I bought iphone 13 from Flipkart on 23rd September 2022 and when i started setup of apple id, i got a message saying that this device has been used for generating multiple apple ids that means flipkart has sent me used device along with other defects like its not detecting face id to unlock the iPhone 80% of the time, phone camera has lot of light reflex which are clearly visible in video and photos. I have raised replacement request with flipkart and after 5 days they are saying take it to apple center why should i take it to apple when i bought new device which is giving a message that this device has been used earlier. No support has been provided by Flipkart even their customer support doesn't work properly. There is no option to call them if they choose to call you back then only you will be able to talk.
Also bought extended policy for 799 and they haven't mentioned anywhere that there will be processing fee of 1500 post purchase to activate this they are fooling people.

This is not resolved. Flipkart executive kept on saying only 1 line please visit apple service centre you have received defective device i have asked them multiple times its used device where is it mentioned in policy that flipkart will send you used device instead of new one.

    On 23rd Sep 2022, I had seen that Samsung S21 FE was available on Flipkart and if ordered on 23rd September 2022, then the Mobile Phone will be delivered the next day by 11pm i.e. by 24th Sep. So I had ordered the mobile, however, after ordering to my surprise, it had shown the delivery date as 29th Sep 2022. So I had called up Flipkart customer care number and escalated the matter they told that it will be delivered by 29th Sep only. On 29th Sep around 6.45pm, I got a message stating that the product is Out for Delivery, to my delight I quickly started calling the Flipkart's delivery boy multiple times however he never picked up the phone. On 30th Sept I called up again to customer care, they told it will be delivered by 30th Sep, 10pm.l, however, again it was never delivered. On 1st Oct, again customer care informed me it shall be delivered by 1st Oct by 10pm but never delivered. This is the worst experience of me from Flipkart. Pathetic service. I don't know what needs to be done here. I wished that I had never ordered this from Flipkart.

    Today is 5th Oct 2022, still the order of Samsung S21 FE is not delivered yet and Flipkart is still figuring out where the mobile is. Flipkart had failed completely buying out more and more time to find out the order and daily promising me that the order will be delivered by 10pm every single day since 29th September 2022. it's high time that government of India should ban companies like Flipkart from India since Flipkart is using consumer money and earning interests of that amount per day when we talk about thousands and thousands of crore rupees by delaying the products. It's a huge Flipkart SCAM which is running now and which needs immediate attention

    Flipkart is not allowing to cancel the product and refund the amount as well. What is it that Flipkart wants here? They takes money from you and do not deliver the product and now they don't allow you to cancel the product and refund your money as well.
    Today is 5th Oct 2022, still the order of Samsung S21 FE is not delivered yet and Flipkart is still figuring out where the mobile is. Flipkart had failed completely buying out more and more time to find out the order and daily promising me that the order will be delivered by 10pm every single day since 29th September 2022. it's high time that government of India should ban companies like Flipkart from India since Flipkart is using consumer money and earning interests of that amount per day when we talk about thousands and thousands of crore rupees by delaying the products.

        Hi, Recently I placed the order at Sale price Rs 1004 on 22nd September

        On 27/09/2022 It showed me order is out of delivery but no one contacted me and not delivered to me So I raised the complainant but Flipkart just mentioned the issue and didn't take any action

        Then It showed me out of delivery on 2 more days 28/09/2022 and 29/09/2022
        And same no one contacted me and In last on 01/10/2022 they cancelled my order

        Logistics company was Delhivery (Poor Service) and I don't why they don't share the delivery guy contact number with customer

        Firstly So much time waste and second I bought the Item at sale price and third you lost the trust

        In last this was my bad experience and I am discontinuing the Flipkart platform for shopping

              I booked a product on 24 sep 2022 but still not yet recived, where is my product, delivery expected date is 29 sep 2022, I already made a payment for this product, info found on Ekart logistics portal as (unsuccessful delivery attempt failed(Costomer rejected)), but i didn't cancel the order,

              these things never happen before with me when i use AMAZON & OTHER E-COMMERS SITES, these much of cheep service provided by FLIPKART, I contact with costomer care executive they are also not suportive,

              I want my product to be get delivered by tommorrow before 1 pm, if not possible to deliver please send me your nearest Hub addres or phone number so that i can go and collect it by self. Its importan for me.
              If Again its not possible then I have a plan B, what to do with FLIPKART.

I just want help from Flipkart, My product to be get delivered successful, But i recived message stating (your order was canceled) but i didn't cancel the order, If i want to cancel order then definetely i will not pay in advanced, when i have COD option.the service provided by FLIPKART is fully not satisfied, These things never happen with me when i use AMAZON. Request you to please palced my order If possible.

                Dear sir/mam
                I'm regular customer of flipkart from 4 to 5yrs and every month i purchase many items.But approx 2 month before my flipkart account was hacked by someone and they started misusing.so i complained regarding this to flipkart customer care but they didn't take it seriously.so i left it also and changed my password.
                Some days before in sept, my account has been blocked by flipkart without giving me any reason.I called customer care, they wrote my concern and gave me a solution date which was 25th sept.But i didn't get any mail and call, again i called, again i received a date which was 26 and again again this repeated.
                Now I have to pay my emi due amount, how will I be pay my account is blocked.Neither flipkart helping me nor idfc first bank(emi partner of flipkart).

Where is shows some offers like redmi note pro mobile which costs 20990rs in market but their offer says the price of redmi for rs.495.

                    I thought this is an amazing offer i will never get chance like this and i got excited and paid the amount of their requirement...

                    I Ordered grocery daily needs essential
                    item through flipkart marketplace total product Ordered 15 item amount of 3359, and i paid also times of delivery without any confusion, They given a percel while i opened I found There 10 package Missing Only delivered item 5 products and 5 package Nestle ceralec and 5 package Juniors Horlicks jar Missing, wrongly taken full amount. I raised return request still not received my refund Please take action on it and refunded my 10 missing package balance as soon as possible. Really trouble and struggling with the issue as soon as refunded my money.

                        I have purchased a LAOPALA DINNER SET for amounting Rs 1604/- order ID NUMBER OD[protected] on receiving the same it was found that the same is in broken condition
                        I raised the issue of return with Flipcart .i was informed that my product will be picked up, on date 26/27/29 sept, 2022 I received messages regarding my pick up by EKart but every time wish master not paid a physical visit to me and submitted a false remarks that i have cancelled the request.
                        Flipcart customer care every time assured me but till date my problem has not been solved.

                                Hello Sir/Madam,

                                I had ordered a Women Kurta and Pyjama Set Viscose Rayon of Melange by Lifestyle from Flipkart. The order was placed on September 26th and the item was promptly delivered on 30th September. But the issue was that instead of the Kurta-Pant set, I have received only the kurta. The Order ID is OD[protected] and the Ekart Logistics ID is FMPP[protected].

                                The item is shown as delivered in the Flipkart app. The item was not tampered with and have been delivered in excellent condition. i am happy with the purchase and delivery. The only issue was the pant was not delivered along with the kurta.

                                Kindly deliver the pant also so that the kurta-pant set can be complete. Hoping to get a positive response from you.

                                  On 22 nd September i ordered iphone 13 midnight black from Flipkart, which arrived to the nearest hub on 25th of September and as i was not available on the date & address I rescheduled the delivery and changed the address, according to the date asked it should be delivered to the address on 28 on my updated address, but on 28 i got to know that they have not sent the parcel to the new address and they told me that it will reach the new address next day which was on 29th but it didn’t reach the address on 29th also. On 30th September I received a missed call which ranged for about 2 sec i called back it was from flipka Delivery agent and he told me that he will deliver the product by 9 pm i called him he saod sir i will reach by 11 pm and after that he stopped receiving my call and keep disconnecting my call, then I received a message from ekart (logistics) that your product will reach you next which is 1 October but on 1 October the Flipkart app is showing my order has been canceled, i called Flipkart customer on 28, 29, 30 and kept telling them that the delivery has been making a fool of me and he is not delivering me the product but they told me that they will resolve the issue by 3 October and now they have canceled my order, its a clear case of scam. I bought the phone for 50000 and it should have reached me, I waited and they have been fooling me.

                                    I’m not able to register my product(MacBook air) warranty for to mismatch in serial number provided in invoice. The box and the product has matching serial number. Flipkart customer care has not been helpful in resolving the issue and just closes any issues that I raise. I was told I will receive emails to upload documents regarding the issue but never received emails, instead the issues are just closed

                                      I'd paid Rs 694 for the order through my credit card (axis Bank) on 30/09/2022 morning and I got confirmation regarding the same.

                                      Later I was informed that my package won't be delivered on the day.

                                      However, Around 9:00 PM IST my package was delivered to home and wishmaster has collected additional payment of 694 from my mother, who was unaware that payment was made already by me.

                                      This is the first time I'm experiencing such an error from Flipkart side. My experiences have been very pleasing

                                      I request you to take necessary action to reimburse the extra amount collected.

                                      Already mailed Flipkart for a resolution however they haven't replied.

                                      Since I'm abroad, I'm unable to talk over phone to them and their chat bot is useless.

                                      I've the payment receipt as proof.
