Vide order id OD[protected] dated 05.10.2022, i had ordered for a ZOOOK bluetooth party speaker through FLIPKART.com, the same was delivered to me on 10.10.2022. On opening the parcel box, i found that the inner brand box along-with seal was damaged and the product i.e. the speaker inside was an old and damaged one. The brand box seal was tampered and after tampering it was manually affixed with cello tape and a fake sticker (clearly visible and shared with flipkart ) was affixed.
There were multiple physical damages on the speaker.
I immediately raised a complaint at flipkart through complaint no.[protected] and[protected], shared the relevant pictures and requested for replacement. I even spoke with the customer support team at flipkart, although the customer care executives were agreeing that it is a clear case of replacement. But yet each time Flipkart team is rejecting my return stating that since the outer box was intact return is rejected.
Actions and statements from flipkart means that if the outer box is intact, then the seller may send any damaged product or anything and customer shall not have any opinion or right to claim in it.
In each complain it was assured that flipkart team will communicate with me for analyzing the situation and will update with the process but flipkart never made any call or e-mail to me in this regard.
Such negligence from Flipkart.com is harassing the consumer unduly.
I think that executives of flipkart are involved in these acts and flipkart team is not ready to accept the mistake of their team.
Kindly take strong and strict actions in this regard to prevent such fraud practices.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
