I have purchased 1 mobile with buyback offer of 1 year and in this 1 year i have claimed that offer but some how order got canceled from flipkart after my buyback period over so i have connected with the customer support and ask to reopen the offer or give me any fisible solution on it. than they told me to exchange the mobile on flipkart and they will give me the refund of different amount. but after that i am also not able to exchange the mobile on flipkart which i purchased from flipkart. so again same communication goes on 2 month and they provide me solution to exchange the mobile to any local vendor and the difference amount they will give me as giftcard. and i agreed on that and i exchanged my mobile with local vendor and shared the details and they accepted the things gave me the hope to get the giftcard in 24hours and that promise is on 23 june 2022. but still after wait and communication again and again they are not giving the solution till the day. and even not giving any meaning full details on the time and wasting my time.

    Amount debited without my permission

    Sir,
    On 01.08.2022 Rs.1233 has been debited from my canara bank credit card by Flipkart payment Banglore without my permission..I ordered a product on 29.07.2022 for the amount of Rs.1233 and payment was successfuI but again after two days an amount of Rs.1233 has debited without my permission..so I request you to get me a refund and want to know how this happens...

        Hi Sir/Ma'am

        I am Harshit Kumar, a plus member and active buyer and I have done my last 34 items which was grocery items. The delivery guy told me about one Item (Flipkart fruit and vegetable chopper) is out of stock and not delivered at the time of delivery. But he's updated status as delivered. After that I complaint multiple times but not resolved yet. And now my account is also blocked and not able to login. It's more than 20 days now. Kindly keep my account active as soon as possible.           I had ordered a laptop under exchange. The delivery person rejected the exchange even without taking a look at the old laptop and insisted on making full payment without exchange discount. On complaint, flipkart team assured resolution but after keeping it pending for whole one week cancelled the order on its own.

          Flipkart offers such schemes only to attract customers without any real intention to pick up the old laptop and in the process playing a fraudulent tactics to boost its sales. It not only takes advance money from customers but waste their time and effort as well.

          I hope some legal authority take note of this and investigate the affairs at Flipkart to save customers from unnecessary harassment and manipulation by Flipkart.

            Ordered sunsun jtp 16000 aquarium water pump from Flipkart but received colouring stones on 5/7/22 . After that immediately I complained, shared pictures, called many times and tried everything possible to be done by me, but the company senior executive kept me waiting, cancelling complain and not providing me refund nor replacement till now.

              Hello sir,
              Myself Ranjeet yadav, I am a regular flipkart customer .I order products on flipkart every day.I am also a plus member on flipkart.
              Today on 03/08/2022, In morning, I saw that my flipkart account is blocked.I called customer support, they gave me a date that the problem would resolved .
              Sir I am worried, I have done some prepaid orders which I haven't got and I also have some wallet balance and I am a genuine customer on flipkart and I want to be with flipkart.
              Due to some reasons, may be because I have attempted many return requests on flipkart, or any other glitch,
              I just want my flipkart account to unblock.
              Please take action on my concern.
              I want my account back.

                  Hi Team,

                  Ipurchased poco f4 mobile with order "[OD[protected]]" in july-2022 and
                  Recently i noticed charging problem. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
                  The invoice was not with the order and also not sent to my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing. I am asking them from day 3 of my purchase but still they did not provided bill.

                  Please look into this

                      This is in regards to my order I'd OD[protected] which is a matress and I have received the product on 18th July but it was damaged so I arranged a return which was scheduled on 19th July. The pick up was done on 19th July itself but it was not updated on the App. And did not got refund. I have raised complaint on customer care and they clearly don't have any answer. They just simply give the dates. Now they updated my complaint as resolved but I have not received any money or resolution. I have attached the pic and name of pick up guy.

                          On july 27th 2022, i ordered a Sumsung washing machine with 2Items with below Order Id.
                          Order ID OD[protected] from flipkart site. Payment got deducted from my Kotak bank account but flipkart mobile app shows 'payment not received from the bank' and 'order is pending'. I have been waiting for 4 days for something to happen. I lodged a complaint also on flipkart but no response even after 72 hours. They need to be refunded my money or confirming the order. They are simply ignoring my request.

                              Worst experience i had faced while order grocery from flipkart on prepaid basis. Even after the 2 days of delivery date, i could not get the my grocery and cancelled order without information due to logistical issue. what a worst service you are providing.
                              If this kind of service you will provide to your regular customer, No more option will here to go for another option.
                              In future i will never go with Flipkart

                                I ordered some groceries from Flipkart groceries having order id OD[protected], worth ₹700. During payment, the delivery boy sent me a link through which I paid ₹700, which was already debited from my account but the boy told me that he has not received the payment. So I paid him ₹700 again for that same order. And I complaint regarding this issue to agents 8 days before. They told me to wait for 7 to 8 days then I will get my refund. Now today is 8th day and the agent is saying they can't do anything and go to bank. Is this there service? Please help me to resolve this issue. Here I'm providing a screenshot of my bank statement.
