Iam ordered real me gt neo 3T on 25th September 2022 on big billion days offers. Flipkart cancelled my order without attempting any delivery and didn't got any call from flipkart delivery agents. Flipkart customer care saying that delivery attempted in 3times but till cancelled I didn't get any call from flipkart agents. Here attaching screen shot for reference. Without updaye of " out for delivery " no agents was called to any customer and didn't get any update in order as "out for delivery"

      I want to place replacement request for my laptop but it is displaying error "oops something went wrong, please try again later".
      I received a defective laptop and it didn't even turned on after arrival.return date is ending on 6th October. Order ID-OD[protected]

          Hi Team,

          During BBD sales, I ordered 2 quantity of black sandals but I received only one quantity of sandles where as in the outer pack of the invoice it was mentioned 2 quantity. But when I tried to open the box, I found only one quantity of sandals are there. So, I raised a ticket with Flipkart customer support team and continuosly trying to resolve my issue but till now my issue wasn't resolved. Everytime when I try to connect with customer support I need to explain my issue starting from first with customer support executive which I feel really exhausted. Also, I have connected with more than 5 customer support executive but still my issue is same.

          Requesting the team to kindly look into my issue and resolve this problem at the earliest. As I am a loyal customer of Flipkart, this kind of things are making me to lose my trust with Flipkart.

              I purchased apple airpods but they send me duplicate product of apple. And now they are not providing any solution even I contact them several times. They are selling duplicate products of apple with same serial numbers. Even that serial number already purchased on 2 March 2022.

                Hi,

                I have ordered from flipkart a new Iphone 12 mini 64 GB on 23 Sep 2022. I have checked the site nowhere is mentioned that it is refurbished iphone and its serial number was starting from M (As per apple site it is new). .lso, such product was flipkart assured,

                When i received product on 27 Sep 2022, it was refurbished Iphone starting with serial number (F) as per apple sit it is refurbished phone.

                Today we can not rely on refurbished phone due to data security, so i raised request for return but the flipkart has completely denied the request without stating any proper ground.

                In all such way to resolution, i have bear so much of harrasment, my time got wasted and my fund got blocked.

                I request flipkart to return such refurbished iphone, refund my amount. In addition to the same, flipkart has to pay 15000 as my time cost, plus mental harrasment panelty of Rs. 5000. Plus 18% interest over the fund blocked.

                  I bought a Bluetooth headphones from flipkart for calling purpose as I have meetings to attend but when I got the product there was an issue with product that I was hearing my own voice while calling in the headphones so I requested for return then their technician came and said that it is a software issue and it is not covered in their policy and my request was rejected so I again requested to return with software issue and then technician came and said that it is feature of this headphone that you will hear your own voice during calls this was not mentioned in the product details and again they rejected my return request and after thay I complained to flipkart and they took three days and again told me to wait for one more day and they didn’t contact me even after that I called them again and they said it will be done by 7th oct but then after a day they changed messaged that issue has been resolved. So I have been frauded by flipkart for not mentioning correct product details.

                    I ordered my grocery (19 items) from Flipkart, but I received incomplete order on 19th Sept. An item (Dalda Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil Jar 5L) costing Rs 710 was missing. The delivery boy deliberately misleaded us with the counting, I immediately realized the Oil was missing and informed him. He told me that, "Peeche se ni aaya hoga". I told him to take all the items back as it was an incomplete order. He told me that he can't as he has marked the order delivered. He also didn't clicked the photo of the order until I told him. Then I contacted the Flipkart costumer care in front of him so that he could talk to the delivery boy to confirm the incident, he told me not to worry "Peeche se hi ni aaya hoga and you will get the resolution by 21st". Unfortunately, I dint received any call so I called the Costumer support again and each day I heard the same thing that you will receive a call within 24-48 hours, our backend team is working on this matter. I had made so many calls that I don't even remember the count. When I ask them to transfer the call to the senior, they say that they are not available. It's been more than 2 weeks since I received my order, today is 3rd of October, my issue hasn't solved till now and I dint received my refund. I am now fed up calling to the customer care again and again. The amount of time and energy I have invested in this matter is even more valuable than the fraud done to me.

                      I order a laptop for my college from Flipkart which was supposed to be delivered on 2nd October. I get a call from delivery boy in the evening and I gave him the address but he never showed up or called back. When I tried calling him through number given on Flipkart he didn't even pick up. I didnt get the product that day. I contacted customer support and they said it would be delivered by tomorrow and asked me to wait till 6th October. The next day same thing happened. The delivery boy called and never arrived and didn't pick up the call. Customer support did not help at all. Worst service possible by Flipkart and ekart logistics. Never buying from them ever again. Terrible experience.

                        I had ordered a Bluetooth headphones on 8th Sep, it was out for delivery on 11th but I got a message that "Delivery has been rejected" I contacted Flipkart on the same and they assured that delivery will be re attempted next day. Next day they told me that it will be delivered within 3 days. After 3 days they asked for another 3 days. On 19th Sep, they asked me to cancel the product, I denied. but they cancelled it themselves and updated the resolution as "customer denied the accept the order" which was not true at all.

                        I again ordered this on 21st Sep from my wife's account and exactly same happened and product got cancelled on 29th Sep.

                        I again ordered it on 29th Sep and now same thing is happening again.

                        I have called flipkart multiple times but seems there is no resolution and also everytime they cancel the order and update comment as customer rejected/cancelled the order.

                        Please Help.

                            I had bought Samsung F-62 128 gb variant from an individual seller 8 months ago today, for which I have a consumer invoice where I was given an invoice by the same individual seller in which the imei number of the product is written, now when I am trying to contacting the seller that his phone is being switched off show and I am badly stuck in it.
                            And there is no help from seller side also no help is getting from flipkart side also it is said that you have bought stock in flipkart smart upgrade plane, order payment is pending that's why phone is locked now what, i need help about this.

                              I am a buyer of flipkart and also a plud member. Since one month flipkart block my account and i already try to open my account but their was no positive response. I call many times customercares helpline number but their was same problem. I have to pay latter balance. If i could not pay then it will affect my civil score. So i want to pay but from flipkart site their was positive response. Thats why i complained here for their miss behaviour and providing lower servicing to their customer do that customer facing problem.
                              I requested here as soon as possible pls comply my query.

                                Hi, I have ordered an iPhone 11 white Color 64gb variant from Flipkart on 22nd September 2022 for 30, 028₹, which was delivered on 27 September 2022.
                                I ordered white Color but received in purple. When I asked delivery boy, he told me to get replacement from flipkart, when I contact flipkart they say it was on open box delivery product, so no replacement, now I am confused where should I go, what should I do?
                                They rejected my replacement. I said ok, I am ready to keep purple Color but at least provide me the right bill, in bill it says white Color, I may warrant related issue in future (apple customer care told me)
                                I am sharing the sharing the screenshots of the same.
                                In the bill, it is written white Color, imei is right.

                                    I ordered an adidas running shoe on 4th sept, 2022, but that product was lost in transit and i never received the delivery.
                                    Flipkart executives asked me to cancel that order and place a fresh order and promised to add a gift card of Rs.150 once the new order would be delivered.
                                    Hence, as per their request I cancelled the order on 20th sept, 2022 and placed a fresh order and on 30th sept, 2022, my order was delivered.
                                    After the delivery I contacted flipkart customer care regarding the Rs. 150 gift card which was supposed to be added to my wallet as a token of appreciation, but they bluntly denied it and said they cannot fulfill such commitments as it was against their policy.
                                    I have hereby attached the email screenshot in which there is clearly mentioned that they would add Rs, 150 to my wallet.

                                        I purchased whirlpool 360 ltr refrigerator from flipkart on 22 sep 2022 and it is delivered on 23 sep 2022 and the brand installation came on 24 sep 2022 he said that the product got gas chock raised a complaint for replacement.
                                        My replacement got confirmed and received on 29 sep 2022 the delivery person open the product and ask us to check for any damage but it got dent on right side I asked the delivery person for replacement but he refused and started shouting on us.
                                        Then he called some person from ekart logistic and asked me to speak he said you will be given 3 options one replacement second coupons for 20% and third is cancelling the product
                                        I asked the second one for coupons he said it will be credited on your account please wait for 24 hours but 48 hours gone nothing is happened
                                        I called customer care they were saying that we don't receive any information like that someone has fooled you. So please give me the solution
