I ordered an hintware gyser, money is debited from my bank account but oder is not placed, they are saying money not received...

Last week I found a colorful rtx 2060 graphics card on flipkart for 19, 000rs but since it was also listed again for 25000rs from a different seller i was confused and contacted flipkart support since it was listed as no returns. I opened my flipkart account using my old number and now I don't have access to that old number anymore, so i want to change the number but the problem is that I can't change the phone number in my account unless I have otp from both phone numbers...

I had ordered products from your app all the order are getting cancelled. And I called customer service they were also not listening. I want to get that product on same price this is my order I'd OD[protected]. I didn't receive any information regarding cancellation of my product....

i have lost the old number and when i try to change the number its asking to enter the otp from that lost number how could i enter the otp.
this is my old account and i want to use it future because its has my all kyc done and also eligible for credit card and pay later but because of that old number i am not able to do anything.

I have paid 936 extraa to Flipkart but every time I told them about it they told me to wait for 3-4 days. It's been 2 months now last time they mailed me for that few days ago but after that no updates, not even a mail. I mailed them few days but no reply....

My account was blocked and no info was given.
After blocking account Flipkart accepting orders but not taking return.

Out of 10 orders I had returned only 2. Still this behaviour. No email to contact and customer care number has no answer....

On August 21, 2022 I ordered a Swiss beauty lipstick which was a prepaid order. On August 26, 2022, Flipkart informed me that the item was cancelled because seller stated the item ran out of stock (strange!) and he initiated the refund, which should be credited to my account by Sep 1, 22. I have messaged their help center, but it doesn't seem to bother them. I have already done prepaid so I request for my items to be delivered as soon as possible.
