I would like to inform you that, I ordered a samsung 23inch LED TV and it got delivered on time i.e.(29/01/15). On the same day I received a call regarding TV installation. So I just conformed him after one hour to install the same on Saturday. He said me to call Saturday morning and book installation time slot, So I called him but he didn't picked the call and after half an hour I got a missed call from same mobile number i.e. [protected], then I made a reverse call to him and I said for 01:30PM(31/01/15). When called him at1:00PM he replied appointment is of 02:00PM, I said OK!. When I called several times after at 02:00PM he didn't picked the call. At last he picked call at 02:10PM and said he will be at my place within 15 minutes, again I started calling at 02:35PM he didn't picked call, I continued on calling till 02:50PM, he received call at 02:50PM then I said not to come and I dropped a message on his mobile number "Pl don't come".
I took one hour off from office and it become 02:30(two and half hour) means today I worked for only half day, I was requesting him to come and he was ordering me. who will pay for such frustrating things. Last time also when I purchased a mobile it got delayed due to wrong pincode number but meanwhile I didn't received any call regarding wrong pincode number. Can anyone explain me how flipkart is dealing in e-commerce business.
I want detailed explaination.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and the installation executive on the given number provided and customer agreed for an installation appointment on 01st Feb 2015 between 10-12 PM. So will close the case after the installation is done.

4-5 minutes left, my repeated calls at his mobile number [protected], but he did not pick up his phone. I am sorry to say this is extremely poor way of doing things. I want my order to be delivered tomorrow between 10 am to 5 pm without fail and please ensure such unsavoury things are not repeated in future.
