    I made below complaint on 22 Jan and i am still waiting for the resolution." I was making payment through Reward card-Debit. when i raised the payment failure concern to the card company, i got below response: We have reviewed your card information and see that your card was declined as the merchant ran the transaction through as a recurring payment. This means the merchant was attempting to save your card information on file for future and/or monthly payments. Prepaid cards are not allowed as a method of payment for recurring transactions. Should you want to make a purchase at this location, simply let the merchant know that this is a single/one-time payment. As long as the merchant processes your card is a single purchase and does not put your prepaid card into the system as a method for recurring payment/billing then you will be able to use your card successfully at this location

      I purchased Nokia Xl phone in the month of[protected], It's not working fine having problem with social media networks, I went to NOKIA service center to show the problem and they told that I don't know to work on the mobile phone. In the mobile phone wifi is working but we can't able to access the Internet even and the same time data is not working, I am working as a system admin and I told them that i know the problem that the mobile phone is having problem.             Hi! I bought a Moto E Black for my father as a present which was delivered on 8/10/2014. Order ID- OD[protected]. This order contains a Micro SD card too. The Moto E Black stopped working on 27/1/2015. The phone stopped working within 5 months. No issues with the phone, the company gave hard time to my father as they couldn't understand the problem with the phone and he was asked to go to several different places as he couldn't get it fixed in Chandigargh where we live. He was asked to go to Noida for the repair centre, which he could not make it. I had a question for Flipkart and Motorola company why you make such faulty pieces and do not have a service center to repair the phone at all. May be flipkart might have sold products of 600 million on special occasions on India but Customer satisfaction survey I would give it a BIG ZERO and will not recommend to any one. I am going to post this on Facebook as formal complaint to alert other consumers and buyers about this.

As you may be aware that the seller replacement policy of 30 days from date of delivery are over, the seller would not be able to replace the product. If you face any issues in claiming the warranty, do let us know and we will sort it out for you. Your kind understanding is appreciated.

                        I am really sorry to inform you that I am highly disappointed from the service of Flipkart. My friend ordered a MI REDMI from his ID [protected]@gmail.com on 13th January for me at below mentioned details : Name : Amrita Singh Phone Number : [protected] Adress : Amrita Singh Tata Consultancy Services TCS Awadh Park, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar Lucknow - 226 010, Uttar Pradesh India. Order ID : OD[protected]. On the expected date I was told that order has been delivered but I have not recieved any order and have raised complaints against it . From then I am constantly calling Flipkart but in response I am only getting extended dates. On 2nd Feb Monday Only The screen protector and Sim Card holder was delivered by Umesh Gupta Phone # [protected] ; but not the phone. I have then again raised a complaint for which I was told that I will get resolution by 6th Feb and on 6th Feb I have recieved the msg that I will get resolution by 8th Feb. Is it a joke? You guys are thieves and I know there is some kind of blackmarket going on for this handset.I use to do lot of shopping from website but would condemn using it and would discourage my friend from my Organisation/Outside and Family/relative to stop using using this.For you Rs.5999 would mean nothing but for me it is hard earned and would go everywhere to lodge complaint against you guys and would ensure that justice is done. Shame on you Flipkar !!!

                          Bought one motorola g2 through flipkart. From the very first day it has multple problems...

                          1. Connectivity signal problems. Every now and then phone shows no sim.

                          2. Phone getting heated excessively

                          3. Dual sim not working

                          Tried to return my order many times. But its not working at all. Flipkart is fooling customer.

Received Laptop & Invoice from LAPTOP ACCESSORIES POINT (A UNIT OF :Rissa ENTERPRISES) in the invoice no Dealer Stamp/Seal. I have asked them they told for Manual invoice not required Seal/Stamp.                                   Order ID OD[protected] I had booked on line Micromax batter Canavas A116 for Rs.428 during 1st week of Jan 2015 which worked only for 10 days. It is not working and then I took it to MICROMAX Service Center in Bangalore and they confirmed that what I received Micromax Battery Canarava A116 is fake. When I complaint to Flipkart Customer Care and they confirm that we have to complaint within10 days and the time limit is over now. I got battery which worked maximum 15 days and it is not working and is a fake battery. How to believe FLIPKART for genuniness of items ? When I contacted customer care he said he cannot help since 10 days is over from the date of order. HOW CUSTOMER CAN BELIEVE FLIPKART FOR GENUNINITY PRODUCTS FOR ONE LINE PURCHASES ?                                     i ordered a MOTOG 2nd generation from flipkart and i found its touch not working properly on putting complaint for money back/replacement they delivered another mobile ph. which is second hand, all scratched since i found those scratches only after opening the pack which is quiet obvious their delivery boy refused to take that ph. back as it is case of open delivery and suggested to put a complaint once again. i am really disappointed with their services and its not at all accepted, they are delivering second hand products to their customers. This was my first purchase and last too from flipkart. thank you very much for this eye opening incidence that you are level frauds who sell second hand products.                                       I have ordered Redmi 1S moblie through flipkart (order id: OD[protected] and the mobile battery fluctuation issue. I have requested for replacement and their technical team provided some troubleshooting methods but no luck. So I have applied for replacement again. This time unfortunately I missed to attend the call from their technical team and got the message that I will receive the call by tomorrow only. Why should I wait for a day when they have given defective product. It is their responsible to provide replacement as soon as possible instead of this silly delay.I have also called flipkart representative for requesting technical call by today (02/06/2014) itself but they are behaving crazy telling that I will receive the call by tomorrow only. Why should wait for a day with defective product? In received message they mentioned as call time at 10.30AM but I received call at 10.15AM itself I need file legal consumer case against Flipkart ...

                                      ​Spoke to customer, he claims that battery is not working and already he got the T/S and it didn't worked and he looking for replacement. ​Informed customer will replace the product and approved the customer return. Hence closing the case.

                                        ​Spoke to customer, he claims that product is not delivering to given address and product is delivering to his Neighbor and all.​ When checked customer had given wrong pincode and checked in Google and informed customer that you given address for some town and giving pincode of other city. Informed customer that please check your pincode and place order.Hence closing the case.
