I ordered Oneplus Nord CE 2 on 14 September through flipkart They Delivered empty Flipkart cartoon box there are empty box and wrongly taken product value. I am 6years Old flipkart user Never faced like this in my purshace life.
I raise return request first, they require images of actual Received images i shared immediately after that they asked me to shared Documents of recent purshace Which match Owner name, i shared immediately after that, they changing statements they again asked me Share Documents of your which authenticating
flipkart account, after that they rejected my Return request two times i shared my documents which they require To authenticating my Flipkart account via mail they still not responding and avoiding refund process.

More than longer i am trouble and suffering with the issue from Flipkart marketplace.
Please take action immediately and refunded my money right away.

16 days already passed they still not refunded my money. And current return status is rejected .please do something for me take legal immediate action on it. They totally doing fraud with us.

    I bought Dizo Watch D from flipkart; its price was 2599 at that moment. The watch got delivered on 14th July 2022 but to my surprise I received a watch worth 200 instead. There was no product box, only a cheap watch inside the outer package.
    I immediately raised a return request for the product, and I am still raising return requests for the same product on 30th September 2022. In between this period, multiple return requests have been cancelled by the seller/flipkart.
    I also talked with customer support multiple time, raised this issue, lodged a complaint to flipkart customer care but nothing happened. I understand it is non-refundable, but that does not mean I have to cope with damaged product, they are not even able to provide me a replacement in 3+ months. Every time, I call them they for addressing my open issue, they mark my open issue as resolved immediately after the call.
    I request a proper product refund of the product. I also want to take some proper action against them.

      I have oder a shoes for me on 29 August. It received me 4th September. And I have pay a amount of shoes from Flipkart pay later, as we know we have to pay Flipkart pay later bill on or before 5th day of month, so I have paid that shoes amount to Flipkart pay later on 4th September to avoid panalty, because the amount of shoes will be returned after 5th of September. So now I didn't get refund of that shoes on my account

      As mathematical
      I oder item of ₹459 -29 August
      By Flipkart pay later ₹459
      Balance in Flipkart pay later ₹ 41
      Received on -4th September
      Return on 9 September
      But bill generated on 5th September so have to pay on before 4th September to avoid panalty to Flipkart pay later - ₹ 459
      Now may Flipkart pay later limite is 500 as usual
      Total pay for shoes =Flipkart pay later 459used to buy + 459 to pay Flipkart pay later bill before panalty date.
      =918
      But the amount of shoes which will be returned me after returning process of shoes to me or in Flipkart pay later it not show

        I made payment twice to flipkart order through online mode to flipkart QR shown by delivery person due to payment processing problem
        delivery person told money will be refunded by flipkart i[censored] paid twice please look into it

          Hello, I am having plus membership at Flipkart. I have booked above Pigeon Popular 3 Burner Glass Cooktop Glass Manual Gas Stove on 22.09.2022 and made payment as well. Please check attached screen shots, where flipkart is delaying delivery showing no reason. Please note, I have booked product as an early access at "Big Bullion Sale". Now, due to high demand in product, they have increase the prices and not showing delivery in my pincode. Attached are order copy and screen shot of complains for your further action.

            My first order OD[protected] is cancelled due to logistics issue solely responsible is Flipkart. Then Flipkart automatically ordered replacement. And now it got cancelled. I don't care, I want this product at 899rs or compansate me current price and this price difference. Deliver me. Asap.

                I have ordered iphone 13 on 22nd September with Flipkart. The delivery date was 23rd. But as of today (29th), my product is not even shipped yet. I tried calling Flipkart customer service but they are not giving appropriate response. They have increased the resolution date many times. Everytime, they say "wait for 24 hours more". They have made me sick.

                  I wanna change my registered mobile number in flipkart as i've lost the phone number. The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number.

                    Hi,

                    Our flipkart account is blocked register no is [protected].
                    There were 4131 rs amount due in our flipkart pay later account and we have done payment for 4131 through IDFC Bank.
                    But Our flipkart pay later account is still not closed.
                    We have also shared proof of payment but i dont know why they are not accepting this.

                    Tried to reach flipkart gravieance officer send multiple emails but not receiving any response since last 3 months.

                    Can anyone please guide me about how to file a complain against flipkart.

                      I ordered 5 pair of jeans vide order id OD[protected] on 26/9/22 and received the products on 28/9/22. But, due to fittings problem I raised return and refund request on the same day. The pickup was arranged on 29/9/22, but only 2 jeans was accepted for refund and for the rest 3 pair of jeans, the pickup was rejected due to product mismatch. Followings are the tracking ids:

                        I have ordered product from Flipkart- A titan Watch- 3122 rs worth and they send different item than ordered one. The product have 10 days return policy but they already wasted 5 days by delaying and giving reason that validation is pending from seller's side. I have submitted images of the received product and package to Flipkart and they rejected return request by mentioned images validation...I sent clear pictures because i my mobile camera have clear image quality...they are making fraud by taking customers money after delivering different product. I need refund

                          I have created flipkart account with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                          The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                            First of all they show heavy discounts on goods to attract user then blocks the user to buy the same if in case you have luck and try to grab the deal and successfully place the order they cancel it without informing or any proper explanation (as viewed on the site) concern is that why false data is shown to the consumer
                            order placed on 21 sep delivery expected date was 28 sep still the product wasn't shipped have more order on the same day as of 21 and recieved them on 27 but for this it was the deal which grabbed by sacrifing the sleep
                            and these is doen for 2 products

                              My Product delivery gets delayed over and over again after reaching the nearest hub

                              Its been 2 days since the product reached the nearest hub but still it couldnt get delivered firstly it was supposed to be delivered by 27th of September then it got delayed.Their promised delivery date is unfulfilled for the third time now. I am very disappointed as i ordered it because i was in urgent need of a new smartphone. And the fact that flipkart couldnt deliver even after reaching the nearest hub to me after 2 days is such a disrespect...

                              I ordered a smartphone on 23rd September, 2022 from flipkart through their Big Billion Day sales. They promised an expected delivery on 28th September.
                              The product got shipped the next day on 24th and received at my neatest hub on 26th. From that point onwards I keep getting "out for delivery" msg everyday and Nobody comes for delivering. I tried every way to raise this issue, tried to reach the delivery boy, twice he said that the product is not with him. Today he called me at 9pm and said he is coming. He didn't come till now its 10:45 pm at night, I'm not expecting him to come today anymore. I received msg that order couldn't be delivered today. This same thing is going on since last 3 days. I'm totally frustrated. Please help!

                              I'll be forced to cancel my order today as tomorrow onwards I'd be out of station unable to further await the incompetent delivery partner of flipkart - ekart logistics. This is how they're harassing customers. Govt. should intervene and put certain regulations in place which would bound these companies to become customer friendly.

                              I can't even cancel the order for unknown reasons. This is simply extortion! I have reached out to customer support multiple times but all they say is "they're handling the issue". No ETA for resolution. No updates on what is going on. I want my miney back or the product delivered. It seems I made a huge mistake investing in flipkart!

                                  I ordered a mobile phone the delivery date is for 24th sep and today I am on 29th sep I was assured to get the delivery by today but till now no update and in the app it9;s updated now that it will deliver on 30th sep like they are just taking money and fooling CUSTOMER9;s it9;s a prepaid order but the CUSTOMER support are like ### they are just dumb robots who repeats what9;s on the app or website like we CUSTOMER9;s are uneducated or illiterates also if flipkart is not capable of delivering the orders why the ### are they taking orders in greed and not able to deliver at time and fooling CUSTOMER9;s like hell really some strict actions should be taken against flipkart and ekart as they are the worst deliVERY COMPany worst of all and flipkart use them to fool CUSTOMER9;s.

                                    Fraud site, 965 rs Amount deduct for iPhone 13 pro max and apple tab. I got a notifications with different Flipkart notifications so i was little confuse and I think that it's mega event with time bound process. So i paid and stuck this fraudulent. I didn't receive order id and process confirmation.
