On Sep 26, 2022, I ordered two items of Sony Bluetooth earphones (WI-XB400), but delivered one item only on Oct 2, 2022.
I waited for 2 more days hoping I will get another item delivered in one or two days. But 2nd item didn't come.
When I tried to contact their 'customer service assistant' which is bot, it was keep going round and round and showing limited options to chose while trying to make complaint of missing item. When I finally I was able to reach to customer service via phone, they sent me email that they are processing the return? I didn't request for a return, I am asking either for a missing item or to send me the money back for the missing item which I did not receive.
And in the email, they are asking me to provide copy of Govt.ID and consent to use it for verification? I made the complaint via phone and flipkart account with registered email and phone. And they have my number and email for any verification, then why do they need a copy of my Id and consent?
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
