paid full payment. I have complaint about this matter various time to customer care executive but I have still not received my order or satisfactory reply. why, you not delivered my pending order.

    The product I ordered was first delayed and then cancelled without my permission . They said As the product was delayed, so they think I would have cancelled the product and thus they cancelled my product on their own . When i called them they said that according policy they cannot give me the product now as its out of stock and once it comes in stock I have to place a new order once again . I kept saying that the product which I "returned" "unwillingly" should be in stock and thus on the website it should have been in stock . But still he kept on sayin his unusual things to pretend that the fault was mine . Flipkart I didn't expect it from you a big thumbs down

I purchase a mobile phone (A50s) Karbon mobile from Flipcart online shoppe date of purchased 24/06/2014, very first month i got problem of incoming calls when ever the calls will come the voice are not clarity I have given a complain to Flipcart costumer care but they have not given correct answer, by one of my friend I got Authorised dealer shop at Abids Hyderabad, after two days i got my phone back with rectify condition, but my problem was not rectify properly, again it started problem with hanging when any outgoing or incoming calls, I have called again to costumer care of Flipcart this time they are not given any good feedback or good response, after some time my phone has Completely hanged I have given it to Authorised dealer on 02/02/15 he Asked me to collect it after one week but I visited today almost after 18 day he asked me to collect by 28/02/15 why is that. Informed customer if service center is denied do service will escalate this issue and customer said that service center is not denied. Ipad purchased through Flipkart on 4th Feb 2015 and delivered by their seller Emagic for Rs 29990/- Upon receipt found it had scratches and was having trouble signing in. When we called Apple customer care, we learnt this is unit more than 6 months old and already registered in somebody else's name! Request for return was approved on 12th Feb itself Return ID: 14133332 But its already 20th feb and still we havent been able to get refund processed by flipkart.

            I ordered MOTO E on Flipkart on 12-feb 2015, got it delivered it on 14 Feb 2015 and within few days the internal display screen broke while it accidentally fell from just few inches on the desk ..is it that fragile ??? and I recently got to know that, Motorola is replacing broken screen for free for their phone users across globe. Now I want Flipkart to replace my Mobile broken screen.

                            I got a microwave ( LG - 28 ltr) delivered on 14th Feb 2015 that was ordered by my sister ( in US) as a surprise gift. At the time receiving the product, I realized that it was not going to be a fit for my kitchen and I asked delivery person if I can return it. He said I need to contact customer care. I called up customer care, and told them that I needed a microwave of smaller capacity/size and the delivered one was of no use to me. they told me get the order details and they would do it. I got the details in the evening an called them, however, this time the representative said they can not exchange it as they do not such policy. I requested that I was ready to bear any courier changes for shipment and also told that I was not looking for any refund. However, they did not considered my request. This was very surprising to me that a customer calls up on the same day when he receives the product and was denied an exchange. I really do not understand such policy. IT was disappointing as they could have given me an exchange by creating exception.

                                  I recently ordered a Moto E through flipkart. Since COD was not available at my location, I undergone a online transaction through my Debit card. Even though standard delivery service like Ekart was available, my product was sent through Speed post. So as expected I have to wait longer as my product was coming through India post. But the worse part is that when I went to post office to receive my product, I found that the box was empty as I felt no weight in the box. I was not expecting this from Flipkart. This was the case of WS retail reseller. I have wasted nearly about half a month in purchasing in purchasing a product and I know that time will also be wasted in refunding process. Finally I am in a dilemma whether to order any mobile product from Flipkart because firstly it will take huge amount of time to deliver and secondly there is no gaurantee of the product.                                     Really i fed up in our daily conversion, send your bank details and i
                                    told more than 10 times i don't have any bank account .

                                    I told you send this amount in my flipkart wallet, you guys tell no can't

Informed customer we cant do refund to wallet account and within bank details we cant do refund so informed customer if you any family member bank details and she said and will come back with bank details and dropped the call.                                         hi, Recently i have purchase some item form flip cart like-01 set mobile, (Lumia 535), screen guard, flap cover, power bank- order no is-0D[protected] and 0D[protected] received the same only power bank in transit. but i have received undersize screen guard and flipcover with broken corner..kindly conform is is possible to replace.. returning not possible because screen is used and also flip cover is broken condition...                                         ​Spoke to customer, he claims that he received the ​damaged product and he looking for replacement. Created return for replacement and informed same to customer. Hence closing the case.
