Hi, i ordered the football through your website order number is ODA[protected]OYUBW00 thinking that flipkart is the best shopping website to shop online but my mistake that looking at the picture on your website i ordered this football thinking that it will be standard size but i received the small size and i calld ur customer care to return or to exchange that or to replace that whatever is possible. Because that football which i ordered is of no use to me and i just wanted the replacement or exchange with standard size not the moneyback but customer care told me this doesnt come under our policy and i was like shocked to hear this...is this the way you do business and scam people..i feel like i got scammed by you guys and wasted my money shopping on your website. this is the first or second time i shopped on your website i am sure i am not gonna shop anymore on your website and won't suggest my friend either. i want this football to be return or exchange with the standard size or put the money in my flipkart account so that i can order another football, else i will take this case forward on a serious note. And i ordered another football of nivia on 15th september and spent another 500rs and this time i got the defected football and did not get any pin, i am such a big fan of football and i spent my whole day searching for pin at the local shops but couldn't get it anywhere.

    Dear Sir, I am Rk Tripathy for the fast time I was a wish to book something through you. So two weeks before I was booked one GSB 500 RE Smart Kit on the name of Mr.K Srinivas through you. Fortunately the item was delivered on 15.09.2014 at Flat 3/A, Pratap Tower, 7 Extention Road, Sonari, Jamshedpur. Though I was on tour yesterday I opened your carton package. Fast I found, the carton packaging was not proper & the sealed rapper of the box was cut in condition & secondly, I found two important item was in missing; they are one is Adjustable wrench 2nd is Combination plier. So here with I requesting your good self that, kindly have a necessary thoughts about this indiscipline. I don’t know what will be your next steep & your decision about refund my missing items, but I have great hop & confidence that Flipcart like organisation will take a necessary steep about my issue.         Poor return policy They name it Happy Return Policy I ordered the mobile and was not satisfied with it so requested for return. Their reply was that request date is beyond the return period (when i repeatedly told to check they told its in date). Then told to go to service centre.           I purchased the product Redmi (1S MOBILE) All I can say is, this device looks awesome on paper. In reality it is such a disappointment. I am writing this review from the perceptive of a normal user not of a product tester. My only intention is to intimate my findings to prospective buyers hoping that it will be helpful to them. I am using this product for 5 days and it gives me one hell of a headache. If I just use net on this phone for 20 minutes (I mean simple Google surfing, E-paper reading, nothing much) this device (specifically at the portion close to the primary camera and then spreading eventually even to the screen glass) becomes super hot. People, it is not just warm, I say, it becomes a supernova not exploded. When I say hot, just imagine, you can feel the heat on your palm for at least 3 minutes or so after you leave the phone somewhere. Now about the battery, It does mostly drain, yea, if you wonder, it also does the intended work while draining :) But I am so worried that the battery will die soon, I just keep it locked all the time :) What a useful piece. In 10 minutes of minimal use I am sure it will drain at least 2%. I don't want to write much on RAM because I am not an expert on this. But all I can say is, at many instances, apps get closed just like that. With my limited knowledge, I believe, it has something to do with poor RAM management of the device. At last, I really do hope that MIUI will soon release a ROM update which will solve some of these issues. I am even ready to buy a higher capacity battery if Xiaomi offers one at a reasonable price. I would also like to state some positive points about this phone. Despite its weight, this phone does not look cheap at all. The display quality and camera quality is very good for this price. If you by any chance read my review, please do check also with other users on performance of this phone before spending your money. Thanks Purushotham Reddy

              i had orderd for a skullcandy headphones hesh 2 chelseafc edition(order no. OD[protected]), the box was tampered with, the seal was broken, the product was removed by the seller, there were 2 scratches on it, .this is completely none acceptable.

                HI my name is Debakant, I have ordered a TV32 inch..the order ID was (OD[protected], I was promissed that it will be deliver on 20th sep but when I called on 19th sep to know the status of my order.the customer care agent said due to some isssue it can not be deliver on 20th.but what is the reason, ..nothing...and aging when i asked rudely he said yes you will recieve it.but i asked to speak the supervisor, , , he said you will not recieve the order on 20th...thaen why the 1st agent misguide me... flipkart just making customer ful.beaware guys

                I Ranjan Katoch from Baddi H.P had booked one order (OD[protected] from Flipkrat which was be receivced within 4-5 days from time of ordering the material which was yet deliver to the mention address and after discussion with courier service they are saying that material is still lying with Bengaluru Warehouse.
                Hi, I ordered an iPhone 4s which was supposed to be delivered today (23/04/2015) but I did not receive any message or call from Flipkart so I called them to inquire about the same. The first time I called them, I spoke to one of their representatives and she told me that the delivery can be done before 7PM. I asked her to give me a call on an alternate number, but they called on a different number which belongs to my father and asked him to order again and gave him a lucrative deal that we can get a discounted price. At first they should have not called on my father's number, because I have clearly asked the representative to mention in her notes that I want a callback on a DIFFERENT number. Secondly, if Flipkart cannot manage to deliver a product they should not make excuses. I don't want to order again because that phone was for my father, as a gift, on his birthday. After they called my father I called them because I wanted the phone to be delivered today. Then after a lot of conversation the representative told me that the shipment was cancelled by the seller. I checked the details online the product was scanned and sent to gorakhpur hub at 05:40PM 20/04/2015. I asked the representative, if the shipment was cancelled by the seller then what was scanned and shipped to gorakhpur? An empty box? Then after a lot of argument I was told that the shipment was lost in transit. And they cannot send me another one because it is not in stock
                There is one more order which is Moto E 2nd Gen, which was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and when I did not receive any call or message just like today I called Flipkart and again I was told that the package was lost in transit so I will have to order again. One of their representatives called me and said that he will make a replacement request and I will receive it by 27/04/2015, and I know this time again they are going to loose it in transit.
                So now, all I want to know is, is this the way they treat their customers and is this the way they process the orders? Very disappointed by the service. They should not make promises if they can't keep them.

                  I ordered 2 book on 10th sept. One book i collect from the bluedert centre, but when i go to bluedert centre for 2nd book, they told that they will deliver the order, but the other book is still not delivered by bluedert. I have seen the expected date of delivery is 16 th sept, but they are still not delivered. Previous time also they have done so late, they are so lazy, so i want you should take strict action against them. My order no is ODA[protected]TULWY00 . And bluedert way bill no is [protected]. So i want you guys should tell them these things.

                      I have bought my cell phone in first week of June and undoubtedly it is a good cell phone but the problem is that the charger provided with it is not working properly and even earphones and aux port is not working . please do the needfull as the have no other charger to chager my cell phone better and faster . i hope this helps me in a week

                        Hi I have purchased a ASUS mobile on 11 September, 2014 3:36 PM, and it got delivered on 13th September and the battery was dead so it was not switching on so I after some hour it got full charged n got switched on. And after that I realised the microphone is not working properly . That means when I am making a call from that mobile the next person is not able to hear my voice, he only hearing some cracking sound. so immediately I called to the customer care of flipkart and inform them and the guy initiated my complain and gave me one case-id of[protected] and asked me till 16th September i should get a call from flipkart concern dept . But I did not get any call from them till 16th, then i called them on 16th, they told sorry for inconvenient and you should get a call by end of the day. But i didnt get any call from them.And i clicked on the retrurn option or button on 16th, still I didn't get any call from flipkart. then i waited till 18th of september and i called them by 3 o clock and one person (named jessica)picked up that call and she tried to convince me to wait for end of the day n she was raising that issue to concern dept. And she gave me one case-id[protected] and she told me to wait till 7pm, because i asked end of the day means till what time i should wait. And again after some minutes i thought i should ask them any different way is there to make it possible to solve my issue. so i made a call to them again. And this time one guy called shakib picked the call he again told me to wait for end of the day then i asked him tell me the end of the time then he told 9 pm. then i asked her jessica told me 7pm is the last then he told it was a mistake from her end 9pm is the right time.then he told he also escalated it to senior dept so i asked give the new case id then he gave me the case id which one given by Jessica, then i told him i[censored] updated the issue it must create a new case-id but he told no for same issue id remain same and even it was not created by jessica it was created on 16th, on that day i have only called them and asked for why i didnt get any call . then i asked him jessica told me to hold for minute n she only generated this case id, then he told sorry it was again her mistake.then i found something fishy so i asked him to give the phone to his superior staff. then he asked me to wait n hold for one minute. and i waited for some more minutes even n suddenly call got disconnected. Then i felt like looser n again i called that no this time vinod named person picked the call n he told me he only can raise the issue and i have to wait till end of the day. so i asked about that case-id[protected] when it generated he told it generated on today i.e 18th not on 16th as per shakib, and that also by jessica. So in this dynamic way the flipkart customer care people are playing with customer. They can spell untrue information but customer cannot angry.the customer has to speak in a formal way.

                          My Micromax GC666 (Flipkart order no. OD[protected]) was delivered to me on 26th Aug. As the phone was not even powering-up, I called the number provided on the receipt I received with the phone. The person told me that its possible to have 1-2 such pieces out of 1000 & needs replacement. Next day, on 27Aug14, I registered my complaint (tkt no.[protected] & I was told that within 2 days the problem will be resolved. I called on 29th as there are no update by then, & a new complaint no. 22369926 was given to me. 31st being Sunday, I called on 1st Sep & after 30mins of discussion, I was ASSURED by Sanjay Iyyar that by 7th the faulty unit will be replaced. There was no communication till 7th from their side & I called up on 8th & Payal from Flipkart made multiple assurances that by 18th Sep either the faulty unit will be replaced or money will be refunded. Here I am. Only wasted my time in last 25 days without any conclusion & my money is still with Flipkart.

                              Hi Team, In reference to Order Number OD[protected].I ordered one 'Siemens Cordless Gigaset A 490 ' on 20 AUG 2014 for Rs.2000/-. And from the second day the phone stopped working, then i tried to reach the seller(Sound Solutions) many times.But the seller is a fraud, he has given wrong contact details. So, i thought to reach out to the flipkart customer care directly.And believe me...the customer care service is WORST ever i have seen. One lady picked up the call and said me to directly contact to seller, as they have nothing to do with my complain.Then i said the seller contact is nt reachable and it's fake.and guess what she said me"Wait a second madam, let me check the sellar contact in google?!!!". Ahhh...this is the current situation of flipkart, so irresponsible they don't keep contact/track of the seller, they have in their official site. It's really tough for me to deal with the flipkart guys and resolve my issue.

                                I had ordered mot-g on 26th Aug, got delivered on Sep 1st. But the delivery date is mentioned as 30th Aug in the website. This would reduce the warranty period by two days. I have got defective piece with lots of technical flaws and it is from IMEI 3533 series, which was called off by Motorola. Yet flipkart managed to ship defective piece, could be the one returned by other customer. When I have raised return request, I have received e-mail stating to wait for 48hrs. I have not received any communication even after 72hrs. I myself called them up and demanded refund. Flipkart responded me telling, currently the handset is out of stock. I have to ship the defective handset to them and wait for the replacement. The replacement would be shipped to me only when the stock is available. Till then I have to just sit and watch whats happening. I have escalated this. For second time, flipkart played same tactics regarding responding to me. The very next minute after 48hrs, I had received e-mail stating that they would need 2 more days to get back. This is just kill the warranty period. This would happen till last day of the warranty period. So, please don't fall in the trap of flipkart. I would strongly recommend not to buy any product from flipkart.

                                  I had placed an Order on 11th of September 2014 which consist of a Levis Jeans and a Lee trouser respectively. The order didn't get delivered on the supposed date, that is 13th of the same month. I contacted the Flipkart customer care and they assured me that the order will be delivered without fail, in a max of 4 days. After a couple of days I received a mail which mentioned that the order consisting of Levis jeans had been cancelled. I contacted the customer care for the justification of same, and they replied that because of the courier service failure they had to do the same, but they will be delivering the other order consisting the Lee trouser by next day. After couple of minutes I received another email mentioning that the other order was cancelled as well. I want to file complaint against the Flipkart services, for misguiding the customer, wasting the precious time, and taking action, on an order without consulting the respective customer.                                     मुझे बड़े खेद के साथ आपको अवगत कराना है कि मैने दिनांक 22.08.2014 समय 12.50 PM पर एक MOTO E Black आर्डर किया था जो मुझे दिनांक 25.08.2014 को प्राप्त हो गया था। यहां पर आपको बताना चाहूंगा कि मेरे फ़ोन के Back Cover Loose होने के कारण मैने Flipkart के Customer Care पर शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी। Flipkart की Technical Team की तरफ़ से मुझे Call आया तथा उन्होने मेरी समस्या को मानते हुए फ़ोन को वापस भेजने के लिये कहा तथा Return ID[protected] बनाकर मुझसे कहा गया कि आप इसे अतिशीघ्र भेज दें। यहां आपको बताना चाहूंगा कि मैंने दिनांक 08.09.2014 को Blue Dart से आपके Delhi Warehouse के पते पर भेज दिया था जो दिनांक 09.09.2014 को प्राप्त हो चुका है। यहां आपको बताना चाहूंगा कि मेरा Replacement Phone दिनांक 09.09.2014 को Approved हो चुका था और Final Delivery Date 17.09.2014 को बताया गया था। इस दौरान मैंने अपने order कि स्थिति जानने के लिये अनेक बार Customer Care से वार्ता की लेकिन हर बार मुझे एक नई Date बताई गई लेकिन कोई भी समाधान नही हो सका। महोदय आपसे अनुरोध करना है कि मेरे मामले को गम्भीरता से लेते हुए आप अविल्म्ब इस पर कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें ताकि मुझे मेरा फ़ोन प्राप्त हो सके।

                                      On 23rd Aug, I booked some items in flipkart worth Rs. 1089 INR, which I have paid via Net banking instantly. The expected date of delivery was 6th September. On 7th September, when the items were still not delivered, I opted for online chatting with customer care dept. Some guy (I don't recall his name) informed me that the items will be delivered by 7th September evening. That was the 1st false commitment. On 8th September, I again contacted the customer care dept.. Some Mr. Manab told me that it has been delayed by the delivery partner, Delhivery, & it will be delivered by 12th September. I believed them & waited. On 12th September also, there was no delivery. Then I contacted the customer care dept via mial. Some Mr. Siddesh P informed me that it was delivered & they are sorry..blah..blah..blah..& the same commitment once again, that it will be delivered by 16th September. Today is 18th September & so far all their commitments are just lies. I have completely paid for my consignments & they are damn important for me. I expected at least a dignified supply or somebody will take the responsibility & solve this issue. But so far they all have made false commitments. After that when I asked for refund of my undelivered items, there was no reply from their side. This is utter ridiculous & completely unexpected from Flipkart, from which I have brought almost 40-50 times in last 1 year. I just hope that thi time will deliver in reality & from next time I would prefer to avoid flipkart & recommend others to do so also.

                                        Dear All, Please be-aware of Flipkart.com, It's been 7 months they had not refunded my money inspite of my several reminders and now they are refusing to return it. Its totally fraud company, so guys take care before ordering anything from them coz they only know to earn money and cheat people without delivering a proper service to the customers. The Order Number is OD[protected]. I told them to refund my money INR1046/- which was available in my shopping cart to my bank, and they dint refunded a single amount till date. I have called them several times the whole month, and everytime they used to give same reply kind contact your bank. They dont have any single proof of money transfer into my account. I asked them for giving UTR Number. They refused to give. I mailed them my account Statement as they demanded it. They are only harassing .Nothing else. I wasted my mobile balance everyday. Please look into it, I am completely fed up.

                                        I had purchased a Moto G 2nd generation phone worth 11, 749/ and then returned the product . I raised a request for refund on 27 october. according to them they had credited my money on 12th november but i did not get my refund till now. I started follow up with the company by mails and calls but got only the assurance .On every call i get the same answer that 'our backend team is working'. I have checked with my bank also, but they clearly saying that there is no credit in my bank. Flipkart is not checking from their end.
                                        Order ID : OD[protected] dated 11th June 2014. The website states refund given to original source. Till date ( 8 months past) no money is still received
                                        I want my money with interest @ 18% PA and also compensation for the delay caused by flipkart that caused mental harrasment
                                        I have ordered a photo frame through online shopping on "4-June-2015" given email address is "kaviyarasi.[protected]@object-frontier.com". while come to the payment options step it shows warning like "Your bank has declined the payment. Unfortunately flipkart debit the amount. will refund by 3 to 5 bank working days" But still the company not refunded the amount of RS 559/-.

                                        Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible
