Hello..

i received defective refrigerator--facing (door lock issue)

this item got delivered to me on 9th Oct

on 10th Oct mrng i placed return request which got cancelled automatically by your end on 13th oct
then again i raised replacement request. after 2 days later Technician visited my home (he was UNPROFESSIONAL and rude-- Mr Shafique Khan)
he gave false statement in system commenting that CUSTOMER is happy in order to resolve this issue

but i was never happy neither i said to close or cancel it. but i dunno why.. once technician left from home right on the very next day Replacement got cancelled (without my concern)
then again yesterday i requested for replacement
and today again they cancelled my replacement without intimating me?

since from last 10th Oct Im not getting any help from flipkart. Its like im Trapp and my 18500 amount got wasted?

im confuse.
pls help
i received defective product and their is no solution from your side

what to do now?
i[censored] cant replace..pls give my money back 18500rs

    Ordered Oneplus Nord CE 2 Lite Amount Of 20026 Yesterday they comes to deliver my orders i have paid full amount without any doubt. While i opend percel i found there are no mobile, there inserted Loreal Hair Syrum 80gm instead Of Mobile Phone.

    I raised returned request by calling customers care they raised, After 2 hours raising return a mam from concern team called me and said wait 24 hours we will solve this for you.

    But after some hours at 10:21pm same days i got return rejection mail reason Courier provider Confirmed product delivered intact conditions.

    Here is problems, i also ensure that Percel was intact times of delivery, I have recorded Unboxing footage also, also tweet Flipkart support by attaching unboxing footage but still not refunded my money. Pleaee do take legal action on it and refunded my money.

    Huge loss facing on flipkart purshace Via big billion sales.

    I raised first day return request but they rejected without any reason.

    So I have created again return request return id -[protected]

    Still not refunded my money return is requested stage.

    Please take immediate action on it and refunded my money.

        I have ordered induction cooktop )Order ID - OD[protected]
        Pigeon Favourite IC 1800 W Induction Cooktop). It has to be delivered on 9th October. But there isn't any attempt for delivery from 9th October. As I have talked with customer executive they informed me to wait for 13th and promised that it will be delivered within 13th October. I have wasted 3 days as informed by customer executive. And it got cancelled without any information. And application showing I have cancelled the order. If I had to cancel the order I wouldn't call customer support and ask for the updated regularly. As the product is very much important for me because I have ordered this for present as gift.

        It's okay sometimes error should happen in delivery partner. But flipkart customer executive asked me to wait for the product and confirmed it will be delivered. If they can't value customer time and solve the issue they what's the purpose of customer help desk. And when I asked about the resolution there is no answer from Flipkart side.Attached the screenshot

          I had ordered Apple Pencil stylus 1 st generation for I pad on 26 sep 2022, I received order on 4 oct at my address, when I received it I found that the box in which apple products come, whose seal was broken and the box was empty, there was no Pencil stylus in it.
          When I tried to write and upload pictures to flipkart on its website it was showing error and I couldn’t file the complaint, again on oct 14 2022, I tried to call customer care but they denied my request saying that you are not eligible for refund or any other replacement.
          When I told them to connect me with their senior assistant they kept me on hold, again I tried they said their senior executives will call me within 24 hours, but I have not received any calls yet.
          I had paid Rs 6528 for Apple Pencil and Rs. 820 for its extended warranty.
          Therefore I request them to either refund my money back which I paid for the product or deliver me the new apple Pencil stylus 1st generation.
          I am genuine customer or flipkart, i hardly file return for any product.

            I order appple iphone 13 green in 30th sept 2022 which get cancelled and ask me to wait 6th oct 2022 for my amount to get in my account. I Have paid[protected] from flipkart pay later and 58019 from my debit card sbi). Don't get my refund in 6th oct and again ask me to wait 14th oct Flipkart don't resolve my problem and again ask to wait 15 oct 09:00 pm than also i don't get my refund again Flipkart ask me to wait 24th oct for my refund. Request Flipkart to give my money back with in 17 oct or deliver my product

              My flipkart order is delayed long.I had ordered LION SAFFRON Pure Grade A++ Premium Kashmiri Kesar Saffron for Pregnant women on 08th Oct 2022 and delivery date was 15th Oct 2022, but till date the product hasn't reached the nearest hub yet.as a disgruntled customer I want compensation for untimely delivery...now expected date has changed to Oct 20 2022...my order is getting too late. I am very disappointed and frustrated.
              There is no prior intimation or call from flipcart side, even though I have requested so many times in customer chat. Order delivery date is changed to after 7 PM, this is not acceptable.

                I purchased my new PEBBLE COSMOS ULTRA Smartwatch from Flipkart today but i am not getting any option to download invoice and i even didn't recieved through my registered email, as i need to register my product on offical pebble website for WARRENTY CLAIMS in future. It is in accepted from such a big company.

                  I purchased an HP NeverStop 1200nw Multifunction printer and it got delivered on the 27th of September 2022. Having unpacked it I found the following issues with the printer.

                  1. The original HP carton was torn and damaged. The printer has scratch marks and damage. The printout was faded and the print quality was extremely poor.
                  2. I contacted HP customer care and they informed me that the Warranty for the product had already expired. They also mentioned that the seller “Sri Ramana Solvex Private Limited” is an unauthorized seller of Flipkart and they will not update the warranty. Which means the printer I just bought is worth nothing.

                  I immediately initiated a return request with Flipkart. The Flipkart customer executive contacted the seller and the seller agreed to take the printer back. And return request was accepted on the 5th of October. From the 5th of October to the last day of pickup which was on 10th, I called up Flipkart’s customer care multiple times to complain that the Wishmaster was refusing to come and collect the product for return. On the 7th a Wishmaster named Kiran (ph: [protected]) did arrive at my house, inspected the product and said it was too big to be carried on his motorcycle. And that he would arrive the next day at 10 am and collect the same. No one ever turned up. Even repeated calls to Flipkart’s customer service were futile. They said they have escalated the issue with Ekart and that they couldn’t do anything further about this. The product has never been picked up to this day.

                  On the 11th of October, I receive a message from Flipkart that the return has been canceled. I do not understand why or who initiated a cancellation! On enquiring with Flipkart customer care, they did not have any idea either. All they could do was reinitiate a return once again! On the 15th of October, I get a message from Flipkart they have now completely canceled my return request.

                  I want the product taken back by Flipkart and my money returned.

                  I wrote emails to their customer care and the CEO of Flipkart. When that did not work, I formally sent them a "Legal Notice". After which they picked up the product and refunded my money.

                    I ordered a product from Flipkart on 4TH OCT 2022 and it’s promised delivery date is 11TH OCT 2022 but it’s been 4-5 days of delay of my order and I complained several times to Flipkart customer executives they just say that it will reach you today .. I had paid the full amount why is this order delay and they aren’t resolving the issue ..
                    My experience with Flipkart is the worst experience

                      Hello sir

                      I purchased a watch in the Flipkart worth 1349/- and after few days I got a call from Flipkart customer service and they said my watch is lost in the shipping by delivery partner and they said my amount will be refund and again few days later again I got a call from the Flipkart and they said it has been cancelled by the seller. In this case how can I believe what was happening here. And after the watch price increased and also it is in out of stock this is the first issue

                      And again I ordered 2 pairs of slippers worth 203/- but I received only 1 pair of slippers. Same here they are not responding properly

                      Here I lost my valuable time and also I didn't get proper channel and not received orders. Kindly have a look and justify me sir

                          I ordered a mobile in flipkart on 30 Sep and it showed delivery time 13 Oct.
                          The order shipped by seller on 8 Oct and reached my nearby hub on 11 Oct.
                          To confirm about my product, I chatted through their Service help chat on 11 oct and 12 oct
                          they confirm that the order will be delivered on 13 oct and they assured me
                          But on 13oct, I contacted them they informed it will be delivered by 7pm when I call, they said by 10 pm the order will be delivered I waited and again asked will it arrive or not because the delivery no was not available
                          they assured it will be by 10 pm
                          But at 10 pm they called and said it will arrive tomorrow,
                          they sent me a message saying it will arrive on 14th oct
                          again, after that they said it will arrive by 18th
                          however, the delivery date is 4-5 days normally, but my delivery was 13 days, but after the long delivery time they still delayed when I called them asking about the progress of the complain of delivery issue they are not responding, I PAID FOR PRODUCT ON THE TIME OF ORDER
                          please help regarding the issue THEY WASTED MY TIME BY NOT PROVIDING CORRECT INFORMATION

                            They've sent a Defect item & not ready to solve a problem, they Blocked the account,

                            Now not ready to solve my problem. After calling several time as well not ready to accept their mistake

                              I had filed 3 complains in flipkart customer support on[protected] afternoon but instead of looking into my complains, flipkart team had blocked my account in the evening on the same day ie.,[protected]
                              Hence immediately around 9 pm i contacted customer care to know, why is it so. They could not tell me the reason for it but they registered my concern and said that on or before[protected] the concerned team will contact me for it. After waiting for the expected time frame, every single day i call customer support and tell them the entire story, they say that they are escalating the matter and within 24 hours the concerned team will call and mail me along with the resolution. Like this they are just postponing the matter from[protected] to 14 to 15 to 17 to[protected].
                              During this time frame, i wanted to return an item whose 7 day return policy is ending today but since my account is blocked, i was unable to put it's return request

                                  I have ordered a sofa set on 24 sept 2022 via order id OD[protected] through flipkart app which was scheduled to be delivered on 7 oct 2022 but is still not delivered. Strange is the product left for the shipment on 3rd oct 2022 but after that there is no tracking for the same. Customer support is also clueless about the whereabouts of the product and claims that they have a technical glitch to track this product. I have been cheated by this fraudster company who has taken the money in advance on 24 sept 2022 but is unable to either deliver my product or even track my product. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

                                    I ordered Realme Air buds 2 from Flipkart and I got the delivery on 30 September but the item was not working properly so I ordered replacement and The delivery date of replacement product was of 9 October so the delivery boy came on 7 October for delivering replacement on that day I was not present to collect order so I told him to come again on 9 October since then the item is showing at nearest hub but it is not delivered yet and I told this to Flipkart customer care they are just extending the date first the told me that the problem will be solved by 14 October and on 14 October they told me on 19 October

                                        I bought a smartphone from Flipkart on 27th September 2022, order id: OD[protected].

                                        Order was placed on emi but full amount got billed in my billing statement i.e. purchase was not converted into emi.

                                        Now i have to pay full purchase amount although i opted for emi and order details shows the same.

                                        As bill got generated today and full amount was billed, who will take responsibility for this?
