If your real company so I give you same order but you give me the same price. I give you again order.     I have purchased a LAOPALA DINNER SET for amounting Rs 1604/- order ID NUMBER OD[protected] on receiving the same it was found that the same is in broken condition
    I raised the issue of return with Flipcart .i was informed that my product will be picked up, on date 26/27/29 sept, 2022 I received messages regarding my pick up by EKart but every time wish master not paid a physical visit to me and submitted a false remarks that i have cancelled the request.
    Flipcart customer care every time assured me but till date my problem has not been solved.
    my request has been turned down for three time without my consent
    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          I purchased a mobile phone through Flipkart smart upgrade plan, after that i tried to pay the balance amount, but they are not giving any options to pay, now they locked my phone. I tried to reach customer care but they are doing postpone my issue. after that they are mentioning that issue was resolved, but yet my phone was locked. This is how flipkart is cheating customers. my order id is od[protected].

            Hello Sir/Madam,

            I had ordered a Women Kurta and Pyjama Set Viscose Rayon of Melange by Lifestyle from Flipkart. The order was placed on September 26th and the item was promptly delivered on 30th September. But the issue was that instead of the Kurta-Pant set, I have received only the kurta. The Order ID is OD[protected] and the Ekart Logistics ID is FMPP[protected].

            The item is shown as delivered in the Flipkart app. The item was not tampered with and have been delivered in excellent condition. i am happy with the purchase and delivery. The only issue was the pant was not delivered along with the kurta.

            Kindly deliver the pant also so that the kurta-pant set can be complete. Hoping to get a positive response from you.

              On 22 nd September i ordered iphone 13 midnight black from Flipkart, which arrived to the nearest hub on 25th of September and as i was not available on the date & address I rescheduled the delivery and changed the address, according to the date asked it should be delivered to the address on 28 on my updated address, but on 28 i got to know that they have not sent the parcel to the new address and they told me that it will reach the new address next day which was on 29th but it didn’t reach the address on 29th also. On 30th September I received a missed call which ranged for about 2 sec i called back it was from flipka Delivery agent and he told me that he will deliver the product by 9 pm i called him he saod sir i will reach by 11 pm and after that he stopped receiving my call and keep disconnecting my call, then I received a message from ekart (logistics) that your product will reach you next which is 1 October but on 1 October the Flipkart app is showing my order has been canceled, i called Flipkart customer on 28, 29, 30 and kept telling them that the delivery has been making a fool of me and he is not delivering me the product but they told me that they will resolve the issue by 3 October and now they have canceled my order, its a clear case of scam. I bought the phone for 50000 and it should have reached me, I waited and they have been fooling me.

                I’m not able to register my product(MacBook air) warranty for to mismatch in serial number provided in invoice. The box and the product has matching serial number. Flipkart customer care has not been helpful in resolving the issue and just closes any issues that I raise. I was told I will receive emails to upload documents regarding the issue but never received emails, instead the issues are just closed

                  I'd paid Rs 694 for the order through my credit card (axis Bank) on 30/09/2022 morning and I got confirmation regarding the same.

                  Later I was informed that my package won't be delivered on the day.

                  However, Around 9:00 PM IST my package was delivered to home and wishmaster has collected additional payment of 694 from my mother, who was unaware that payment was made already by me.

                  This is the first time I'm experiencing such an error from Flipkart side. My experiences have been very pleasing

                  I request you to take necessary action to reimburse the extra amount collected.

                  Already mailed Flipkart for a resolution however they haven't replied.

                  Since I'm abroad, I'm unable to talk over phone to them and their chat bot is useless.

                  I've the payment receipt as proof.

                      I booked a product on 24 sep 2022 but still not yet recive, where is my product, delivery expected date is 29 sep 2022, I already made a payment for this product, Flipkart is providing these much of poor service, so i want my product to be deliver today, if not possible to deliver please send me your nearst Hub addres or phone number so that i can go and collect it by self. Its importan for me.

                        Hi team,

                        I have concern with the mentioned order ID. I have technical issue from the phone i received and I'm asking for replacement of the product. Technical team from nothing phone 1 confirmed I can get refund for this product same i conveyed to Flipkart technical team and got to know regarding policy for the replacement/refund. I heard this product doesn't have refund but I'm using Flipkart app in app there is not such policy mentioned for the same . I want to raise a concern this is not issue from customer side it's issue from Flipkart for not explicitly mentioning of the terms and conditions for buying the product.
                        Please requesting for refund for the product i really don't want to take new issue with the product. If this is not getting resolved then will raise the complaint to higer authority.

                            We purchased SONY 7M4 Mirrorless Body worth 2, 05, 356 INR. on FLIPKART. They delivered Old Nikon Lens instead of sony 7m4 body. we recorded the video when delivery was done. When we trying to submit return request they rejected two times without any reason. now they disabled return option.

                            Please take a necessary action against this ecommerce frauds.

                                I ordered MOTOROLA G62 5G (Midnight Gray, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM) mobile on 29 th sepetember 2022 and got it delivered on 30th sepetember 2022 . The mobile does not working fine, its overheating and hanging sometimes.
                                I need to return the mobile and get refund. but flipkart is not accepting return. I have called customer care service she is saying that return is not possible to mobiles as per policy but As per seller's returns policy, iam getting this "your product MOTOROLA G62 5G (Midnight Gray, 128 GB) is eligible for a return.                                 but I couldn't return as it was showing Something went wrong. attched snap of the same. Kindly take proper action and try to resolve my issue of return as soon as possible.

                                    I ordered mobile in BBD2022 with exchange of another mobile.
                                    Delivery boy rejected to exchange my mobile by deviating from flipkart exchange policy.
                                    As per flipkart exchange policy
                                    Issues leading to rejection in exchange are:
                                    1.Phone does not switch on.
                                    2.Brand/model is different from what is mentioned.
                                    3.Screen lock or iCloud lock (Apple phones) are not disabled.
                                    4.IMEI, on dialing *#06#, does not match.

                                    All above points are not applicable for my mobile phone but still delivery person rejected my exchange mobile.

                                    He didn’t even bother to check or verify the phone.

                                        I purchased whirlpool 360 ltr refrigerator from flipkart on 22 sep 2022 and it is delivered on 23 sep 2022 and the brand installation came on 24 sep 2022 he said that the product got gas chock raised a complaint for replacement.
                                        My replacement got confirmed and received on 29 sep 2022 the delivery person open the product and ask us to check for any damage but it got dent on right side I asked the delivery person for replacement but he refused and started shouting on us.
                                        Then he called some person from ekart logistic and asked me to speak he said you will be given 3 options one replacement second coupons for 20% and third is cancelling the product
                                        I asked the second one for coupons he said it will be credited on your account please wait for 24 hours but 48 hours gone nothing is happened
                                        I called customer care they were saying that we don't receive any information like that someone has fooled you. So please give me the solution
