I ordered a smartphone from Flipkart. This became defective within a day and I requested a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the delivery agent denied doorstep service and sent the item back. Then after a lot of phone calls and emails, Flipkart agreed on a refund. This time, the delivery agent denied pickup of the product from my address. Their behaviour is very inappropriate. They are forcing my father to travel 4 km to pickup the product. The order number is OD[protected].

My Flipkart account is blocked

I have ordered gas stove on 23rd September and i got the defective product so I raised return request but my pickup is not done yet and I didn’t get any satisfied reply and its 23 October today one month has passed

Flipkart blocked my account and it was having wallet balance of 1500 gift card + 100 rps

Total :- 1600 rps

Even after calling them multiple times they are not unblocking or refunding the amount

We purchased a 630L Refrigirator from FlipKart sold by seller IWQNBecommerce. After the delivery, LG Support person came to install the product and said that product is faulty and cannot be installed, and asked to get replaced. We have approached FlipKart for replacement/refund. Its been worst time for us dealing with FlipKart in getting the item replaced or refunded. They are simply washing their hands saying Seller is refusing to replace...

The order was picked up from me by 2 days ago but not done on Flipkart return

This order has 3 quantity of the product, i received only 2. On inspecting the flipkart packaging it seems to be tampered with, contacted the delivery person and he also agreed the same. (Attaching the call recording of the same).

Called your customer care twice. They offered a refund of Rs 700, whereas each unit of the product cost Rs 1300 after discount. Deduction of discount on pro rata basis is acceptable but deducting it entirely from the missing product is not acceptable.

Please help me with a refund of the correct amount of Rs 1300 or else please provide me with a replacement product.

You have cancelled this order without our consent. Why?
We have lodged our complaint to you twice categorically elaborating the arrogant and dictatorial attitude of delivery man who asked for payment first and then only he will handover the parcel to us. A big humiliation for customers which cannot be tolerated at all. Are we thieves or robbers who will run away with your parcel?
On our complaint we were assured through you return call that the courier people will be strictly Warned not to be have in this way anymore.
But what you have done you have bowed down before courier people and they have cancelled the order to harrisers and you accepted their cancellation without any action against their such illegal and and unethical cancellation. To
So it means this courier people will do their dadagiri continuously and your helpless before them?

They delivered a mobile with different IMEI number and now I am requesting a replacement but they are not listening. I am ready to file Police complaint as well. Also I am ready to make Cyber Crime complaint as well. But from Flipkart no one is guiding me the next step. Kindly help.

On 7th Oct 2022 my flipkart account was blocked . I don’t know any reasons and I am calling their customer care for every 2 days from 7th Oct 2022 and I am not getting any updates on that.every time they are saying our backend team will contact you within 24 to 48 hours .

Please help resolve my issue.

I had requested a return for a pair of Skechers shoes I ordered on 30th September 2022 & It got delivered to me with 3 to 4 days delivered late than the scheduled delivery date. But anyways It was delivered to me on the 10th October. I didn't like the quality of the shoe but I was busy with something. Then I tried applying for a return & without a reason was rejected twice & then on the 21st the Return period expired.
