Unable to deliver My product

Hi Team,

I have order on flipkart at 22sept 2022 and my delivery is expected to 26th sept 2022. however my product out for delivery on 26th sept at 6:30PM but product was not delivered. When i raised complaint they are giving me only date 30th sept we will resolve issue. unfortunately they are giving me another date of 5th Oct 2022. they said we will give your resolution on 5th oct and all. I am complaining about the product laptop which I ordered in Flipkart

I have ordered Lenovo Legion 5 laptop on 21-sep-2022 and got delivered on 23-sep-2022. After 3 days the battery is getting drained very quickly and laptop getting switched off with in 20 mins after full charging. I tried to raise a return ticket but return option is not working for my product. When I tried to reach customer service they have issued a incident ticket, but no action till now. Return policy is expiring by today 30-sep-2022....

Sent damaged phone

I bought an iPhone 13 from filpkart and they sent a damaged phone with dent, when I requested replacement they cancelled it outright without any explanation or help. How can big companies like this get away with such scams?...

Delayed Delivery for Samsung Accessories

I have ordered the following samsung accessories - Samsung galaxy s21 FE 5G, Galaxy watch 4 and samsung 25W adaptor from Flipkart on 22nd September. While placing the order, it said the delivery for the mobile phone would be done by 26th and for the galaxy watch & adaptor it would be 28th. Duplicate Product received on Flipkart

Refund Amount to pay later not get

I have oder a shoes for me on 29 August. It received me 4th September. And I have pay a amount of shoes from Flipkart pay later, as we know we have to pay Flipkart pay later bill on or before 5th day of month, so I have paid that shoes amount to Flipkart pay later on 4th September to avoid panalty, because the amount of shoes will be returned after 5th of September. Product not getting Shipper

I have ordered iphone 13 on 22nd September with Flipkart. The delivery date was 23rd. But as of today (29th), my product is not even shipped yet. I tried calling Flipkart customer service but they are not giving appropriate response. They have increased the resolution date many times. Everytime, they say "wait for 24 hours more". I wanna change my registered mobile number in flipkart as i've lost the phone number. The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. Flipkart Pay Later Account Closure: Due amount Paid

Hi,

Our flipkart account is blocked register no is [protected].
There were 4131 rs amount due in our flipkart pay later account and we have done payment for 4131 through IDFC Bank.
But Our flipkart pay later account is still not closed.
We have also shared proof of payment but i dont know why they are not accepting this.

Pickup rejected due to product mismatch

I ordered 5 pair of jeans vide order id OD[protected] on 26/9/22 and received the products on 28/9/22. But, due to fittings problem I raised return and refund request on the same day.
