Hi, i have purchased a MI tv from
Flipkart and didn’t receive installation service till now. It’s been 4 business days.

I am raising complaint to flipkart to give us installation asap....

I placed order for Nothing phone 1 on flipkart on 27/09/2022 from login mobile number : [protected] and mail : [protected]@gmail.com. The order is placed and amount is debited from account. But not received any order placed confirmation mail/sms. Kindly help....

I have order moto g71 mobile from flipkart. This order was open box delivery, but delevery boy was not coming to my home and asking me to come to him after 1 hour of complaining he had come to my house and we have open the box but at the end he had taken the box from me saying that he has to scan qr code and then ran away with box and then the next day order was cancelled saying that no one answring the phone....

It is very sorry to say that my registered mobile number [protected] has been changed to frauder mobile no-[protected] by the Flipcart backend team on the basis of request of that frauder. This type of services could not be expected from your irresponsible team. In consequence the frauder used all my super coins by redemptions of Domino’s voucher, cancelled my purchase of fridge order and also create a purchase order...

After the Big Billion Day starts at Flipkart it showing and advertising offers and discounts but when try to buy, boom it's out of stock or not deliverable. And above all that pricing is different for each consumer or I say each consumer....

I have made an prepaid order which I have not received and the status of portal is order delivered, made several complaints but issue not yet resolved....

I placed a CCTV camera order and once i opened the product box i found 3 items such as Harddisk, Bundled wire and HDMI cable is not there inside the packaging. So I placed a return request stating the same reason and infact I submitted all the product proof and ID proof and waited for more than 5days and today the return request is cancelled from Flipkart side. Please help me with this concern. I need a refund....

Had the worst experience in exchanging old laptop with Flipkart. The delivery person claimed a usage scratch (image), which would happen on any laptop used even for a week as a "DAMAGE", and reduced value from whopping 8600 to 1700. Do you expect old laptops to be in mint?

More so - flipkart is not even accepting any responsibility in this matter.

Flipkart customer care was so useless in this - they said accept...

Rs. 170 was refunded to my Flipkart Gift card wallet and I was informed that I will recieve an email containing the PIN of the gift card. BUT I DIDN'T GET ONE. And due to this, I am not able to use the amount. I sent an email to [protected]@flipkart.com but didn't get a response. I demand an immediate response to my email and also want to recieve an email containing the PIN.

Recently I noticed charging problem. As the device is under warranty I contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

I ordered apple adapter on 22nd september from Flipkart, same was delivered to me on 25th sept 2022.

When I tried to check authenticity of the product on apple website, I found that the serial number was not recognised by apple website.

That shows that the product is not geniune Apple product.

I raised complaint with Flipkart but they mentioned that the product is under not return policy. Also...
