I have registered a complaint on 4th July with Flipkart team, and till date they havent responded back with any resolution, My IT returns are stuck due to this.
I am Girish resident of Hyderabad, I work in a private firm and I dont do any business, I recently filed my income tax and I came to know there is invalid credit activity shown using my PAN number.

It is mentioned that, Flipkart Internet Private Limited, has credited my account for 364103 for the financial year 2021-22, however, there was never such transaction happened and tax was debited on it accordingly.

Kindly update this as wrong activity on PAN and kindly share the details of the person who shared my PAN details with you, also, take necessary action against him for doing fraudulent activity.

    Flipcart — Delivery was taken to wrong address still not delivered to the correct address

    I ordered watch 1 week before and paid also the delivery date was given as sept 30 till now the product did not reached. When i was tracking the product it went to the different different hubs but not near my location. Once my product was out of delivery and the delivery person took the product to the wrong address and hes telling that was the address given and suddenly he cut the call again i called him he told product came to the wrong hub but the address is correct . He resent back to the hub near him. Again after 2 days my product was in out of delivery situation the delivery person called and told i ll be there in 10 min. I was waiting for more than half n hour but still no use again i tried calling him the call got connected to the previous delivery person. I went to flipcart app and checked it was showing shipped product yet to be delivered. He himself gave that customer was not there in the given address so rescheduled what the hell. It is around 1 week now still no use. today is 10/07/2022 flipcart is showing watch is arriving today alomst half day gone . I tracked the product still it is showing mother hub did not even come to the hub near me .This things has to be taken care by flipcart . People are mentally pressured due to these things and we are not getting products for free we ware paying though. I understand there are millions are people shopping.     The product got replaced by customer care i have shared the shipment images of a gT5 game to the same address and it got dispatched correctly. But the watch which i ordered is Just going round and round I dont understand at all. Kindly tell the seller to dispatch the product to prajwal kumar home store once it gets dispatched to hsr hub PLease

      They blocked my account without any information, I ordered some item but not receiving yet . When I contact them they always shifted my resolve date to another date.
      It's going on from 15 days.

          I had ordered a women top and iron on, 4 th but both the items i didn't receive why I am not paying money i spoke with coustomer care but no use they are just extending the date to 13 so we must go on wait what is the use . Sorry to tell that filpkart is a hopeless hopeless online app . Can't trust now

              When i place a order in Flipkart they cancel my order without my will or asking me they automatically cancel my orders after keep waiting me for 10 to 15 days this disturb my mental peace and due this cancellation I'm charged 20 to 30 rs per cancellation.When i contacted customer care the customer care agent are too rude and when i ask for my money back and also compansation for keep me waiting for 15 to 20 days they said no we can't give you that and disconnect the calls and also change the topics.kindly resolve my issue.This orders cancellation keeps disturbing me all the time because i waited for the delivery but they juts cancel and annoys the customers.Also they don't give compansation for keep waiting us for days and days if the order is out of stock why they keep us waiting for 10 days this is very disturbing for me and for everyone too.

                  Sir my name is Satish. Sir i ordered nike downsifter 12 shoes on 23th september. Sir the order was received on 29th but there were no shoes in it. The box was completely empty sir I wanted to place a request for return of shoes on flipkart. But as soon as the request was made, Flipkart blocked the account. Sir my 2004 rupees also gone and i did not even get the product and my account is also blocked sir i am very upset.

                    At first I was delivered a wrong product. I ordered a blazer ( https://dl.flipkart.com/s/1y6EsFNNNN) but a returned product was delivered to me(a shirt).I requested for return but from the past 10 days they are just telling me to wait for 24 hours untill the team contacts but nothing happens no one contacts with me not a single call, SMS or mail. I have complained more than 50 times, talked with many senior executives but no action has been taken yet. They always tell me to wait for 24 hours and if I count the no of hours I have waited around 240 hours.Today again i talked to a senior executive and he told me that the previous return request has some technical issue so they have to cancel the old return request and generate a new one . I was on call when he rejected my return request and when I said to generate a new one he told me to wait for some time and after 30 seconds he ended the call without generating a new return request. I am feeling very depressed they have stolen my hard earned money. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                          I bought oneplus 50inch tv from flipkart.it delivered on 26 septemer 2022. installation alloted to 30 september 2022. the technician came to myhouse on 1 october 2022. he open the box. and check the product. the tv was damaged. he said we will claim from flipkart. i have rasied the complaint and created return request on 3 october 2022 in flipkart. the said within 72 hours our backend team reach out regarding this. but they are not contacting me. In 8 october my request was rejected. i don't know what to do.after that i have called flipkart support service. still i am not getting any response from flipkart

                            I have received the delivery of Motorola, Moto G 82 5G which I ordered, on 20th September (It was showing “out for delivery” as the status for last 3 days and I received it after a lot of delay). Upon opening the box, I found that the product was defective and I was told earlier by the delivery personnel to raise the replacement request. So, I had to do the same then and there only (Delivery person refused for open box delivery and assured me that in case any issue comes customer support will help me. My delivery was already delayed by 3 days and obviously I am not supposed to argue/fight with delivery people so I had no option but to comply). After that I had to go through so much of mental torture and my return/replacement request kept on getting cancelled from the backend, due to technical glitches (for example it kept on asking my FIR consent for missing items even though request was clearly raised for damaged item). My chronic inflammatory pain also flared up due to constant agony I was being made to go through by Flipkart on a daily basis. I still overlooked all those things and tried to remain helpful to Flipkart as much as I could. Finally on the last day of my return window my replacement request got approved and the product was shipped. On 29th of Sep it was showing me “out for delivery”. I tried contacting the delivery person multiple times to ensure my availability but he kept on rejecting my calls repeatedly. I still kept my patience as I was assured by customer care executive that I will receive my product by 3rd Oct 2022. Now on 3rd of Oct, upon waking up I received a message that my order had been cancelled, yet again (stating it was rejected during delivery, but in reality I was not even contacted once and delivery person kept on rejecting my calls repeatedly 3 days back, 29th Sep) and now my return window has closed as well. Now again after so much of effort I got my exchange request raised by specifying yet again that my speaker grill was damaged (I have proof for that but they raised issue as damaged accessory) and when delivery executive finally came for pickup (on 5th Oct) he told me that his app is not allowing him to pick up because the product was damaged. Seriously! The very reason I am requesting exchange because my product was damaged and I am getting denied that because of the same issue. When asked Flipkart support staffs are telling me to again cancel my order from my end and re raise the request. I am unable to do that due to technical error. I have tried contacting customer support multiple times but that has been of no use.
                            Also whenever the pickup request gets approved the wishmaster denies the pickup or does not even answers the phone call, and later I get message that my return has been cancelled due to denial of pickup or something similar. It has happened for more than 3 times.
                            They keep cutting my call after making me hold for 15-20 minutes. I have done everything I can in my power to give Flipkart all the chances to help me in the proper resolution, but it has been in vain and caused me a lot of trouble since then. As last resort I am again requesting via this medium to resolve my issue. Please I am kindly requesting here to help me with this. 1. I am an Officer in one of the biggest Indian Conglomerate and I was purchasing my phone for company business. All the time that is being wasted without the device is actually causing harm to my professional responsibilities. 2. Due to constant mental stress caused by Flipkart and its associated service partners my chronic inflammatory pain has flared up and I had to take courses of treatment of it. My Demand: I want complete refund with pickup of the product price in my bank account/original payment method along with the compensation amount in the form of Flipkart money or any other suitable form. This is the least I should be compensated for, as I have been made to go through a lot of troubles without any end resolution whatsoever. Also I have bought the product in sale offer and I might be buying the same model from some other platform/offline without the same deal I received earlier. So that difference easily comes around Rs 8000. So my demand is quite reasonable. I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart from a long time and a plus member and it is extremely disheartening to see myself get treated this badly. I am being forced to change my opinion and trust on the platform by being treated unfairly. I have all the documents and proofs of every problem I have stated that I have been made to go through by Flipkart and its Associated partners.

                              I booked a samsung phone from flipkart on 18 september, which was delivered on 24 september 2022.
                              When I opened the product in front of Delivery My, I found another Samsung phone to be delivered.The delivery boy said that due to not being in for the product not open box delivery, we will not take this product yet. You talk to the customer. Will pickup and update your product, not a customer. Will take about him. I talked to the customer. Your customer updated the pickup of my product and said product will be picked up refunded within 24 hour processed . You don't need to panic. After that my account got blocked. Now each call said wait 24 hours
                              have tweeted you 175 times and called you 70 times. Still you guys are not listening to my problem. When you call, say to wait wait 24 each 24 hours. Get my refund as soon as possible .

                                I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator 340 L from FLIPKART with order id- OD[protected]. DATED – 22/09/2022 worth INR 25, 825 .The order was delivered on i.e. 27/09/2022.

                                When whirlpool technician reached my place on 01/10/2022 . After opening the box a Dent was seen on the back side of the refrigerator body which might have happened while shipping the product. The technician did not install the refrigerator and left it open like that with all packaging lying on the floor.

                                Then, I raised a return request on flipkart as per the return policy on the same day . After that I have been following up with Flipkart customer care twice on daily basis till today. They just extend deadline date just to approve the return request by cancelling and raising new request for me.

                                Disappointingly, till date no technician has shown up. Despite the constant follow up with the technicians the visit has still not happened and my replacement request is still not processed, due to which I am unable to use the product since the last 12 days.

                                I hope this issue gets resolved with a proper action being taken against the Flipkart & Their seller IWQNBecommerce who trick hardworking people into their malicious traps.

                                  I ordered a mobile from flipkart on 23rd September, was supposed to be delivered by 30th September, but not delivered due to some reason, after that was told to wait for three days (03 October). Today the mobile has not been delivered even on 03rd October, not delivered yet till date, I have complained to customer care multiple times on this regard but nobody have resolved.. Very bad experience with Flipcart 😠😠 Very disappointed...

                                    I ordered a smartphone (pixel 6a) from Flipkart on 30th September (Order ID OD[protected] during their Big Billion Days Sale, as they showcased a big banner on their website for the Pixel 6a launch sale. My order reached my nearest hub in Ghaziabad on 4th Oct around 5 AM in the morning but it wasn't made out for delivery as the given delivery day was 5th October. On 5th October, I received a message pick up cancelled when no one tried to deliver to my home or even tried to contact me. I tried calling the delivery agent number 11 several times but no one picked up. I tried Flipkart customer support and the guy said "rest assured the delivery agent will try to deliver 2 more times before 7 PM" but no one came. I tried to contact Flipkart support again after that but as soon as the agents get connected and I explain my issue they either pass it to someone else or mark my issue as resolved. I finally called customer care and they told me that they will resolve this 10th of October and make sure my order reached me within the next 3 days. and to my surprise on the 8th of October, they cancelled my order without any prior notice, and without my consent. I tried contacting Flipkart support again, I almost talked to 15 different customer support agents that day and half of them either disconnected my call or marked the issue as resolved without giving me an answer after I explained my problem. and the other half told me that now the order is cancelled nothing can be done, please place a fresh order. But I cannot place a fresh order as the sale is no longer active and the phone is now out of stock for my pin code. I even tried to ask a customer support agent to connect me with their senior executive and at first, she tried to dodge it but when I got connected to a senior executive he also asked me to place a fresh order as the order was cancelled from the seller side due to error in packaging and hung up the call without listening to me any further.

                                    As a resolution to my complaint, I would like Flipkart to provide me with my order or a Rs.25000 discount voucher for Pixel 6a. To make up for wasting my time, and my trust in Flipkart and its services.

                                        My item is not delivering and it is 17 days ...i bought it on emi .if i cancel bank will bot return the intrest and the proceesing fee worth 500 ..please kindly take action against flipkart
