I had ordered METALAC Stainless steel dish drainer last month with Order ID - OD[protected].Please check the attached screenshots. First, the order kept getting delayed. After a week of repeated delays i started contacting the customer care. They had no clue at all why the product was delayed. They treated as if i am dumb person and asked to check order status on the application. They were unhelpful. I finally got frustrated with constant delivery delay and cancelled the product. I never received any update about refund after this. I contacted customer care asking about my refund and i want to know in which mode will i receive my refund back. They told me to wait, seller will initiate refund once product reaches him!! How am I responsible for this? The product never reached me and flipkart teams didn't help at all. Now for my refund, i keep contacting them and all they give are generic answers like please wait. It is my money. I am sure the seller is a fake company and in this case flipkart is responsible to return my amount. Why should I wait for a refund when seller there is a delay in delivery of product for more than 15 days. Repeated complaints to customer care went unanswered. I don't know where is my money. I even wrote an email to grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com and haven't received a resolution or reply back from Flipkart team.

Hence i am forced to write here to get my refund back. I hope atleast now the team will refund my amount quickly as its been more than a month of constant contact with customer care reg. Product and refund.

    I have ordered 2 quantities of product DIGITAL SHOPEE Regular Fit Women Grey Trousers on Flipkart but received only one with the price of 2 pieces.

    If I put return it shows one quantity in the Item Details and the refund price shows one item price and a deduction of 5% which I got an offer while ordering two items.

    I want either refund of one item's price or the item which I paid...

      I have ordered a phone (order number OD[protected] on Sep 3 and the delivery was supposed to happen on Sep 6. No one delivered it and I raised a complaint with Flipkart. They said it will be resolved by Sep 10 but still no one delivered it.

      So I cancelled the order and created a new order (order number OD[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on Sep 12. Again no one delivered. When I called Flipkart they are lying that someone tried to call me but I was unreachable. I was available all day and received every call. Everytime I order they are avoiding delivering the product but are taking the money.

      The delivery person phone number they sent on SMS is not picking up my call. I called the number 23 times.

        I have booked one ViewSonic monitor of order id OD[protected]. Initially, they showed a date of delivery, but after that day, the parcel was not shipped, and there was no shipment information always customer care gave a message that they had tried to resolve it. The order amount was ₹16, 928 using a yes bank credit card. When the order is canceled due to no delivery of the stated time, then it shows the order is canceled, but a refund is not possible for the sellers. How is this possible? I strongly believe that Flipkart delivered the product at the right time, and the refund is done quickly in case of cancellation. But this type o[censored]nprofessional behavior is not tolerated. I must say to Flipkart, immediately start the refund policy just because of the non-refund of the order.

            I have ordered some nuts from Flipkart for deal prizes on 11tg September and they cancelled my 10 orders showing the same reason out of stock then how the hell the products are available on Flipkart now they should have gone out of stock.they just don't want to give me product at deal prize which I ordered at that time now the price increased alomst 5x now they have stock please resolve my issue

              I have not received the refund amount yet on my account which is worth 299 and 1561 rupees for 2 purchases . i tried to contact with an executive repeatedly but there was no response from the coustemer executive.

                  I order a Hershey's milkshake on 10th September, from a seller named SuperComNet.
                  I was told that this is a trusted seller so I quickly order the product as it was in sale @49/-

                  After that the product started shipping and was same was being reflected on my app tracking status. But on 12th sep i get a msg saying that your refund for Hershey's milkshake has been automatically processed i.e my order was automatically cancelled without my consent even after it was confirmed and started shipping.

                  The reason I was given was that there was a pricing error but that's not true at all. Many products on 10th sep at 10pm were on sale with a offer of @49 flat.

                  This made me so frustrated because even if you somehow manage to order the products in a sale and it's going to be cancelled anytime by seller then what's the point in giving a discount and decieving the buyer.

                  This is so wrong, I want strict action to be taken against that seller and my product

                    I ordered a Toshiba TV from flipkart on 6th of Sep 2022. The installation team came to install it on same day evening. To my shock when they opened the box, it was damaged badly. He took the pics and sent it to the dealer.
                    I also raised the return request on Flipkart (since there were no replace option). But Flipkart team has not yet returned the refund, and their support team is not giving my any information. All they say is wait until someone contact me. Its already been 1 week and they have not given me any update.

                      sir I bought marq brand washing Machine in your Flipkart in[protected] warranty 2 years motor 5years .
                      The washing machine is working only 1 year after not working
                      I am giving complaint from March 2022The technician came 4times but said that they have no parts to repair mother board problem,
                      Daily daily delay 48 hours 24hours same repeat but problem not solved.
                      I will complaint many many more times with in 7months but daily delay not resolve problem
                      Flipkart by Marq brand service is wrost cheating

                        I have ordered King size bed from Flipkart, It is September 12 today when I am writing this complaint and I ordered this on the 4th of August. This was for my pregnant wife who required this bed and I ordered this by considering the given expected delivery date which was 16th august.

                        Now I don't want this product because of such late delivery and still, I don't have any update on the delivery of this bed.I have raised my issue a thousand time to Flipkart but Nothing I get.The amount pf the bed was pre-paid by me and its a big amount for a person like me. Flipkart executives keep harassing me by calling but they are not canceling this order,

                        Pleaseeeeee cancel this order and give my money back

                            I ordered an item from Flipkart and paid using Flipkart pay later and on 5th of September my bill got generated and I paid my Flipkart pay later bill using debit card but due to certain reasons I return the t-shirt and the pickup was successfully done on 7th of September but I haven't yet received my refund amount in my account.

                              My self Bharath i ordered a black jeans and it delivered on 22 aug 22 and dur to size issues i wanna return the item for the first time due to some technical issues the return got cancelled and i again rised the return and with out reason they cancelled the return and i contacted to coustomer care and the return period is completed so through coustomer care i raised the return again for the third time they cancelled the return again i want my money back for third time an promised return date is 12 and now it got cancelled and i called to coustomer care and they put me hold ofr more than half an hour this is not the right way to treat the coustomer. Now iam going to rise the complainant on consumer court

                                Hello, I am unable to update my mobile number on flipkart as it sends OTP to both old and new number in order to update new mobile number. I have my old number which is active but it does not get any OTP as it is overseas number. If you do not send OTP to overseas number then why to register it in the first place. Customer support is so useless that it I wasted numerous hours explaining them and still am here with unresolved issue complaining on this site.                                     My order number OD[protected], I have made an order on 6th sep ... it was showing by 7 sep it will get delivered .. Not delivered yet now its showing as order cancelled by Seller ... VERY WORST ...
                                    If i called to customer care Rude Behavior by customer care Agent . they are playing .. am asking for refund but they are not reponding for it telling me to wait .. or put email...

                                    Please dont order from flipkart

                                      My account has been blocked by the flipkart without any reason i already submit 2 or 3 compliants by calling to flipkart customer support.But they doesnt give any response to my complaint.My login details to my flipkart account is [protected].

                                      If flipkart has suspended/blocked your account:
                                      1. Do not make new account.
                                      2. Stop purchase everything from flipkart (from other people's accounts also).
                                      3. This would cause them business loss and this would be the best reply to flipkart.

                                      Flipkart has insulted you by blocking your account and it is like if a shopkeeper has restricted you to enter his/her shop for lifetime. So, for your self-respect stop purchasing on flipkart. It does not matter if you are buying things at higher prices from other online store or from offline market. Because your self-respect is priceless.
                                      I am doing the same thing since flipkart has blocked my account for a defective product replacement issue.
