On date 27/09/22 wishmaster called me regarding my product vivo t1 pro, but not delieverd ye, I called flipkart customer care executive multiple time regarding this, just now ate 9;47 pm on 28/09/22 i asked what is status of my complain so said no complain ye register now i am going to raise cumplain, this is priority you are giving to customer, i am plus member and also this order is prepaid. what service you people are giving, after calling multiple time you are registering complain, i am going on 29/09/22 outside of delievery address, can you resolve this issue until tommorrow.

    I had purchased 'Plus91 Regular Men Blue Jeans' on 23rd September 2022 vide order ID - OD[protected] from FLIPKART. The item was delivered on 25th September 2022. When I tried the jeans, it was grossly misfitting. Therefore, I raised a RETURN request on 25th September 2022 itself, well within the 10-day Return window.

    However, the seller is now refusing to accept the return citing 'PRODUCT MISMATCH' and has CANCELLED the REFUND. The product is unused by me, packed in the original packing and all tags are intact. I fail to understand why the RETURN is not being honoured.

      I ordered Samsung S21fe with order id OD[protected]. It was out for delivery on 26th of sep 2022 but it was not delivered. Delivery boy did not picked up my call that day. Next day also product was not delivered I contacted delivery partner in evening he told that he had that order on 26.09.2022 but he did not delivered it . It is a true scam going on in Flipkart. Today also i did not got my product . I ordered it in Big Billion days on good discount and they are not delivering it.

      Today is 01.10..2022 and still the product is not delivered. It's enough now. I am going to file harassment case on flipkart regarding this as I needed this phone urgently for office work. I work in Delhi High Court and I was not able to do my court proceedings properly due to this delay. Now I am going to file legal case against Flipkart on harassment and torturing me. Otherwise deliver this product to me today itself or Place fresh order and deliver it by tommorow on same price that i bought in big billion days. It is a true harassment done by Flipkart on Castomer
      Today is 01.10..2022 and still the product is not delivered. It's enough now. I am going to file harassment charges on flipkart regarding this as needed phone urgently for office work.         When I plugged in the charger to charge, the bottom of the watch came down completely. Contacted customer care many times for return but no solution. This is a waste of time.
        Return request has already been placed with customer care. But after that not a single call was received from the executive. The return will be approved only after receiving this call, so contacted the customer care again and gave the number. But even after giving the number, the executive still did not call to approve the return to it. That is why I am complaining here.

            It's been 3 days now the furniture we ordered was delivered but no installation and demo took place when it was delivered next day got a text from Flipkart a fellow guy was assigned he will come for installation but didn't receive any call from him when I called him back he said that's not my area I won't come there some other guy will come next day called customer care they said it will be solved after 3 hrs of call received another text from Flipkart that some other guy will be doing the installation but he too didn't call and the installation got cancelled by Flipkart on its own what kind of service is this really pathetic furniture was ordered on 23 delivered on 26/9/22 it's already 3 days still installation not done

                    Order ID - OD[protected] I bought a motorola mobile g31 from flipkart few days back, which had overheating problem and battery was bloated. I complained under replacement time over here and that was about to be picked up from us as soon as possible 7th octber . Sometime back I was watching a video here on Hotstar. Suddenly he started. It exploded on charging itself and my health has also been a problem. Please solve this problem as soon as possible

                      Sir flipkart did not deliver the product that he showed me, he delivered the product less than that, now the product is not taking returns, saying that if there is no problem with the product, the product cannot be taken, I have updated some pictures in protal.
                      Sir please look into the matter so that I can return the multi and arrange for me to get the multi as per my price

                        I losses my 10, 120 rs gift voucher .this was my 3 month savings 😭 My Flipkart account is blocked by Flipkart without any reason I have puted wrong number while ordering that why my Flipkart account is blocked I don't violate Flipkart terms and policies. I have don't order any order from 1 month when I order headphone but Fli pkart blocked my account . Reason giving that I have cancelled many order that is not true real one is I have put wrong number while ordering. I have called to Flipkart customer care for wrong number then after 14 hours Flipkart blocked my account . I have purchased 10, 120 rs gift voucher on that account. Please review my account . I need 10, 120rs refund or unblock my account. Otherwise unblock my account for 7-15 days for my loss cover.

                          Whereas the undersigned on 23rd September, 2022 has placed an Online order with your Company for 7 Items from Grocery Basket for Rs 1, 811/- which amount in a fraction of second was debited from my Account and credited to your Account with an intimation that the same would be delivered by 26th September, 2022.

                          In the morning of 26th September, 2022 message was received that the Order will be shipped soon and will be delivered on that very date.

                          However to my utter shock and surprise at 3.27 P.M, I received the following message;
                          " Order will be returned since order was not accepted during delivery."

                          I immediately wrote back that above message is absolutely false as the same was not delivered, so the question of 'Non Acceptance "does not arise at all. I asked for name of the Delivery Man who came to deliver and also to inform me the name of person who did not accept the delivery. Till now, these relevant information has not been furnished.

                          Be that as it may, thereafter another false story has been propounded by your Company, as at 4.28 P M. on 26th September, 2022 the undersigned got the following message ;
                          " Flipkart cancelled as Couriers could not deliver to your Address."

                          Admittedly, both the above messages contradict each other. In order after having accepting the Cost of Groceries in Advance, you have chosen not to supply the Goods to the Consumer without any Justifiable reason and your Company has been using the Consumer's money for its benefits, which amounts to "Unfair Trade Practices and als Deficiency in Services." Moreover, it would also amount to Fraud and Cheating under Indian Penal Code of 1860 when false and concocted messages have been sent within a span of one hour.

                          Further, the undersigned reserve the right to inform all the Companies about Unfair Trade Practices being indulged by your Company in not supplying their Goods after accepting the Cost in Advance, to the Consumer's.

                          So, the undersigned hereby call upon you to intimate the reason as to why the order was cancelled.

                          In the meantime though the Refund has been received but you are required to suitably Compensate the undersigned for Mental Agony and sufferings caused due to illegal cancellation of the order.

                          Also take note, that in case the issues are not resolved to the satisfaction of the undersigned, then the undersigned will delete your App and will issue Advisory to all its Accuintances ;
                          " Do Online shopping with any Company but Never with FlipKart."

                            Flipkart is an fraud app .make fraud with their customers when they purchase any gift card with debit cards/credit card and then they gave gift voucher . But gift voucher when we buy they take time fir 1-3 month then they block the account and decline gift voucher payment . I loss my money 11, 710rs I have buyed gift voucher at same time 2 account when I saw that they block my both accounts on same date and nearly same time
                            This types of fraud make by Flipkart . Flipkart app has been ban from India . This is fraud app. Not only me this type of fraud is making over all over India by from Flipkart.

                              I bought “Beats Studio Buds with Active Noise Cancellation Bluetooth Headset (White, True Wireless)" for Rs 6213 on 16th September 2022 . The product page mentioned in Flipkart app clearly states its new product and has 12 months of Apple warranty the seller is " BuzzIndia " in Flipkart, I received the product on 27th September 2022 and when I checked the coverage of warranty in https://checkcoverage.apple.com/ it showed me warranty expires on 13 of October 2022.
                              I contacted Apple support team for help and they asked me for invoice from Flipkart . The Invoice Flipkart gave me did not have serial number of the product mentioned in it, .call and mailing Flipkart to provide me with a revised invoice.I am currently helpless and really flipkart is scamming everyone with this issue as i have seen others also complaining about flipkart for this . Flipkart uses cheap methods to reduce the price of product to a larger extent and attract customer ultimately fooling them.

                                      Why my account have been blocked? I am returning a product because I get it in damaged condition. If you haven't trust on us. Then come here and see. Why you blocked my accounts. My 3 accounts were blocked in flipkart. One was before 2 years another 6months before and today one more account is blocked. And after various try the account hasn't been unblocked.

                                        I purchased camera on Flipkart and I want to return it.
                                        Flipkart says talk with SOny as this item has brand return policy and Sony says talk with Flipkart. I am stuck and not getting refund or able to return the item.
                                        Both Flipkart and Sony are sending me back and forward and waiting for return policy time to expire and then take their hands up from this issue.

                                        I have attached screenshot of Sony support that Flipkart needs to deal with this and also invoice of my order from Flipkart
