    I had bought Samsung F-62 128 gb variant from an individual seller 8 months ago today, for which I have a consumer invoice where I was given an invoice by the same individual seller in which the imei number of the product is written, now when I am trying to contacting the seller that his phone is being switched off show and I am badly stuck in it.
    And there is no help from seller side also no help is getting from flipkart side also it is said that you have bought stock in flipkart smart upgrade plane, order payment is pending that's why phone is locked now what, i need help about this.

      I am a buyer of flipkart and also a plud member. Since one month flipkart block my account and i already try to open my account but their was no positive response. I call many times customercares helpline number but their was same problem. I have to pay latter balance. If i could not pay then it will affect my civil score. So i want to pay but from flipkart site their was positive response. Thats why i complained here for their miss behaviour and providing lower servicing to their customer do that customer facing problem.
      I requested here as soon as possible pls comply my query.

        Hi, I have ordered an iPhone 11 white Color 64gb variant from Flipkart on 22nd September 2022 for 30, 028₹, which was delivered on 27 September 2022.
        I ordered white Color but received in purple. When I asked delivery boy, he told me to get replacement from flipkart, when I contact flipkart they say it was on open box delivery product, so no replacement, now I am confused where should I go, what should I do?
        They rejected my replacement. I said ok, I am ready to keep purple Color but at least provide me the right bill, in bill it says white Color, I may warrant related issue in future (apple customer care told me)
        I am sharing the sharing the screenshots of the same.
        In the bill, it is written white Color, imei is right.

          my Dr.S.Koteswari registered mobile no [protected] have ordered phone 5 back order id:
          0D[protected]

          it's out of delivery for the last 3 days and not yet delivered to me. We are in continuous contact with the details given through ecrt (with registered mobile no followed by pin).

          the delivery boy will convey tht by evening they will deliver the item but by the end of the day they 're switch off the mobile.

          I had also raised the complaint in flipkart for 2 days in customer care, but no response.

          am Dr.S.Koteswari we request for immediate action against flipkart based on my complaint, as we are physically & mentally struggling for last 3 days. inspite of regular follow upto customer care & delivery boy they had not delivered the phone.the amount we already paid at the of ordering . we are suffering alot .kindly resolve at the earliest

            I ordered an adidas running shoe on 4th sept, 2022, but that product was lost in transit and i never received the delivery.
            Flipkart executives asked me to cancel that order and place a fresh order and promised to add a gift card of Rs.150 once the new order would be delivered.
            Hence, as per their request I cancelled the order on 20th sept, 2022 and placed a fresh order and on 30th sept, 2022, my order was delivered.
            After the delivery I contacted flipkart customer care regarding the Rs. 150 gift card which was supposed to be added to my wallet as a token of appreciation, but they bluntly denied it and said they cannot fulfill such commitments as it was against their policy.
            I have hereby attached the email screenshot in which there is clearly mentioned that they would add Rs, 150 to my wallet.

                I purchased whirlpool 360 ltr refrigerator from flipkart on 22 sep 2022 and it is delivered on 23 sep 2022 and the brand installation came on 24 sep 2022 he said that the product got gas chock raised a complaint for replacement.
                My replacement got confirmed and received on 29 sep 2022 the delivery person open the product and ask us to check for any damage but it got dent on right side I asked the delivery person for replacement but he refused and started shouting on us.
                Then he called some person from ekart logistic and asked me to speak he said you will be given 3 options one replacement second coupons for 20% and third is cancelling the product
                I asked the second one for coupons he said it will be credited on your account please wait for 24 hours but 48 hours gone nothing is happened
                I called customer care they were saying that we don't receive any information like that someone has fooled you. So please give me the solution

                  I had ordered a Samsung Smart Watch 4 and WildCraft BackPack from flipkart.com on 22nd September 2022.
                  The Item Wildcraft BackPack was delivered to me on 24th September, while the delivery boy came to deliver the backpack, i receieved an OTP for that delivery, and i provided that OTP to the delivery boy. After sometime, i received a message from flipkart that Wildcraft BackPack AND SAMSUNG SMART WATCH 4 has been delivered to me, whereas in actual only Wildcraft BackPack was delivered to me.

                  I immediately called the flipkart customer support for the non delivery of the Samsung Smart Watch 4, but did not get any proper response from them (it can be verified in your records as the call was on a recorded line).
                  Then i went on to find the Ekart Logistics Warehouse in my city and went there to inquire about the non delivery of Samsung Smart Watch 4.
                  After providing all the details to the Unit Head there, they checked in their system and said that the Smart Watch being an Open Box Delivery and the Delivery boy who came to deliver the BackPack was not eligible to deliver any Open Box Delivery Products.

                  They further said to raise my concern to the flipkart customer support, and i raised it.
                  But the issue is closed by providing reason that the Product was delivered after providing OTP and so they can not process the Refund.
                  THe EKart Logistics Area Manager said that in this case there is some error on the part of the FLIPKART FULFILLMENT CENTRE, AS BOTH THE PRODUCT HAD SAME TRACKING ID.
                  I raised this issue in the customer support, but the issue is being closed without inquiring anything.

                  These is a Crystal Clear Case, as this being an Open Box Delivery, you guys can check in your system if at all there is any delivery photo available or not.

                  I hereby request you to kindly take up the matter with utter seriousness or else i would be compelled to take legal action and file an FIR for the same.

                        I was a regular customer of flipkart grocery once it started. And everything was fine. But then started big billion pre sale for plus member. I ordered 7 item with order id OD[protected]
                        But i received only 6 item with 5 kg tide missing . courier boy told register a complain with customer service. And i registered. But my claim was rejected.
                        Soon most order in big billion days started with item missing and all courier boy is requesting that something is wrong with flipkart grocery. Please do not order. Or only order with cash on delivery order.
                        I have stopped making order with flipkart grocery. Will I get my lost money of 448.

                          My pay later account has been blocked even though i pay all my dues on time and never failed to pay . Every one of my payments is on time but they still blocked my account and gave no reason for it . This is not the way to treat ur valuable customers flipkart . Please look into this matter

                            Flipkart has blocked my account in which this emi was going on my flipkart in letter whose due date is 5 october i want my emi otherwise but flipkart has blocked my account due to which i am not able to pay my emi If there is any penalty or late payment fee, then Flipkart will be responsible for all this, I will not be responsible for my love because I am not able to access it nor am I able to fill it because not flipkart blocking my account And Flipkart has not mentioned anywhere in its Times and Conditions and its policy that how many products the customer can return and how many products he can cancel Flipkart is arbitrarily blocking all the accounts in which my account is blocked. has given.

                              Flipkart blocked my account. because he says high no. of return. I not made any return and I want not make any return. I use Flipkart pay later and remaining 4 EMI. my account is verified by aadhar KYC and Flipkart give me paylater 20000. and my debit and credit card have a in account. I request please unblock my account as soon as possible. I purchased many products payment already made. I not access product. I many times contact Flipkart support team he not give me any satisfaction and not give any answer of my questions. if you not unblock my account so I go legal consumer court/district forum. against you and consumer protection.
                              I take a action consumer protection 2020 ACT.

                              Any seller setting up goods or services through a marketplace e-commerce entity, if
                              the goods or services are not of the characteristics or qualities as stated or agreed, or if such goods
                              Purchased or agreed to be purchased if the delivery is delayed by the time mentioned above
                              shall not refuse to withdraw goods, or withdraw or discontinue services, or the consideration, if paid
                              If the customer does not like the same, then he has every right to return the goods, in this no e-commerce can answer questions from his customer and close his account.

                                      I ordered Nike shoe order# OD[protected], was cancelled by backend team, they are saying the product was damaged on arrival. I wanted the product to be replaced in that case, but they cancelled the order, without my consent.
                                      I was following up from 24th September, as it was supposed to reach me on that date, The order was cancelled on 02 October. This is breach of contract as that was a prepaid order.

                                      I want Flipkart to refund the price equal to current price of the product or provide me the same product in agreed cost, during sale period.

                                        Sir my registered mobile number is [protected] I'm unable to login to the app when i was trying with my old password its was showing invalid password and there was no option for OTP and there was no option for reset password. Why this type of service you are providing. Its very regret to inform you. Please kindly activate my account or send me password reset link to my registered mail id. It was worst service by customer care center they are unable to resolve the issue why ur running customer service desk who don't know how to resolve the customer issues kindly look into the issue and resolve this ASAP you can call me at [protected] or [protected]
