Hi Sir, I have ordered 2 Vishudh Kurta & Plazo set, but received completely different products for both of them, before that I have ordered Saree kits and for that also I have received different product and before that I have ordered a Towel set but received a earphone. In May this year I have ordered AC from flipkart but then seller has cancelled the AC, flipkart told me order again and told that Rs 2000 voucher will be provided to you, but again flipkart has cancelled the order because of this I have to pay more money from my pocket for the AC and voucher also I didn't got.
If I am trying for replacement of suits support is saying that replacement is not available but I have invested my time in getting these products in this price range. If this is a mistake from seller end then why we customer should suffer.

Now I want that flipkart should provide me the same suits which I have ordered by exchanging the wrong product I have received.

            Flipkart constaing team say to me that We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.If I get any product damage, we will arise it with return request.On Flipkart I have purchased a lot of electronic items whose warranty and gaurennty claim I will need invoices and open the invoice app, without downloading. So unblock my account.I will need invoices, For this I will need to login my account. So you unlock the account

              I purchased iPhone 13 (128GB Midnight Black) from Flipkart during the BBD Sale.

              I did the payment through my ICICI Credit Card and opted for a 12month EMI.
              The total price of the phone is Rs.50019. And with EMI it should be 4491 *12.

              But till now it's not been converted to EMI and my CC statement will be generated soon. I have contacted Flipkart multiple times but not of any use.

                WORST EXPERIENCE - Big Billion Day Sale 2022 - URGENT HELP !!!

                Hi,

                I don't know how to describe my feelings with the situation I am going on.

                Flipkart is playing fraud with me.
                APPLE iPhone 13 (Green, 128 GB) is available in stock but when I ordered, the seller rejected it again and the item is still available in stock. Why is the item available in Flipkart Stock???? Is it a Money Fraud or Flipkart bug???

                Please stop using this Flipkart. Please stop this:

                1st order I'd: OD[protected]
                2nd Order I'd: OD[protected]

                Seller rejected my order again. what you all guys are doing. Please help me, now I am in big trouble.

                I ordered the APPLE iPhone 13 (Green, 128 GB) again on 27th sept'22 at 8:55am but again my money got debited from my card and the seller rejected the order again.

                If you don't have the product in stock why it is available to buy.stop this please...stop this now

                "I talked to Flipkart representative of the company on 27th Sept'22 @ 9:20 am and explained the situation again. He checked the product availability at my pincode on his side and the item shows that it's available to buy, then why???? Why Flipkart you reject my order and this is the second time? It's my very very very worst experience (can't explain this situation and my feelings)."

                Instead of doing anything, Flipkart forced me to waste my time and money and created a big trouble for me.
                I never expected this at all being a very old user since 2013. How can I trust Frilkart now??? Flipkart should have to pay for wasting my time and creating trouble for me. No use of Big Billion Days 2022.

                I have ordered 2 iPhones in the last 3 days and my Money Rs. 1, 10, 538 (One lakh ten thousand five hundred thirty eight) is stuck in Flipkart. More than one lakh rupees you have taken from me without any order confirmation.

                I can't handle this situation...

                Flipkart has wasted my time and money since 24th Sept'22 and it is not tolerable at all. Flipkart should provide me compensation on this, being an old user 9+ years i trusted Flipkart like anything and it happened twice now and that too on my special occasion (Wedding Ceremony).

                Now I am afraid to do any big payment on Flipkart because the money will be stuck.

                Please give me an iPhone (any series) for free as compensation.

                It's completely Flipkart's fault. They are playing with customers. Please fix your bug first and they show the product based on its availability.

                I am also attaching an image showing that the item is still available to buy at my location. Please correct your Flipkart service please and ASAP.

                I have recorded senior department recording and he accepted that FLIPKART is not safe for payment.

                    I have activated flipkart pay later, not knowing that flipkart had opened an account in my name at idfc first bank which is affecting my cibil score as it is showing that i have been sanctioned a loan amount of rs. 3000 by idfc first bank. And now i don't have any clue on how to deactivate my pay later. Please help to close the loan account of idbi first loan account and deactivated the flipkart pay later option permanently.

                        My flipkart egv rs 4251 is deactivated without any reason on 23 September 2022 6:40pm. I reported to flipkart customer care but they are not taking any action.

                        Please reactivate my egv.
                        I added flipkart gv on 21 September of rs 5000 and again on 25 September of rs 5000 & after few shopping my egv left was rs 4251...& On 28 September egv got deactivated without any reason.

                            The phone number I'm currently using was used by someone else before, she may had created an account in flipkart. Now i own the number and i tried opening an account with it. But it's showing enter password which i don't know and they didn't provide me with 'forgot password ' option. Instead there was contact customer service, so i called in it. They said to track your orders check you flipkart application and hung up the call. I have been trying since 2 days please help me out.

                                Flipkart grocery is cheating us. I have one scheduled grocery item order ID - OD[protected] ordered on 10th sep ) scheduled to deliver by 16th sep and after calling several times, they were unable to deliver the grocery basket. Finally i have asked for cancellation on 21st sep and they have promised to refund it by 24 hours. But still no refund has been initiated.

                                Pls arrange refund of 3670 Rs immediately.

                                Flipkart is calling everyday telling that refund will be initiated within 24 hours but days are passing by without any resolution.

                                Consumer forum, pls help on this.

                                Cancellation requested on 21st sep but still cancellation status neither updated nor refund initiated. They have asked bank details on 21st sep ( which already provided on the same day ) and assured to initiate refund by 24 hours. Still pending after more than a week. Worst service ever.

                                  I recently ordered Puma sneakers in sale for 2729 and it showed delivery on 26 september and then on 28th but still not delivered and showing pincode address mismatch. Please help me in getting this product and deliver it soon otherwise it would be costly. The customer care didn’t even care about costumer and were rude except the girl.Don’t cancel my order without attempting delivery as this thing is fraud with customers during sale

                                    18th September (Saturday) - Ordered Realme Watch 2 Pro IN SILVER COLOR, Paid Rs.2799 + Rs. 69 for Extended 1 Year Warranty

                                    19th September (Sunday) - My mother received the product as I was not there. Flipkart packaging and product case are all intact as it was not opened.

                                    20th September (Monday) - I opened the Flipkart packaging and saw that the product arrive in BLACK COLOR. Without opening the product, I immediately opted for a refund. I was forced to open the seal and the product packaging to take photos of the product intact with all its accessories, by the Flipkart Customer Service person.

                                    25th September (Morning Sunday) - My refund request has been denied as Flipkart claims the seller was informed by the delivery person that the product was delivered intact. After I had uploaded all the corresponding photos required by Flipkart, they tell me on the last day of my stipulated return date, that my return request was not processed by the seller.

                                    25th September (Night Sunday) - I apply for another refund request at 11:14 PM to which I received an email saying my request will be processed in the next 72 hours. At 11:22 PM I send my driving license details.

                                    28th September (72 Hours completed) - My issue hasn't been resolved and the date has been pushed to 29th September.

                                    My Concern - I feel that I am being misled and I will not receive my refund. Flipkart will purposely end my request and will further state my return date has been crossed ( 7 days after receiving the item) and I will not be able to request a refund anymore.

                                    Please help me. I have all the information, screenshots, and chat messages of their incompetency and disregard for this situation, always giving me false hope.

                                        I have ordered new TV and wanted to exchange my old tv and it was clearly written in the flipkart application that they will accept old TV in exchange even if the screen is broken but the reality is different, delivery agent refused to pick up my old TV saying it does not match the exchange criteria so I showed him the eligibility criteria in app but he is not ready to take my exchange. This is completely a fraud and this is not acceptable their exchange criteria should be followed in real time also
