    i bought a shoes from flipkart. The price shown was Rs. 1599 and they said it has a discount price of Rs.749 When i received the product, the real price as per the sellers package is Rs.749 itself. This is clearly a way of cheating done by flipkart.

      Tried calling customer no response, customer claims that phone is getting heat and battery is getting drained very fast, even within one hour o[censored]sage. Return for replacement is created and sent email to customer regarding the same. Hence closing the case.

      I bought one Lenovo A6000 through Flipkart.com flash sale on 4th February 2015. And the set has been delivered to me very next day. However I would like to inform that the company shows in every description that it uses LI-POLYMER in this handset but what I got is LI-ION. For 1 week of the usage everything was fine but after that the phone started to behave strangely. Battery is not withstanding even 6 hrs of charging (even though each and every application is closed, no net connection, purely IDLE condition) moreover it takes more than 4-5 hrs for complete charging the phone from the charger which company has provided in Kit, also the phone gets so much heated from the above portion that it hard to hold it. I think, this is a faulty set that flipkart.com delivered to me and Please take necessary action to replace my smart phone.

      I bought this phone yesterday and within 2 hours it started heating @40 degree. The customer care of flip-kart said to arrange call today from product team which will try to resolve this issue, I got a blank call, nobody was speaking and I disconnected the phone. When I called customer care again today for finding out why I did not get any call they told I disconnected the call from flip-kart. I don't understand, what a ideal person would do if he gets a call and nobody speaks for first 30-35 seconds, they told me to call back again in 24 hours, keeping my finger crossed that I would talk to right person. Today I finally got a call again got disconnected, I have to call customer care again, and this time they asked me to trouble shoot the phone. I have reset the phone as per customer care, while I was talking to him in first 5-6 minutes, the phone heats up to 39 degree with factory setting only. Even they are saying we cannot replace this as the temp is under 45 degree, They asked me to visit Lenovo customer care. I am extremely unhappy the way these guys are talking. If you take a new phone and can't even talk, as the temp on the phone will go to 38-39 within few minutes the body literally heats like you are going to get sunstroke, then what is the meaning of phone.

      I purchased a lenovo A 6000 on 18th march 2015. I was experiencing heating issue from day one. I opted for return option form flipkart and I was contacted by their cs executives. My phone battery went to 52 degree Celsius when I checked and have informed the cs executive also. (Please find the attached images). I was asked to download one smartcheck app and my phone was monitored, but they cancelled my request saying the temperature was just 42 degree Celsius not 48 degree Celsius.
      This is one of the worst experince i've had in my life.


      There are the complaints:

      1. Over heating issue.

      2. Battery doesn't charge properly ( if it is 25 % it remains the same even after 1 hour of charging)

      3. Battery draining fast from 100% to 35% within few hours even when it is idle and no app running, with net and WiFi.

      Please find the attached images taken before the cs call and the last two images after the cs call.

      Hi,

      My Lenovo A6000+ is getting very very ……..very much hot just after 15-20 min call conversation or watching video just 15-20 min. It is also occurred during charging and 100 % charge is not staying not more than 10-11 Hr (during that Ph uses minimal, not using any 3G net connection, all unassay apps are closed and no video watching ). It is horrible and it is not possible to use long time.

      Is it global problem with all Lenovo A6000+ or with my mobile set only?

      Please suggest what to do now?
      Even I am facing the same issue . Bought the mobile during the flas sale of Flipkart. It was working fine till now but since the past 2 days it heats up for no reason even if its kept idle.

      And then the battery drains fast, and the its heats up like a cup of coffee...

      I have visited Lenovo service centre...there they update my software from Lenovo, however the issue was not resolved...then I do lots of Google, then I found that this issue is occurring for my handset because of my SD card (class 10 16 GB)...with containing >1000 mp3 and > 120 HD video. That is why the MediaServer apps is running using max % CPU and it is continuously scan all files for indexing (*** Lonovo software don’t have good indexing logic). Then I found one solution...Go to Settings > Storage, then do Unmount your SD card when not required...and do Mount once again when you need to watch movie or play music...for me the Heating and Battery Draining issue is gone. Now battery backup is giving more than 3 days in normal moderate use (not playing Games/Video etc). As suggested please use DU Speed Booster along with DU Battery Sever and Clen Master Software.

      Same issues with me.. Flipkart should stop selling this product immediately.. they should even do some sampling if they dont believe. Also.. you cannot post your review for this product on Flipkart .. they removed the link.. even Lenevo forums removed heating & damn slow charging issue of the phone.
      Hello, I have the same problem of over heating and battery draining within every hour with my Lenovo A 6000 phone. I want my phone to be replaced immediately since my phone is in warranty period. The Flipkart customer care is not responding to my calls. I shall try reaching them for the next 3 days sincerely. In case, I do not find the right remedy, then I shall be forced to take legal action.

        Hello, On 22-Jan-15, I bought Moto G2 from Flipkart.com. I paid the amount Rs. 12999.00 for the phone and I received it on 25-Jan-15. After using the phone for a week, I realised some manufacturer defect of the speaker. The speaker produces the low quality sound and that makes my calling experience a nightmare. It also produces continuous humming sound in the background. I tried to reach the flipkart for replacement request, but they are not responding well. A technical person from their customer care asks me to upgrade my phone to some new OS, which is difficult for me as I am not aware of all such procedure :(. I am not sure that will resolve the problem. In stead I would like to have phone replaced or in worst case my money back. I am frustrated with low quality phone and inhuman customer care response. I have almost made up my mind to stop buying things from flipkart. Can you please look into this?

          I had ordered quite a few things online from flipkart from overseas and i had been monitoring the same and it came to a stage where it said order confirmed. After one week i received a message stating order cancelled and refund processed back to my Overseas credit card. This whole drama of online ordering thing costed me $100 just because of the exchange rates. I order for around $350 recived a refund of $243 in total. I also had to pay the international transaction fees but then it was my choice. But why should they cancel a order once its confirmed. It has ruined my holidays and i have to find some other online company for future shopping. I hate flipkart to moon and back... They are just a bunch of cheat making money by false advertising products which they dont have to sell. I will go to ombudsman and file a complaint. Its not about money but ethics.. They just wasted two weeks of my time for nothing.. I have to start planning all over again.. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE...

            Hi I ordered a Geyser(Bajaj) from flipkart on 21st Jaunary 2015. The item was delivered to me around 28th of January. Over the weekend i got the same installed and when turned the power on the machine was simply not switching on. We checked the power plus and there was no issue and relasied that the problem is with Geyser. Knowing that resolving through flipkart will not be smooth, i called the retailer(Ambica Electronics) who sent me the product. They assured that they would send somebody to check it within 48 hours. I waited and - since there was no update- after 2/3 days requested the product return through flipkart website. I got a communication that i will be getting a call by 5th Feb. on 5th Feb i got a call when i was in a meeting and i requested them to call me back in 30 mins. I was told that i would be getting a call in 3 hours. However i did not get any call that day. That weekend i called flipkart customer care and tried to talk to the respective people and find a solution. I wasted about 30 mins however i was told that nobody can address it then and would get a call by 09th Feb. No communication after that as on date. I got an email after that mentioning they will update me by 11th Feb. So far nothing happened and i am clueless of what is happening. Please help to resolve. Regards Arun [protected]

              DEAR FLIPKART CUSTOMER (DIS ?) SERVICE namely - Ms Sinha and Mr Sindhu As is evident from my many mails that I am running into a brick wall. Sequence is as follows: 1. I call up flipkart and explain that I was supposed to get a refund on two accounts for items bought (details in previous emails) 2. flipkart CS tells me that the refunds have been processed and credited to the cr card, therefore I should contact cr card customer service 3. I call up cr card customer service and they tell me no such refund has been received from flipkart. 4. I write an email complaining of the same to flipkart. 5. I receive an SMS informing me that my issue will be resolved expeditiously. 6. I receive an email saying the amount has been refunded and I should contact cr card customer service.\ 7. return to serial no 1 above. It shamefully evident that all claims to good service (etc) have been laid to rest.To further substantiate, I have the following to say: - I am asked to send my bank statement and in the same email of yours it is written plz dont give statements unless specifically asked. It is noteworthy that I sent them coz you asked for them. - I mentioned that the email is password protected, but citing company policy ur executive does not want to take it. He wants me to remove password and re send the statement, which I cant coz I dont know how to. Does that mean I should buy on Flipkart only if I have a certain level of competence on handling adobe ? or should I first learn how to remove password and then hope for a solution to my problem ? - I am given a reference no to mention to Cr card customer care which they say is an internal ref no of flipkart and not of the banking system. How am I supposed to convince a third party ? -On a single complaint for two orders as under, I get two (supposed ) resolutions, none actually leading to anything meaningful. Having wasted another half an hour today (today's quota dedicated to a good buying experience at flipkart), allow me to come to the point. Plz provide me the following: - A UNIQUE BANKING SYSTEM GENERATED TRANSACTION ID VIDE WHICH THE SAID AMOUNT HAS BEEN REMITTED TO MY CR CARD ACCOUNT AND THE DATE OF THIS TRANSACTION I would be extremely grateful thanking you

Upon opening, I found that the 6 railings for rack are missing and 2 railings are damaged beyond repair. Also it was noted that many of the plastic holders/ clamps which connects the railings are damaged.                       Dear sir I purchased the "jbl micro wireless speker"1699/- from Flipkart order no.OD[protected]. order date 3-2-2015. delivery by 9-2-2015 using the speker there are many technical errors .sound distrub .carry pouch not delivered . this is fake product not a original.i contact with Flipkart customer care they are against the return policy. They have provided the technical support on calls still the mobile faces the same errors. I request you to get my product return to flipkart as I am not happy with this product and not satisfied .i want to my original product

                                I got a time from technical committee at 3:51 PM today.
                                But the committee could not call me timely. After some time when I was busy at some other call then he would call me. That time I was busy hence a message I got that next day at 2.00 PM committee will call me. Why so? They should try timely to customer because we can wait your call only said time. I have no more time to receive your call beyond said time. So please earlier call me to to provide quick service to me.

Customer complains that laptop display is not clear and its mentioned glare display and dell service center stated that the model is like that only and it is not defective. So informed customer to visit the authorized Dell service center and get a Jobsheet/acknowledgement to validate if the said product is defective and then we can arrange for a replacement only. Customer agreed, Service center details provided and also e-mail sent to customer.

Spoke to customer regarding the post, he complains that the product he has received is defective and damaged.!! Informed him that replacement is created and informed him the same. Requested him to ship the defective product to the warehouse, once the same is received at the warehouse we will deliver the replacement. Customer is very adamant and not at all ready to ship the product. He want the product to be picked up from a different address and the same is updated. Informed customer that we will replace the product and arrange for a pick up manually. Customer agreed. Thank you.

The product was not working fine so i called your customer care and they told me to visit sony service center . The Sony guy told me that THE PRODUCT IS FAKE, which came as a surprise to me .                                         complaint for defective goods deliver sir i am practicing advocate of mumbai high court and have good reputation before my wife i had placed the order for special occasion of valentines day you had delivered the microwave oven whirlpool 20 ltr but i had check the only oven but stater kick for making idli is damage, the delivery boy didnt give us the opportunity to check the whole kit as he was in a hurry and hence i am unable to prepare the food so kindly reply in 24 hours in i had placed the order to give gift my wife for 14/2/2015 occasion but due to this i had suffer mental agony and i immediately contacted your customer care but after receiving the payment they refused to replace the same hence there is no use for purchase of the same in special occasion hence i call upon you to replace with in 24 hours the same in event i have no alternate to approach the consumer court for seeking damage of Rs 10, 00, 000/- due to your intentional misconduct my impresion before my wife is ruined and my whole vlentines day is spoilt. now she dienies to accept this gift as broken things cannot be gifts. and my sentiments are hurt which are priceless. i am ashamed of this misconduct. now after looking at this damaged gift my wife says she dosent want to stay with me as she considers this to be the cheapest approach towards her. my full marriage life is ruined because of your intentional piece. please replace the kit with an appology letter to my wife else i will have to claim damage claim against you in civil court as well as consumer court. a separate legal notice by speed post will be sent soon to your office.
