I have ordered oopo enco buds from flipkart and i have severe qualities issues with this product. Not only i don't like the sound quality of the product but i also face a cracking and static noise while listening to music.

i cant intiate returns from my end as it shows error every damn time so i had to call one of your agents to initiate returns thrice. each time i was visited by a technician and later my return request was cancelled.

Is it all an act to seem helpful or is there some actual problems with your return system ? i recieved two products prior to this one and even they had some genuine issues with them.

    Hi Team,
    I had bought the Avita Laptop on 19th November 2020 with 2 years of warranty. The order id is OD[protected]. Currently the product is not working properly. It is completely gone abnormal. Since then, from August, I have been following the Flipkart, but there is no resolution to it.
    They have been giving me dates after dates on every follow up, but no one coming to pick the item. Now it is more than 3 months (03, Nov, 2022), the item is not yet picked.
    I am completely exhausted to call them every day and get the same piece of information from them. They are cheating and fooling me every day. My work is getting impacted. I want to sue them now. Can you please guide me how to sue them? I have all the proofs to reinforce my claim.

      I ordered a cupboard on Flipkart on 15th October 2022. Order ID OD[protected]. The product has been delivered on 20th October 2022 and as per Flipkart's services, installation is scheduled on 21st October 2022. No service person has shown up. Upon contacting Flipkart customer service, we were told that because of the festive(Diwali) weekend. Service persons are not available and the assembly is rescheduled to 25th October. No person showed up on that day also. We were sick of this and wanted to cancel the order itself. But the customer care person requested me that cancellation is not possible and to wait for one more day. The next day a service person called and visited but the item is kept on the 1st floor of the building. He refused to help us get the item down to the ground floor and left with rude talk. Flipkart customer service did not take any action even after repeated complaints. The same thing repeated the next day as well. Now the product ordered for Diwali is wasted for festive purposes and lying in the store room without assembly. No proper support from Flipkart and no option to return the item as well. Worst experience on the Festive Eve.

          I have registered an issue with payment of smart upgrade plan 3 months back. It was showing an error message with "negative days". After which I made payment from a link send by flipkart.

          But even after payment they haven't unlocked my phone.

            I have ordered Epson L3250 on Flipkart ecommerce website on 29.10.22 with order no.: OD[protected]. The product is supposed to be delivered on or before November 7th, 2022. But it has been delivered on 31.10.2022. I was very happy to receive it before specified time. But when I opened the pack to my utter surprise I did not find a sealed product rather received a used product. Normally printers are sent as sealed product. The printer comes with blue sticker all over and will be placed in a cover. All the cables will be sealed in a cover. The printer I have received has no blue stickers. Cables were cut open from the cover. More over ink bottles are missing and observed that ink is placed in the ink tank. Lot of dust is seen all over the printer. The reason behind this is beyond my imagination. I am unable to understand why the seller did like this. I don't find exact option to return this product on Flipkart app or website as per their return policy. I asked for a call back request on 31.10.22 with Flipkart. The customer support reached me and was unable to accept the return request due to server issues. After sometime I had placed a return request using the option product damaged. Replacement Id:[protected]. Next day i.e. on 1.11.22, I again contacted the support team. They have suggested me to cancel the replacement request as it is not the correct option. The customer support person was kind enough and placed a refund request on my behalf. The Refund ID is[protected]. Subsequently I received two emails in the afternoon at 1’O clock asking me to send more pictures of the product and any of my identification proof to authenticate me. I have provided 14 pictures and my Aadhaar copy. On 2.11.22 I even spoke the senior support officer regarding my issue and he ensured me the return process. But in the evening my request was rejected with the below message:
            “We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD[protected] with the product being intact.”
            I have never asked for a return due to courier issue. I have asked them to solve my issue since I received the used product.
            On the same day evening once again I placed a return request using the option received a different model. The replacement id is[protected]. Received a call from the customer support and she suggested me to cancel the replacement request since the option doesn’t fall under my requirement. She raised a refund request on my behalf with choosing the option ‘Multiple issues with the product’. She assured that my problem will be attended within 72 hours. The current Refund id is[protected].
            My hope is slowly fading as I am reaching the Return Policy date being 7.11.22. My hard earn money should not go waste. I don’t want a used product for the price I paid. Sir/Madam I request you to help me in solving this issue. Attaching you all the pictures of the product and screenshots of my order.

                  I placed an order with order id Order ID - OD[protected] this is still not resolved after 14+ days and refund of 3999 is also not initiated.

                  Flipkart team and my bank has confirmed successful for the transaction, i have provided them my bank details also for manual refund of 3999, but even after multiple escalations, refund is not processed. Please help me.

                    Someone hacked my Flipkart account and used my Flipkart pay later money for paying his/ her electric bill . He/She made two transactions and their respective transaction Id's are

                    I haven't got any notification or message or OTP regarding transaction . I discovered about this situation when I opened my Flipkart account . I also talked to Flipkart executives they said they can't do anything . Isn't this is their duty to make sure that tje account of customer is safe and secure. Now I don't know what to do as they are saying to pay 5250 bill amount that I haven't used. As its difficult for me to pay 5250 as I am currently a student who don't earn . And If I don't pay the amount they will decrease my CIBIL Score . So tell me what to do

                        I ordered a Women's Jacket from flipkart. The package was delivered on 02/11/2022 but when I opened it, it has vim bars (soap). When I placed a return request they rejected it twice. They have send the wrong product and now i have to beg them for my refund. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. Why is verification needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

                          I placed a return order for the same and it was rejected citing reason (Cancelled on Today, Nov 02 as issue resolved by troubleshooting).

                          This is clear case of cheating, I paid for a product which is worth more and got something which I never ordered.

                                        I am Neha Sapte. I paid the pay later payment for the November bill and money got deducted. I used phonepe to pay the same and in phonepe it shows successful but in flipkart, it shows dues are pending .

                                        Please please please, help me for this. I want my money refund to my bank account. Or else check with the transaction and clear the November bill.
