What is the exact rate of this item.. Why you adding delivery charges extra or any thing else when it is already written there that delivery is free...       i ordered a Logitech G602 Wireless Wireless Gamin... Qty: 1 Rs. 3339 on 19th jan 2015 and opted for same day delivery by paying 140rs extra via netbanking. however the product was not delivered when i called the customer service (8times) and spoke to the supervisors, asst managers and managers they all committed to different delivery timings. and its been 49 hrs now and the product has not been delivered . tomorrow i wont be in bangalore till 26th and i needed the product at the earliest and the escalation dept cancelled my order without my concern and reordered and are now telling me the product wont be delivered by 10 am. what am i suppose to do?

            I am writing to express my shock at the pathetic customer service regarding return request for Lenovo Yoga Tablet (Order ID: OD[protected]. I had requested a return of the above said item 6 days back (one day after delivery) due to quality issues. Subsequently, I got two calls from their customer service team and wasn't able to attend the calls work related conflicts. Third time, I only got a message that you guys tried contacting me and not any call. What was shocking was that there is no way for me to call Flipkart back to discuss about the issue. I just got an email three days back that my request has been rejected. There was not a single line of explanation given. I sent an email to their resolution team and haven’t gotten a response in the last 4 days. I raised another ticket for which I received a call yesterday. I was told that it is being escalated to the concerned department and I should be getting a call to resolve the issue. Nobody has cared to call me so far. It has been 6 days since I raised the first issue. I hope there is someone to care about customers at Flipkart. I would like a refund for the order I placed. All in all a pathetic customer service from Flipkart. I have been a customer of Flipkart for 5 years and I don’t think I am ever going to purchase anything from Flipkart again.

            Spoke to customer and apologized for the inconvenience and initiated return and refund as per customer request and hence closing the case with customer's permission.
            Same thing happened to me. I ordered DELL VOSTRO Laptop and the OS crashed during setup. I complained, but yet to get a chance to talk to the back end guys. It is being 3 days, since I lodged the complain.

              This is with reference to order ID – OD[protected] [Philips GoGear Tapp 8 GB MP4 Player]. I was delivered the product today (20/Jan/2015) and am extremely disappointed with its quality. For an MP4 player priced at Rs. 6, 150/- what I am offered is - pathetic sound quality, below average resolution for videos, non-responsive touch panels and highly inefficient supportive accessories (data cable, charger and headphones). As per the product description, I was also supposed to receive a 2GB memory card which was missing from the package altogether. No sane customer would have ever agreed to that bargain and hence, I immediately called up the customer care department to get the product exchanged but then I was told that since the delivered product has only ‘Replacement Guarantee’, it can only be ‘replaced’ and not ‘exchanged’. Now for an amateur online shopper like me, the terms need to be clear enough on site such as – ‘No Exchange/Only Replacement’ to keep the customer informed of what he/she is getting into. Moreover, a company in shopping business is not expected to be that rigid with the return and exchange policies. All the major e-commerce sites across the board allow much more customer friendly procedures for such cases. Anyhow, keeping faith in Flipkart’s customer friendly ethics I would like to request to either refund my money or if not possible, then at least allow me to get this shoddy product exchanged for something of the same or higher value. Request you to look into the matter ASAP.

Informed customer to wait 24 Hrs to change the status from shipped to delivered and then we will create replacement for one qty and customer agreed. Once status is changed in FLO creating replacement for 1 qty.

On 17th delivery boy updated a wrong status that i was not in office. He didn't call me anyway. On 19th you guys updated that Wrong pin was mentioned. you took item from Noida to Greater noida. Always asking for 72 hours. Please give number of delivery boy . It is worst delivery service I have ever met with. I will post this on Complaint forum as well as in social media and Flipkart also.                           This is Camelia.I have been purchasing from Flipkart. .This is the 2nd time I am facing this issue..I have placed an order for Dell bagpack..the condition of the bag is pathetic. .original price is 2000 rs. I wonder who will buy this pproduct for 200 rs..Dell logo is duplicate..its too small compared to what was displayed on portal..i am trying to return this order and get the money credited to my flipkart account. I will purchase some other product with those points from Flipkart. But it seems Flipkart wants to get rid of this product as well.. tried booking a return order..instead it is redirecting to replacement..                             I had ordered a Park Avenue Men's Shirt, however a different product was delivered. Upon filing for return of the product and requesting for delivery of the original product, Flipkart said that the product is permanently discontinued overnight. So, I sought the entire amount as refund, however, Flipkart said that they cannot provide the same and would only refund the discounted amount. Its been over a month now that Flipkart has not provided refund and/or delivered the product. Flipkart has not replied to the legal notice sent through advocate. I am extremely disappointed by the after sales service of Flipkart and would everyone not to buy anything from Flipkart as they dont live upto the expectation and are cheating common people.                               Sir I am facing many problem with flipkart. I was ordered a Onida 24 inches television but due to manuacturing fault I have returned the television (default conirm by the Onida mechanics). I talk with the flipkart customer care and they told me that the amount credit in my wallet account but not returned.after that I have ordered a redmi note but due scratches in the product returned and not avaliable today and then I ordred Asus engine 5 but I purchased the mobile rs10000 and with in two daYsThe price of the mobile vary. Before two days i was facing problem in my mobile so i call to cc then I ask to cc for price they told me that you can't helpme.                                 In my wallet there was a total of 11249/- but on 12th january to my surprise my wallet was showing zero balance and when contacted the ccare they said that the amount is being reverted back to my card and will reflect in 5 working days in my bank account but today when i contacted bank they said no transaction is pending after that again i called ccare they are unable to give any resolution and extending the dates what happen to my refund money can you provide any update on that.

                                    I had placed order for Nokia Lumai 730 on 13 Jan 15 and received it on 15 Jan 15. Within using for 20 mins i realised there is some issue with battery, it gets heated up significantly. So i raised a return request on 16th Jan 15, which was declined advising me to do some trouble shooting tips. In spite of performing the trouble shooting tasks, still the problem with Battery exist. It is getting heated up. I raised another return request which was declined immediately, without calling or knowing my concern. This is indeed very disgusting from a customer perspective that after spending 13000 Rs i am getting defective product and company is not ready to replace it. Please let me know escalation matrix to get this issue highlighted to Flipkart Management. and replace my product immediately.

                                      I had a bought aFlipkart where was offered 1000 rs EGV voucher with this product . When i called to customer service they told me it will be delivered after 40 days but after 20 days i got a voucher of 500 rs when i called to customer service they took a complaint and keep going on but no body bother to reply on my mail and customer service is keep disconnecting the call. When i asked them to take the product and refund my money still no body taking the responsibility . Whirlpool microwave from Flipkart where was offered

                                        I have ordered Asus Zenfone 5 & Amzer Back Cover for Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG..Order ID OD[protected] & OD[protected] respectively. While placing the order I was talking to the customer care executive of flipkart and at the time of making the paymnet, I deliberately asked him my concern which was - I am not seeing discount amount in the final cart..He said no worries, just make the payment and I will recieve 10% of the discount amount as a cashback in my account. I mentioned that I am doing net banking he said, go ahead and I willl recieve the discount amount back in my account..but as the offer is not valid on net banking I did not recieve 10% discount. Now I request flipkart to refund my 10% of the amount as I have made the paymnet after FLIPKART CONFIRMED THAT I CAN MAKE THE PAYMENT VIA NET BANKING AND THEN ALSO OFFER REMAINS THE SAME. But they are not refunding the amount and they are trying to convince me that I should cancel my current order and place a new one.
