I am really sorry to inform you that I am highly disappointed from the service of Flipkart. My friend ordered a MI REDMI from his ID [protected]@gmail.com on 13th January for me at below mentioned details : Name : Amrita Singh Phone Number : [protected] Adress : Amrita Singh Tata Consultancy Services TCS Awadh Park, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar Lucknow - 226 010, Uttar Pradesh India. Order ID : OD[protected]. On the expected date I was told that order has been delivered but I have not recieved any order and have raised complaints against it . From then I am constantly calling Flipkart but in response I am only getting extended dates. On 2nd Feb Monday Only The screen protector and Sim Card holder was delivered by Umesh Gupta Phone # [protected] ; but not the phone. I have then again raised a complaint for which I was told that I will get resolution by 6th Feb and on 6th Feb I have recieved the msg that I will get resolution by 8th Feb. Is it a joke? You guys are thieves and I know there is some kind of blackmarket going on for this handset.I use to do lot of shopping from website but would condemn using it and would discourage my friend from my Organisation/Outside and Family/relative to stop using using this.For you Rs.5999 would mean nothing but for me it is hard earned and would go everywhere to lodge complaint against you guys and would ensure that justice is done. Shame on you Flipkar !!!

    Bought one motorola g2 through flipkart. From the very first day it has multple problems...

    1. Connectivity signal problems. Every now and then phone shows no sim.

    2. Phone getting heated excessively

    3. Dual sim not working

    Tried to return my order many times. But its not working at all. Flipkart is fooling customer.

      I have purchased aLENOVO LAPTOP through FLIPKART on line on 24.01.15. Received Laptop & Invoice from LAPTOP ACCESSORIES POINT (A UNIT OF :Rissa ENTERPRISES) in the invoice no Dealer Stamp/Seal. I have asked them they told for Manual invoice not required Seal/Stamp. But while registration for Warranty at Lenovo they not registering due dealer seal /Stamp is not in the invoice.             Order ID OD[protected] I had booked on line Micromax batter Canavas A116 for Rs.428 during 1st week of Jan 2015 which worked only for 10 days. It is not working and then I took it to MICROMAX Service Center in Bangalore and they confirmed that what I received Micromax Battery Canarava A116 is fake. When I complaint to Flipkart Customer Care and they confirm that we have to complaint within10 days and the time limit is over now. I got battery which worked maximum 15 days and it is not working and is a fake battery. How to believe FLIPKART for genuniness of items ? When I contacted customer care he said he cannot help since 10 days is over from the date of order. HOW CUSTOMER CAN BELIEVE FLIPKART FOR GENUNINITY PRODUCTS FOR ONE LINE PURCHASES ?               i ordered a MOTOG 2nd generation from flipkart and i found its touch not working properly on putting complaint for money back/replacement they delivered another mobile ph. which is second hand, all scratched since i found those scratches only after opening the pack which is quiet obvious their delivery boy refused to take that ph. back as it is case of open delivery and suggested to put a complaint once again. i am really disappointed with their services and its not at all accepted, they are delivering second hand products to their customers. This was my first purchase and last too from flipkart. thank you very much for this eye opening incidence that you are level frauds who sell second hand products.               Spoke to customer, she claims that received the 2nd hand phone and display is scratched and seal is broken and if you see the box you can make out that product is 2nd hand and customer wants replacement so created replacement and informed same to customer and apologized for inconvenience caused.                 I have ordered Redmi 1S moblie through flipkart (order id: OD[protected] and the mobile battery fluctuation issue. I have requested for replacement and their technical team provided some troubleshooting methods but no luck. So I have applied for replacement again. This time unfortunately I missed to attend the call from their technical team and got the message that I will receive the call by tomorrow only. Why should I wait for a day when they have given defective product. It is their responsible to provide replacement as soon as possible instead of this silly delay.I have also called flipkart representative for requesting technical call by today (02/06/2014) itself but they are behaving crazy telling that I will receive the call by tomorrow only. Why should wait for a day with defective product? In received message they mentioned as call time at 10.30AM but I received call at 10.15AM itself I need file legal consumer case against Flipkart ...

                      I have ordered a laptop from flipkart which got delivered to me on 27 Jan 2015. But few days back I started receiving technical problems related to battery etc so I raised a request for return or replacement.Its been 24 hours, instead of some technical team or technical guy reaching out to me I have received a message that my request has been cancelled. How is this possible when they have not even talked to me about the problem. This is really frustrating.                           OD[protected] Samsung Neo I purchased Samsung neo on 03/02/05 by next day delivery through COD, i was expected to get the product haven't received it by the next day, i called the customer care they said delay in service we give 180 Rs/- to add in wallet, they said 05/02/15 end of the day, you will receive the product, later some one called me from flipkart asked to cancel the product and reorder it and promise me will get it by tomorrow it self, if you go ahead with the same product it takes 4 days more to get it. it was very diss-point services by flipkart, i asked the customer care person what is the mean of Next day delivery by charging 90 rs/-, she simply said we gave to 180 rs/- to you. Do it sense. Worst Flipkart services and customer team as well.

                                I have purchased one Dell lop top on 24 the December 2014 and I noticed that the laptop battery is not fitting properly (loose) and rejected that product and asked for the refund on 18 Jan 2015. And every day I am keep on calling the customer care for asking the refund status, the executive will say that you will get a call from flipkart executive within 24 hours but till I have not get any call from flipkart. Now days when I called to the customer care, they will keep on putting hold more than 20 minutes 30 minutes. Kidly request you to resolve the issue asap. Regards, Devaraja

                                        Booked a dry iron ( Orpat OEI-157 Dry Iron R.Blue) on 28.01.2015 and my Order ID is: OD[protected] against COD of RS. 650.00 (Rupees six hundred fifty only) which was delivered on 04.02.2015 but unfortunately the iron is not working. Whenever I connected the Iron plug into socket for testing, it is not working. Indication light is not glowing and not warming at all.
