Due to the invisible payment option, I am unable to pay the required amount for the smart upgrading plan.
In the past few days, I have already brought up the matter with Flipkart customer service.

The helpful staff replies, "My team will contact you, " but I haven't received a call about my problem.

    I order a mobile (oppo f19 pro plus) from flipkart ... And they doesn't provide me a valid tracking id ..it's attached by me in photo... And they doesn't response and don't rise complaint about for this.. and they always extend delivery date .. doesn't provide tracking information...

      My phone got locked on[protected], i have many time Camplain to flipkart Support & also got approx 100 mails but no any soluction are given to me .
      Approx 65 days my phone are locked . i have only ine phone so i am facing lots of isue regarding this .

      so kindly look into this.

        I have purchased Realme GT master edition with flipkart smart upgrade plan (order id - OD[protected].

        From October 1st I suppose to be eligible to pay the remaining 30% balance that is 8400/-.

        But I am unable to pay that as my pay later account is disabled. My due date for the payment is approaching. My phone will be locked if I am unable to pay the payment on time.

        I have tried to reach out customer care from last week but didn’t get any relevant response.
        They are just keep moving the resolution date and telling me our back end team will contact with you.

        Please resolve my issue otherwise my phone will be locked and my cibil score will be affected.

          HI i have placed a Grocery order on 01st september in flikpkart. in my deliver package 5ltr kachighani oil was missing. i raise a complain for that in same day they told me you will get refund in within 3 days . i have raise a ticket for same issue 5-6 times but did not getting any refund . now they are saying refund days over you will not got refund . in this case i have not getting any product or amount .they are doing fraud to us . please kindly do needful action so that they will not do again with anyone.

            On 23 sept 2022 I have bought philips rechargeable led bulb 8.5 watt bulb in big billion day sale and they have delivered the order on 29th sept that item which was wrong item(old bulb of different brand) and now they are not ready refund or replacement.

              This is to state that the pick up person from Delhivery vide AWB no.[protected] had arrived at my location for pick up, but he denied the pick up as the message displayed in his mobile was QC fail, on further enquiry he stated that he had been shared an image of new product to pick up and since this one is an old one, so QC has failed and pick up can't be done.

              My whole case was regarding delivery of damaged and old product. So i guess the courier partner should have been provided the real images of product ( for pick up purpose) as shared by me only, if it is compared with original brand new then in no case it shall be picked up.

              So after so long of struggle i am again at the same position and the case is yet not resolved.

              Kindly enquire further and arrange for the pick up followed by return/ refund/ replacement of my product.

              I needed this product for my nephew this diwali and was planning but yet not have any clarity as what to do further and how to do.

              Please expedite the process.

                Hi,
                i ordered a VIVO V25 pro Mobile phone in Flipkart under exchange offer with no Cost EMI Offer on October 8th 2022. the mobile was supposed to be delivered on OCT 10 as i recieved an SMS from EKART LOGISTSICS with an PIN and the number of the wishmaster . i tried calling on the number given by flipkart but it was ENGAGED - BUSY all day along and nobody called me the entire day and was surprised to see an SMS at the end of day telling customer was not available. Exactly the same thing was repeated on 2nd day (11th OCTOBER 2022), ended with an SMS customer was not available. i spoke to the customer care who were like AUTOBOTS telling it will be delivered today/tomorow.

                on 3rd day 12th OCT 2022 - i was pretty hopeful it would be delivered . but to my luck nobody gave me a call about the delivery even though i was getting an SMS on all 3 days as product is out for delivery. on 4th day i get an EMAIL from flipkart that the product is cancelled as the customer was not reachable.

                How disgusting can this be Flipkart ???? on all the 3 days delivery which was notified by an SMS i was fully available infact spoke to the customer care on all these days, how can they tell customer not available and cancel the order. ????

                i feel its a SCAM and FAKE DELIVERY attempts are being created just to LURE the customer in these SALES ... i request Consumer Complaints Forum to take action on this ...

                      I have ordered a Google pixel6a mobile on[protected] through Flipkart and my order ID is OD[protected].But unfortunately Flipkart delivered a Surf excel SOAPBAR(Fraud one) instead of my mobile on Sat, 1st Oct-2022
                      and I have opened the box IN front of delivery person only he is got shocked then I have raised a return and replacement request on same day but till now no update about my request. I contacted multiple times about my fake product but the customer support team is keep postponing my request and not considering my request, really now a days Flipkart is lying the customers by delivering the fake products and taking money from customers. I have paid all full amount which worth of almost 30, 000 rupees, please look on my concern and do needful to me.

                          Hello team I am purchased OnePlus Nord 2t mobile phone from Flipkart at 21 September order no-OD[protected] company delivered dead mobile not working condition
                          So i contact multiple times regarding return this product
                          I already file 3time complaint at national consumer helpline portal regarding this issue
                          Company create 3 Times return request regarding this defective product but every time seller canceled my return request
                          Today 18 days already complete but product not pick yet
                          Very cheap service
                          I already contact multiple times with Flipkart customer support but company not responding they provide fake information

                            I had ordered a Kurlon Sofa from Flipkart and it was sold by Omnitech retail. They have sold me a defective sofa and neither provided me a refund nor a replacement. Kurlon is also not helping in getting a replacement. All 3 of them are fraud and avoid them at all cost. Omnitech, Flipkart and Kurlon all 3 are no.1 scammers.

                                Hi,

                                I have took pay later emi option in flipkart for two products. Flipkart pay later is powered by IDFC BANK. One emi is 951 and second is 1839. I have made the payment in advance on 29th September 2022 for October month due and IDFC BANK has confirmed that the payment is adjusted on 1st October 2022. I have sent multiples of emails and calls but still is not resolved and they have added penalty charges on the top. I am receiving calls, emails and message to pay when I have paid already and after confirmation. I have attached payment screenshots and statement from IDFC BANK to confirm the payment is made. Please help me 🙏

                                  Vide order id OD[protected] dated 05.10.2022, i had ordered for a ZOOOK bluetooth party speaker through FLIPKART.com, the same was delivered to me on 10.10.2022. On opening the parcel box, i found that the inner brand box along-with seal was damaged and the product i.e. the speaker inside was an old and damaged one. The brand box seal was tampered and after tampering it was manually affixed with cello tape and a fake sticker (clearly visible and shared with flipkart ) was affixed.

                                  There were multiple physical damages on the speaker.

                                  I immediately raised a complaint at flipkart through complaint no.[protected] and[protected], shared the relevant pictures and requested for replacement. I even spoke with the customer support team at flipkart, although the customer care executives were agreeing that it is a clear case of replacement. But yet each time Flipkart team is rejecting my return stating that since the outer box was intact return is rejected.

                                  Actions and statements from flipkart means that if the outer box is intact, then the seller may send any damaged product or anything and customer shall not have any opinion or right to claim in it.

                                  In each complain it was assured that flipkart team will communicate with me for analyzing the situation and will update with the process but flipkart never made any call or e-mail to me in this regard.

                                  Such negligence from Flipkart.com is harassing the consumer unduly.
                                  I think that executives of flipkart are involved in these acts and flipkart team is not ready to accept the mistake of their team.

                                  Kindly take strong and strict actions in this regard to prevent such fraud practices.

                                    I booked the product on 5th Oct 22. And its delivery date was 12th Oct 22. I haven't received the product yet. I spoke to Flipkart customer care so he said that you will have to solve the product problem on 17th when the product delivery date is on 12th.. so I am trying to cancel the product. But Flipkart is not even canceling. And my amount 12992rs are stuck and they are not even giving my money....

                                      I am Nivedita Joshi . I paid the pay later payment for the September 2022 bill of Rs 2015/- and money got deducted. I used phonepe to pay the same and in phonepe it shows successful but in flipkart, it shows dues are pending .

                                      Please please please, help me for this. I want my money refund to my bank account. Or else check with the transaction and clear the september bill.

                                      I have checked with my bank and phonepe and both have confirmed the payment.
