On 27th September I have ordered few items amount of Rs. 6624/- availing 8% discount on Flipkart axis Bank credit card for min 5000/- order value. Order ID-- OD[protected]. All items were delivered in schedule time except one, “STANLEY SDH600KP-IN DIY 13 mm Hammer Drill Machine and Power & Hand Tool Kit”. 1st the delivery date was 6th oct, it failed and shipping not done yet. Then it was changed to 13th oct, which also failed even shipping was not done that time. I called customer care, they told item will surely be delivered by 20th oct. But the date passed this time also. Item not shipped till date. Neither Flipkart delivered item nor cancelled it and refund the amount without disqualifiing card offer, if I myself cancel it they will disqualify bank offer. Please arrange to refund amount keeping offer for other items.

Order cancelled on 29th Oct after rigorous and several phone call with customer care but refund not received yet. Worst customer service. Be careful from Flipkart.

    I had returned 2 different products and was waiting for the refund..
    Flipkart is not amswering my query and not providing ref number too
    I have bank details which clearly shows that i havent recieved refund
    I have been sending them the bank details too
    Each and every time they are fooling us
    They are looting customers these days
    They dont even provide refund reference number these days
    I will also file a petition against them for looting my money and cheating us

      I make an order in 30 th September 2022 and they promise me to deliver it on 12 the of October which not delivered yet and they again again forcing me to cancel the order and place the order again which have a high value now by 600 rs and they are compensating me only 50 rs

        Kindly refer to the above;
        I have sold back my phone to Flipkart on their Sell-Back policy on 24.09.2022. They have took the phone on 28.09.2022 but till now they have not send me the sellback voucher which is of 2500.

        The company sends a box with just a card but no voucher to be redeemed.

        Upon complaining them they claims that they have delivered the voucher.

        I have complained them several times but there has been no resolution from the company's side. Their helpline are not cooperating with me and delaying the matter day after day so i had to complain it here finally.

        Looking forward for a resolution as soon as possible and a compensation for my time loss and harassment.

          1. I ordered Kadai, but after 20 days it's Cancelled, no apology letter from Flipkart. No cutesy call.

            I ordered 4 Kiddie Castle Teddy Bear Size 3 Feet - 36 inch.
            I ordered 4 Teddy Bear as Separate Orders.
            I got 2 Teddy Bear on 16 th oct. But Flipkart website said they delivered 3 Teddy Bear. But we received only 2 Bears. And Flipkart said the 4th Teddy Bear was delayed.
            I reported the issue on 16 th Oct only saying that I got only 2 Teady Bears not three.
            I can past the chat history. I did not get any help. I got call back on 24 th oct. Saying the return policy time is completed so I can not help.

            And more over the delivery boy is saying you may receive it in another parcel which may get delayed.

            When I asked for help regarding they are saying time past 7 days period they can not help.

              I orderd fossile watch on dated 12/10/2022 but still my product not even ship and not even dispatch seriosly disgusting delivery please figure it out and refund my payment as soon as possible i cancled my order but also not canceled and not even refund my payment kindly cancel and refund the same on urgent baisis

              Not even gave correct answer on customer care number why this is how flipkart should behave??

                Flipkart Paylater options not working it's showing something went wrong error is came October 1st to Till date.due date is October 5th so i have paid in idfc bank app on 4th October but both organisation was not updated Amount their side.I have confirmed payment was successful in Bank side.So many calls and so mails sent to both organisation but company nothing updated.2 days once i spoken with Flipkart care everyone told please wait for 24hours no one solved my queries.Please find the issues

                  Dear Sir, I purchased i refrigerator from Flipkart during Big Billion Days offer on[protected], 10:38 AM, (Order ID OD[protected] and received the product at my home on 03.10.2022. Unboxing done by delivery persons, i found dent on the body of fridge. ( Video was recorded during unboxing). So immediately i lodge a complain for replacement, Flipkart lodged my complain for replacement and gave me time to resolve by 7th Oct. but on 7th they again extended the resoling time to 10th October. and on 10th Oct they rejected my complain stating there is no dent on the body. So I again asked flipkart to reopen the case, Then I re-uploaded the video and photos in which damage was reflecting clearly accordingly they gave me deadline time to resolve the isse by 13th October. and on 13th October they extended their deadline time to 17th October, but again on 17th Oct without resolving the issue, They cancelled my lodged complain. 3rd time i lodge again to replacement they gave me time to resolve the issue by 22nd Oct, and then seller accepted for replacement, and one representative came at home for inspection on 22nd Oct, He said that there is damage on the body so i will not take it back, We said dear there is damage on the body that's the reason i asked to replaced. He denied to take the product and leave my home without taking the product. Again I called to Flipkart 22nd Oct, it was 4th time when i lodge the same complain and again they gave me time to resolve the issue by 24th Oct. but now there is update on my flipkart account that your complain is put on hold and to be resolved by 26th October. Every time they are giving me some deadline and extending the deadline time then closing the issue. Dear Sir, Screen shots of all the above is attached herewith for your reference and necessary action. kindly resolve the issue soon sir.

                    Thanks to the flipkart team and their customer support for giving me the diwali gift which was ordered in 30th September and was to be delivered on 20th october but still not delivered .Still waiting for a miracle that will cause happens my order to be delivered to me by this year.

                      Ordered Boat airpodes got delivery of it in properly sealed box. when i opened the box there was no boat airpodes inside only usb cable and papers.
                      so i tried reaching Flipkart customer service they were unable to give me a proper solution. wasting my time . The boat airpodes cost me ₹1500 . As i can see Flipkart doesn't care about its customers.

                            Actually last week my flipkart account was logged out from my device. I thought that it will due to some application update or something and forgot to login on that day.. Today I tried to login, then on the login page it showed to reactivate my account..at that time also I didn't understand what was happened.. After login back, I went to the orders section and I was shocked that something has ordered and delivered on a different address that I didn't know, also I realised that the culprit was purchased that using my whole supercoins...what was happened to my account..someone hacked!
                            PLEASE HELP ME.

                              I order 4 pair of shoes from flipkart and due to comfort and fitting issue I put a return request but the seller rejected my request saying I should have put the request in 48 hours of delivery. I didn't even opened the parcel for 3 days. After that I tried the shoes and I submitted return request for all my shoes. 2 were approved and picked up. 2 we're rejected. If you want us to put return request in 48 hours then why do you put 10 day return policy. And now after submitting my return request again they are asking for my aadhar card or other ID which they will verify from 3rd party. Seriously? My pay later is already KYC verified then why do you need another form of ID?

                                  I ordered Samsung F23 5g mobile phone on 5th Oct 2022 which was to be delivered on 18th October. I received otp msg on 18th morning informing me my order was out for delivery. Well, after waiting till 4 pm i called the delivery agent asking for my order. He kept on saying 10min more.. he came 7.30Pm... more than 3hrs later. As soon as he came he asked for phone i was exchanging. He did not evn check it properly and asked for charger and box. I asked him wait for 5min as i had forgotten to take out the box..he did not wait and very rudely said he didn't have time and i should call him back. I repeatedly asked him to wait as it was mentioned that phone exchage would take 25-30minutes. But he very obnoxiously told me to call him when everything was ready and left. I called just after 10mins but he switched off his phone. Then my delivery date was postponed to 22ndOct.. again waited whole day.. the delivery agent was in my locality delivering other orders but my order was not delivered though i got the OTP msg that same morning. Same thing happened on 23rd Oct.. and i still haven't received my phone. I am just angry and frustrated and very much disappointed. That delivery agent is nightmare for customers as he was not only extremely unprofessional and obnoxious but was so rude to my elderly father who was there with me. Flipkart should take some strict measures againt such issues because not only is this first time happening nor am i the only customer its happening to. Flipkart should learn from other online delivery services. It never happens with Amazon or Myntra.

                                    please help me out . i ordered two oppo k10 phones one on 16th oct and the other on 22nd oct . i have put all the correct details in it except the pincode. It was 700054, i mistook it and entered 700053. I have checked the Google about this pin code . this is about 16 kms from my actual pincode and the nearest hub between these two codes is 6.5 kms . it is my request kindly help me receive my order as those are very important to me. If you require me to receive the product from the hub I will be available to go there. I request you kindly try not to cancel my order as those are very important for me

                                      Flipkart has not been delivering my products nor they are resolving my concern.

                                      It's been more than weeks now no one from Flipkart is calling me to resolve the reported issues.

                                      I have logged multiple incidents. They are simply extending the resoltution date from 18th Oct to 27th Oct now.

                                      I demand a compemsation now for the same.

                                        It supposed to delivered on 22/10/2022 but not yet delivered. But when I am tracking the shipment, it is showing its delivered!!! How it comes shows delivered while it is not delivered at all.
