    Flipkart is not verifying my phones IMEI number For exchange offer. But amazon is verifying the same IMEI number. I have purchased my Iphone 11 from flipkart 1 year ago. Now i apply for an exchange of this on flipkart through exchange offer to buy another product, the phones IMEI is not verified by flipkart.
    Please go through my complaint and take necessary action.

      I ordered an iPhone 13 128 GB Order: OD[protected] on 22nd September 12:10 AM. I had constantly been tracking my order on EKART Logistics website, when suddenly at 9:30 PM My order was shown to have been returned.
      On checking the flipkart app, I found that the order had been cancelled without any notification, sms or mail from Flipkart. After calling customer support I was told the order was cancelled due to technical issues and I asked for the issue to be escalated. After being told no escalation was possible for 10 minutes, it was finally escalated and I was speaking to a lady named Sakra, who informed me my order had been cancelled because of "Bulk Ordering". On enquiring further she told I had placed the order many times, despite actually only placing 1 order, and attempting a second but not going through with it in the morning. Then I was told it was because I was ordering only electronics on flipkart, which did not make sense to me. After no resolution being offered and 39 Minutes wasted I hung up the call.
      I received a mail at 10:40 PM informing me about my cancellation finally. In the mail it stated that the order had been cancelled due to High Demand. Every interaction with flipkart gave me a different, vague reason as to why this cancellation happened.
      During all this, I was aware that flipkart had increased the price of this device to Rs. 56, 000, an addition of 6K. The customer service rep, Sakra, who I spoke to also advised me to purchase at this higher rate.
      In short, I placed an order for 50K, Flipkart increased the price and then cancelled my order, only to ask me to place the order again for 56, 000. Since my refund is also not yet given and will be received only by 26th September, this was very difficult for me.
      On speaking to my friends and then checking online, I was made aware that this is a common occurrence in Flipkart, especially during sales. This means that Flipkart is getting a lot of money flowing in through these orders they are not planning on fulfilling, but have access to the capital for multiple days until the refund are finally given out.
      Additionally it is highly unethical and predatory pricing because they have essentially forced me to pay 6k extra despite confirming my order and saying it was shipped.
      I have placed a new order, since I am in need of the Phone, at the higher price, but a satisfactory resolution for me would be honouring the old price I had paid and refunding me this Extra Rs 6000 charged to me.

        I have ordered a product SKINPLUS makeup brushs kit with sponge puff Seller: MISSLOOK and got a damage product. So in this regard I have talked (20.09.2022) to Flipkart CS and they proceed for refund. Next day recieved a massage from Ekart for pickup. So I called him 3 times him for pickup and his one speech that he is coming. Everytime during call he is saying he is coming. But at the night
        Ekart rejected my return request saying that the product is mismatched. But Nobody from Ekart has visited to me for picking up the product. After that again I have talked to Flipkart CS and they proceed for refund and today received same massage from Ekart that they will pickup the product by on or before 9pm. But till now no one visited to me for picking up the product.
        in the message it was told that product mismatch. But nobody from Ekart visited to me. Why Ekart wishmaster doing fun with us. This is intolerable.I need my refund. what will I do with damage product.

            I wasn't using my Flipkart account for a long time and I had lost my previous email id. Now whenever I try to login, it says that my account is inactive and to contact customer support. Please solve the issue. I would also like to change my email id myself.

              I am facing now difficult issue on flipkart shopping.
              I ordered Oneplus Nord CE 2 Amount of 19673 They delivered Empty mobile box I raised refund request they first asked me to share product received Images I have shared after that they rejected without any reason I created return again on 22 September they called me two times And promised within 2 days refund will be processed unfortunately I got refund rejection mail and while I trying to create new return my Flipkart account is locked after raising return. What's fraud going on with me I can't understand really heart with the incident please do take the matter seriously and take legal immediate action on it the paid amount is too high and now suffering with loss of shopping through flipkart marketplace. Please refunded my money and please unblock my account.

                      Unable to reset my flipkart account password as i forgot my last password.
                      Tried forgot password process with different platform but got the same error - "unable to process request. Please retry."
                      And also tried with laptop, desktop version flipkart site but the issue still persistant, also tried with different browser but still showing error.
                      In mobile app, no option available to reset password.
                      I have called customer care thrice but my issue is not yet solved.

                        I am flipkart user flipkart have reported in the month of july that i have paid late so the amount is showing pending in my cibil report i forwarded all the problems to flipkart support team on 26th august with their latest cibil report But there was no solution, now I will complain in consumer forum.

                          They rejected return request Without any reason take street action to get this right and refunded my money immediately.
                          Here i am facing big issue by shopping with flipkart marketplace, before this order i already purchased high value product through flipkart but never face this kind of issue. Fully empty flipkart cartoon delivered .I am a middle class family boy what you have done to me by stealing so much of my money is very hurtful and painful my father is cursing me all day long and wishes me to die just for you I am begging you to give me back my money or else I have to die, if so much money goes like this there is no other option but to die, I have bought things from flipkart for so many years but never faced this problem, my request to youI trusted flipkart please don't break that trust. The day my money is returned to me, my family will be saved from this loss.

                                Dear Flipkart Team,

                                I bought a Samsung fold 4 phone by Flipkart. There is a offer along with phone for Samsung galaxy watch 2999, after receiving the phone i have discussed with Flipkart customer service for watch offer. They told me that u will get a code after 7 days receiving phone.

                                7 days has been passed, still i did not received any code or message, now customer care service executive are saying we don't have any solution or knowledge about this type of offer.

                                  Flipkart Gift Card Issue

                                  I received a gift card of 3000/- in my mail but I'm not able to redeem it. It says that it's already linked with a wallet but I haven't used it. The sender contacted customer care but they say that this is not possible. So no action is being taken from their end....

                                  This issue is regarding my account.
                                  Flipkart blocked my account without giving any reasons.
                                  I am a plus member from past 2 years. Currently I have more than 500
                                  supercoins with nearly 200 on the way.
                                  I have ordered some products. Also I have to pay some pay later bills and
                                  I am willing to pay.
                                  Please let me know regarding the same. Atleast arrange a call back. I am
                                  not a reseller, I always oder products for my personal use.Even there is no communication from your team and I tried a lot.
                                  I want to pay my pay later bills and what about my supercoins?? Instead of
                                  taking actions on sellers who are trying to cheat your customers you are
                                  blocking your own customers.
                                  Not expected this from company like flipkart.
                                  Please kindly help me with the same.
