        Why my account have been blocked? I am returning a product because I get it in damaged condition. If you haven't trust on us. Then come here and see. Why you blocked my accounts. My 3 accounts were blocked in flipkart. One was before 2 years another 6months before and today one more account is blocked. And after various try the account hasn't been unblocked.

          I purchased camera on Flipkart and I want to return it.
          Flipkart says talk with SOny as this item has brand return policy and Sony says talk with Flipkart. I am stuck and not getting refund or able to return the item.
          Both Flipkart and Sony are sending me back and forward and waiting for return policy time to expire and then take their hands up from this issue.

          I have attached screenshot of Sony support that Flipkart needs to deal with this and also invoice of my order from Flipkart

            I have purchased Google pixel 6a mobile on 22nd September 2022 at price of Rs.27728. and expected delivery date was 27th September 2022 and product almost reached my location hub and then 26th September night they cancelled order and when I tried to contact them, they are saying for unfortunate reason seller cancelled the order. So we can't initiate the product once cancelled so please freshly order again.even if I want to buy again then the product is not coming with same price 27728, it is showing now aroun 31000. So my request is I want my mobile on same price i.e. 27728.

                  Instead of SAMSUNG 700 L Frost Free Side by Side Refrigerator (Gentle Silver Matt, RS72R5001M9/TL), the delivery execute delivered Samsung 324 L Refrigerator (RT34B4542S8/HL) of a different customer named Dharmesh a with order id OD[protected] on house porch without OTP verification or opening box and order was marked delivered. Even after raising return requests twice, flipkart rejected return request

                    I have order moto g71 mobile from flipkart. This order was open box delivery, but delevery boy was not coming to my home and asking me to come to him after 1 hour of complaining he had come to my house and we have open the box but at the end he had taken the box from me saying that he has to scan qr code and then ran away with box and then the next day order was cancelled saying that no one answring the phone.

                      Dear Sir,

                      It is very sorry to say that my registered mobile number [protected] has been changed to frauder mobile no-[protected] by the Flipcart backend team on the basis of request of that frauder. This type of services could not be expected from your irresponsible team. In consequence the frauder used all my super coins by redemptions of Domino’s voucher, cancelled my purchase of fridge order and also create a purchase order OD[protected] dated-25/09/2022 for purchase of Apple iPhone of Rs.54088/- by using Flipcart Pay Later amount for delivery in following name & address:

                      In this regard I have lodged a number complaints in your customer care & senior level team also but no one take seriously this issue and give proper advice or resolution to my issues. It is clearly indicate that your staffs are co-operating to that frauder to unauthorized access to my account continuously. Due to the irresponsible activity of Flipcart I am suffering financial loss, mental tesision and anxiety since last couple of days.

                      The following points were humble requested to Flipcart to take immediate action but no action taken till date :

                      1) Immediately restore my mobile no and confirm me.

                      2) Immediately block my Flipkart Pay Later account or balance may be withdrawn to ZERO and confirm immediately.

                      3) Necessary action for recovery of fraud amount and suspend or retrenchment to the person concerned who change the my mobile no without proper verification. Documents in support of action taken against him/her may be provided to me.

                      4) Necessary legal and criminal action taken against the frauder ( Satish Jadhav mobile no-[protected]) with supporting documents provided to me.

                      Early action in the above issues may be taken under intimation to me.

                        After the Big Billion Day starts at Flipkart it showing and advertising offers and discounts but when try to buy, boom it's out of stock or not deliverable. And above all that pricing is different for each consumer or I say each consumer.

                            Hi Team,

                            I placed a CCTV camera order and once i opened the product box i found 3 items such as Harddisk, Bundled wire and HDMI cable is not there inside the packaging. So I placed a return request stating the same reason and infact I submitted all the product proof and ID proof and waited for more than 5days and today the return request is cancelled from Flipkart side. Please help me with this concern. I need a refund.

                              Had the worst experience in exchanging old laptop with Flipkart. The delivery person claimed a usage scratch (image), which would happen on any laptop used even for a week as a "DAMAGE", and reduced value from whopping 8600 to 1700. Do you expect old laptops to be in mint?

                              More so - flipkart is not even accepting any responsibility in this matter.

                              Flipkart customer care was so useless in this - they said accept whatever delivery person says even if that is wrong. This is blatant fraud. Why even give the option to exchange when you don't intend to fulfil your promise.

                                  Didn't receive an email containing Flipkart gift card PIN

                                  Rs. 170 was refunded to my Flipkart Gift card wallet and I was informed that I will recieve an email containing the PIN of the gift card. BUT I DIDN'T GET ONE. And due to this, I am not able to use the amount. I sent an email to [protected]@flipkart.com but didn't get a response. I demand an immediate response to my email and also want to recieve an email containing the PIN.

                                  I had ordered iPhone 13 during sale on 22nd Sept. The very next day 23rd night my ordered was cancelled without any intimation or proper reason. In cancellation mail they have mentioned it was a bulk order and it was cancelled by seller. I had ordered only 2 iPhones ( one for me and another for my sister's from different seller). I have raised multiple complaint from 23rd onwards and trying to get resolution from customer care by calling them daily but they are not giving any commitment and just delaying it. I have even agreed to process just 1 order on same price.

                                  Please help me here.
