I click on a popup coming that there was an offer of iPhone only just at Rs.978 on Flipkart lite, then I clicked on it and then there was a payment gateway.. So unknowingly I paid and the page got stuck no proceeding happened.. I lost nearly 1000 rps which was very important to me... And please I want my money back, please I am requesting you guys.

It seems like a fraud to me, I had ordered a Casio edifice watch from Flipkart(seller name : wizrob fashion). It was supposed to be delivered by 11th October, today is 9 th and still it hasn't been shipped, it seems like a fraud, either the big billion sale is fraud or the seller wizrob fashion is a thug...

I have lost my confidence in Flipkart brand. The product delivered was faulty and leaking from many places. Kindly try to understand I do not want a replacement but a return. Because I have no use of it if the product is delivered after 13/09/2022.
Also the customer executive are very egoistic and pathetic. Don't know from when Flipkart started delivering toxicity, remorse and resentment in place of products.

I ordered for HP printer on 7th September. But the order was cancelled by the seller on 12th September as the logistics person didn't go to pick up the order from him. But still I didn't receive my refund for that product. Just extending the dates to resolve but no response from anyone. But receiving message that it was shipped and to reject it if delivery promoted so that they can issue refund. But it was cancelled by the seller and not yet shipped. I need my refund

I am requesting Flipkart to return my product as it is not working properly but they are denying to do so. I am telling them I don't need replacement please accept the return but they are telling it is not possible now. Everytime I call they will say that wait for another 24 hours and we cannot connect to the senior department and so on. They keep on asking repeatedely the same points and are not ready to guarantee me that the product will be returned

I had purchased the product named Apple Airpods Pro 2nd generation from Flipkart on 1st October 2022 and the promised delivery date of the same was 7 October 2022 The Product was to be shipped from a town named Bilaspur in Haryana and to be delivered to Karnal. And according to the details provided to me, this product was shipped on 3 October and after that it was sent to Gurugram and finally it came to Sonipat on 8th October **2:44 am**

The last date of delivery is already missed and still the product is in Sonipat only. This product hasn’t even reached the final delivery station yet. I am mainly writing this complaint to not get any further delays and to get this order delivered as soon as possible.

Also, strict action should be taken against these big e commerce giants who make false claims about the delivery details with poor logistics department like Delhivery. When I tried to contact their customer support team, they made me wait till they put the call on hold, and after that, the call will automatically get disconnected. In the past too, Flipkart has delayed my orders to that extent that I had no other option than to cancel them.

Talking about the current product, just wanted it to be delivered to my address as soon as possible Please refer to the screenshot for further information

I received a damaged product and for that I raised a return request within the return time period on 23rd August with pickup date as 3rd September. It's 8th October and the pickup isn't done yet. Whenever I contact customer service they just keep on increasing the pickup date.

I received an order by my mothers name by flipkart. The order was sent at the hospital so a staff who didn't know better received it on COD later when we got the order we realized it wasn't placed by us. On calling customer care they were of no help and didn't even agree on telling name of the person placing the order so that we could have given it to them. They didn't even agree on returning the order back. This is just sheer wastage of resources. It is a scam just to trick customers into buying products from them.

I buy a puma shoes from flipkart but a got a wrong product. i raised a return request against the product. But the flipkart team doesn't solve my problem. they only give me date and date. but i don't get any solution. after some date i get a pickup massage for the shoes but the dilevery boy came and say, no to pickup the product. When I made a pay call, they asked to stop till 28 September 2022 and blocked my flipkart account till 28 September 2022, I did not get any email call from flipkart, I contacted the helpline no of flipkart. Called again then told that you wait till 02 October 2022, you will get your solution from flipkart side but even after that on 02 October 2022 there was no call or email when I again contacted flipkart helpline no. If I called you then I was told that your refund will not be returned nor will you get another product, sir, I have tried many times on the helpline no of flipkart. Called me just keep on blaming me, I am very upset

EKART dombivili city team is scamming the customers of flipkart by selling the phones by tying up with retail market offline phone sellers and due to which they are delaying the release of phone from their hub to customer address even I am among the victim of the same incident ordered phone on big billion sale being a flipkart plus member still not been treated with any priority and there are no details to complaint about ekart or ekart distrcit head team they are scamming at local level and expecting customer to get frustrated and cancel the order by their own so that they can rub off their fraud easily putting the blame at customer end.

Request to please raise a proper audit on the team as the scamsters are fooling people and flipkart is helping in the whole situation or not no idea but no resolution is provided from both ends.

Below are the details of the phone I ordered Moto 30 Fusion Edge on sale for rs 34000 but the offline relatilers in my shop are getting the same phone from this ekart vendor partner scamsters and selling it off for 43K.
