you guys are just irresponsible and doing nothing. I placed order second time and it got cancelled automatically and you know what answer executives has given 'There is some technical issue'. This was reason I got both time. I know technical issue. But what the hell your service is. It is better to buy it from shop. Your site is just ridiculous.     my name is nikhil hello, mene ek product Nokia 220 Red flipkraft s 11 September 2014 ko liya tha..but jb mene phone ko chalya aur setting check ki to usme phone memory only 4.5MB hi mili but flikart ki information m phone memory jise interenal memory b kaha jata hai wo 512MB hai..to plesae aap is bare m kuch kariye..it's cheater company

          I demand placed on 08 Sep 14 the book of NDA path finder order No ODA[protected]HGPGG00, shipping ID No [protected] and Air Waybill No :[protected] Order No :S56637471. The demand placed based on last delivery date is 13 Sep 14, but today is 16 Sep 14 not yet received. The exam is 28 Sep 14 how will be prepare for the exam. Tomorrow will not received the order may be cancelled, also complaint against consumer court.

            Dear Team, I have ordered an Sony NP-BN1 Rechargeable Battery on 13.09.14 & got the delivery on 15.09.14, but the product which i have got is not the same which i have ordered(i got san disk pen drive-64 GB). This is very shaky & unexpected from the flip kart to handover the things without proper checking & handling. The invoice & ever thing is correct in the envelope. I want my product to be returned immediately, i have already paid the full amount of money to flip kart. So please do the need full and replace the same at earliest.               Hi, I paid Rs. 36000 /- + 90 (Same day delivery) and placed an order for Apple iPhone 5S mobile phone from Flipkart on 14th September, 2014. Order ID: OD[protected] Item). The expected delivery date was 1st half 15th September, 2014. On delivery day I got a Order Confirmation mail from Flipkart that Order is delayed & now expected date of delivery is 15.Sep. Till today there is no progress on delivery status. In customer care, I called & ask your Executive Officer for the same issue. See am not asking any weaver or anything I need that product. But poor response from you Filpkart and Ws Retail.. I am not understood what kind of customer care flipkart is running.

                I am using flipkart from some time now and i order 2 Asus Google Nexus 32 Gb with COD. The orders were delivered perfectly. But when i placed order for the 3rd Tablet, they cancelled ny order saying that, we want to give chance to other customers. What is this ? I did business with them of approx 50k in one month, i should be treated as a premium customer and they are giving me this. I talked with the customer care personnel about the same and he says that its seller policy. I told him to show me where this policy is notified, he said they are not notified about this policy. Hence, my complaint is that, there is no listing of such a policy by Flipkart and they are taking negative decisions against the customer on the fly. Thanks. Juzer Dhuliawala

                      Ordered Moto G (2nd gen) ODA[protected]CPXWA00 form flipkart on
                      6th Sep 20Team, 14, 3 working day delevery, after 10 days also they couldn't deliver
                      me the product when inquired in customer care saying system to get updated. and
                      giving me one more day daily.

                      I am very much disappointed with the services
                      Please take necessary
                      Action on high priority for the same and deliver the mobile on urgent basis.

                        I had booked one voltage stabilizer through Flipkart on 3rd Aug'2014 which was to be delivered on 14th Aug'14. An intimation came from Flipkart on 15th Aug'14 that the order has been cancelled and the refund will be deposited in my account in 12 working days. Till date the '12 working days' are not over. Even after repeated enquiries, they are just buying time and not giving refund for the same (Rs. 1600/-). I am fed up with Flipkart and I even talked to their customer care supervisor (Ms. Heena) who promised that my refund will be deposited in my account by 9th Sep'14, but still waiting... I am totally disappointed with the services of Flipkart and also advise other customers to refrain from buying anything from Flipkart.

                          Dear sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I had ordered a black double window flip of samsung galaxy S duos 2 (S7582) dated on 13.9.2014. Order ID ODA[protected]RIMOG00 and order item id 98399618. Today I have received the black double window flip of samsung galaxy Star pro S GT 7262 instead of that what I have ordered. This is unacceptable and this type discrepancy is not consilient with your esteem organisation. So please do the need full and replace the same at earliest.                             I bought Moto G mobile phone on august 27th (Order no. OD[protected] ). Found faulty in few days. I've raised a complaint to flipkart via email. They have been responding. One day a guy called me from flipkart told that product is not available on stock. So we can not replace the product. Instead we can refund your money. It happened 5 days ago. Their official status shows me we will revert to you in 2 days. But they are not responding my email. Such a worst service from flipkart. I'm very disappointed. Finally I've paid Rs. 11, 999 and using a faulty product. What a pathetic situation. I never buy anything from flipkart again and never let my friends do. I've attached invoice details and order status on their website.

                            same thing happened with me. I also got faulty Moto g phone. They told me that no refund can be made. Thinking to raise a compliant in consumer court.

                                This is Neha Shrivastava From Bhopal Recently, I have place an order for HTC 816 on Flipkart (9th September) with order NO ODA[protected]SRDUZ00 within 2 days I got an SMS "That your order has been cancelled and ur amount will be refunded in 10 days" Without any prior information of cancellation. The same issue got repeated again with the order no ODA[protected]UZYIX00 on 13 September. Without knowing any of cancellation flipkart automatically canceled the order. By contacting the flipkart Customer Care section we never got any positive response & only the apology, And they are communicating to place the order again third time and still not sure about the delivery of the product.                                   I had ordered a Moto G2 on Saturday 6th September, 2014. On Sunday having realized that I won't be available at the delivery address, I requested for an address change. The delivery address was changed on Monday by a prompt service of Flipchart. Now on Tuesday I get a call from delivery person that he is with my order at my old delivery address. So considering the miscommunication, I requested him to deliver the product on next day at my new delivery address. Next day no one comes and I enquired about the order, they promised to deliver it on Wednesday. It didn’t happen on Wednesday and complained again on Thursday for 2 times. They promised me that they will deliver on Friday no matter what. Again Friday I called and I come to know that the order has been cancelled from their side citing the reason, “Consignee not available”. On complaining and escalating the matter, they happen to advice me to make a fresh order and the refund would be available within 5 working days. Here the Flipkart team really doesn’t have any courtesy towards the customer, who doesn’t have his product, nor the money for 1 week and he is just left to complaint at deaf ears. I just request the team to atleast listen to this and take some steps.

                                    hi, I had ordered 4 items from flipkart and your delivery boy came and while giving the delivery...misbehaved with my father, shouted and talked very rudely..on the very same other delivery was made and he saw his behavior, till the time an apology is made or some strict action is taken against him, please consider all my ordered items cancelled and wont even shop with flipkart anymore till the time action is taken.

                                      I ordered Xiaomi power bank 10400 mAh (product was in Stock) on September 1 2014 and the delivery date given by flipkart was 8th September 2014 (product was shipped on 1st itself and prived the tracking code), but they failed to deliver. Then I made calls to flipkart customer help desk, they said there would follow up with the courier service and promised that they will deliver the product by max to max 12th September. But again they could not keep the promise they have made and they failed to deliver the product by 12th. After that I further called the customer care, and talked with the supervisor named "Asha Panda", she said would look up the issue and deliver the product by 16th of September. But yesterday morning (on 13th September) suddenly I got a call from flipkart cutomer care and they said that product went out of stock, the product cannot be delivered. I asked them what is the problem with the order, they did not answer and said we cannot deliver the product which was on the way. The flipkart has been harrassing me since 2nd of 8th of September, everytime they promised but they failed. So I want to file a complaint against them.Please take serious actions and help me to get my order.

                                      After I raised complaint here at ConsumerComplaints, within a day Flipkart delivered the product and apologized for the late delivery and the inconvenience. And moreover they assured that this kind of issue won't happen again.

                                        "I ordered a mobile Moto G 16gb which is available in India only at flipcart. I received it on 13 September and after using it for 15 min's I was not at all satisfied with the quality of product and I contacted the flipkart constmer care to take that back as I was not happy with product but they said that it can't be either replaced or taken back .I tried to tell them that as this product is not available anywhere else .I haven't used it. When I used it I was not satisfied with it but they haven't heard me. I don't wawant this phone plz replace it.
