I belong a nuclear family now facing losses on ordering product through fraud e-commerce like flipkart take further action against this company and refunded my money.
I will go highcourt if needed until refund.
Demand for this Harassment on highcourt appel.

but still not received refund amount.

          On 11th Dec 2022, I received text message from flipkart at 8:12 pm which says 70, 000 has been paid successfully using flipkart pay later. Someone placed orders for Apple iphone 13 128gb mobile phone worth Rs. 65, 068 and Levis shirts worth Rs. 4, 932 from Flipkart Pay Later service out of the INR 70, 000 limit. I tried login my account, and the message that popped up was “Your account is inactive, please contact customer support to reactivate”.

          When I got the message, I immediately started calling customer care to notify them about the issue. I mentioned that my account is hacked, please cancel the orders placed, these are not placed by me. I explained the same case to 2 different executives and 1 senior-level person to whom they transferred the call. Flipkart customer executive cancelled the Levis shirts worth Rs. 4, 932 but didn't cancel the iphone because he said that it is already been in shipping mode. I insisted them to cancel the order and also asked them to talk to eKart Logistics to stop the order from being delivered but the Flipkart executive didn't do. In turn he provided eKart Logistics delivery agent bridge connection phone number with pin number and asked me to call the agent myself. I called him more than 30 times, but he is simply rejecting the calls and within few minutes at 10.53PM in the late night the iphone (worth Rs. 65, 068) got delivered and after that the bridge connection phone number stopped working. The order got delivered to New Delhi address. I am unable to login to my Flipkart account also.

          Now, there is a debt of Rs. 70, 000 (65, 068 for iphone and 4, 932 for Shirts) in my name for which is already added by the IDFC FIRST Bank, Flipkart pay later to my payables for the month.

          No action taken by Flipkart immediately when they are getting calls from the registered number stating that the account is hacked?

          It is mentioned in the Terms and Conditions for using Flipkart Pay Later EMI service that you will get an OTP for confirmation of the amount for which the order is placed. Whereas I directly received a message that you have used this amount. I didn’t receive OTP confirmation on my registered number.

          Also, I didn't get any delivery update to my registered mobile number like order placed, shipped, out for delivery etc. and didn't receive any order confirmation call as well for such expensive order.

          Please help me with this

            Hi, I have ordered a Duke Polyester Jacket from Flipkart of Rs 2340. But I have received is Duke Flip Flops of Rs 499. Now, when I have initiated return stating the reason that I have received 'completely different product'. The pickup boy comes and denies for the pickup stating that they want jacket as per the product description. This happened 2 times, I have raised return request, pickup boy denies and Flipkart cancels my return request. When talking to customer executive on Flipkart, they only says to wait for 48 hours, then until 9th Dec, then 10th, then 12th and then 14th. I haven't got my refund.
            Its not my fault that I have received a wrong product. Even I have shown the wrong product to the delivery boy when came to deliver the product. He also says to initiate the return. Its been so many days until now I haven't got any resolution from Flipkart.

                Order ID - OD[protected]
                Ordered cloth items from Flipkart. As there was issue with item(wrong size and damaged product) I raised a complaint regarding them. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What fo th verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

                  On 4th Nov, I purchased a HP Core i3 laptop for Rs 42, 990. Delivery took place on 5th Nov.
                  Order ID = OD[protected]
                  To my dismay, when I opened the product (within 30 minutes), I found a different brand (Lenovo) laptop, which was completely broken and damaged! It is very difficult to describe the state of the laptop, so I request you to please take a look at the attached images of the laptop that was delivered to me.
                  I immediately called the delivery person but he refused to come back and asked me to contact the Flipkart Support to raise the complaint.
                  Since then, I have contacted the Flipkart Support numerous times. Every time my replacement / refund request was getting logged, and then after a couple of days, the request was getting cancelled / rejected. This happened more than 10 times!
                  Then, on 20th Nov, I sent another email to the Customer Support and Grievance Officer describing the history of the issue and requesting for help. Then my return request got accepted in the system. But then, another series of events started happening.
                  Pickup and replacement was scheduled on 27th Nov. Delivery people came on 28th Nov, and they refused to pick up the broken laptop. They were not expecting such a broken/damaged item to be picked up. They did not deliver the new item either.
                  Again, I contacted the Customer Support, and they again scheduled replacement on 2nd Dec. Delivery people came and again, refused to pick up the broken item. They went back on that day as well without delivering the new item.
                  Again, I called Customer Support and they again scheduled the replacement on 4th Dec. But, this time, no delivery took place at all. No one came to pick up nor deliver the new one!
                  On 7th Dec, I got a call from the Customer Support and she sadly informed me that the Seller cannot do a replacement of the item.

                  I tried to the best of my ability to describe the events chronologically so it would give a clear picture to you. I am still not sure that if the Seller cannot replace the item, then what was being delivered in the last two replacement deliveries (that did not get delivered anyway).

                  Finally, I just wanted to let you know that I have never gone through such an experience in my life earlier. I am feeling extremely frustrated and harassed. I want a full refund of my money.

                    I ordered a rowing machine costing 18, 999 of HRX RM500 on 29th Nov. Instead, I received HRX Ignite on 3rd. Immediately raised a complaint with flipkart on 4th Dec.. They asked for images, I sent it. Another team asked for Images, I sent them again in a .pdf document (they do accept .pdf within 2mb. I wanted to attach as many images as possible and hence used .pdf.). I kept calling them daily and was assured the issue will be resolve by 16th Dec.

                    Each customer agent seemed to have understood the proble orally. But, the mail/messages I receiver were:
                    1.Unable to reach me on 7th DEc (I had network connectivity.I requested call back and they called immediately. Of course, it was a different person who seemed to have understood the issue and assured to solve it.)
                    2.On 8th they wanted consent to file FIR for filing 'Missing Items'. I did not give consent as the issue was 'wrong item sent' and not 'missing items.
                    3. I called again on 8th dec and was adviced to add photos. After the call, my issue was changed to RESOLVED. I re-opened the issue.
                    4.Today, 11th Dec, they are mailing that they have rejected for not giving consent for FIR.

                        I had contacted the FLIPKART support team also, after i receive above message, they told my issue will be resolved, as they have only raised return request & PICKUP will be by max 15th Dec.

                        Now today again got below sms message

                        But I have not decided to keep this product, I just want to return it, they automatically cancelled my return request without considering my return request and my experience with the product.

                        I initiated a return request again but same thing happened, this have happened now twice with me. I just want my money back

                            I had given a grocery order with order id-OD[protected] on 3rd Dec, 2022 and made the payment with my HDFC credit card.
                            But it was not delivered on the day it was supposed to come.
                            At night same day, I found the order status was showing delivered around evening. Immediately I raise a complaint in flipkart and they raised an incident ticket.After 3-4 days, they get back refusing that the order was received and they will refund the money

                                  OD[protected] Order iD. Placed an order on 29th Nov. Received Defective TV. Filed for a return and that time only a refund option was available so we filed for that. The request was automatically cancelled the next day. On asking the Flipkart authorities they said due to some technical error it was. Filed for return on 1st Nov again and this time only a replacement option was available so the replacement tv was received on 9th Dec and the TV's screen was damaged this time so we did not accept the delivery. No still there is no resolution . Sometimes the company representatives call and they said you will be refunded but there has been no update in the status also and today they told me to wait til the 15th of December. Every 2nd day a new technician comes to the house, checks the tv and shares the report but no status is still updated. Yesterday 1 company representative called me and said we will be refunded the money within 8 days but today the other representatives are denying it and saying a new replacement will be sent. We do not need to keep replacing the TV as it is becoming a very tedious process and we need a refund. Everyday I have to spend an hour on Flipkart and this is turning up to be mental harassment.

                                        I ordered groceries on Flipkart with the expectation that they would arrive on December 5th, but they have not arrived as of December 10th.
                                        Not cancelling the order and not refunding the amount, already committed to deliver twice this week but not delivered on time. Day by day, Flipkart promises that tomorrow will be the same. However, the products have yet to be delivered
