    I purchased a phone from my colleague that was one year old, and all the EMI has been successfully paid. I have been using the phone for six months now and suddenly, I see this message below. I tried contacting Flipkart customer support, but nobody was ready to help. My colleague is not reachable at the moment.

    Please help me with a resolution as all my important data is inside the phone and now I'm unable to use it.

    Please help me to resolve this issue.

But suddenly on 7 th October a message came from ekart that your order has cancelled because currier facility couldn't reach out your location.             I have ordered BAJAJ GX-75 750 Juicer Mixer Grinder (4 Jars, White) on 23rd Sep 2022, And its delivery date was 1st Oct 2022 but failed to deliver on same date and was reschedule for 3rd Oct 2022 but again fail to deliver and reschedule for 6th Oct 2022 and again fail to deliver. Today 7th Oct 2022 but order delivery status is still showing 6th Oct 2022. This item is received nearest hub on 1st Oct 2022 but why this item is not going to be deliver, I am totally not understanding. I have complain flipkart customer but they are not taking responsibility.

              I have ordered Asus TUF gaming A17 and The delivered product has screen bleeding issues. After using for few minutes, the screen goes into black screen. I have been continuously contacting Flipkart customer support to initiate a return request and process the refund, Still they are not able to intiate a return request and keep on replying while resolution date with message as backend team or concern team will contact me. But no one is contacting me.

                  I have ordered "Whirlpool ELITE PRO BRASS HYBRID 704 MT" worth 20451₹ from Flipkart. It is 4 burner hob gas cooktop. It was delivered after 5 days. With packaging you cannot makeout what's inside. To our surprise is was 3 burner hob with model Whirlpool ELITE PRO BRASS HYBRID 753 MT and the bill given is for model 704MT. We requested for replacement immediately. After 3 days continuously follow ups from useless Flipkart customer support it got cancelled and they raised replacement again and it got cancelled again. The Flipkart support just tell you to wait and give next date.but no further action. Order ID IS OD[protected]

                    I have ordered 2 items(washing machine and microwave oven) order no is OD[protected], I am continuously calling to call center for 2 issues but no one is bother to resolve my issue, instead of resolving issue they are extending the resolution date.

                    1. Oven is delivered installation date was 4th oct guy already called and informed he is coming but till date he has not came and not picking my call.

                    2. Washing machine is already reached to my hub on 3rd, delivery guy called and said we need to arrange auto for delivery when we inform why we need to arrange he said then wait till we deliver the order. How pathetic it is. Since that day I am calling cs team to just deliver the product they have given 4 days TAT to resolve the issue(how silly it is).

                      Hi, i ordered Redmi 10 in exchange Samsung Galaxy J2 (2016).
                      Today I received the delivery, the delivery agent was very rude and shouting.
                      Firstly, he refused to deliver the product at the destination address and asked me to take the delivery from 2km away from the delivery destination. Then, he performed all the checks for the exchanged product. He demanded 550 rupees for the damages, while his verification app was showing only 250. The damages were only with the silver lining of the bazzles.
                      He also refused to follow open box delivery procedures while I accepted & continued the open box delivery option while ordering.
                      His behaviour and way of talking was really worst, unacceptable and intolerable.
                      I want a refund of 300 INR and strict action against him.

                            I have ordered OD[protected] crucial ram 16 GB ddr4 3200 cost 3904 rupees from flipkart paid via COD when I have received box the product was missing ram, inside box there was only bubble rap rapped to empty cardboard. The box was dispatched empty by seller M/S Vinod Kumar, raipur. As box was having all flipkart tapes properly packed and packing was good.

                                  I placed an order on 22nd sept 2022 on flipkart, my order was confirmed and was supposed to be shipped on 22nd sept 2022 itself but they didn't ship it till today (6th oct 2022). It's more than 14 days now and still my money is stuck with them and they are not processing/shipping the order.
                                  I placed an order during big billion days sale at a discounted price and now the product price is increased.
                                  I'm daily connecting with Flipkart's support team but there are not giving me the proper solution. I'm waiting for more than 14 days now and they provided no update and have not even shipped my order.

                                  I want the team to either ship my order ASAP or credit the order price + the difference amount after the price change of the product i.e. credit 69, 900/- to my account as compensation.
