my money is deducted from my account by INB Flipkart internet private which was Rs.11999 which I am paying from my internet banking..this morning I am trying to order my item and paid also through internet banking and deducted also after deducting the order items is not there in order cart and the messages is not coming in my email also. I don't know how it happened... from today I will not purchased anything from this site.. it was very disgusting... lastly when it would be refunded..

    sir, with due respect n honour, as a purchaser i had a couple of good link up with flipkart, but as in deep i truly never thought this day would come.As its is worth telling i have been cutting circular after another after another, given day after day, completed every document, confirmed every bank pages need but may request for refund is still on delay, its good to see 24*7 customer service but now iseec non respond well doesn't confirm or unreliable, as if they r programed to tell what is been told. Its my experience over this passed days, being a normal customer, belonging to a middle class backgroung and d citizen of India, i just claim what is mine, plz refund the money as soon as possible.with regard n thankful to look into this matter as soon as possible n refund the amount. ordered on 10th march, transaction on 13th march 2015 item electronic nikkon dslr d3200 mine phone no.       Hello, I am Titas Roy, ordering two moto g2 from FlipKart. But one order is cancelled and it is came in my mail that, "We would like to inform you that we have processed your cancellation request for the following items in the Order OD[protected] :". But I am not cancelled it. I called to their customer care and asked why it is cancelled they replied that as I ordered same two product so they need to verify and they are not able to reach my cell no. So it is cancelled. But for this I loose INR 3000 as that product is under some discount. One funny thing in the process of FlipKart is there I did not found any mailing system from the app though it is there a section where user can mail. But that button is not working.         Dear Sir, I am a middle class person, after 9 years using a TV wanted buy a best one and heard about Flipkart ordered online Micromax 32" TV. The delivery was on time and after installation i found some white spots both sides of the screen, after i complained you gave me a replacement. To my surprise there was the same problem in that TV also. I understood that you are supplying low quality products covering it with huge offers. This is not good sir. It is a curse of a middle class person. You are cheating people, you will be caught some time definitely. Raghavendran

          This is with reference to the above order number, i had ordered two Ripples Ultra Thin 8x8 from flipkart. After waiting for 10 days i received the order with only 1 item, and the invoice is also specifying items as 2 . But the FORM 402 attached with the order clearly specifies the order quantity as 1. This is cheating by the seller, and flipkart does not have any option for items missing in the shipment, instead they create only replacement request while i havent got any items to return, In addition to make matters worse they placed the order and will deliver the items again after almost two weeks, they dont have any concept of giving priority in case they have made a mistake and they are agonising customers by making them wait again . So the promised delivery of 2 Qty of Ripples Ultra Thin 8x8 will now be done is 20+ days.They dont even allow you to change the seller and raise only replacement request with the same seller . Please find attached the FORM 402 where the quantity is clearly mentioned as 1 and the invoice where seller has deceivingly put the order Quantity as 2.

                    Hi, Recently a month back(20 Feb 2015) i have returned a order which i got from Flipkart. The order id is OD[protected] and the amount to be refunded is Rs. 1483. But for some reason they are not refunding my amount back. They have approved my refund but they say they are initiating the bank transfer but the transfer seems to be never happening. I have followed with the Flipkart customer care many times. But i am not getting the correct detail why they are not refunding the money. Please help me in this regard. Thanks.

                      my lenovo a6000 has automatically switched off and not switch on again. i had register complaint regarding the problem but the flipkart technical person not take any type off action and told me to wait two days. and they were not take action between those two days, now my mobil yesterday get automactic switche off and not again on. then i called flipkart they were said to get a written notice from lenovo service center, i get the written notice also from service center but flipkart were not pass the mobile replace policy.

                        Incident Id :[protected] I don't know what wrong went with me that I product my mobile phone through Flipkart. People already suggested me that do not trust them coz they give the jazz for 30 days and all. But let me tell you its 45 days and my brand new phone, the display is gone. I don;t know what wrong went with this phone. It was just in my pocket and by the time i removed my phone to remove a selfie, the phone's display is gone. I swear if my complaint is not address I am going to make them pay very bad for this. Flipkart ppl you can refer the above incident id and check the detail for my order. I have spoken to your 2 executive- 1 is krunal and second is basanti, they shared me 1 tollfree number which was also a fake number when i tried calling hours... Your service is gone for a toss coz I will make sure ppl dont buy any stuff from your portal.

                          I have order 1 samsung e7 on 23 march it now it shows th at your item is out for delivary I have received and sms also in the morning that u will received your samsung e7 till 7pm today from your delivery boy name mateen from morning I am waitning for my mobile phone so however I have called your delivery boy and nform that when will be you coming to deliver my orde4 he says that I will come tomorrow that means one day late and he was so very rude on the phone and says that I will come tomorrow now I dont have a time... Size 36, seller Banarasidass .en tried, Irealized the pack has leggings packed of various sizes andnot 36 size as ordered . Also there is no tag specified on the leggin mentioning the size . Unfortunately Inever faced this issue before from Flipcart so blindlyaccepted the product and threw the main pack cover . Now I am not able to exchange orreturn the product . There is no clear mention of this clause in the return policy andhence misguiding the customers . Kindly help me in this regard. Or give me product exchange withbetter quality .                                     This is very much unexpected from Flipkart as i ordered a Samsung galaxy core 2 mobile and it was to be delivered on 23rd march 2015 but it did not get delivered and even no one informed me that order is being delayed, i followed up with flipkart and got to know that the order is being delayed so i was promised that it will be delivered on or before 26th of march, i called up on 25th march and got to know know that the handset was damaged during the transit and this information was also not communicated to me which is very annoying.. In all my first experience with flipkart was very bad and will never return to flipkart again and suggestions to others about flipkart will not be good.. I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAIN NO WWW.AKOSHA.COM NO 2142079 DATED 15 MARCH2015, AFTER WHICH I GOT SMS ON 18 MARCH SAYING " I SHOULD HAVE GET REFUND BY 18 MARCH2015". BUT TILL DATE AMOUNT NOT CREDITED IN MY A CCOUNT. PLZ IMMEDIATELY ARRANGE FOR CREDITING THIS AMOUNT OF RS 899/- IN MY BANK ACCOUNT WHICH I HAVE GIVEN TO FLIPKART TEAM ATLEAST 10 TIMES . ELSE PLZ SEND THE SAME BY CHEQUE ON MY POSTAL ADDRESS GIVEN ABOVE.
