My order No OD[protected] for MeritVCO extra Virgin (3) with tracking ID FMPC [protected]. The courier boy came to deliver. I just told him to wait a few minutes as I had to attend urgent call. But the boy I guess after
4-5 minutes left, my repeated calls at his mobile number [protected], but he did not pick up his phone. I am sorry to say this is extremely poor way of doing things. I want my order to be delivered tomorrow between 10 am to 5 pm without fail and please ensure such unsavoury things are not repeated in future.

    Dear Flipkart, This is regarding my complaints for my order OD[protected] . I have received a product which is entirely different from what I have ordered. The image is not all same and neither the features and functionality. I don't understand how I have received something else while I have ordered a different item shown in the website. product received: jbl-on-stage-micro-2 speaker product ordered: JBL Micro II Mobile Speaker I have attached the image what I have received. I had to complain multiple times as Flipkart was not giving any update in time. Every time I get the same reply "We have escalated your complaint to technical team. You will get a call back tomorrow at XX:XX time". Then I never received a call. While calling the customer care and asking them again & again, it is the same response, " Due to some issues, we are not able to call you today and You will get a call back tomorrow at XX:XX time".Now its more than hrs what is the delay in escalation?Your customer service team is not able to even give the status of my complaint. Each time I call they just say you will get a call tomorrow at some time. They even refused to arrange a reverse pickup.Please give me a specific time frame with in which my issue will me solved. I am tired of your "24 hrs" time limit.Also does Flipkart provide any complaint number to track complaints? Thanks, Dipak Pradhan

    Spoke to customer and arranged for a replacement as the product what he received was different from the one ordered online. Customer agreed.
    No...its not true...flipkart team is not responding to my calls and complaints and they have not refunded my money ever.They have just initiated a replacement of the product...but i have received the same old product again...AND THEN IT WAS REJECTED EHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND ...VERY VERY FRUSTRATING TO SEE THE STATUS AS RESOLVED!!!

      ihad ordered for twoshirts from flip kart .same were delivered to me on the14th of january . since the shirts wre too tight ihad initiated return of those 2 shirts on 14th itself. but so far no action has been taken to take back those shirts. first they assured that the issue will be resolved by 27th jan then the date was exteded to 1st feb but nothing has been done so far .the customer care executive today told me that the issue will be resolved by 4th feb!but if i go by their past records i cannot be sure that they will resolve by then

            Order ID: OD[protected]I am unable to avail airtel offer available on purchase of moto g 2nd gen. I bought new Airtel sim card on 25/1/15 and till today 1/2/15 offer is not active.when I go to www.airtellive.com/offers it says no offers available for this device.I have not used this airtel sim card on any other phone. first flipkart told me they'll resolve the issue on 31st jan(last day of offer) now they've increased resolution period by 2more days now. Meanwhile I'm without data service last 6 days, wonder whose going to pay for this.

              I tried to order Dimpy Stuff Teddy - 37.4 inch(Cream) product last night at the price of 839, but due to website technical order I didn't order the product. This morning I got a mail from flipkart for complete my order but now the product price is 1399. Flipkart hike the price for same product re 600/- in less than six hour. Flipkart is worst e place ever ... just making fool to India and Indian. I am giving one star because I don't have option to give them rating in -ve.

                i have order xioami m13 phone through ebay.in. and paid the amount by debit card. but the seller { not ebay] use my user id in flipkart.and book same item my in my name, .by cash on demand. flipart sent email to me and pay rs13999 on delivery.my pyment through ebay is PaisaPay ID [protected].here the seller act as a broker.how i reclaim my money.and i dont have account in flipkart how it is possible some one using my mail id and book the items. ]

                  on 26th January I online shopped one product from your site NOVA TRIMMER NHT 1047, While seeing that product i am very happy Amount of Rs.299+100 delivery charges.So i booked the order, Then on 31st of January your representative brought the order and delivered to me and made the payment when i opened i totally shocked to see other product, i got NOVA NHT-216 which is not available in your site. so called to customer care he is telling that sir when u shopped it was available, when we are delivering it not there. How can it happen when i doing online shop it will come NO STOCK then i will to other product.                     Having such a brand name doesnt count anything if you are not making your customers happy I am really frustrated and would never order anything from flipkart in future I ordered a Nexus tablet 7 (2013) and requested for within one day delivery as it was really urgent my order was placed.I waited the next day and also kept tracking my shipment the whole day. In the evening suddenly i received a message from flipkart that my order has been cancelled When contacted the customer care they told my its because of some tracking issues i dont know why you people put it on the website in the first place when you cannot deliver in the required time. order OD[protected] This is not satisfactory

                      Hello Sir/Madam. I recently purchased a mobile phone from flipkart OD[protected]. Yesterday I was using the phone and all of a sudden the display started showing rainbow coloured lines and then it went blank. Now the display is dead. It did not fall or any other physical damage. I take good care of my phone. Also I read reviews by other users who purchased the same phone from flipkart and recently there have been a lot of complaints about customers receiving defective products. I have requested a return but I'm worried that it will be replaced by another defective product. Please do something because 13, 000 is a big deal to me and is even more than my monthly salary. I hope to get a proper functioning product in return and if not I'll feel very disappointed about myself and your company. Thank you.

                        hello sir i am kishor bajaj from katni mp.. i have aa shop at jabalpur also, i ordered a bosch skil screw driver from flipkart and the order number is od[protected]. when i opened the product was not sealed pack thats not the issue. issue is this is not for my use bcz i have laptops repairing shop and non of these tools are useful for me hence they have a policy of return the product if is not useful or you didnt like the quality with in 30 day.. i got this product on 30th jan 2015 and i raise a request for return on the same day.. and today 31st jan 2015 i am getting a call from flipkart they say they dont have any policy for return ... and they said i can go to any court the person over the phone was very rude please i would request you people please please stop this online frauds who make fraud promises..

                        Expalined customer that we cannot accept his return request as it is wrong item ordered and the specifications are clearly mentioned in the website. Also, explained him about the replacement/return policy. Customer says that he will damage the product and then return it in this case.

                          Dear Sir/Madam I would like to inform you that, I ordered a samsung 23inch LED TV and it got delivered on time i.e.(29/01/15). On the same day I received a call regarding TV installation. So I just conformed him after one hour to install the same on Saturday. He said me to call Saturday morning and book installation time slot, So I called him but he didn't picked the call and after half an hour I got a missed call from same mobile number i.e. [protected], then I made a reverse call to him and I said for 01:30PM(31/01/15). When called him at1:00PM he replied appointment is of 02:00PM, I said OK!. When I called several times after at 02:00PM he didn't picked the call. At last he picked call at 02:10PM and said he will be at my place within 15 minutes, again I started calling at 02:35PM he didn't picked call, I continued on calling till 02:50PM, he received call at 02:50PM then I said not to come and I dropped a message on his mobile number "Pl don't come". I took one hour off from office and it become 02:30(two and half hour) means today I worked for only half day, I was requesting him to come and he was ordering me. who will pay for such frustrating things. Last time also when I purchased a mobile it got delayed due to wrong pincode number but meanwhile I didn't received any call regarding wrong pincode number. Can anyone explain me how flipkart is dealing in e-commerce business. I want detailed explaination. [protected] Pravesh Kumar

                            Hi, My name is Amish Barot. I reside at Ahmedabad. I had ordered "Sony xperia ultra" with it on 1/28/2015; however, a very next day I got a message stating that my order has been cancelled. When I called customer service to explore a possible cause of my order being cancelled without any notifications, they literally gave me no damn reason of it and just ignored it. I wonder if they did not have/did not want to deliver why the hell they accpeted my order. Amish

                              I have ordered a Nokia 225 order no: OD[protected] on 25th January. The seller is WS Retail with Advantage badge which states Buy with confidence when you see the 'Flipkart Advantage' badge. Products tagged with the Flipkart Advantage badge are quality checked, stocked and shipped by Flipkart. They are also backed by our Friendly Returns Policy, which allows for 30 Day Returns. Expedited delivery options such as Same Day/In-a-Day Guarantee Delivery are an added bonus. As it is written above Friendly 30 Day returns which means you can return the mobile if you dont like it but they not returning it and including it in 30 Day replacement policy which is different. I want to just return this phone because the lock system is different from other Nokia feature phones and want to buy Nokia 206. If i dont get solution here than i will take this issue to consumer court and will tell you wants the difference between Returns and replacement

                                I'm regular in Amazon, Snap Deal, Myntra etc.. But FLIPKART proved that they are the worst. I've ordered a mobile phone and a Camera Lense of reputed brands. Mobile phone received in seal broken condition as if the camera lense. They refused to refund for the phone and replaced it with a different piece. This time the pack was perfect but the phone was not. My brother is having the same make/model phone, but the performance is far better than the brand new FLIPKART product (even though my brother's phone is almost an year old). -Lense was received in a damaged packet with a opened seal. But there was no replacement or refund even though reported the faulty item on receipt itself. On complaining of the same, FLIPKART executives started calling me only in the midnights. Even after so many complaints they will be seeking the what is the basic complaint, and after explaining the story we have to hold the line for an hour. Please think twice before placing an order.                                   My Battery is getting heated, getting bad smell from my mobile. Charge is getting reduced enormously. I could not able to use my mobile due to bed smell. Am feeling harmful to my ears. 1. Daily am charging minimum 8 hours but still my battery is getting reduced by every minute. 2. Without am using my Wi-Fi, its getting reduced minute by minute. 3. Sometimes my mobile is getting hanged, the applications are not responding properly. I request you to treat this complaint with high priority. And i need quick action for this issue.                                       I placed a order on 31st Dec 2014 for a Blue Rock 5000mAh for ALL Mobiles and wrong product was delivered. The box was opned and there was no cable. I requested for the right product but again the same wrong product was delivered which is Samsung 9000mAh.they took the old product and the new cable, i requested for a refund filpkart says they want one last chance and will send the right product else will refund.I agreed and waited and the courier guy calls me after a week and say its the same wrong part and will not even deliver it and says he will return and request for refund.I personally called flipkart as my money was not radiated and they say complaint is not yet registred, then i placed the complaint and they says they cant refund and will arrange a call back. Agreed and i waited and gets a call back and i was in lift and requested to hold on for a minute and they hung up and i get a automated msg that the call is rescheduled for tomorrow, later i called back and requested to talk to the, no option and on the face they told if you want ur money hold on and obey as we says as. Is this the kind of service such a beautiful and big company deliver.Who will provide me the product i ordered/refund, who will compensate for the time lost and mental agony.
