I've ordered realme TechLife 7.5 kg 5 Star Rating Fabric Safe Wash Fully Automatic Top Load Grey on 29th sep 2022 through Flipkart and got it delivered on 9th oct 2022 (Order ID: OD[protected], my Installation & Demo was Scheduled for 10th oct 2022 I also got the details of the Installation Engineer but he never came and also never received my calls, on second day 11th oct 2022 in the morning I checked the installation status and found out that Flipkart automatically cancelled my installation & demo so I rushed to Flipkart customer service & made complaint about this and they said we have rescheduled your installation on 11th oct 2022, but same scenario as well no one came for the installation, I again raised complaint & asked for the installation asap and they said wait till the 14th oct 2022 your issue will be 100% resolved and if you want fast installation get it done by a third party person, I lost it at this statement from Flipkart customer service staff and said why are you selling appliances if you can't give installation & demo for the same, why the customer bear the load of a third party installation engineer and why we as a customer waste our time, it's been 4 day's now no one came to installation & demo of my product nor I've got any call from the Installation Engineer which they keep assigning the same person back to back named "DHEERAJ SINGH", this person is never received my single call till now, and thier issue resolving deadline also coming to an end but no progress so far now they also keep extending the issue solving deadline day by day, I'm really fed-up of this behaviour of Flipkart and writing this to all consumer forums so that other consumers will see this and Never buy an appliance from Flipkart, they tie-up with the world's worst and unprofessional Company "Jeeves", which has a bizarre level of bad history in serving the customers, I'm mentioning the all details and attachments related to this issue below so that it will get easy for everyone to understand:

1st Installation Scheduled Details:

2nd Installation Scheduled after they automatically cancelled my 1st installation:
Engineer Name: Dheeraj Singh
Product: Realme TechLife Washing Machine (RMFA75A5G)
Case ID: FLIR-5TC7DN-HF9JY8-JOM7B3-PT9H62E
Company: Jeeves by Flipkart

After this they keep sending me same case id and same Installation Engineer details daily but never send person or call for the same, and this person never receive my calls, I also can't open the machine on my own as they the company will void my warranty or nor listen to me if I got the damaged product, the machine is keep sitting in my room sealed pack and untouched.

Now, I Just want my full refund and get my product returned I don't want to continue this calling game daily as I'm an employed person and don't have much time to keep tackling this nonsense, I'll not bear any other future charges in the returning process, I just want my refund which I've paid for the same product, if they can do this kind of torcher to a "PLUS MEMBER" then I can't imagine that what they do to the normal member's.

        I was searching for home based jobs and I got a whatsapp message from flipkart merchant with a link to click n join the job.. It had 3 VIP levels in which web had to sell things to get commissions. In VIP3 level when I sold things my commission money was freeze until I complete it. Likewise I spent about 50000rs which completed my 93% of the level and I was not left with any money in my account. They even asked me to lend money from my friends and relatives which I dint do. They are not returning my money now. Please help me get money back.

          Sir, i had made an order on flipkart, on 24th September 2022, on that day it showed expected delivery will be on 6th oct 2022, then on 6th it extended to 13thoct and now it is again extended to 20th oct. Now i want to cancel this, but cancellation is not possible on flipkart, as per telephonic conversation with flipkart executives. But i want my refund.

            I ordered a tv from flipkart but tv is not open . when see this problem return the product they block my account no given reason why they are blocked my account . Please resolve this problem and to help return the product quickly.

              I purchased double bed from flipkart at big billion days 2022, delivered by ekart before a day of promise. They told as mentioned in the site, the installation people will come in 2 days. But its is 12th day, no one came from jeeves. Jeeves is not having a single good review from customers but flipkart is in line with it making an open fraud with its loyal and innocent customer like me. What should people do trusting such a branded company beside us? Very worst experience this time from flipkart. They are only seller supportive.

                  I placed an order for an INR 99, 990 worth gaming laptop on 25-Sep as part of Flipkart BBD sales. Promised shipment date was 1-Oct with delivery date of 3-Oct. On non-receipt of item on 3-Oct, I immediately raised a complaint with Flipkart. After multiple follow-ups, I was promised a resolution date of 7-Oct. With further follow-ups the revised delivery date of 10-Oct was promised. On 10-Oct too, the item was not delivered and hence I raised the issue with Flipkart via Twitter as well writing a formal complaint to their grievance office and head of sales. I was then told a revised resolution date of 12-Oct. Today is 14-Oct and there is complete silence from Flipkart with no revised delivery date or resolution. My emails (with 2 further follow-ups) have yielded no response. I believe I am a victim of cheating and fraud. My money has been taken by Flipkart on 25-Sep with NO fulfillment

                    I have purchased redmi 10 from Flipkart seller was akshnav online..
                    Ist they said we will replace your phone if in case of faulty phone delivered..
                    But when I requested them for replacement but Flipkart customer care said seller is rejecting replacement he will refund you..
                    they askes me to go to service center they will replace your phone but service center person/customer care said we don't have information related to Flipkart 7 days service center replacement policy...
                    Plzz help me to get phone replaced.
                    And i don't want refund from seller i want replacement as they promised me ist...

                      Order was placed on 22nd Sept and pre-paid Rs.7358. Delivery was expected by 6th Oct. Even though the product has been shipped to nearest HUB on 2nd Oct itself, its not yet delivered since 11 days and Flipkart is still showing "delivery expected by 10th Oct".

                      I have contacted Flipkart support on 7th, 8th, 10th, 12th and 14th Oct for same issue, and everytime they say it has been delayed and will be delivered by today EOD. However there is no action/update from them after that for 1-2 days.

                      Amount of Rs.7358 is already paid for the product.

                      Please deliver the product as soon as possible.
                      I am also providing the order details.

                        The product Order id is OD[protected] and tracking id is FMPP[protected] Delivered to me on Sunday 18 September 2022 I complained that the product has scratches and the product is picked from me on 22 September 2022 return id of product is[protected] the logistics executive provides me an acknowledgment slip of pickup which I shared three times to Filpkart on asking and it’s one about one month passed in my concern and on 13 th October 2022 a call received from Flipkart that we have checked the acknowledgment slip and our refund team will give you a refund on 14 th October 2022 but today on 14 th October 2022 a call received from Flipkart that we can’t provide you a refund please contact to logistics team what the ### this process I ordered it from Flipkart and why my refund not given to me after pickup done

My money was deducted of amount Rs 24990 from my Axis bank debit card account my oreder was pending it shows payment not yet confrimed by bank. Please confirm my order as soon as possible or refund my money.

                              Maximum units allowed for purchase reached", am experiencing this kind of popup over my screen whenever i am trying to place any order. And that item has not been ordered by me in the near past also. Such poor service by flipkart although i don't get these types of error kind of things over amazon or snapdeal. You guys also blocked my account unnecessarily and this is what kind of experience you are providing to your customers.

                                But when i have opened it, , i was really Shocked that inside thar Courier packer, i got--1 Oppo A5 dirty mobile box and in that Box I got 1 Lenovo Battery and 1 damaged Screen of Gionee modal.nothing else.i feel cheated and this is the fraud done by delivery agency or Flipkart..i will take this further to consumer court today itself and will make an FIR against delivery person, delivery agency and Flipkart.

                                Is this the service of Flipkart.

                                There is a number mentioned in the back side of Gionee broken piece...and also name mentioned as Sandeep ([protected]). When i called this number he accepted that gionee broken piece belongs to him and he has given this handset for repair at a mobile shop in Mayur Vihar phAse 3, Delhi-96.
                                Check with delivery boy as well.

                                    I am a valuable Flipkart Plus customer since years. I shopped many products
                                    on Flipkart. I am very well aware of Flipkart return policy. Infact I ordered products in large quantities for me and my family and friends. As I above mentioned that I ordered products in large quantities so several products that I received, had manufacture defects and some were wrong products that I didn't order means I received different products. So myself made return requests on my Flipkart application but product didn't pick up by courier service on time and products return requests cancelled automatically as return time period over. So now i request that please unblock my Flipkart account . So again
                                    request you that please unblock my Flipkart account.
