Hello sir/madam.
I bought a samsung split ac, 1.5 to, 5star, windfree from Flipkart on 22/09/22. with order Id :OD[protected]. it was delivered on 24/09/22. when the installation person came and opened the package, we both were shocked it didn't contain "standard installation kit & inter connecting copper tubes" which is being provided by the manufacturer. On the box also it's clearly mentioned that it contain " 1N installation accessory, 2N connecting tubes" which was missing inside the box. The installation person told me to contact Flipkart customer care and raise a complaint, which I did .but they were not helpful they said this is what I get according to their seller description.. this is totally cheating and very horrible experience for me. they are denying my return request..
please help me to get the standard installation kit or a refund for the same..
