I ordered Apple 30 pin dock connector to usb data cable in offer on 270 .but I found fake products.after that I called to customer care to replace the product but problem is here that they send again fake product and again I called to flip kart then he said u can refund ur money then I said that I bought that product in 270 and now that's price now 799.[censored] product of belkin .if they don't give me original products this means they makes us fool on the title of "sale sale"...

A6000 which was scheduled to purchase on 4th Feb @ 2 PM Today sharp at 2 PM when i tried to purchase, system tell me to my shock that it is out of stock.. amazing 20000 instrument sell in less than 1 second As per your promotion 20000 Instrument for sale which can be purchased from 2 P to 6 PM... As a customer i waited for last 7 day for this Mobile & i now feel cheated . It seems that Flipkart didn’t had instrument. Just for creating hype/promotion selling scenario was dramatized.         I hope you will sort out my issue, below are my order details and detailed story. Incident:[protected] Order ID: OD[protected] #1. I registered for the Red MI Note 2nd Dec sale, I tried at 2:00pm but I could not get that. #2. Again I register for 9th Dec sale and after a week wait I was lucky and this time I got that phone; I made payment of Rs 8999l- immediately (Please check the attached my credit card statement image file named "First Payment"). #3. But flipkart never delivered this order to my Pune address and without my consent flipkart cancelled it and initiated my refund which I got back on 16th Dec (Please check pdf file named "Refund and Second Payment") #4 Now real issue is - on the same day i.e 16 Dec I got call from flipkart customer care executive named "Karthik". I told him that I waited for this mobile for long time and that piece is allotted to me so why you cancelled that without asking me; he said that's not a problem, I can make payment back to flipkart. He also promised me that flipkart will deliver my order on the same day -16 Dec by 7:00pm. He sent me an email using email id - [protected]@flipkart.com (Please check attachment maned "Email from Karthik") with a link for repayment to flipkart. I made payment using that link immediately (please check file name "Repayment Transaction" and my credit card statement file name "Refund and Second Payment"). #5 Please be informed that merchant name for first payment was "FLIPKART INTERNET PRIVABANGALORE " and merchant name for back payment was "FLIPKART.COM MUMBAI" #6 After this Red MI Note, I ordered two items (below are the order details) and I got both of them delivered properly on the same address; so why not Red MI note??? OD[protected] OD[protected] #7 I waited for delivery on 16th and 17th but I didn't get it, from that day on-wards I am daily writing emails and calling flipkart but nobody is giving me stratifying answer of following questions ***Question 1 - If Red MI note is allotted to me on 9th Dec sale then where is my piece. ***Question 2 - Where is my second payment?? As per your executives its not reached to flipkart. ***Question 4 - When I will get delivery . ***Question 5 - What about my time for emails, calls and mantle torture of repeating same story so many times. Finally; Sir, please be informed that people blindly believe and respect flipkart service, and you guys should not let us down. So hereby I request you please look in to this matter personally and send me my delivery as soon as possible. Please note that I don't want refund.         My debit card number was used by some fraud person to do online shopping from your site on 02.04.2016. Rs.24600 was deducted from my account. My debit card number is[protected].
        Dear Concern,

        I am a loyal customer of flipkart since many years.
        My credit card number was used by some fraud person to do online shopping from your site on 10.02.2017. Rs.40000 was deducted from my account. My credit card number is [protected].

        I called my bank to deactive my card... they have suggested to contact Flipkart as this trasection was used on Flipkart.

        Could you please provide me he details of the person used this transection?

        Seeking for your kind help ASAP in this matter.

          with reference to order: OD[protected] ordered a Moto X 16GB On 26 January, 2015 at 2:00 AM, I paid RS 90 more to delivered in a day, which should be delivered by 28 January 2015 but it was not happened, then they extend the date till 4th February 2015. I called them since 28 January that, my order status is showing "Your order has been placed", it is not even changing the status (like PROCESSING or SHIPPING). I paid through credit Card, and convert the whole amount in EMI from the bank and i also paid my 1st EMI of my Credit Card, have not get the product details, they are saying they did not get the confirmation from the seller( WS Retail), their is some problem, this would take time to delivery, Although they are extending the delivery date. when i asked for refund they were requesting give us some time will place the order by 4th February. MY QUESTION IS WHY MY ORDERED HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPIED If i do not get the product by 4th February 2015, i will take legal action against Flipkart|

            ​Spoke to customer, he claims that the product is duplicate and he said that will sue the flipkart and will complaint this to brand and ​selling duplicate product in the name of the brand. Apologized for inconvenience cased and informed customer will do replacement or refund and will take action against seller. He said he don't want refund or replacement and he want that product to as proof to show in court and you do your work and will do my work and drop the call. Hence closing the case.

              Order ID: OD[protected] Product: Redmi Note 4G It is regarding the mobile phone Redmi Note 4G; On Tuesday(20.01.15) I was booked this phone on flipkart, I received this product on 23.01.15, when I opened the filpkart packing I saw under the lamination the seal was tampered on the phone box. Same time I communicated my complaint to flipkart toll free no. [protected](Alaina) with reference no.[protected]. Flipkart authority accepted their mistake and committed to replace the product. After so many communication with flipkart, they failed to fulfill their commitment to deliver the replacement by 03.02.2015. Still I am waiting to receive my phone. It is my first order on flipkart, but I got worst experience instead of good customer support. Because customer means “cust me mer” and they mean it. I felt cheated.                 It has recently become a pain to do business with Flipkart. First of all, I don't understand their policy of only exchange and no refund policy. Not sure how they expect a online purchase to be without an option for refund. I had to fight for 5-6 days with them recently for a refund. I changed to Amazon recently and doing business with them has been painless. I recently ordered a Lenovo Vibe (OD[protected] and was given a mobile that doesn't work at all. For the last 5 days I was taken through their pain of Flipakt product experts who suggested a few troubleshooting tips but nothing worked. I am being only given an option to exchange it for a new mobile and not a refund. I hope Flipkart gets rid of these stupid policies and make it more customer centric.

                ​Spoke to customer, he claims that quality of the product bad and he received the defective product and he looking for the refund. Informed customer refund is not possible and already replacement is done. Hence clsoing the case.
                Completely pathetic customer service from Flipkart...Unbelievable...moving to Amazon.
                Flipkart is having worst customer retention policy. Recently I have purchased a MotoG back cover. I asked for return and needed to proceed with another item instead. Flipkart had refused it saying they do not have refund policy.

                So, on there website products are shown incorrectly and if customers purchases a wrong product, Flipkart won't refund the amount. It is sear case of misguiding and customer exploitation. They may check the history of my purchases and can provide the refund in case of this mistake, but they feel they are unopposed in the industry and every one have to came to there site. They have to remember Amazon in here and they will loose customers to Amazon by giving zero importance to customers.

                Now, permanently moving to Amazon.

                  I took Alcatel mobile from flipcart but got to know that it was a used mobile There was no sealed box at the time of delivery and there was screen guard already on the screen wit lot of scratches which clearly says it as used mobile. Flipcart says that it will sell only original products and it is mentioned clearly on the site but I have got the used one. I spoke to tech team as well, Mr Danish Hussian also agreed that it was not the original product and also floor supervisor Venkatesh B also agreed with this and they offered unit replacement in order to cover up their loop hole I am filing this case in consumer form as well.

                    hi, I have purchased D-link router on flipkart .Due to compatible issue with airtel i cant use the purchased D-lnik roer.I requested flipkart customer care to exchange or allow me to order any other product of the same amount.But Flipkart customer care says their is no option like that. Ex: If i purchase any product in any show room and want to exchange the product.Show room allows to shop other product with the same amount.                       I ordered Micromax MMX 353W 3G USB Modem, Order No OD[protected] of Rs 1040 /-, but on 06.01.2015 i cancelled the order, than i waited for 10 days and no refund i got in my bank account, than i emailed them to get refund, they did not give me satisfactory reply, than i emailed them again, that time they ask my bank statement, i provided them, again i wait for refund but no reply i got, than i called them and their call centre executive told me that i will get a call from their end but till date no call, no mail, no refund i got even after 1 month of cancellation of order.

                                  I purchased one lenova A 800 from flipkart last year. I faced some problems in the display. When I went to the lenova service center, they told me that invoice from flipkart is not correct.The IMEI number of the phone is not included in the invoice. I contacted flip kart many times asking them to send a new invoice with IMEI number. There is no proper response from them.

                                  Issue is I have lost invoice and the box, I have only the product (MOTO G 16 gb) .I was asking for the invoice but they are not providing me the invoice .they are saying like IMEI number (that is there in my mobile ) is not there in their records.so they cant help me on this.

                                  and yes moto G that I received in first week of august, it is updated as "Returned " in their records.. how come it is possible?????

                                  Pls help me on this ASAP as I need invoice urgently .

                                      Hello, I am Divyang Metaliya From Rajkot. We buy one mobile phone Redmi1s phone from flipkart.com as cash on delivery. (Order id is OD[protected] My buy Date is 20-Jan-2014. Flipkart delivery date is 23-Jan-2014. But when i got message on 23-Jan-2014 your mobile deliver your recepetiona Saurabh bhai. (Screen shot attach). Without my sign and confirm call flipkart give my phone to other person. Now, i call you flipkart last 1 week, send me new mobile or give me Saurabh bhai detail. But flipkart.com can't ans on that. That people say 'we can't send you new mobile or Saurabh bhai Detail'. Please help me to solve this problem, flipkart can't help me.

                                        I have purchased apple mobile from flipkart.From last 20 days i m facing charging problem.I visted customer care they told me about apple id which i have forgotten. then they asked for invoice which i have mailed them but they say it dont match their record.These details i have mailed and also told to flipkart customer care.Nothing has been done from. them.please resolve the issue.My mobile number is [protected].
