My registered mobile no is [protected] and registered email is [protected]@gmail.com.i ordered asus laptop from Flipkart with order id OD[protected] worth 82, 390 rs. Firstly there was no physical invoice in laptop box still i accepted delivery after talking with flipkart customer care when they told that soft copy in pdf format will be sent and there is no problem if physical invoice is Missing. I shared OTP for delivery after checking there were no signs of physical damage or scratch and dent.

But after delivery was successful to my utter shock i came to know that flipkart and seller have done huge fraud with me and sent me defective faulty and possibly refurbished laptop on the name and price of new as microphone is not working, warranty was already activated and only remaining till 11 aug 2023 only for 10 months and also it's having problem while booting its getting stuck in black screen.

Since then I'm continuously trying to create return request but getting error and also talked with customer care they are also not able to create return request and getting error. This is planned scam by flipkart firstly sent me defective laptop and now not letting me create return and after 7 days return policy will get over they will say now nothing can be done. But this won't work as thought by flipkart i will take serious legal action with help of my lawyer against FLIPKART for fraud, forgery, mental harrassment, mental agony if resolution is not provided on urgent basis

    Flipkart company delivered wifi connectivity failed good on sept 22, 2022.
    Later 2 technicians came for technical visit for 2 different times and they confirmed that smart operations and wifi connectivity failed and asked me to return. But Flipkart has rejected my return pickup and they are not refunding my money from 23 September, 2022 and saying stories even till now(oct 4, 2022)

      Flipkart Hold my account bcoz of "LSTLDGF9C2BYTG4QHFEVTVXWG" Listing ids. Flipkart asking me purchase invoice copy for activate my account & clear my hold Which I submitted. Even Brand also mapped by flipkart team on same invoice. Invoice already validated by flipkart team But then also flipkart seller support team didnt activate my account. Flipkart reference no is IN[protected]. I have all evidence which prove my product is genuine. I feel like flipkart is doing fraud with me. Even flipkart blocked my money also. As per flipkart policy I submitted all relevant docs which prove my product is genuine. Here I attached screenshot of account hold, Invoice copy which is asking by flipkart seller team & Invoice validation for Brand authorization which prove my product is genuine & Im right.

        I ordered a laptop and it reached the nearest hub on 25th September. It was supposed to be delivered by 28th, but the delivery agent made up some dumb excuses and said that he'd deliver it the next day. I raised a complaint and was told that i'd receive it by 4th of october. The payment has already been done but the package has still not been delivered. The only response i have been getting from flipkart is to be patient and whatnot. The nearest hub is juat minutes away. I fail to understand why the delivery is still being delayed.

          I ordered a laptop on bbd sale from flipkart its been week and funny part my order is not shipped yet one more funny part is i raise the issue and they are saying issue has been solved. literally my order is stucked as stucked before after resolving the issue by them
          also to mention this story that confirmation call for order has came by flipkart because of their technical issue my voice they cant here so they cut the call and they didnt bother to call again to confirm order this part pissed me off so i came here to give the deserved rating to flipkart
          I think flipkart's customer service are trained script reader to read the delivery date, product name and also they will give you false date to calm you. no link between customer service and technical team
          I hope this will help me getting my order and help those who want to buy something

            I had placed an order of Groceries on 24th September, 2022 and the supply was expected on 27th September, 2022. Then I had given another date as 28th Sept, 2022. On 28th September, I was given 29th Sept, 22 date. On 29th Sept I was given 30th Sept 22 as date of delivery. On 30th Sept, again dated extended to 02.10.22. On 01.10.22 it is again extnded to 03.10.22 on 03.10.22 it is again extended to 04.10.22 in the morning upto 12.00 pm. Again I received message iin the evening of 03.10.22 that the supply will be delivered on04.10.22 between 2 pm to 9 pm. On 04.10.22 morning again I received SMS from Flipkart informing that your order will bedelivered on 06.10.22. And again on 04.10.22 afternoon I again received SMS from Flipkart informing sorry your order will be delivered on 7th October, 2022. I have already made the payment. I am fed up with Flipkart in respect of delivery date extension. It is very ridiculous. I had not expected such kind of delay from Flipkart.

              Hi,

              I am srujan rt. I paid the pay later payment for the September bill and money got deducted. I used paytm upi to pay the same and in paytm it shows successful and money deducted from bank account but in flipkart, it shows dues are pending .

              Please please please, help me for this. I want my money refund to my bank account. Or else check with the transaction and clear the september bill.

                  I ordered washing machine on 24th september 2022 and I received the product on 29th september 2022. It was due to be installed on or before 30th September 2022.
                  However, the same was not done and the time line was breached by Flipkart.
                  On Contacting, Flikart assured the issue to be resolved by on or before 4th October 2022.
                  However, Even after several follow ups and continuous complaints. No remedy has been provided by the Flipkart.
                  Due to non-installation of machine I am unable to do my daily task and for which Flipkart is not even bothered or considerate towards the complaint.
                  I have paid for the service, which flikart is unable to deliver and is giving me unenessary harrasment and trouble.
                  At the end, after getting frustrated from Flipkart, I am registering complaint on Consumer forum.
                  It is a kind request to look into the matter and help resolving the issue and it is also expected to take necessary action against flipkart so that the same harassments is not faced by any other consumer.

                    Flipkart has blocked my account permanently without giving me any warnings. After I complaint to them, they just replied a mail saying I have cancelled many products and mentioning different products names every time, which I have not even ordered from my account, and I have not shared my account to anyone. I am single user of my account. Thye should verify what I am saying manually, but they never do this. A bot cannot give satisfactory results. What illegal thing I have done? Please verify it again and unblock my account. I am a plus member since 2019. This is not the right way you are treating. If I have done this, they should have frozen my account but never I got found in this. And just for this reason, which is not even true, one account should be permanently blocked. Please review this. I am complaining and requesting to please unblock my account. I am ordering from friend's account. Feeling disappointed. Please help me out.

The promised date given on 25th september, 2022.on 25th September I got an update that the order will be delivered on 28th september.When I contact the flipkart customer care on 28th September They said that wait until 3rd october, 2022.whenever i contact them they said wait until 6th october.Now they are saying wait until 8th October.I need resolution for this

                            Order hasn't even been processed

                            I ordered a phone during Flipkart's BBD sale. The phone was Realme GT Neo 3T. The order was on 25th of September and the delivery date given was 7th of October. It's 4th of October as of writing this and the order hasn't even been processed. I even have paid for the item through my Debit card and still no updates whatsoever.

                            Had some hope that it would be delivered, still i contacted their support for further information....

                              I have ordered a Laptop :- [acer Predator Helios 300 Core i7 11th Gen - (16 GB/1 TB HDD/512 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home/6 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060/165 Hz) PH315-54 Gaming Laptop (15.6 inch, Abyssal Black, 2.3 kg)] from Flipkart on 23rd September, 2022. And the delivery date was of 30th September, 2022. But I didn't received on the due date. So, I contacted Flipkart customer service more than 10 times on 30th, September, 2022. And the customer services executive didn't resolved the delivery issue and the delivery date was changed from 30th September, 2022 to 3rd October, 2022. And from 1st Oct, 2022 to 3rd Oct, 2022 I contacted Flipkart customer service executives several times but they just took this issue "just for granted" and didn't resolved the issue. And the last status update of the product was on 26th september 2022 showing "Dispatched to DeogharHub_DGH" and didn't updated anymore till now. And the order didn't reached to my nearest hub and it's been more than 1 week. And today is 4th october and till now i haven't received my order.

                              *The time takes to reach Deoghar hub from Ranchi hub (motherhub) is 1 to 2 days maximum.
                              *No help was provided by Flipkart customer service executives.
                              *I contacted customer helpline several but they end the call after listening the issue without resolving it.
                              So please help me to get my order deliver to me.

                                I have placed the order on 24 September 2022 of Nike Nk Precision 6 Basketball shoes bearing the Order Id OD[protected] which was expected to be delivered between 1 October but later the delivery date was shifted to 7 October but on 4 October 2022 my order was been canceled and they ask me to order it again but the price of the product is higher now. Flipkart is literally scamming people with the big billion days offers we are able to place order but later on the orders were being canceled by the seller.

                                  I have order on flipkart at 24sept 2022 and my delivery is expected to 1st Oct 2022. however, my product out for delivery on 1st Oct at 4:30PM but product was not delivered. When I raised complaint they are giving me only date 6th Oct, we will resolve the issue. but there is no any action on my issue, I was visited nearest hub, here is product arrived, but my packet is not at my nearest HUb, I think they lost my packet, they smily face told me we find out your product and call you but there is no call since 2 day

                                    Hi, i'm a Plus Member of Flipkart and i'm an old user. I've recently Ordered a Cellphone (iPhone 13) on 22nd Sep 2022 and Flipkart promised me to delivered by the date of 27th Sep 2022 but they didn't delivered the product and committed a 2nd date 3rd Oct 2022 i waited that long too and now they failed again and the problem is they are saying that product is shipped but delivery tracking id shows that pick has not done it's pending.

                                    They are faking it since beginning and i need the product very soon because i'm a working guy (Motion Graphics Designer) and without cellphone my work is useless and i can't earn. i've invested my whole money on this product and waiting since 22nd Sep 2022. Please solve this issue ASAP. Flipkart please Don't let Ruin my carrier for your own satisfaction.

                                      I have ordered a mobile on 24th of sept, 2022 and it has received my nearest hub on 28th of the same month.

                                      I have contacted customer care for delivery agent details as I have an immediate need and im happy to pickup my order. The long calls with the team hasn't helped and answer was the same whenever I called them for information' you'll receive your order by 3rd Oct and we don't have information about the delivery partner.

                                      Giving respect to their words, i waited till 3rd but no luck. There is no single update about the delivery status or the contact details. I have called several times on 3rd to follow up on my order but the care is not useful enough to track and update on my order.

                                      So I took help of helpline number. However the story remains the same where they started telling me to wait for another business day. How could this be possible that the order has reached my hub a week back and they are unable to reach me? I was told that I'll receive a call back which I haven't got till now. This is very unfair to leave the customer in the dark. Someone should have answers to my queries about my order. Please help me getting my delivery hassle free and on time as I have my own travel arrangements for dasara. I have clearly mentioned this to the customer care executives.
