Hello!
I'm Prempreet Singh aka Jason (Christian name) customer of Flipkart from a long time. I've ordered one product i.e. "Blaupunkt BTW60 with 60ms Low Latency Bluetooth Headset" on 17th September 2022 at the cost of Rs 1394. This order was supposed to get delivered to me on 18th September 2022.
However, right after receiving the courier from delivery boy, I had to rush towards church for Sunday prayer. Therefore, I've opened the courier after coming back home and found that the main item is missing inside the box which is finely packed and intact from outside.
As suggested by the delivery boy, I've contacted the Flipkart customer service desk while requesting for either product or refund of the whole amount paid by me (In the form of resolution).
But, even after so many attempts through the Flipkart android application as well as through phone call with their customer service desk, they are not providing me any solutions at all and providing me with so many different excuses like "Sir, there must be some technical glitch and please try again after 24 hours".
I'm sincerely looking forward for your sight, as I would really appreciate your assistance on this case.
