I ordered realme 100.3cm smart android tv (Order ID - OD[protected] during the Big billion-day sale but it is not working properly. It is unable to load the USB properly. For some USBs, it shows it is corrupted (but that USBs works properly on other devices) and for other, it loads USB but playing video from that freezes the whole tv, and even the remote stops working. The only way I can unfreeze it is by disconnecting the power supply.
I had requested a replacement from the Flipkart app.
First, they called me to discuss the issue and then a technician visited and checked the issue after checking for an hour he said that there is an issue and I will submit the report and it will get replaced and in the Flipkart app also it was showing that the replacement tv will arrive on 14 Oct but then after 2 days they canceled my replacement request stating that "hope our technician has resolved your issue".
As the replacement period was not over, i created another replacement request and as a part of the replacement process, your executive calls me but either not speaking a word or putting my call on hold for 10-15 minutes and then disconnects the call and gives me another call slot.
I don't know what to do here, it seems like they do not want to process my request and will cancel my request in near future blaming me for not responding and as the replacement period is over i will not be able to request replacement again will be stuck with this faulty product.
Hope you will look into this and get it resolved.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
