This month of 5th I ordered one Havel's 500W mixer grinder, received as usual schedule, but item is not a quality one. Coz to much sound in both jar's, and main unit also. I found return option, tryied to send return, but flipkart policy not accepted return, they do only exchange of the same product, I escalate to customer care team, but they not help, useless non worthy product they sold, if not satisfaction there is no return policy, same unit they re send, there is no genuine, and not a transparency in return policy.

Kindly do the need full, any way I don't that product, same platform I brought some other company. Kindly take my complaint..

    I ordered a phone on flipkart on 24th September 2022 but till date 11th October the product is not delivered to me. It is a prepaid order and i needed phone on urgent basis but till date no attempt has been made to deliver the product to me. Even the product reached to my nearest hub on 3rd October but from that day the promise date keeps on changing . Harassed and Frustrated by the service from flipkart.
    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I ordered a mobile phone on flipkart on 24th September 2022 and it was promised by Flipkart that the product will be delivered on 2nd October but till today i.e 11th October 2022 the product has not been delivered. The product reached in nearest hub to my home on 3rd October but from that day the promise date has been changed 5 times and the Flipkart has not even tried to deliver the product.
      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I bought a refrigerator from Flipkart. After delivery i check the serial number on invoice and the product sticker both are different invoice has only 14 digit while product has 15. Please fix it flipkart

          I ordered a Crucial 32GB laptop RAM from flipkart and got the package delivered on 6th oct 2022, when I opened my package I was shocked to see there was no RAM inside and just a piece of cardboard wrapped in bubble wrap, I immediately called the customer care and informed details about the missing RAM in the package and they promised the issue will be investigated and resolved by oct 18, but what happened was I gave the details flipkart customer care team requested by mail but the next day I received a message that the issue resolved and return rejected, I in first place did not request a return. so immediately I called the customer support again and once again informed in details about what I am going through, he promised I will get a refund but the same process repeated as before, I was very concerned about my money I paid up front but was fraudulently sent package with no product and for the 3rd time I called and informed the customer care about the issue and they raised a refund request and now Flipkart decided to block my account, now I can't access my account, is this how a company like flipkart treats a loyal customer, I lost my money peace of mind and instead of solving my issue flipkart just blocked my account. I need a proper solution to my problem

            I purchased 3-4 products from filpkart by using Flipkart pay later option. And i paid the due amount of Rupees 2799 as on 06th October 2022. But Flipkart is not updating my bill and they are continuously sending messages and calls to pay the due amount.

              I purchased the product on September 27th 2022 and received it on 28th September evening. On September 29th, I charged 100% and used my laptop. Really shocked battery drained 70% within 45 minutes but in specifications it mentioned battery backup is 10 hours per charge. This laptop is really un-worth for the money which I have spent. I have used Flipkart pay later and converted into emi.

              I have shared video proof of draining the battery. Within 30 seconds 1 percent had decreased.. I didn't even use any apps or watch videos. Very worst!!!

              Called, Flipkart spoke with representatives and they troubleshoot the laptop on call itself, after it was done they couldn't put a request to return the product or even I was unable to put a request to return the product facing an issue like oops!!some error occurred. Please try again later.

              Representative told me to wait upto October 2nd for a resolution. Once again I reminded flipkart, I have purchased the product through pay later and converted into emi. If the issue is not resolved within Oct 2 and the product is not returned. I will not pay the first emi on October 5th for this defective product.

              After October 2nd no response from Flipkart, I have tried to reach Flipkart many times and even tried to put a return Request in to Flipkart before October 5 but it still shows as error message.

              Even tried sending an email enquiry but received a response stating "Tried to call customer but no response and will call back within 24 hours".

              Really I didn't receive any call from Flipkart.

              After October 5th, they called and said the return policy is over for this product. I have shouted at them and transferred the call to a superior person in Flipkart. Their superior response suggested that I wait until 48 hours to return the product.

              Still no one came to return the product. I am fed up calling Flipkart daily and telling different representatives about the same issues.

              This is really not acceptable. Giving defect product to customer is really bad and even I called today to customer service but no response as they are saying return period is over and suggested me to wait 24 hrs to get call from concern team.

              I have shared video proof of reducing charge as well as an error message while trying to put a return request in the app. I have tried my best in all levels. But still no response.

              I'm just saying to all customers, don't trust Flipkart, I have purchased during a big billion day!!.. As they are giving defective products with very discounted prices. We are not fools to get defective products.

              I am requesting Flipkart to return the product and return money back to my Flipkart pay later.

              Note: I won’t pay my due this month and I can’t pay for defective products.

Payment k liye maine flipkart pay later use kiya tha how am I supposed to pay the amount without any purchase or received items I have all the proves picture msg and notifications also give me my refund and take that wrong products back

                If you have so many complaints about returns then mention it everywhere

                  As seller keep on postponing the delivery i called Flipkart customer care for cancellation, as I don't have option to cancel from application side, after updating as cancelled from customer care on same night it was marked as delivered. Bcoz of this my prepaid amount got struck not getting my refund. Customer care guys keep on closing my issue without giving any resolution.

                      I have exchanged my realme 3 mobile with Samsung galaxy F13 and also paid 8728 rupees with mobile but in box I gotten bricks Inside box with mi old box, now company asking me for adharcard or voter Id card for refund, please support

                        My order is not delivered by flipkart
                        22sap22 i am ordering on flipkart and my delivery date is 3ed oct 22 but today 10oct22
                        But my order not delivered by flipkart no one can help me flipkart support customer service no help me no one knows about my order where is it so many times i call flipkart but no one help i m so stressful so plz help

                          I have ordered on flipkart on 22 sap 22 and delivery date is 3 oct 22 but flipkart not delivered my order today 10 oct 22 but no one can respond me on flipkart suport customer service no one know were is my ordar i allready pay for my order but flipkart not delivered my order I never expect flipkart do this and theare is no cancel option Flipkart says u are not elegable for this ordar .

                            my Flipkart account has been blocked. I have reached your customer service but there is no response from your side. its been 3 months i am trying to reach you.

                              Flipkart cancel my order without my knowledge, actual my delivery date is 10 oct 2022, but he called me on 7 oct 2022 for delivery but that time i had unable to pick up the product due to am at out of the station and i had request many time with customer care for provide the delivery person mobile number but they didn't provide me.and i got the information that he send the material through ECOM EXPRESS-[protected]
                              but this phone number pick up by lady who denied that she is not belong from ECOM Express.
                              and when i called with flipkart customer care then he said to replace the new order but the price of product increase by Rs. 1000 so how could i will by the same product higher the previous price.

                              So i want my product to delivery in my address.

                                Hi,

                                I've ordered Order ID: OD[protected]Product: Flipkart Perfect Homes Studio XXXL Classic Black with Pink Piping Teardrop Bean Bag With Bean Filling)
                                On Flipkart.com on 25th Sep 2022. During the payment, they mentioned the shipment will be on 3rd Oct 2022. But on 3rd Oct, Flipkart update the date of delivery to 10th Oct 2022 and On 10th Oct 2022, Flipkart again updates the date of delivery to 17th Oct 2022.
                                I tried to contact Flipkart support but they are just saying your concerns are raised only, Not doing anything else.
                                Really I was so frustrated with their service and customer care.

                                Please help me with the above mention issue.
                                Flipkart provides very worst services and customer care.

                                  On 6th October I have paid my Flipkart pay later bill of Rs 378 through Google pay service. In my Google pay page it shows that the payment is done already but in Flipkart page it shows there is no payment done of this amount. And I have to pay again of Rs. 378.
                                  I don't know where does the payment goes. But I want either refund me the amount or send it to them so that payment done can reflect on the page. And my transection IDs are attached below.

                                    I had placed a grocery order last month and cleared the bills of the same on 5th October..
                                    But in that particular grocery order I didn't receive an item and another product received was a wrong item.
                                    So I placed a return request and in the app it's showing that a refund was done for the missing item but the refund is going to Flipkart pay later not in my bank account.
                                    Why should this happen when I had cleared my bills already?
                                    I need the refund to be done in my bank account ASAP
                                    Otherwise what's the point of showing off a refund when I am actually not getting my refund!

                                        Hello Team,

                                        I have Purchased a Panasonic 1.5 Ton AC in flipkart with Order ID: OD[protected] on 23rd September. Its was expected to be delivered by 29th September. Since its not shipped still now. I contacted customer support from past 10 days continuously, Everytime i contacted they are saying it will be resolved by 24 to 48hrs but they are not able to resolve the issue. They are not giving proper answer/information about the delay in shipping. They are saying "due to unforeseen issues order was delayed". Today also i called to customer support team they are disconnecting the call after telling the issue.

                                        Could you please take serious action on it and help me to ship the product as soon as possible please.

                                        Flipkart seller cancelled my order just now. I got good discount on big billion days. How come they cancelled my order. Then my question to Flipkart is why I waited for those days and what I got in retun of that. Why offer is provided to us if they cancelled the product at the end. Now that product price has increased also. Very worst service, didn't expected they cancelled the order. I think Flipkart has to stop giving false offers.

                                        From this forum i request you to take some action.
