Company delivered damaged product
I already file complaint regarding same issue at national consumer helpline
I already share pictures to company
Company approved my last return request but no one come for pickup
No any call or message received regarding pickup so my return is cancelled without my consent
I already contact multiple times by call and mails but company not responding today 10 days complete

      I received an order by my mothers name by flipkart. The order was sent at the hospital so a staff who didn't know better received it on COD later when we got the order we realized it wasn't placed by us. On calling customer care they were of no help and didn't even agree on telling name of the person placing the order so that we could have given it to them. They didn't even agree on returning the order back. This is just sheer wastage of resources. It is a scam just to trick customers into buying products from them.

        I buy a puma shoes from flipkart but a got a wrong product. i raised a return request against the product. But the flipkart team doesn't solve my problem. they only give me date and date. but i don't get any solution. after some date i get a pickup massage for the shoes but the dilevery boy came and say, no to pickup the product. I tell my problem to the flipkart but they doesn't solve my problem.

          I am atul kumar i ordered nothing1 mobile on flipkart big billion day in the name of my wife riya on 24 september 2022 whose order id – OD[protected] which cost Rs 31160 out of which Rs 22080 i did 12 months EMI from flipkart payletar rest Rs 9080 i my bank When the parcel arrived, a red colored power bank came out inside it when I called on the helpline no of flipkart. When I made a pay call, they asked to stop till 28 September 2022 and blocked my flipkart account till 28 September 2022, I did not get any email call from flipkart, I contacted the helpline no of flipkart. Called again then told that you wait till 02 October 2022, you will get your solution from flipkart side but even after that on 02 October 2022 there was no call or email when I again contacted flipkart helpline no. If I called you then I was told that your refund will not be returned nor will you get another product, sir, I have tried many times on the helpline no of flipkart. Called me just keep on blaming me, I am very upset

            I purchased SAM & JACK Relaxed Me Brown, Beige Trousers, Order Id = OD[protected] .Due to size problem I returned it on dt 30/09/22. After consultation with e customer care, assure me that refund money will be credited on dt 03/10/22 . but the refund money not yet been credited till date now . You are requested to solve this problem. Thank you .

                    EKART dombivili city team is scamming the customers of flipkart by selling the phones by tying up with retail market offline phone sellers and due to which they are delaying the release of phone from their hub to customer address even I am among the victim of the same incident ordered phone on big billion sale being a flipkart plus member still not been treated with any priority and there are no details to complaint about ekart or ekart distrcit head team they are scamming at local level and expecting customer to get frustrated and cancel the order by their own so that they can rub off their fraud easily putting the blame at customer end.

                    Request to please raise a proper audit on the team as the scamsters are fooling people and flipkart is helping in the whole situation or not no idea but no resolution is provided from both ends.

                    Below are the details of the phone I ordered Moto 30 Fusion Edge on sale for rs 34000 but the offline relatilers in my shop are getting the same phone from this ekart vendor partner scamsters and selling it off for 43K.

                      I am trying to log in my flipkart account but i forgot my password and when i am trying to get an otp or use forgot password it says unable to process request, also when i tried calling customer care there was only automated voice and no way to contact a real person to get my issue resolved

                        I had contacted you at-least 8times regarding this order but every time Flipkart register complaint and give a promising date first it was 3rd oct. then 5th oct and after that its 7th oct. now there is no information and no response from flipkart.
                        This is my last and final contact with flipkart after that will going to take legal action against Flipkart

                          I have created flipkart account 7 years back with a mobile number 2 years ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                          The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                          Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                            I have raised too many complaints everywhere but Flipkart closing my all complaints by saying they need my id proof although i have shared my id proofs multiple times. Even i uploaded my id aadhar card in national consumer helpline but again they blindly copy pasted same lines that they need my id proof and closed my complaint, now i think i need to visit Flipkart's main office with my id proof then they will see it clearly, their customer service executives are biggest idiots

                              I ordered Samsung galaxy watch 4 from Flipkart last week for which i was supposed to get the delivery yesterday.(Order id- OD[protected]
                              The delivery was attempted as an Open Box delivery and I received my order, post which the delivery guy clicked on the Order Cancelled button accidentally in his mobile instead of completing the delivery and my order got cancelled. He assured me that he will correct this mistake and will give back my order the next day after making the updates through flipkart computer system and he took back the watch from me.

                              Now next day I can see my order is completely cancelled and I've got the refund amount back. I was asked to wait for a day and after waiting the order was canceled without informing me. Now while i'm contacting the customer support for this issue they are just being sorry for their mistake and asking me to place a new order now which is 2000 Rs more expensive then the price i ordered the product at initially, then why should i pay the extra amount because of Flipkart's foolishness? Plus according to the flipkart support, the company don't have an escalation matrix to take this case further. Which is very shameful and unprofessional when you are a competing brand globally.

                              As a flipkart customer, I've had bad experience with my previous orders but this time it is un-acceptable.

                              I Hope though this forum i will get to hear back some positive feedback for my issue caused by them.

                                I bought three items from one seller in same order. ITEM 1 : RS.198 ; ITEM 2 : RS.214 AND ITEM 3 : RS.206.

                                I habe placed return request for item 3.
                                For item 2, the seller sent a wrong item and i asked for a replacement. The seller again sent a wrong item. I went to see if i can get a replacement again but i found that i can only get a refund but the amount is only Rs.193. i called flipkart and they informed me that replacement can't be offered as per their policy.

                                I asked why i am not getting full amount i paid for this product. They informe me seller policy is to cut Rs.21 as it is on offer. And the executive tried telling me that i paid only Rs.193 and the order invoice is wrong. I demanded to get a full refund as selle is at fault for delivering wrong product. But there is no response.

                                I files grievance in NCH and the FLIPKART team who delas with the complaint is behaving in such a stupid manner that they refuse to acknowledge that i am talking about ITEM 2 priced at Rs.214 and not the ITEM 3 which i have returned. They reply to all greivance that the item of Rs.206 is scheduled for pickup and will get a refund.

                                MY COMPLAINT IS REGARDING THE ITEM PRICED AT RS.214 AND NOT RS.206. if their team can't understand basic English, how can they understand despite repeated explanation that i am talking about a different item from same seller. They seem to be doing it on purpose. And i have provide same photo proof as here which clearly shows items are different but they are having fun in refusing to provide an answer about correct item and haven't even read the complaint properly. Even after multiple complaints filed by me they give same answer that Rs.206 item is refunded. Why is wrong with your team?

                                Atleast now someone check properly of which item i am talking about and why the refund is not full amount by the seller when he gave me wrong product. In the first place.

                                  Ordered a hp omen laptop on big billion day sale on 28th October and it said it would be delivered by 3rd October. On 3rd October got an update saying that due to logistical issues the ordered is delayed by 9th October. And till today the status is showing that the order is still not dispatched.
                                  Need the exact info on where my product is and what's causing delay or else will have to initiate cancellation process.
                                  And will stick to Amazon for all future orders in that case.

                                        I've been searching for the last few days on flipcart, and wanted to buy some clothes. But for every product I'm trying to order, it shows that the product is out of stock for your pincode. Since the sale is on people do want to buy products and when it shows out of stock it's really not good. So please solve the problem.
