I have not received refund for a mattress order cancelled on 14 oct amount 12726 inr but the flipkart order page says refund completed. I have called flipkart customer care twice and waited till today 20 oct for refund to be processed. However amount not reflecting in my bank.

I've been waiting since 23rd September for this item to be delivered, however it missed first expected delivery date which was 7th Oct, then it missed 13th October which was second expected delivery date, now I was told to wait as there was a pending resolution on the ticket which was raised but I've had no updates on that, i want my order to be delivered, EVEN THE TRACKING NUMBER IS INCORRECT.

I ordered a wakefit orthopaedic mattress from Flipkart Order ID - OD[protected] on 21st September 2022 and got delivered on 29 September 2022.
The product was not helping me in alleviating the back pain and i had asked for return of the product to be pickedup within 3 days.
I had asked for return request for pickup and for refund amount of Rs 7619.
They have acknowledged the issue and they promised to take back the mattress on 6th October 2022.
It's not happening in spite of repeated phone calls, email so far and they have not picked up the mattress and also delaying the refund.

I orderd fossile watch on dated 12/10/2022 but still my product not even ship and not even dispatch seriosly disgusting delivery please figure it out and refund my payment as soon as possible i cancled my order but also not canceled and not even refund my payment kindly cancel and refund the same on urgent baisis
Not even gave correct answer on customer care number why this is how flipkart should behave??

5 times return create but no one come for pickup pickup automatically cancelled by seller

My flipkart account was blocked by flipkart team on[protected], while i have requesting for refund, recently i have ordered a earpoads and item was missed from packege then i have request to refund money while requesting flipkart team blocked me...

I had placed an order (order no : OD[protected] for TV unit on flipkart.
As mentioned in the delivery conditions, product was expected to be delivered by 16th of October (Sunday) and installation was supposed to be done by 17th October-2022 (Monday).
Furniture was delivered on time but installation has not been done yet, Received Technician detail message on 17th morning but didn't get any call from him. I tried reaching him out multiple times, He used to disconnect everytime I call.

Tried reaching Flipkart Support, Sadly none of thier telecalling executives responding to this.
Very Disgusting,
Since I'm a loyal customer of Flipkart, I felt really bad.
Atleast I need a response for delaying of installation, that also I'm not getting.

It's really disappointing to see such a pathetic service from flipkart.

I request to flipkart to take necessary action on this issue.

He has already purchased (Samsung Mobile Rs.36028, Oneplus nord buds Rs.2399, Puma zod runner Rs. 1329). in view above, It is requested to you please solve my issue and refund amount in my account then change my mail id or deactivate my acount for life time. hacker who is he and how can he done this i dont know.

I paid the payment to the bank of filpkart pay later facility and it has not been updated for last a year on filpkart app, bank has closed my loan but it is not updated in Flipkart app and my civil is effecting. i have send all the payment statement and screenshot continually from past one year but there is not proper response from filpkart there are saying 2 days 3 days time for past year

We order prestige rich cooker from 23rd September 2022 on flipkart. Upi paid same date ₹ 1899.00. Delivery except from 27th October 2022. But still product not delivered. So we canceled the order on 8th October 2022. Wait after 24 hours refund not received. Asking flipkart customer care they are saying please wait 17th October 2022 money refund. But today (20th October. 2022) still not received refund. We are asking customer care still not response from any one. So what can i do? Money come or not??

I received a used item. so I created a return request 3 times but they rejected my request all the time and now my return date is passed.

I have ordered 1 Torque Jamestown L Shape RHS 8 seater sofa set with center table on 29th September 2022 and it was expected to be deliver on or before 12th October 2022. I have continuosly tracked my order and it was shipped on 04th October 2022 after that I haven't got any update regarding the location of product. I have waited whole day on 12th October 2022 expecting that my product may be get deliver today but unfortunately this is not happened at night I have seen update on the app that due to some issue my product is not delivered today but it will be delivered on next working day also the app is showing that expected date of delivery is 20th October 2022. From that day to till date 19th I haven't received any update related with my order that where is my order or what is the actual location of that order. I have talked with several agents of flipkart through toll free number and raised many complaints again and again but no one helped me out even though they are also saying that they are not getting any update regarding the location of the product as soon once they receive any update they will intimate me but I think if my order was shipped on 04th Oct 2022 and today is 19th Oct 2022, their is a huge gap between this time I don't think shipping will take this much time to deliver any order within country. I am also asking to cancel my order from flipkart agents but they are saying you can't cancel this order.

I have already made the payment of this product when I ordered the product and I have to the pay the EMI in the first week of next month but if I haven't received my product till date or if I receive after festival diwali then what was the use of that and for what I have to the EMI?

Team, Please help me out in this issue, I haven't faced any issue like this before purchasing but this time I get completely and hardly disappointed.

So please help me out.
