I purchased the product on September 27th 2022 and received it on 28th September evening. On September 29th, I charged 100% and used my laptop. Really shocked battery drained 70% within 45 minutes but in specifications it mentioned battery backup is 10 hours per charge. This laptop is really un-worth for the money which I have spent. I have used Flipkart pay later and converted into emi.
I have shared video proof of draining the battery. Within 30 seconds 1 percent had decreased.. I didn't even use any apps or watch videos. Very worst!!!
Called, Flipkart spoke with representatives and they troubleshoot the laptop on call itself, after it was done they couldn't put a request to return the product or even I was unable to put a request to return the product facing an issue like oops!!some error occurred. Please try again later.
Representative told me to wait upto October 2nd for a resolution. Once again I reminded flipkart, I have purchased the product through pay later and converted into emi. If the issue is not resolved within Oct 2 and the product is not returned. I will not pay the first emi on October 5th for this defective product.
After October 2nd no response from Flipkart, I have tried to reach Flipkart many times and even tried to put a return Request in to Flipkart before October 5 but it still shows as error message.
Even tried sending an email enquiry but received a response stating "Tried to call customer but no response and will call back within 24 hours".
Really I didn't receive any call from Flipkart.
After October 5th, they called and said the return policy is over for this product. I have shouted at them and transferred the call to a superior person in Flipkart. Their superior response suggested that I wait until 48 hours to return the product.
Still no one came to return the product. I am fed up calling Flipkart daily and telling different representatives about the same issues.
This is really not acceptable. Giving defect product to customer is really bad and even I called today to customer service but no response as they are saying return period is over and suggested me to wait 24 hrs to get call from concern team.
I have shared video proof of reducing charge as well as an error message while trying to put a return request in the app. I have tried my best in all levels. But still no response.
I'm just saying to all customers, don't trust Flipkart, I have purchased during a big billion day!!.. As they are giving defective products with very discounted prices. We are not fools to get defective products.
I am requesting Flipkart to return the product and return money back to my Flipkart pay later.
Note: I won’t pay my due this month and I can’t pay for defective products.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
