It's the worst app to order groceries, I have ordered 5 times now, and out of these just 1 of them was a smooth delivery, the rest were never delivered on the day promises and the support assistant would raise a case with a 72 hour TAT and that too is extended so basically I am without the necessary groceries and have to get it again from the market and, flipkart would hold on to your funds for 5-7 days without a resolution, I feel this is...

I have ordered an product on Flipkart my amount has been deducted from my credit card but order is not yet confirmed by Flipkart. order is still on pending it's been 2days no refund has been done....

I purchased 5 items in 2021 but I am not able to download the invoice. Please help me out to avail the invoice....

I want to change the mobile number registered with my account to a new one but it requires otp sent to both old and new number. I don't have access to my old number anymore and therefore can't get it's otp. Please provide me a way to change the old number to a new one....

I ordered for a phone. After completing the payment flipkart shows payment not yet confirmed from the bank. There appears a message that it will be refunded if it has been debited from account within 4 hours but till now neither any refund nor they tried to help me in my issue in flipkart support....

I made a purchase of safari suitcase on aug 11 but when I received the item their was size fit issue so I decided to return the item. I made a return request on 16 aug which was under 10 days return policy. But after thata nobody comes to pickup my return and I have raised more than 6 complaints, made 20 calls and talked to different customer support executives and their seniors regarding the issue but none of them has resolved the issue...

I have made a booking with flipkart travel platform.
Money has been deducted immediately, but the booking is in pending state.
I have waited for more than 2 hrs, but still no update on the ticket status.
I even tried calling the customer care, but they said there is no PNR the flight booking is failed
And I haven’t received anything NOT EVEN A SINGLE MAIL about the flight status

[LOT: 26043031, Manufacturing date:08.06.2021, Expiry date:05.05.2023] It was supplied on 06.09.2022, only 8 (eight) months before the expiry!

Flipcart personnel was contacted, but they refused to return...

I have ordered for a Fastrack watch worth 3000 last year which has 2 year manufacturing warranty on Flipkart. Last month on August there occurred a problem with my watch which can be solved by free with company policy if I submit the warranty. When I reached the nearby service center of Titan they have told me that the warranty doesn't have the model number in it which cannot be taken. When I asked Flipkart they are sending me the old invoice...

I ordered oppo reno8 mobile phone on 10th Aug 2022 and its delivery date was 17th aug. It got postponed by week and then it was 23 Aug. Again it was postponed, I contacted several time to customer care for any update. I didnt get any positive feedback or satisfactory answers. I am unable to change email address in my flipkart account.
When i tried to add email id in my flipkart account by putting both otps of email & mobile number, it shows an error "identifier is already in use".
I tried to change my email id through my phone, app and laptop. But its getting same error. My registered no. Is [protected]

Actually I paid my Due, befor date on flipkart pay later... But This amount still showing in my CIVIL as active loan... What to do???...
