    Product: Freshocartz Dry Figs
    Order ID: OD[protected]

    I received a spoilt product. It has bugs in it. Larvae is visible on it too. Unfortunately, I ate a few pieces and then realised this. Horrible experience!
    Now Flipkart customer care is quoting 'No Returns' policy and refusing to refund me.

    They should pickup this packet and give my full money back, and also penalize/blacklist the product and seller, so no one else get cheated this way.

      Product: Freshocartz Dry Figs

      This product was ordered with no returns policy. However, seller has sent me spoilt stuff, which has bugs in it. I ate a few pieces (yuck!!) and then realised that product has bugs and even larvae on it.
      Now I want them to take this product back and to get my money back but Flipkart is quoting 'no returns' policy. Help!

        I ordered one soundbar from flipkart on 8th Nov and was supposed to get delivered in 2 days. Its been a week now and i have not recieved the product yet.

        Their customer support is useless and none of them is able to tell when i will recieve my product. The tracking details shown in the app is now a mess . The shipment is now being carried to a different route irrespective of the destination. Worst delivery by Ekart and Flipkart, I would have been ordered from amazon .

          My phone is locked due to overdue payment But i have allreday paid the remaining amount of 5700 on 07.11. 2022.               I made a purchase of Rs 59019 through an SBI credit card on 29th September 2022 on Flipkart. The amount was to be converted into a No Cost EMI via the merchant's end and the EMI of 2862 was to be started for 24 months with a total amount to be paid of 68680. Upon checking with the bank I got to know that the amount of 14013 was only converted to EMI rest of 45006 was not converted. The Flipkart team reverted back that the EMI was converted and with an EMI breakup but the bank team was stating that the amount was not converted into EMI. I need a proper resolution of my grievance from Flipkart's team because of this issue I now have to pay the total due amount of 59019 with an extra interest rate charged by the bank. The product description is mentioned below:

                            Order id OD[protected] Seller *omnitech retail*bought nokia tv in flipkart

                            after 11 month tv working stop. Its show nothing on screen. Very own flipkart's mechanic person from jeeves also told us to return tv so created refund request on 19th October 2022. but they not pickup till 13 November 2022. I call or email many time but flipcart response is waiting. My request is pickup my tv as soon as possible and refund my amount. I can not wait more. Plz give me my refund ammount. It you dont give refund i will go against u in consumer coourt there is no other option and also i will share this issue with people all of i know im having proof also..

                                I am flipkart plus member for nearly 3 years, I ordered 33 to 34 products and only returned 4 to 5 of them as of now . Recently I ordered a phone which I received was different so I requested for replacement but it was rejected I did same thing again ad I was told by flipkart customer support that if it's rejected/canceled, then refund will be provided, after some days no wishmaster came for pickup and it gets canceled by their side so I contacted customer support and I was told to wait for 2-3 days for refund, I received a call from concerned team and they assured me that refund will be provided before the given date but after the call I was not able to login my id, so I immediately contacted them regarding this and was told to wait for 24 hours, and a mail was provided that stated "due to unusual high no. Of returns my flipkart ID is blocked and I will no longer to login it again " . Regarding this I contacted to flipkart customer service several times daily, now its been more than a month and I haven't got any response and resolution from their side .
                                This is their plus member priority.
                                And they not even check that how this is unusual.
                                I contacted them via Twitter but same thing.

                                Flipkart customer support and seniors have no authority to check my case, how they will help then, they have no authority to talk with backend team and continuously they tell that concerned team will contact me, still I am waiting for that.
                                I NEED COMPLETE RESOLUTION AND REFUND.

                                PLEASE HELP.

                                        I ordered Daniel Klein Silver Analog Watch on Flipkart app with order no.: OD[protected]. I received a wrong product as the watch delivered was of black color. I placed a replacement request the same day I received the product using the option wrong product received. I mentioned all the details but to my surprise the request was rejected the next day with the below message:
                                        “We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD[protected] with the product being intact.”
                                        I placed the return request again and this time I was asked to share the product images and any of my identification proof to authenticate me. I shared all the images and a copy of my election card as well; but again I got the same message - return cancelled with the same reason as mentioned above. I almost placed the return request 7 times but to no avail. I even contacted the customer care in between and they always asked me to wait for further 2 days and finally one of the customer executive on November 1st asked me to wait for November 4 as my issue will be resolved by then. I haven't used the product till now. :(
                                        The next day, November 2nd my Flipkart account was blocked without any notice. I contacted the customer care again and they told me that due to various return requests places, your account has been blocked but it will be reactivated soon. Two days later, I received a mail that I won't be ever able to login to my Flipkart account.
                                        In nutshell, neither my issue got resolved nor did I get my account back.
                                        Hopefully by registering a complaint, I'll be able to get my product and account back.
