with due respect n honour, as a purchaser i had a couple of good link up with flipkart, but as in deep i truly never thought this day would come.As its is worth telling i have been cutting circular after another after another, given day after day, completed every document, confirmed every bank pages need but may request for refund is still on delay, its good to see 24*7 customer service but now iseec non respond well doesn't confirm or unreliable, as if they r programed to tell what is been told.
Its my experience over this passed days, being a normal customer, belonging to a middle class backgroung and d citizen of India, i just claim what is mine, plz refund the money as soon as possible.with regard n thankful to look into this matter as soon as possible n refund the amount.
