Flipkart blocked my account and gave the reason that i have returned higher number of products. But this is a fake reason. I am a regular customer and i do not return products without a proper reason.

They blocked my account just after i reported about a missing item in my last order. Instead of resolving my issue they blocked my account.

I am an old shopper of flipkart. I do share my product review in order to help other users, i have shopped many products like washing machine, fridge, TV, home theater, UPS, many mobile sets, grocery and many more products. What ever its there in my house all i have purchased on flipkart only and Returned very less products.

And i need invoices for my warranty products. But they are saying they couldn't able access my account. I don't know what to do only. At least i need all of my warranty product invoices. That's it.

P. S i do not wish to open a fresh account with them.

    Shoppax's eye mask was ordered on Flipkart, but I requested it be returned due to quality issues. A message about a damaged product arrived from Flipkart, but no one picked it up. The tracking ID is FMPR[protected]. I want my money return from flipkart. Today I received two messages which are mentioned below.

    first message today 14:22
    Out for Pickup: shoppax Sleeping Mask Eye S... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com, will be picked up before 9pm today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 248). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.

    second message today 20:28
    Pickup Rejected (damaged product): Pickup of shoppax Sleeping Mask Eye S... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com has been rejected. Contact flipkart.com CS for further assistance. Click to give feedback: http://fkrt.it/pKgOmruuuN Ekart

        @Flipkart fraud. I have baught ten piece of langot but recieved only 6 langot. I want to return it but its showing no return policy. Langot material and quality is very bad. I am very disappointed by the service of @Flipkart. I will post this fraud on all social media platform.

            And he disconnected .

            I called back but no reply .
            I received a message saying delivery attempted but failed .

            This is mental harrasment and wasting my time . please take strict action against this company and its courier partner company - ekart .

                Respect Sir,
                My name is Varun Chouhan and I work as a Development Officer at LIC of India. I am a resident of Gurdaspur City of Punjab District.

                I want to bring to your notice that, I have had an account with Flipkart, an e-commerce company, for a very long which I sometimes use to buy items online.

                Like every year, this year also ie in 2022 Flipkart has held Big Billion and Diwali sales. As I am about to get married in the next couple of months, I made some purchases during these sale days between[protected] to[protected]

                The Statistics of my purchases are as follows
                in total, I have bought 44 items
                out of which I have returned 14 items, the reasons were either the product was damaged or they had sent the wrong product or a completely different product or in some cases, some of the items were missing and in some cases, the product didn't suit me so I returned.

                Of these 44 Items, I also bought a Fasttrack Watch on 30/09/2022 which I have not received to date but on 8th Oct 2022 in my account, the status was shown as delivered. Then I called Flipkart customer care and told them my issue to this they said my issue will be resolved by 13th Oct 2022. But again till 13th Oct, I haven't received my watch and they extended the time till 18th Oct 2022 to resolve the issue.

                In addition to this on 14th Oct 2022, Flipkart blocked my account without any prior intimation and without any reason. I have called Flipkart customer care 3 times but they have not given me any reason nor they have provided any explanation for why my account has been blocked. All they are saying is our blackened team has blocked your account and you will get a call from the backend team by 17th Oct 2022, but I haven't received any callback yet.

                Sir, one thing to notice here is that all my orders are prepaid and I have not made a single purchase for cash on delivery. It means Flipkart is already having my money in advance. Also, Flipkart is blocking the account without any verification and proper analysis

                of these 44 orders, I have also cancelled 3 orders at midnight of[protected] because I got scared of their behaviour.

                when I researched online I found that Flipkart blocks the account of customers if they make high returns, But sir what is high return is purely subjective. I have purchased 44 items and returned only 14 items. moreover as per their policy customer has a right to return the product.
                And I have returned it because of the reasons mentioned above.

                Moreover, the delivery guy picks up the return only after proper due diligence.

                Sir this method of Flipkart is not legal and ethical they are exploiting their powers and making the customers buy things forcefully which is not correct even as per the Indian Contract Act 1872.
                the contract is invalid if it has any of the following Coercion, Undue Influence, Misrepresentation and Fraud

                they are forcefully blocking the customers to exercise their rights which are written in their policies only and they are doing it with n number of customers most of which are poor and uneducated and cannot raise their voices.

                so, I am requesting you with my folded hands kindly look into this and do justice and stop the unlawful activities of Flipkart.

                  On 1st Oct, 2022 I placed an order of sunglass at flipkart order Id: OD[protected].
                  I already paid for the order via googlepay but still on 6th October 2022 the delivery boy delivered the product to my home and asked for cash Rs. 220 for the order which my parents eventually paid.
                  I lodged complaint on flipkart regarding this and they assured that within 8 working days I will receive the refund, but still after 10 days there is no refund.
                  Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Still no resolve from flipkart end. They are denying that cash has been paid to them.

                          I ordered Redmi 10 prime amount of 11325 I paid whole amount Without any doubt also I have checked times of delivery packages was intact sealed condition.

                          While I opened I found there are mobile missing dispatch cookies small packages instead of mobile. I have already captured unboxing footages.
                          I contacted flipkart customer support regarding this they created return request after that a mam called me from concern team and said wait 24 hours refund will be happening.

                          But after sometime I got refund rejected mail. They rejecting my refund request again and again without my permission I have sufficient proof .

                          I recently raised new return request return id -[protected]

                          Please do take immediate action on it and refunded my money.

                            i received defective refrigerator--facing (door lock issue)

                            this item got delivered to me on 9th Oct

                            on 10th Oct mrng i placed return request which got cancelled automatically by your end on 13th oct
                            then again i raised replacement request. after 2 days later Technician visited my home (he was UNPROFESSIONAL and rude-- Mr Shafique Khan)
                            he gave false statement in system commenting that CUSTOMER is happy in order to resolve this issue

                            but i was never happy neither i said to close or cancel it. but i dunno why.. once technician left from home right on the very next day Replacement got cancelled (without my concern)
                            then again yesterday i requested for replacement
                            and today again they cancelled my replacement without intimating me?

                            since from last 10th Oct Im not getting any help from flipkart. Its like im Trapp and my 18500 amount got wasted?

                            im confuse.
                            pls help
                            i received defective product and their is no solution from your side

                            what to do now?

                              Ordered Oneplus Nord CE 2 Lite Amount Of 20026 Yesterday they comes to deliver my orders i have paid full amount without any doubt. While i opend percel i found there are no mobile, there inserted Loreal Hair Syrum 80gm instead Of Mobile Phone.

                              I raised returned request by calling customers care they raised, After 2 hours raising return a mam from concern team called me and said wait 24 hours we will solve this for you.

                              But after some hours at 10:21pm same days i got return rejection mail reason Courier provider Confirmed product delivered intact conditions.

                              Here is problems, i also ensure that Percel was intact times of delivery, I have recorded Unboxing footage also, also tweet Flipkart support by attaching unboxing footage but still not refunded my money. Pleaee do take legal action on it and refunded my money.

                              Huge loss facing on flipkart purshace Via big billion sales.

                              I raised first day return request but they rejected without any reason.

                              So I have created again return request return id -[protected]

                              Still not refunded my money return is requested stage.

                              Please take immediate action on it and refunded my money.

                                  I have ordered induction cooktop )Order ID - OD[protected]
                                  Pigeon Favourite IC 1800 W Induction Cooktop). It has to be delivered on 9th October. But there isn't any attempt for delivery from 9th October. As I have talked with customer executive they informed me to wait for 13th and promised that it will be delivered within 13th October. I have wasted 3 days as informed by customer executive. And it got cancelled without any information. And application showing I have cancelled the order. If I had to cancel the order I wouldn't call customer support and ask for the updated regularly. As the product is very much important for me because I have ordered this for present as gift.

                                  It's okay sometimes error should happen in delivery partner. But flipkart customer executive asked me to wait for the product and confirmed it will be delivered. If they can't value customer time and solve the issue they what's the purpose of customer help desk. And when I asked about the resolution there is no answer from Flipkart side.Attached the screenshot

                                    I had ordered Apple Pencil stylus 1 st generation for I pad on 26 sep 2022, I received order on 4 oct at my address, when I received it I found that the box in which apple products come, whose seal was broken and the box was empty, there was no Pencil stylus in it.
                                    When I tried to write and upload pictures to flipkart on its website it was showing error and I couldn’t file the complaint, again on oct 14 2022, I tried to call customer care but they denied my request saying that you are not eligible for refund or any other replacement.
                                    When I told them to connect me with their senior assistant they kept me on hold, again I tried they said their senior executives will call me within 24 hours, but I have not received any calls yet.
                                    I had paid Rs 6528 for Apple Pencil and Rs. 820 for its extended warranty.
                                    Therefore I request them to either refund my money back which I paid for the product or deliver me the new apple Pencil stylus 1st generation.
                                    I am genuine customer or flipkart, i hardly file return for any product.

                                        My flipkart order is delayed long.I had ordered LION SAFFRON Pure Grade A++ Premium Kashmiri Kesar Saffron for Pregnant women on 08th Oct 2022 and delivery date was 15th Oct 2022, but till date the product hasn't reached the nearest hub yet.as a disgruntled customer I want compensation for untimely delivery...now expected date has changed to Oct 20 2022...my order is getting too late. I am very disappointed and frustrated.
                                        There is no prior intimation or call from flipcart side, even though I have requested so many times in customer chat. Order delivery date is changed to after 7 PM, this is not acceptable.
