I ordered a smartphone (pixel 6a) from Flipkart on 30th September (Order ID OD[protected] during their Big Billion Days Sale, as they showcased a big banner on their website for the Pixel 6a launch sale. My order reached my nearest hub in Ghaziabad on 4th Oct around 5 AM in the morning but it wasn't made out for delivery as the given delivery day was 5th October. On 5th October, I received a message pick up cancelled when no one tried to deliver to my home or even tried to contact me. I tried calling the delivery agent number 11 several times but no one picked up. I tried Flipkart customer support and the guy said "rest assured the delivery agent will try to deliver 2 more times before 7 PM" but no one came. I tried to contact Flipkart support again after that but as soon as the agents get connected and I explain my issue they either pass it to someone else or mark my issue as resolved. I finally called customer care and they told me that they will resolve this 10th of October and make sure my order reached me within the next 3 days. and to my surprise on the 8th of October, they cancelled my order without any prior notice, and without my consent. I tried contacting Flipkart support again, I almost talked to 15 different customer support agents that day and half of them either disconnected my call or marked the issue as resolved without giving me an answer after I explained my problem. and the other half told me that now the order is cancelled nothing can be done, please place a fresh order. But I cannot place a fresh order as the sale is no longer active and the phone is now out of stock for my pin code. I even tried to ask a customer support agent to connect me with their senior executive and at first, she tried to dodge it but when I got connected to a senior executive he also asked me to place a fresh order as the order was cancelled from the seller side due to error in packaging and hung up the call without listening to me any further.
As a resolution to my complaint, I would like Flipkart to provide me with my order or a Rs.25000 discount voucher for Pixel 6a. To make up for wasting my time, and my trust in Flipkart and its services.
