Dear Sir/Madam
I had ordered an item through Flipkart vide Order I'd - OD[protected].
I had recieved the item on 31.08.2022 and the same item returned to the courier partner of Flipkart on 02.09.2022 due to size/unfit of the item.
Now Flipkart denies refund for the same returned item citing reason that item yet not received by the seller.
This is unprofessional as I had already handed over the item to the courier partner.
Kindly help me to get refund from Flipkart.

    Flipkart pay later - No cost emi option is charging 14% interest on my order. Complaint number with Flipkart is

    IN[protected] [Incident: IN[protected]]

    Order ID OD[protected]

    But no response and they are not able to transfer the call to senior team. Only response is since it's charged interest i need to pay. I have screenshot showing no cost emi during my order. But after placing order they charged 14% which is bad from Flipkart pay later and bad response from customer care.

        In 21st september i have been in talks with the customer care in flipkart up untill today the issue is not resolved. I order a wireless headset that cost 1999 rs and they delivered only packaging. I fear that my money will be lost and i will not get any justice from flipkart

          Hello sir/madam.

          I bought a samsung split ac, 1.5 to, 5star, windfree from Flipkart on 22/09/22. with order Id :OD[protected]. it was delivered on 24/09/22. when the installation person came and opened the package, we both were shocked it didn't contain "standard installation kit & inter connecting copper tubes" which is being provided by the manufacturer. On the box also it's clearly mentioned that it contain " 1N installation accessory, 2N connecting tubes" which was missing inside the box. The installation person told me to contact Flipkart customer care and raise a complaint, which I did .but they were not helpful they said this is what I get according to their seller description.. this is totally cheating and very horrible experience for me. they are denying my return request..

          please help me to get the standard installation kit or a refund for the same..

            I have Rs. 22, 148 in my Flipkart Affiliate which they are not releasing for the last 1 year. Also they are not allotting referral fee for the last 1 year. Reports are also manipulated. As per their policy, they release payment when it reaches Rs. 25, 000. But how i will get to this figure if they do not allot referral fee.

            I have tried reaching them through contact us section on affiliate portal, but no one is replying.

            This is happening with almost all the affiliates. Please help.

              I have ordered on 22 September around 12:08 am when big billion day sale started. Initially it was showing that I will receive my order on same day i.e., 22 September but it got delayed to next day. On 23 September it started showing out for delivery from 3 pm.
              The delivery guy missed called me with single ring and transferred my order to next day. On 24 September i.e., today it started showing out for delivery from 8 am in morning.
              The product is still not delivered and delivery guy is not picking up phone.
              After few calls he managed to put his calling number to out of network area. I am still calling his number, either it says not reachable or ring goes and he does not pick up my call.

              Today is the third day of delivery for my product as it keeps getting out for delivery and the delivery boy gives a miss call and role back order for the next day. It started showing out for delivery from 23 sept. 6 pm and it's still not delivered.

              I do not understand why even after the product is out for delivery, it keeps rolling back to the nearest hub. And when asked I am not even provided the nearest hub location so I can collect from there itself.

                I ordered an apple iphone 13 on the 22nd of September during their big billion days sale for Rs 47990. After numerous attempts I was able to place the order at the maximum discounted price. After 2 days of my successful order my order was cancelled without my prior consent. And when I enquired about it the told me that the seller cancelled it as the product while shipping was damaged (AS IF THEY KEEP ONLY A DOZEN LIMITED STOCKS). (AND I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 50 MINUTES TO TALK TO THE MANAGER WHO LATER ON AFTER CONFRONTING THE ISSUE DIRECTLY JUST RUDELY CUT THE PHONE CALL). Right now the price has been increased and they sent me a discount on the same product so that I could reorder (THEY PUT THE 128GB VARIENT WHICH I ORDERED NOT DELIVERABLE TO MY PINCODE) (FUNNY THE 256GB VARIENT IS SIMPLE DELIVERABLE BY THE SAME SELLER TO MY PINCODE)
                They couldn't even keep their facts right and bluff as if CUSTOMERS ARE FOOLS TO THEM.
                Till date they are showing the discount but making the product undeliverable to my pincode.

                I Wish I had gone for Amazon instead of flipkart during that time of sale. No use being a flipkart plus member for such a long time.

                JUST ONE WORD FLIPKAR SALES SUCH AS "BIG BILLION DAYS ARE A SCAM"

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  Your business is growing at a phenomenal rate and I wish you all the very best in your endeavor. However, I no longer wish to remain a plus member at Flipkart since my KYC (expired on 6th September '22) has not been renewed (unable to renew/update from my iPhone due to some glitch) as promised to me by several sales executives over the past few weeks.

                  As a result, I have lost trust in Flipkart's service and ability to deliver on promises made to its plus members.

                  It's disappointing to not have been able to use Flipkart Pay Later services because of such a barrier. As a result, I won't be renewing my KYC and have activated my Pay Later services from Amazon India since today. I've also shared my feedback on Flipkart's feedback section. Hope to see an improvement in this area for future customers.

                    I haven't use my flipkart account from year. Now this week i m trying to login. It's says your account has been blocked. I try to call flipkart no response then today i tried they said you are reseller that's why your account has been blocked but i didn't buy anything from years. Please help with issue i need to buy something from Flipkart sale.

                            I had ordered iPhone 13 128gb from flipkart on 22nd september, 2022 with order ID OD[protected]. This was cancelled automatically by seller.

                            Now I had to reorder the product at a higher price (order ID: OD[protected].

                            The promised shipping time has passed already and I think the same cancellation will occur again like the first order in which the product was not shipped for 2 days and then cancelled suddenly.

                            I think this is a scam by the seller/flipkart as they don't want to deliver the order at deal prices. Then why should we use this platform?

                                  I had urgent work so I tried calling the delivery person even after dialling 25 times the delivery person didn't pick the call. I had to sit at home helpless. What is the use of providing phone number of delivery person when he is not gonna pick your call.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                                    I ordered a Lenovo Laptop (Order ID - OD[protected], which was listed at Rs.34990 . There was a bank discount of Rs.3000 on Axis Credit Card and Rs.1000 extra off applicable on the product, making the final price to Rs.30, 990.

                                    I also opted for exchange of old laptop (Rs.2370) and 100 supercoins were used to get another Rs.100 off. All was fine and the payment was completed. However, on receiving the payment email from bank, I realised that I have been charged Rs.1000 extra than what was shown on the listing page. Only the bank offer of Rs.3000 was applied, the other offer of Rs.1000 off was not applied . I paid a total of Rs.31990 instead of Rs.30, 990 which was shown at the time of placing the order.

                                    I rechecked the product page and I can see the same Rs.1000 discount is still displayed on the product page, meaning the offer is still active. I am attaching a screenshot of the same for your reference. It's an extremely disappointing experience from Flipkart to sneakily change the discounts and final price on the final payment page because most users don't notice the price difference . When there is price difference, it' their courtesy to notify users of the price change before making the final payment. They cannot mislead customers by showing fake discounts on product page and take away the discount when we reach payments page
                                    I contacted Flipkart's support page on twitter but they just respond with irrelevant responses. I'd request you to kindly look into this.

                                      I have placed an order on 20th of september further i have received call regarding delivery of the same product from ekart delivery partner on 24th of september (yesterday) but due to some technical issues (break of voice while connecting on wifi) the message was conveyed that i will not take the order although i want to receive the delivery.
                                      Then I have also conveyed my concern to Flipkart team regarding the issue but they assured me that they don't have update regarding rejection of order so the product will be delivered but then yesterday at 09:36 pm i have received the message that "Order Rejected: DUCATI Casuals For Men with tracking ID FMPC[protected] will be returned to seller since the product was not accepted during delivery. Then again i called Flipkart customer support but because there was no update they were unable to resolve the issue. Here i want to receive the delivery.
                                      So kindly look into it before it got cancelled so that i can receive the order.

                                        I want to order a phone but Flipkart is showing that the product is not deliverable in my area. The pincode where I live is 201309. I even tried to put pincodes of my relatives house but it is still not showing. I request you to please solve tis problem.
